Objective:To explore the application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) combined with transvaginal ultrasound features and quantitative parameters in evaluating high-risk endometrial cancer (EC).Methods:Retrospective analysis was made on 69 EC patients who received CEUS examination and were confirmed by surgery and pathology in Beijing Shijitan Hospital, Capital Medical University from December 2017 to September 2022. According to postoperative pathology, the patients were divided into low-risk group ( n=38) and high-risk group ( n=31). The differences in CEUS, transvaginal ultrasound features and quantitative parameters between the two groups were compared, relevant parameters that with predictive value for high-risk EC were screened, and these parameters were scored. Results:①There were differences in lesion size (thick diameter, long diameter), vascular morphology, and color blood flow score between high and low risk ECs (all P<0.05). ②There were differences in CEUS parameters [perfusion mode, enhancement intensity, area under curve(AUC)] between high and low risk EC groups (all P<0.05). ③The areas under the ROC curve for diagnosing high-risk EC were 0.79, 0.69, 0.69, and 0.62, respectively, based on the critical values of lesion thickness diameter ≥1.85 cm, lesion length diameter ≥2.05 cm, ultrasound contrast quantification parameter AUC ≥859 au, and enhancement intensity ≥29.4 dB. ④Using statistically significant parameters for scoring, the sensitivity and specificity for diagnosing high-risk EC with the score ≥5, were 70.97% and 89.47%, respectively. Conclusions:The combination of CEUS and transvaginal ultrasound is a feasible method for predicting high-risk EC. CEUS parameters (enhanced intensity, AUC, and " focal" perfusion mode) are related to high-risk EC. The combination of CEUS and transvaginal ultrasound helps to pre-evaluate the pathological prognostic factors of endometrial malignant lesions before surgery, providing a basis for clinical follow-up treatment.

There is currently a huge worldwide demand for donor kidneys for organ transplantation. Consequently, numerous marginal donor kidneys, such as kidneys with microthrombi, are used to save patients' lives. While some studies have shown an association between the presence of microthrombi in donor kidneys and an increased risk for delayed graft function (DGF) (McCall et al., 2003; Gao et al., 2019), other studies have demonstrated that microthrombi negatively impact the rate of DGF (Batra et al., 2016; Hansen et al., 2018), but not graft survival rate (McCall et al., 2003; Batra et al., 2016; Gao et al., 2019). In contrast, Hansen et al. (2018) concluded that fibrin thrombi were not only associated with reduced graft function six months post-transplantation but also with increased graft loss within the first year of transplantation. On the other hand, Batra et al. (2016) found no significant differences in the DGF rate or one-year graft function between recipients in diffuse and focal microthrombi groups. To date, however, the overall influence of donor kidney microthrombi and the degree of influence on prognosis remain controversial, necessitating further research.

Objective:To construct the access standard of nursing service project according to the feasibility, operational risk and difficulty of "Internet+ nursing service" home-based nursing project operation, so as to provides references for establishing the management method of "Internet+ nursing service".Methods:From March to August 2021, nursing service projects in the existing "Internet+ nursing service" platform were collected, and relevant literature and policies were referred to build an "Internet+ nursing service" project pool, including 64 nursing service items. The convenient sampling method was adopted to select 19 hospital nursing managers, community nursing managers, clinical nursing and nursing education experts in the field of "Internet+ nursing service" in Beijing from November 2021 to January 2022. Delphi method was adopted to conduct expert letter inquiry, and to evaluate the feasibility of home operation, difficulty score, risk score and access suggestions of nursing service projects. Results:The results showed that 61 nursing service items had the feasibility of home nursing operation. The nursing operations of intravenous injection, intravenous infusion and indwelling needle infusion were not suitable for home operation. Among them, the operators of the five items such as transfusion port maintenance, wound dressing change, peritoneal dialysis, ostomy nursing and disease rehabilitation guidance should be competent only after they passed the training and assessment of specialized nurses and had the operation experience of the project due to the difficulty of operation or the medium and high level of risk. Hair care and warm water bath were of low difficulty and low risk to be operated at home and they could be completed by trained caregivers or nursing workers. Operators of 54 items such as oral care, perineal scrubbing, rapid blood glucose monitoring, etc., should have nurse practicing certificate, nurse or above title, and have more than 5 years of related work experience. Conclusions:The access standard of "Internet+ nursing service" project established in this study is highly scientific and reliable, which can provide useful reference for establishing the access management method of "Internet+ nursing service".

