Investigation on the post training of community nurses

ObjectiveTo investigate the related things of community nurse post training, so that training can be carried out accordingly. Methods160 trainees of Suining and Neijiang in 2009 were investigated anonymously with self-designed questionnaire. ResultsTrainees mainly came from the 1st and.2nd grade public hospitals and community health service centers. 68.7％ of trainees were engaged in clinical nursing in hospitals before training, and 51.5％ trainees went in for community nursing after the training. Trainees were generally clear about the category, related knowledge and skill requirements of community nursing. ConclusionThe present post training time is relatively short. Continuing education of community nursing and exploration on training model of community nursing specialists are suggested.

A survey about health statistics instructional needs of postgraduates

ObjectiveTo get to know the status of health statistics postgraduate teaching and requirements during the study, and provide a basis to improve medical statistics teaching. MethodsPostgraduate students of 2008 grade of Dalian Medical University were selected randomly and filled in the self-designed questionnaire. Results52.6％ of the students considered that medical statistics was more important than other courses. 72.6％ of the students thought that medical statistics was difficult. Up to 30％of the students couldn't master and apply superior statistical analysis technique. ConclusionThe results of the survey offered basis and direction for enhancing the teaching quality and improving teaching methods.

PBL in pathology teaching application discussion

Problems in pathology teaching requires the introduction of PBL pedagogy.Teaching experiments show that PBL teaching has a positive impact on the improvement of clinical medical students'ability and quality and can be conditionally applied and promoted. And at the same time, it is a challenge to traditional teaching mode of pathology and therefore the reform of medical education needs to be deepened.

Analysis of application of case-teaching method in biochemistry teaching in medical college

Biochemistry is one of the important basic subjects in medical college. It is hard for students to master because of its complicated theories and abstract contents. It has been found that carrying out case-teaching method in biochemistry teaching is good for students to arouse study interest and enhance the abilities of autonomic learning, question-analyzing and question-solving as well as consolidate theory knowledge. It is worth generalizing as a new teaching method for biochemistry in medical college.

The applied investigation of web problem-based learning for immunology teaching

With the development of Quality Education, more and more students have gained knowledge by interact. There is close relationship between immunology and clinical medicine, which leads immunology to becoming one of the required subjects. Based on the characteristics of effect, Web Problem -Based Learning is utilized to reform the teaching model of immunology, which will provide some new ideas for immunology teaching method.

Investigation of general practitioner training

Based on the quality of students, we reasonably arranged thetraining course content and enhanced the training of clinical skills; and at the same time focused on teacher training of general practitioners to strengthen the training bases, so as to improve the overall construction of teaching effect, to adapt to the actual medical need of the community and improve community medical service level to achieve the purpose of general practitioners training.

The community education base of clinical medicine

With the change of medical mode and deepening of the medical education reforms,such educational idea as giving prominence to practice is widely used to improve students' comprehensive quality and innovative ability and practice ability. The medical shool of Tibet university has established long-term apprentice mechanism during the before class and playtimes and found four county hospitals, five health clinics in towns and townships and gradually improved the construction of mutual win-win 9clinical teaching bases. In this way it has been cultivating many advanced medical personnels, who are reliable, available, able to stay, and highly praised by the employers.
