1.Application progress of mobile health in nursing of patients with infertility

This article firstly reviews the current application status of mobile health based on social networking media, mobile health applications, wearable devices in infertility patients′nursing. Then, this paper analyzes the application effects of mobile health in the five aspects of treatment process management, health education, medication management, lifestyle management and psychological care for infertility patients based on the literature. The existing problems are analyzed and prospected on this basis, in order to provide a reference for the application of mobile health to infertility patients′nursing in China.
2.Effect of pulsed electric field on reactive oxygen species generation in pancreatic cancer cells

Objective:To investigate the changes of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in pancreatic cancer cells under the effect of pulsed electric fields (PEF).Methods:Murine-derived pancreatic cancer cells Panc02 were treated with PEF at electric field strengths of 0, 250, 500, 750, and 1 000 V/cm, respectively. The intracellular ROS generation patterns under the different field strengths and at different times after the PEF were investigated in vitro by flow cytometry and immunofluorescence, meanwhile exploring the apoptosis of murine and human pancreatic cancer cells under different field strengths. Twenty 6- to 8-week-old male C57BL/6 SPF mice were prepared as orthotopic pancreatic cancer models and divided into five groups of four mice each: 250 V/cm PEF group, 500 V/cm PEF group, 750 V/cm PEF group, 1 000 V/cm PEF group, and sham operation group. ROS expression in the residual tumor tissues of mice in each group was detected by immunofluorescence.Results:Under the 500 V/cm, 750 V/cm and 1 000 V/cm electric field strength, the proportion of cells with intracellular ROS expression was decreased after 6 h, 12 h, 24 h and 48 h of the PEF compared with 2 h after the PEF, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Compared with 0 V/cm PEF group, ROS expression increased in Panc02 cells treated with 500 V/cm and 750 V/cm PEF groups, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Compared with 250 V/cm PEF group under the same time, ROS in Panc02 cells treated with 500 V/cm and 750 V/cm electric field strengths increased, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The proportions of apoptosis of both Panc02 cells and MIA-PaCa-2 cells increased with rising field strength and peaked at the field strength of 750 V/cm. Compared with the sham-operated group, the expression of ROS was increased in pancreatic cancer tissues of mice in the 500 V/cm PEF-treated group (16.65±6.01 vs. 2.38±1.21, t=-6.53) and 750 V/cm PEF-treated group (16.54±4.41 vs. 2.38±1.21, t=-6.48), and the differences were statistically significant in both cases (both P<0.001). Conclusion:PEF treatment was able to increase the level of ROS in both pancreatic cancer cells and tissues, and more ROS were produced when the electric field strength was 500 and 750 V/cm.
3.Investigation on the satisfaction of postgraduates majoring in public health with the teaching material of chronic disease prevention and control

Objective:To investigate the status of satisfaction of postgraduates majoring in public health with the teaching material of The prevention and control of chronic non- communicable disease, so as to provide the basis for promoting the teaching and optimizing the reprint of the teaching material. Methods:An online survey was conducted among 180 public health postgraduates of Batch 2018 to Batch 2020 from China CDC who took the selective course of "prevention and control of chronic non-communicable diseases". The survey content included the overall satisfaction of the respondents with the teaching material and such four levels of satisfaction as primary indicators at the content level, thinking level, motivation level and arrangement level and 20 secondary indicators. The statistical analysis was made by SPSS 25.0.Results:The effective response rate was 90.56% (163/180), and the overall satisfaction of postgraduates with the teaching material was 88.96%. The satisfaction of "scientificity", "comprehensiveness", "internal coordination" and "hierarchy" at the content level, "systematic thinking" and "quality education" at the thinking level, "deepening the understanding and application of relevant knowledge in the field of chronic disease prevention and control" and "the content is convenient for self-study and helps guide the construction of new knowledge" at the motivation level, and "accurate words, fluent language and easy to read and understand" and "firm binding, good paper quality and clear printing" at the arrangement level of the teaching material was more than 90.00%. Only the satisfaction of "the critical thinking" at the thinking level and "stimulating learning enthusiasm" at the motivation level was less than 85.00%.Conclusion:The teaching material of The prevention and control of chronic non- communicable disease meets the learning needs of postgraduates majoring in public health, and students have high overall satisfaction evaluation on the teaching material. It is necessary to further optimize the two aspects of "the critical thinking" and "stimulating learning enthusiasm" in the revision of the teaching material.
4.Protective effect of transient receptor potential melastatin 2 inhibitor A10 on oxygen glucose deprivation/reperfusion model.

