1.Longitudinal trajectory analysis of orthokeratology lens wearing adherence in myopic children and adolescents

		                        			Objective:
		                        			To analyze the potential categories and influencing factors of the compliance trajectory of orthokeratology lenses (OK lens) in myopic children and adolescents, so as to provide a basis for dynamic and accurate intervention of OK lens compliance in myopic children and adolescents.
		                        		
		                        			Methods:
		                        			From January to June 2024, 310 myopic children and adolescents wearing OK lens were selected as research subjects from the Ophthalmology Medical Center of Cangzhou Central Hospital using a convenient sampling method. Data were collected at four time points: when the glasses were first fitted (T0), 2 weeks after fitting (T1), 1 month later (T2), 3 months later (T3), and 6 months later (T4). The data collection methods included general information questionnaires, compliance surveys for OK lens wearers, the Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function-Self-report Version (BRIEF-SR), family support scales, and a self-made questionnaire on myopia control attitudes. A growth mixed model was used to identify the trajectory categories of compliance with OK lens wearing among myopic children and adolescents, and multiple Logistic regression analysis was employed to examine the influencing factors.
		                        		
		                        			Results:
		                        			The compliance with OK lens among myopic children and adolescents were roughly divided into four developmental trajectories: C1 exemplary adherent (58 cases, 18.71%), C2 gradual progressor (130 cases, 41.94%), C3 fluctuating (85 cases, 27.42%), and C4 stubborn low follower (37 cases, 11.94%). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that, with C1 group as the reference, age (C3,  OR = 0.74 ), parental education level (C4,  OR =0.67), executive function (C2,  OR =0.69; C4,  OR =0.44), family support (C3,  OR =0.75) and myopia control attitude (C2,  OR =0.39) were all influencing factors for the compliance trajectory of OK lens; with C2 group as the reference, age (C3,  OR = 0.55 ), parental education level (C3,  OR =0.34; C4,  OR =0.64), executive function (C3,  OR =0.77), and family support (C4,  OR =0.58) were all influencing factors for the compliance trajectory of OK lens; with C3 group as the reference, age (C4,  OR = 0.68 ), and myopia control attitude (C4,  OR =0.44) were both influencing factors for the compliance trajectory of OK lens ( P <0.05).
		                        		
		                        			Conclusions
		                        			The compliance of wearing OK lens in children and adolescents with myopia can be roughly divided into four trajectories, and there is group heterogeneity. Dynamic and precise compliance intervention strategies should be given based on different trajectories and influencing factors.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
2.Discussion on the traditional Chinese medicine constitution and treatment of school-age children with Mycoplasmal pneumoniae pneumonia

		                        			Objective To explore the constitution,pathogenesis and treatment of school-age children with Mycoplasmal pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP).Methods A total of 110 school-age children with Mycoplasmal pneumoniae pneumonia treated in the outpatient Traditional Chinese Medicine Department,Beijing Shijingshan Hospital from September to December 2023 were selected as observation group.35 school-age children with no fever or respiratory symptoms were selected as control group,and the traditional Chinese medicine constitution,syndrome type,etiology and disease location of the two groups were compared.Results The traditional Chinese medicine constitution of the children in observation group was mainly peaceful quality and moist heat quality.The syndrome types were phlegm-heat blocking lung syndrome,wind-heat blocking lung syndrome and Yin deficiency lung heat syndrome.There was no significant correlation between physical constitution and syndrome(x2=3.16,P=0.21,Cramer's V=0.17).In observation group,most of the diseases were lung,large intestine and heart.The causes were heat,phlegm dampness,blood stasis and wind.There was a statistically significant difference in the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine constitution between two groups of pediatric patients(x2=12.32,P=0.002).Conclusion Children with damp-heat constitution may have a certain susceptibility to Mycoplasmal pneumoniae pneumonia.The treatment of school-age children with Mycoplasmal pneumoniae pneumonia should not ignore the disease of the heart system and blood stasis,at the same time,the combination of"disease,syndrome and symptom",and pay attention to physical adjustment.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
3.Clinical significance of gastroduodenal artery in pancreatic surgery