Objective:By retrospectively analyzing 6 cases of IgG4-related membranous nephropathy (IgG4-MN), combined with literature review, to explore the clinical and renal pathological characteristics of the disease, and improve clinicians' understanding of the disease. Methods:The data of six patients with biopsy-proven IgG4-MN in the nephrology center of our hospital during April 2017 to January 2021 were collected. At the same time, we reviewed the literature systematically and summarized the clinicopathological characteristics. Results:Six male patients with the age ranged fom 55 to 75 years old were described. Urine protein level was (3.1±2.1) g/24 h, 3 cases (50%) showed nephrotic syndrome and 4 cases (67%) had elevated serum creatinine. The median creatinine level was (103±24) μmol/L. Six cases (100%) had elevated serum immunoglobulin (Ig)E level, and 4 cases (67%) had elevated IgG4. M-type phospholipase A2 receptor (PLA2R) was positive in 1 case (17%) and tubulointerstitial nephritis (TIN) was present in 6 cases. The review of the literature suggested that a total of 49 cases with IgG4-MN were reported, including 6 cases in this report. There were 40 males (40/46, 87%), with a age range of (61±12) years old, 32 cases (32/49, 65%) showed nephrotic syndrome range proteinuria, and the proportion of serum IgG and IgG4 increase was 61%(20/33) and 88% (36/41), respectively, 13 cases (13/15, 87%) had elevated serum IgE level, 47% (14/30) had low-complement C3 and 44%(12/27) had low-complement C4 level. The main organs involved were pancreas (15/37) and lymph nodes (16/37). Renal pathology showed TIN in 74%(36/49). Electron dense deposition was mainly subepithelial deposits. 7%(2/28) were positive for anti-PLA2R antibody in serum, 17%(3/18) were positive for PLA2R in kidney tissue, 6%(1/18) were suspected positive for PLA2R in kidney tissue, and 8%(1/12) were dual positive in blood and kidney tissue.Conclusion:IgG4-MN usually presents with nephrotic range proteinuria or nephrotic syndrome in middle-aged and elderly patients. Most of them are complicated with TIN and other organ involvement. A certain proportion of patients are PLA2R positive in IgG4-MN, and whether it is primary or secondary MN needs further study.

Chinese Journal of Biotechnology 2022;38(5):1706-1723
With the development of high-throughput sequencing technology, circular RNAs (circRNAs) have gradually become a hotspot in the research on non-coding RNA. CircRNAs are produced by the covalent circularization of a downstream 3' splice donor and an upstream 5' splice acceptor through backsplicing, and they are pervasive in eukaryotic cells. CircRNAs used to be considered byproducts of false splicing, whereas an explosion of related studies in recent years has disproved this misconception. Compared with the rich studies of circRNAs in animals, the study of circRNAs in plants is still in its infancy. In this review, we introduced the discovery of plant circRNAs, the discovery of plant circRNAs, the circularization feature, expression specificity, conservation, and stability of plant circRNAs and expounded the identification tools, main types, and biogenesis mechanisms of circRNAs. Furthermore, we summarized the potential roles of plant circRNAs as microRNA (miRNA) sponges and translation templates and in response to biotic/abiotic stress, and briefed the degradation and localization of plant circRNAs. Finally, we discussed the challenges and proposed the future directions in the research on plant circRNAs.

Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines (English Ed.) 2022;20(11):830-845
Atherosclerosis (AS) is an invisible killer among cardiovascular diseases (CVD), which has seriously threatened the life of quality. The complex pathogenesis of AS involves multiple interrelated events and cell types, such as macrophages, endothelial cells, vascular smooth muscle cells and immune cells. Currently, the efficacy of recommended statin treatment is not satisfactory. Natural products (NPs) have attracted increasing attention with regard to their broad structural diversity and biodiversity, which makes them a promising library in the demand for lead compounds with cardiovascular protective bio-activity. NPs can preclude the development of AS by regulating lipid metabolism, ameliorating inflammation, stabilizing plaques, and remodeling the gut microbiota, which lays a foundation for the application of NPs in clinical therapeutics.