To investigate the effect of transient receptor potential melastatin 2 (TRPM2) inhibitor A10 on oxygen glucose deprivation/reperfusion (OGD/R) injury in SH-SY5Y cells.:Human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells were subject to OGD/R injury,and then were divided into blank control group,model control group and A10 group randomly. The cell survival rate was detected by cell counting kit 8 (CCK-8); the level of cellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) was detected by reactive oxygen detection kit; the mitochondrial membrane potential was detected by tetramethylrhodamine (TMRM) method; the number of apoptotic cells was detected by TUNEL apoptosis assay kit; the protein expression level of cleaved caspase 3 was detected by Western blot.:Compared with 3,20,30,50, has lower cytotoxicity and better inhibition effect on channel activity. Compared with the model control group,ROS level was reduced,the mitochondrial membrane potential was improved,the number of apoptosis cells was reduced ,and the expression of cleaved caspase 3 was significantly reduced in the A10 group(all <0.05). : A10 can alleviate cell damage after OGD/R by inhibiting TRPM2 channel function,reducing extracellular calcium influx,reducing cell ROS levels,stabilizing mitochondrial membrane potential levels,and reducing apoptosis.

Data from the vital registry and cancer registry were used to establish statistical model to estimate the lung cancer deaths by province, age and gender. The lung cancer deaths attributable to PM2.5 were calculated based on the calculation of population attributable fraction (PAF). The GBD world population age structure was adopted to calculate age-standardized rates for comparison among provinces (including 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government, as well as Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions, excluding Taiwan of China).

The lung cancer death rate attributable to PM2.5 among males (14.84/105, 95% UI : 9.78/105-19.93/105) was higher than that in females (6.21/105, 95% UI : 4.07/105-8.40/105). The age?standardized death rates (ASDR) of lung cancer attributable to PM2.5 among males and females in China were higher than the global average level. The attributable ASDR of lung cancer varied among provinces, highest in Shandong (13.51/105, 95% UI : 9.14/105-18.20/105) and lowest in Tibet (0.85/105, 95% UI : 0.44/105-1.51/105). Conclusion In 2016, the lung cancer deaths attributable to ambient PM2.5 exposure in China was heavy, and varied in different age groups, genders and provinces.

8. Strategy for wound repair of skin and soft tissue defect and systematic rehabilitation treatment for functional reconstruction of patients with severe burn or trauma on knees