		                        			The gastroduodenal artery (GDA) has an important role in pancreatic surgery. Relevant literature was reviewed and sum-marized in this article, along with practical experiences from our center, in order to provide references for surgeons in dealing with anatomical variations of the GDA and postoperative bleeding. GDA has close relationships with the blood supply of surroun-ding organs and is the most common vessel associated with intra-abdominal bleeding after pancreatic surgery. Therefore, the GDA plays a crucial anatomical role that affects the strategies and approaches of pancreatic surgery . Preoperative assessment of GDA variations can be achieved through CT angio-graphy. During surgery, it is important to identify and dissect the GDA properly and protect its remnants. 4.Development and reliability and validity test of positive psychological capital questionnaire for patients with diabetic retinopathy

		                        			Objective:To develop a positive and effective questionnaire for positive psychological capital of patients with diabetic retinopathy, and provide a reference for evaluating positive psychological capital of patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods:By reviewed the literature, the item pool was constructed based on the definition of the operational definition of positive psychological capital in patients with diabetic retinopathy, and an initial questionnaire was formed. Experts were invited to test the content validity of the questionnaire, and the structural validity, criterion-related validity, and the internal consistency of the questionnaire were tested by surveying 208 patients admitted to the First Hospital of China Medical University.Results:Finally Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire for Diabetic Retinopathy Patients consisted of 18 items in 4 dimensions. Factor analysis extracted four factors of resilience, self-efficacy, hope and optimism, and the cumulative contribution rate was 55.448%. The correlation coefficient between this questionnaire and the positive psychological capital questionnaire was 0.704 ( P<0.05). The content validity index of the questionnaire was 0.94, the total Cronbach α coefficient was 0.835, and the split-half coefficient was 0.864. Conclusions:The positive psychological capital questionnaire for patients with diabetic retinopathy has good reliability and validity and can be used as a tool to measure the positive psychological capital level of patients with diabetic retinopathy.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
5.Correlation between positive psychological capital and quality of life in patients with diabetic retinopathy

		                        			Objective:To explore the correlation between positive psychological capital and quality of life in patients with diabetic retinopathy, and to provide a reference for the development of targeted nursing measures to improve the quality of life of patients.Methods:A total of 226 patients with diabetic retinopathy who were hospitalized in the Department of Ophthalmology and Endocrinology of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from May to December in 2019 were selected by convenient sampling. The data were investigated by general data questionnaire, positive psychological capital questionnaire for patients with diabetic retinopathy, and National Eye Institute 25-Item Visual Function Questionnaire.Results:The positive psychological capital score of patients with diabetic retinopathy was (72.08±9.42) points; the quality of life score was (52.10±18.22) points; positive psychological capital was positively correlated with quality of life ( r value was 0.571, P<0.01). Conclusions:The positive psychological capital of patients with diabetic retinopathy is positively related to the quality of life. 6.Role of SPARCL1 in spinal dorsal horns in development of remifentanil-induced hyperalgesia in mice with incisional pain

		                        			Objective:To evaluate the role of secreted protein acidic and rich in cysteine like protein 1 (SPARCL1) in spinal dorsal horns in the development of remifentanil-induced hyperalgesia in mice with incisional pain.Methods:Forty-eight healthy male C57BL/6J mice, aged 8-10 weeks, weighing 18-22 g, were divided into 6 groups ( n=8 each) using a random number table method: control group (group C), incisional pain group (group I), remifentanil group (group R), incisional pain plus remifentanil group (group I+ R), incisional pain plus remifentanil plus negative control group (group I+ R+ N), and incisional pain plus remifentanil plus SPARCL1-siRNA group (group I+ R+ S). In I+ R+ N and I+ R+ S groups, 1×10 8 IFU/ml negative control siRNA and SPARCL1-siRNA 10 μl were intrathecally injected, respectively, once a day for 3 consecutive days.Normal saline 10 μl was intrathecally injected once a day for 3 consecutive days in C, I, R and I+ R groups.After transfection was stable, normal saline 0.1 ml was intravenously injected through the tail vein for 4 consecutive times at 15 min interval in C and I groups, and remifentanil 10 μg/kg (diluted to 0.1 ml in normal saline) was intravenously injected via the tail vein for 4 consecutive times at 15 min interval in R, I+ R, I+ R+ N and I+ R+ S groups.The incisional pain model was established after the first administration via the tail vein in R, I+ R, I+ R+ N and I+ R+ S groups.The mechanical paw withdrawal threshold (MWT) and thermal paw withdrawal latency (TWL) were measured at 24 h before infusing normal saline or remifentanil (T 0) and 3, 6, 24 and 48 h after stopping infusion (T 1-4). Animals were sacrificed after measuring pain threshold at T 4, and L 4-6 segments of the spinal cord were removed for determination of the expression of SPARCL1 protein and mRNA by Western blot and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction, respectively. Results:Compared with group C, MWT was significantly decreased and TWL was shortened at T 1-4 in I+ R and I+ R+ N groups and at T 2-4 in I, R and I+ R+ S groups, and the expression of SPARCL1 protein and mRNA was significantly up-regulated in R, I+ R and I+ R+ C groups ( P<0.05 or 0.01). Compared with group I and group R, MWT was significantly decreased, TWL was shortened, and the expression of SPARCL1 protein and mRNA was up-regulated in group I+ R ( P<0.01). Compared with group I+ R, MWT was significantly increased and TWL was prolonged at T 1-4, and the expression of SPARCL1 protein and mRNA was down-regulated in group I+ R+ S ( P<0.05 or 0.01). 7.Contrast-Enhanced Spectral Mammography Versus Ultrasonography: Diagnostic Performance in Symptomatic Patients with Dense Breasts

