Discussion and Analysis on the Privacy Protection in the Age of Big Data in Healthcare

The paper, by taking genetic data as an example, conducts a comprehensive analysis on the challenges confronting the privacy of healthcare big data, discusses the protection strategies of private data from such aspects of analysis on alliance data, homomorphic encryption, hardware encryption and differential privacy. Application of Disciplinary Background Knowledge in Medical Text Feature Extraction

The paper analyzes the conditions of research on the current scientific literature text feature extraction methods,applies the TF-IDF method based on background knowledge in the medical text feature extraction,and conducts experimental comparison in four medical fields.The result indicates that this method can obviously improve the extraction effect when there are few vocabularies to be extracted,and is obviously superior to the IDF based TF-IDF method in the aspects of filtration of commonly-used words in the text set and identification of important feature words.

Taking the First Hospital Affiliated to Traditional Chinese Medicine University of Guangzhou as an example,the paper puts forward to establish the hospital's intelligent Short Message Service (SMS) follow-up visit system based on the analysis of research conditions and existing problems of domestic and overseas follow-up visit system,introduces the follow-up visit registration process and functional modules,and summarizes the application efficiency.This system can greatly improve the follow-up visit efficiency,reduce the rate of loss to follow-up visit,and immediately update information of patients.

The paper takes heart disease dataset of UCI as experimental data,carries out disease diagnosis and calssification based on the deep learning technology of machine learning,compares with Random Forest (RF),Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Neural Network (NN) classification,and indicates that the Deep Learning (DL) technology is of great potential and important value for exploration of medical big data.
