		                        			Objective:
To study the relationship between sugar sweetened beverages consumption characteristics and insomnia of college students in Yunnan Province, so as to provide evidence for sleep quality improvement of college students.

		                        			Methods:
A cluster random sampling method was used to select 2 515 college students from two universities (Kunming University and Dali Nursing Vocational College) in Kunming and Dali in Yunnan Province for a longitudinal study, including baseline survey (T1, November 2021) and three follow up surveys (T2: June 2022, T3: November 2022, T4: June 2023). Sugar sweetened beverages consumption of college students was collected by Semi quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire and insomnia was assessed by Insomnia Severity Index Scale. Sugarsweetened beverages consumption was analyzed by Kruskal-Wallis test. The Mann-Whiter U test and Kruskal-Wallis test were used to compare the detection rate of insomnia in college students with different population characteristics, and the generalized estimating equations model was established to analyze the association between sugar sweetened beverages consumption and insomnia.

		                        			Results:
The reported rate of insomnia among college students from T1 to T4 was 21.2%, 23.6%, 30.5 % and 36.0%, respectively. The median of sugar sweetened beverages consumption per week was 5 (1,9) bottles per person, and there were significant differences in sugar sweetened beverages (carbonated beverages, fruit beverages, tea beverages, milk beverages, energy beverages) consumption among college students with different insomnia status ( χ 2=42.91, 23.67, 29.98, 61.70, 30.82, P <0.01). The analysis of the generalized estimating equation model revealed that the consumption of carbonated beverages ( β= 0.04, 95%CI =0.00-0.08) and the consumption of milk beverages among college students ( β=0.04, 95%CI =0.00-0.09) were correlated with insomnia ( P <0.05). The stratified analysis indicated that consumption of carbonated beverages by female college students was associated with insomnia [ β(95%CI )=0.06(0.01-0.11)]; consumption of milk beverages among college students from middle income family was associated with insomnia [ β (95% CI )=0.05(0.00-0.10)], and consumption of carbonated beverages and fruit beverages from college students with high household economic status were both associated with insomnia [ β (95% CI )=0.35(0.23-0.46), 0.12(0.00-0.24)] ( P <0.05).

		                        			Conclusion
Sugar sweetened beverages, especially carbonated beverages, are associated with insomnia among college students in Yunnan Province.

Objective:To investigate the prevalence of chronic constipation in maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients and analyze the risk factors of chronic constipation. Methods:Using the cross-sectional survey method, patients who received MHD in Huadu District People′s Hospital of Guangzhou from September 1, 2021 to September 30, 2021 were enrolled as the research objects. The patient′s demographic, general data and laboratory results were collected. The anxiety level and quality of life were assessed by questionnaires. The patients were divided into constipation group and non-constipation group according to whether they had chronic constipation. The Rome Ⅳ criteria was used to diagnose chronic constipation, and the differences of clinical data between the constipation group and the non-constipation group were compared. The risk factors of chronic constipation in MHD patients were analyzed by logistic regression analysis method. Results:A total of 321 MHD patients were enrolled in this study, with 168 males, 153 females and age of (59.5±13.4) years old (ranged from 29 to 87 years old). There were 160 patients (49.8%) with chronic constipation. The proportions of males, long dialysis age, taking sevelamer and lanthanum carbonate, diabetic nephropathy, and diabetes in the constipation group were higher than those in the non-constipation group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The serum calcium, serum phosphorus, calcium-phosphorus product, anxiety scores, average weekly ultrafiltration volume/dry weight in the constipation group were significantly higher than those in the non-constipation group (all P<0.05), and the serum albumin, serum magnesium, urea clearance index (Kt/V) and geriatric nutritional risk index were significantly lower than those in the non-constipation group (all P<0.05). The results of logistic regression analysis showed that moderate to severe anxiety (moderate, OR=3.233, 95% CI 1.339-7.805, P=0.009; severe, OR=5.103, 95% CI 1.906-13.663, P=0.001), existed risk of nutrition (low risk, OR=3.705, 95% CI 1.440-9.533, P=0.007; moderate risk, OR=5.638, 95% CI 2.557-12.430, P<0.001; severe risk, OR=15.097, 95% CI 4.112-55.436, P<0.001), >60 years old (≤40 years old as a reference, OR=4.050, 95% CI 1.366-12.006, P=0.012), diabetes history ( OR=2.224, 95% CI 1.253-3.946, P=0.006), taking sevelamer ( OR=2.290, 95% CI 1.207-4.346, P=0.011), and calcium-phosphorus product ( OR=1.704, 95% CI 1.329-2.186, P<0.001), intact parathyroid hormone ( OR=1.013, 95% CI 1.003-1.022, P=0.007), blood urea nitrogen ( OR=1.092, 95% CI 1.002-1.189, P=0.045) and serum magnesium ( OR=0.042, 95% CI 0.006-0.294, P=0.001) were the independent influencing factors for chronic constipation in MHD patients. Conclusions:The prevalence of chronic constipation in MHD patients is 49.8%. Adequate dialysis, improving calcium and phosphorus metabolism, improving nutritional status, relieving anxiety, and increasing serum magnesium level may help to reduce the risk of chronic constipation in MHD patients.

Pruni Semen, the seed of several unique Prunus plants,is a traditional purgative herbal material. To determine the authentic sources of Pruni Semen,46 samples from four species were collected and analyzed.Ten compounds including multiflorin A(Mul A),a notable purative compound, were isolated and identified by chemical separation and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.Seventy-six communal components were identified by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography with linear ion trap-quadrupole Orbitrap mass spectrometry, and acetyl flavonoid glycosides were recognized as characteristic constituents. The flavonoids were distributed in the seed coat and cyanogenic glycosides in the kernel.Based on this, methods for identifying Pruni Semen from different sources were established using chemical fingerprinting, quantitative analysis of the eight principal compounds, hierarchical cluster analysis, principal component analysis, and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis. The results showed that the samples were divided into two categories:one is the small seeds from Prunus humilis(Ph)and Prunus japonica(Pj),and the other is the big seeds from Prunus pedunculata(Pp)and Prunus triloba(Pt).The average content of Mul A was 3.02.6.93,0.40,and 0.29 mg/g,while the average content of amygdalin was 18.5,17.7,31.5,and 30.9 mg/g in Ph,Pj,Pp,and Pt,respectively. All the above information suggests that small seeds might be superior sources of Pruni Semen. This is the first comprehensive report on the identification of chemical components in Pruni Semen from different species.

At present, there still exist some limitations in the laparoscopic surgery robot represented by da Vinci surgical robot, such as the lack of force feedback function. Doctor can not feel the force feedback while operating. In this paper, a new minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery robot system is designed. Based on the master side surgeon's console, stereo vision subsystem and the slave side surgical cart, the multi-dimensional instrument force feedback technology and force feedback based safety protection strategy are introduced. The design realizes the force sensing function of full state operation. Besides, a number of different live pig experiments are carried out. The amount of bleeding in these experiments is relatively small compared with the data of the same kind of surgical robots, which effectively validates the force feedback and surgical safety protection strategies of the new robot system.
