Abstract

Taking the library of Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital as an example, the paper analyzes the problems existed in literature access of medical personnel, discusses corresponding countermeasures, including constructing one-stop retrieval platform, establishing diversified information communication channel, innovating training mode, improving the quality of librarians, etc.
