Exploration on Regional Health Informatization Construction Based on the Overall Informatization Framework

The paper introduces concept, value, content, composition and frame theory of the overall informatization framework, an-alyzes the requirements of regional health informatization, summarizes the main modes of regional health informatization construction in China and elaborates the overall framework of regional health informatization and positioning of each composing factors, in order to provide references for regional health informatization construction in various regions.

Taking Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example, a survey of seven-year program students in-formation quality is made.Based on the survey result, it discusses the content, teaching method and approach reform of Traditional Chi-nese medicine literature and information retrieval course for seven-year program students, so as to make better contribution to improving the information literacy of the seven-year program students.

Discussion on the Competence-based Procedural Assessment of Computer Basic Courses in Traditional Chinese Medicine Col-leges and Universities

The paper starts with a study of problems existing in current fundamental computer course assessment in Traditional Chi-nese Medicine ( TCM) colleges and universities and analyzes the competence-based procedural assessment of fundamental computer courses, points out that such an assessment, as the key factor in discipline construction and course construction, effectively guarantees the cultivation of versatile informatization professionals in the TCM field and is able to better promote the modernization of TCM.

Research and Practice of the Hospital Librarians Performance Evaluation System

The paper elaborates the construction idea of the hospital librarians performance evaluation system, introduces affirmation of the performance indicator weight and the performance evaluation methods.Taking Shandong Linyi Yishui Central Hospital as an exam-ple, it sorts performances of the librarians and tests the difference before and after making performance evaluation.The result shows that it is a reasonable and scientific way to evaluate performance of the librarians by using entropy weight method and RSR method.The evalu-ation result can serve as the basis to judge work of the librarians.

The paper analyzes the current status and existing problems of citation retrieval work, puts forward the design principle, overall structure and function of cited references integration tools, demonstrates the key technologies of system realization.An integrated retrieval platform for online literature citations is constructed for the following functions:one-stop retrieval of various citation databases, automatic removal of duplications, so as to reduce the burden of staffs and improve efficiency effectively.

Adopting self-designed questionnaires, the paper investigates medical information demands of clinicians in third-level hospitals, secondary-level hospitals and basic medical and health institutions in Sichuan province.The results show a higher demand for medical information services in Sichuan province, various continuing education and training service should be taken to meet the informa-tion demands of clinicians in different levels.

Influence of the Hospital Multi -level Publicity Platform to Patients Visiting Hospital

The paper conducts a case study in Beijing Hospital, introduces the influence of the multi-level publicity platform on hospital visits in 2014 from perspectives of the relationship between patients'gender, age, level of education and the multi-level publicity platform on the basis of needs from patients.It is noted that purposeful and planned publicity is of great significance to the brand influence of hospital.