Objective:
Strategy for wound repair of skin and soft tissue defect and systematic rehabilitation treatment for functional reconstruction of patients with severe burn or trauma on knees.
Methods:
From January 2015 to October 2016, 26 patients with skin and soft tissue defect on knees after severe burn or trauma were hospitalized in our unit. Among these patients, 14 patients had patellar ligament defect, and 16 patients had knee joint capsule defect. Wound debridement was operated on 1 to 3 days after admission. After debridement, the area of skin and soft tissue defect ranged from 10 cm×7 cm to 42 cm×18 cm. Vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) treatment was performed after debridement, and flap transplantation operation was performed after VSD treatment for 5 to 7 days. Defects of nine patients were treated with local rotation flaps. Seven patients with skin and soft tissue defects on knees and knee joint capsule defects of 5 cm×3 cm to 9 cm×7 cm were treated with free anterolateral femoral flaps combined with fascia lata. Ten patients with skin and soft tissue defects on knees and patellar ligament defects of 6 cm×3 cm to 12 cm×4 cm were treated with free anterolateral femoral flaps combined with iliotibial tract. The area of flaps ranged from 11 cm×9 cm to 22 cm×15 cm. After flap transplantation operation, functional reconstruction of knee joint was carried out according to early, continuous, and sequential systematic rehabilitation treatment strategy. The pain degree and function of knee joint of patients were scored by the International Knee Documentation Committee (IKDC) Knee Evaluation Form before operation and 12 months after operation. The knee joint flexion and extension degrees of patients were measured by joint protractor in 2 weeks and 12 months after operation. The color Doppler ultrasound was used to evaluate integrity of knee joint capsule and continuity of patellar ligament of patients in 6 and 12 months after operation.
Results:
All flaps of 26 patients survived well, and wounds healed completely after the operation. Distal parts of flaps of 2 patients treated with free anterolateral femoral flaps had local necrosis after the operation, and their wounds healed after debridement and transplantation of autologous intermediate split-thickness skin graft of thigh. The IKDC Knee Evaluation Form score of patients was (79±8) points in 12 months after operation, which was significantly higher than (64±7) points before operation (
9.Analysis of Medication Principles of Professor Liu Fengbin for Treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome

In this study,we collected the prescriptions of Professor Liu Fengbin used for the out-patients with irritable bowel syndrome(IBS),counted the usage frequency of the herbs and core-combination herbs in the prescriptions,analyzed the medication principles of Professor Liu Fengbin,and mined the new recipes for IBS by the methods of association rule mining and complex system entropy clustering presented in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System.The results showed that Professor Liu is experienced in treating IBS based on liver-spleen differentiation,mainly applying the therapies of invigorating spleen and replenishing qi,soothing liver and regulating qi,also using the methods of resolving dampness,alleviating depression,relieving pain and activating blood,and prescribing the basic recipe of Chai Shao Sijunzi Decoction.The medication principles of Professor Liu Fengbin for the treatment of IBS will be beneficial to the further exploration of the syndrome pattern distribution of IBS and new recipes for IBS.
10.The effect of high total cholesterol on life expectancy in 2013 in China

Objective To estimate the effect of high total cholesterol (TC) on life expectancy in China.Methods Population attributable fractions (PAF) of high TC were calculated in both urban,rural areas and regions,using data related to TC levels from the chronic disease risk factor surveillance in China,2013.Together with PAFs,data related to death registry,demographics,attributable deaths from high TC and its effect on life expectancy,were estimated.Results In 2013,the TC level in Chinese population aged 25 and above appeared as (4.8± 1.0) mmol/L,higher in urban areas [(4.8±1.0) mmol/L] than that in rural areas [(4.7± 1.0) mmol/L)],with the highest in eastern regions [(4.9 ±1.0) mmol/L] and lowest in the central regions [(4.6 ± 1.0) mmol/L].TC level appeared as (4.8 ± 1.0)mmol/L in both sexes.A total of 2.9% of all the deaths were attributed to high TC (264 998 deaths),among which 89.3% were caused by ischemic heart disease (236 540 deaths).PAF was seen higher in females (3.7%) than that in males (2.3%),higher in urban (3.4%) than that in rural areas (2.4%),with the highest in eastern (3.7%) and lowest in western regions (2.1%).Mortality that attributed to high TC was 19.6/100 000,higher in females (21.2/100 000) than that in males (18.0/100 000),higher in urban (20.8/100 000) than that in rural areas (18.2/100 000),with the highest in eastern (23.2/100 000) and lowest in western regions (15.6/100 000).In 2013,the loss of life expectancy that caused by high TC was 0.30 year,higher in females (0.35 year) than in males (0.26 year),higher in urban (0.34 year) than that in rural areas (0.28 year),with the highest seen in the eastern (0.36 year) and lowest (0.23 year) in the western regions.Conclusion In 2013,the effect of high TC on life expectancy appeared different between genders,urban and rural areas or regions,with greater impact on females,urban and eastern areas of the country.
