The paper briefly introduces the definition, characteristics of MOOC and its development both in China and abroad, ana-lyzes the relation between medical college and university library and MOOC.It points out that libraries should provide embedded course services based on MOOC, establish MOOC Information Commons ( IC) , develop MOOC specialized database and enhance capability of the librarians in order to develop MOOC from various aspects and continuously promote information service innovation.

The paper analyzes the necessity to construct the digital resources retrieval platform in hospital.By using heterogeneous database integration technology, it proposes the solution of constructing a one-stophospital digital resources retrieval platform and presents its framework.This retrieval platform can provide human-oriented, differential and intelligent information services and meet the medical staffs'requirements on information resources retrieval to the greatest extent.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Literature Information Retrieval Based on Cognition Analysis

The paper introduces the research significance of Traditional Chinese Medicine ( TCM) literature information retrieval based on cognition analysis, by analyzing cognition of literature information demands of TCM students in different majors of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, it studies from three perspectives:literature information retrieval demand, retrieval thinking and development direction of TCM literature information retrieval system.It also points out that study on thinking and practice of literature information retriev-al based on cognition analysis is the effective approach to enhance information literacy and improve the comprehensive quality.

Construction and Application of Autism Q & A Knowledge Base

The paper firstly introduces the research status of autism and analyzes the gap between China and the US in autism net-work service, proposes using the mainstream socialized Q&A community data in foreign countries to construct an autism Q&A knowledge base.It introduces data collection, management, service process and key issues of the knowledge base and gives application examples of the knowledge services.Construction of this knowledge base can provide targeted and valuable knowledge services to users and can help enhance the retrieval efficiency.

The Application of We-chat Platform in Nursing Management

The Practice of Informatization Management in Surgical Outpatient Nursing Service Process

Taking Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University as an example, informatization management measures are applied to outpatient surgical nursing process, including one-card-through outpatient information diagnosis and treatment model, cell-phone APP clinical message diagnosis and treatment model, electronic queuing system, sub-period and multi-channel reserved registration, medical material receiving, online reporting of the repair work, so as to optimize nursing service process, increase effective treatment time, improve efficiency and quality of nursing service.