		                        			OBJECTIVE: To compare the diagnostic performance of contrast-enhanced spectral mammography (CESM) versus ultrasonography (US) in symptomatic patients with dense breasts, while using histology as the gold standard.MATERIALS AND METHODS: After obtaining approval from the local ethics board, this prospective study collected data from patients with symptomatic breasts who underwent CESM and US examinations from May 1, 2017 to September 30, 2017. We then selected those with dense breasts and pathological results as our sample population. Both CESM and US results were classified by a radiologist through the Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System, and the results were compared with their corresponding histological results. The chi-square test was conducted to compare the diagnostic performance of CESM and US, and the receiver operating characteristic curves for the two imaging modalities were obtained.RESULTS: A total of 131 lesions from 115 patients with dense breasts were included in this study. Sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), negative predictive value (NPV), and accuracy were 93.8%, 88.1%, 88.2%, 93.7%, and 90.8% for CESM, and 90.6%, 82.1%, 82.9%, 90.2%, and 86.3% for US, respectively. The p values for sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV, and accuracy were 0.687, 0.388, 0.370, 0.702, and 0.238, respectively. The area under the curve of CESM (0.917) was comparable with that of US (0.884); however, the differences between CESM and US were not statistically significant (p = 0.225). Eight false-positive cases and 4 false-negative cases for breast cancer were found in CESM, while 12 false-positive cases and 6 false-negative cases were found in US.CONCLUSION: The diagnostic performances of CESM and US are comparable in symptomatic women with dense breasts; however, the routine use of additional US imaging is questionable for lesions that can be detected by CESM.

		                        			To investigate the genetic stability of virus seed H2M20K7 (K7) of live attenuated Hepatitis A virus H2 strain (HAV, H2 strain) for production of hepatitis A (Live) vaccine, lyophilized after continuous passages.
		                        		
		                        			Methods:
		                        			The virus seed K7 of H2 strain was proliferated and passaged in KMB17 cells in cell factories. Viruses of different passages were harvested after continuous passages. Virus RNA was extracted and the complete genomes of different virus passages (K7, K10, K11, K13, K15, K18) were sequenced by using next-generation deep sequencing. The mutation rates of different passages were compared. The infectivity titers of different virus passages of H2 strain were tested by ELISA.
		                        		
		                        			Results:
		                        			The mutation rates of complete genomes of different passages were low after continuous passages of master virus seed. The structure of gene was stable and non-synonymous mutation rate was lower than 0.57%. The mutation rate of 5 ’non-coding regions was lower than 0.1%. There was no significant mutation in VP1/2 A and 2C virulence site. The infectious titers of H2 strains of different passages were within 7.76-8.50 lgCCID50/ml. No statistically significant difference was found in this study.
		                        		
		                        			Conclusions
		                        			The gene structure of the master virus seed, working seed and different passages of H2M20K7 after subculture was stable and the mutation rate was low. No significant mutation was found in 5’non-coding regions, and the critical virulence sites such as VP1/2 A, 2B and 2C showed attenuated characteristics with low mutation rate. Virulence of the virus did not changed. The H2 strain maintained stable viral infectivity and genetic stability and comply with the requirements as virus seed for vaccine manufacturing.
