Objective:To compare the value of color Doppler ultrasound(CDU),DSA,CTA and MRA in the detection of the tramatic femoral pseudoaneurysm(PA) of rabbit.Methods:Femoral pseudoaneurysms were tried established in 20 New Zealand rabbits by microsurgical technique.CDU,DSA,CTA and MRA were performed in all rabbits on 12 days after surgery and the findings of them were compared with the results of autopsy.Results:Models were made successfully in 16 rabbits.Eleven out of the 16 rabbits had developed thrombus in PA.The shown rates of the PA-body in CDU,DSA,CTA and MRA were all 100%.The shown rate of the PA-supply artery was 81.25%(13/16) in CDU and was 100% in all other three methods.The shown rates of the PA-neck were 81.25%(13/16)、87.5%(14/16)、37.50%(6/16)and 31.25%(5/16)while the shown rates of the thrombus in PA were 81.82%(9/11),18.18%(2/11),18.18%(2/11) and 36.36%(4/11) in CDU,DSA,CTA and MRA,respectively. Conclusions:Thereare no significant difference in showing the PA-body and PA-supply artery in CDU,DSA,CTA and MRA. In showing the PA-neck,CDU and DSA are superior to CTA and MRA,while CDU is superior to DSA,CTA and MRA in showing the thrombus in PA.In addition,the blood dynamic changes of PA-body,PA-neck and PA-supply artery can be studied timely by CDU,so CDU has high value in the follow up of the patient with PA.

Objective:To explore the effects of tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?) on retinol binding protein 4 (RBP4) secreted by mature 3T3-L1 adipocytes in-vitro.Methods:3T3-L1 preadipocytes were cultured and differentiated into the mature adipocytes after 2 days of confluenence.Recombinant TNF-?at different concentrations was added to the culture medium of fully differentiated adipocytes.Total protein of RBP4 secreted by these adipocytes was evaluated by radioimmunoassay(RIA) at various times.Results:(1)Treatment of mature 3T3-L1 adipocytes with TNF-?at different concentrations (0.2,1.0,5.0, 10ng/ml) decreased RBP4 secretion.The inhibitive effect of TNF-?on RBP4 was in dose dependent manner.The level of RBP4 decreased along with the elevated TNF-?concentration in the culture medium.(2)Almost the RBP4 secretion in all experiment groups had a decreasing tread at different time points,but there was no statistical difference in each group.(3) Regression analysis indicated TNF-?had significant associations with RBP4.Conclusion:TNF-?inhibits mature adipocytes RBP4 secretion in-vitro in dose-response effects,but there is no time-response effects.

Objective:Assessment of psychological intervention on Endoscopic repair of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea compliance with the impact.Methods:Our hospital otorhinolaryngology March 2004 to May 2007 the new hospitalized patients with cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea(a total of 32) were divided into the experimental group(16) systematically and psychological assessment,and strengthen psychological care;The control group(a total of 16) using traditional psychological guidance,and compared between the two groups of patients with different medical order compliance.Results:The experimental group directed compliance of the patients was significantly higher,the average hospital stay lower than the control group.Conclusion:Timely understanding of the different stages of psychological response,targeted for psychological intervention,the system helps improve compliance with the doctor's orders,and promote leakage healing.

Objective:To compare the infection of respiratory syncytial virus in common BALB/c mice and nude BALB/c mice to establish ideal animal model.Methods: At various time after RSV infection in BALB/c mice and nude mice,viral titers of lung tissue were assayed by plaque forming experiment,total leukocytes and differential subgroup cells in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)were counted.RSV antigens were detected by immunofluorescent assay in BALF and immunohistochemistry in situ of lung tissue,lung histologys were identified by light microscope and electronical microscope assay.Results:RSV was isolated from lung tissue of BALB/c mice and nude mice.RSV antigen was detected by immunofluorescent assay in BALF and by immunohistochemistry in situ of lung tissue in both mouse,furthermore the mean light density of RSV antigen was higher in nude mice(0.277?0.085)than in BALB/c mice(0.128?0.031).The viral titers in both mouse peaked at the 3rd day post infection,and higher viral titer in nude mice than BALB/c mice.The viral titers detecting duration in lung tissue of BALB/c mice and nude mice were respectively 6 days and over 9 days after infection.The total leukocyte number in BALF significantly increased in infected BALB/c mice and nude mice compared with the control mice,and the peaks were the 6th day in BALB/c mice and the 9th day in nude mice.The leukocyte subgroups in turn were lymphocyte,macrophage,neutrophil and eosinophil.Interstitial inflammations with vast lymphocytes infiltrating were identified in lung histology of both mouse.On the 6th day,the more severe inflammation was detected than on the 3rd day.Meanwhile the more heavy inflammation was always found in nude mice than BALB/c mice.Conclusions:The similar RSV infectious characteristic exists between BALB/c mice and nude mice.But the more severe infection happens in nude mice,which benefits to assess the effect of anti-RSV drugs and is ideal mice model of RSV infection.

The effect of tubal obstruction on sexual behavior and physical strength has been observed in mice. The appearance of vaginal plug was used as an index of coitus and the interval that the mice could swim in the water tank till death as an index of physical strength. There was no significant differences between the operation group and the control group. Besides, the oestrous cycle still appeared regularly in the operation group. It shows that the tubal obstruction may not affect the normal sexual behavior, physical strength and the ovarian function

Eleven eases of adenomatoid tumors arc described. There were 9 males and 2 female with an average age of 51 years. These tumors arose in The male and female genital tract. Five of these were located in the epididymis, two in the te- stis, two in the uterus and the last two, one in the spermatic cord and the other in the bladder.The tumor cells of the 11 cases studied were immunoreactive for keratin, but none of these for factor VIII.Only the endothelial cells of the blood vessels in the tumors were positively stained.Ultrastructural examination of 4 cases revealed long brushy microvilli on the surface of the tumor cells lining the lumina. These tumor cells with the presence of tonofilaments in the cytoplasm, were desmosomes.These results strongly support the mesothelial origin of the adenomatoid tumors

Objective; To explore a new method and its clinical significance of restorative ceramo - metal by using cast metal post -core to reutilize the broken crown. Methods; 30 teeth were restored with ceramo - metal tooth by using cast metal post - core in order to preserve the old broken base tooth, and their prognoses were observed. Results: 30 teeth post - core were inserted smoothly, and PFM crowns border sealed. During 5 years follow up ,93% (28 teeth) cases were successful, although unfortunately there were 2 cases of failure with split of tooth root. Conclusion; Restoration of ceramo - metal tooth by cast metal post - core in order to reutilize the broken crown of the base tooth is convenient ,time - saving and well casted ,therefone it could be used widely in clinic.
