		                        			Objective:To evaluate the clinical outcomes of combined complete preservation of chordal structure mitral valve replacement (C-MVR) with total anatomical arterial myocardial revascularization (TACR) in coronary patients with moderate-to-severe or severe ischemic mitral regurgitation (IMR).Methods:This is a retrospective multi-center case series study. Data were retrospectively collected from 127 patients with coronary artery disease with moderate to severe or severe IMR who received TACR with C-MVR from July 2015 to April 2024 in 13 hospitals in China. There were 90 males and 37 females, aged (56.5±10.7) years (range: 33 to 74 years). Perioperative data and follow-up data including left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, and patency rate of arterial grafts of patients were collected. Comparisons were made using paired sample t-test or χ2 test. Results:In this cohort of 127 patients, 67 underwent concurrent tricuspid valve repair. During surgery, 113 grafts of the left internal mammary artery (LIMA), 127 grafts of the left radial artery, 80 grafts of the right radial artery, and 110 grafts of the right internal mammary artery (RIMA) were harvested. The number of the distal anastomosis was 4.2±0.4 (range: 3 to 5). The aortic cross-clamp time and cardiopulmonary bypass time were (97.5±23.4) minutes (range: 90 to 161 minutes) and (145.4±19.2) minutes (range: 101 to 210 minutes), respectively. There was one operative death. Intraoperative placement of an intra-aortic balloon pump was performed in 21 patients to improve the left ventricular ejection. No sternal ischemic occurred. All patients completed follow-up, with a mean follow-up period of (64.3±7.5) months (range: 4 to 110 months). No major cerebrovascular events occurred during the follow-up period, and all patients survived. Left ventricular ejection fraction improved postoperatively (55.0%±5.3% vs. 41.0%±15.3%, t=17.23, P<0.01). The proportion of patients with New York Heart Association functional class ≤2 increased postoperatively (23.6% (30/127) vs. 87.3% (110/126), χ2=103.77, P<0.01). The proportion of patients with Canadian Cardiovascular Society Angina Classification ≤3 decreased postoperatively (4.8% (6/126) vs. 78.7% (100/127), χ2=142.19, P<0.01). The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter decreased postoperatively ((5.70±4.50) cm vs. (6.10±0.23) cm, t=12.15, P<0.01). Coronary multi-detector computed tomography angiography (MDCTA) follow-up was conducted for (60.5±11.7) months (range: 6 to 109 months) postoperatively. MDCTA confirmed the patency rates of the grafts: 96.4% (108/112) for the LIMA grafts, 88.9% (112/126) for the left radial artery grafts, 93.7% (74/79) for the right radial artery grafts, and 90.9% (100/110) for the free RIMA grafts. No significant differences in graft patency rates were observed between the arterial grafts ( χ2=5.24, P=0.155). 3.SRSF2 promotes glioblastoma cell proliferation by inducing alternative splicing of FSP1 and inhibiting ferroptosis

		                        			Objective:To investigate the effect of serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 2 (SRSF2) on ferroptosis and its possible mechanism in glioblastoma cells.Methods:The online database of gene expression profiling interactive analysis 2 (GEPIA 2) and Chinese Glioma Genome Atlas were used to analyze the expression of SRSF2 in glioblastoma tissue and its association with patients prognosis. To validate the findings of the online databases, the pathological sections of glioblastoma and non-tumor brain tissues from Tianjin Medical University General Hospital, Tianjin, China were collected and analyzed by using immunohistochemistry. Silencing SRSF2 gene expression in glioblastoma cells by siRNA was analyzed with Western blot. The proliferation index was detected by using CCK8 assay. The rescued experiment was conducted by using expression plasmid of pcDNA3.1(+)-SRSF2. The activity of ferroptosis was assessed by using the levels of iron ions and malondialdehyde in glioblastoma cells and the changes in the ratio of glutathione to oxidized glutathione. The changes of gene expression and differential pre-mRNA alternative splicing (PMAS) induced by SRSF2 were monitored by using the third-generation sequencing technology analysis, namely Oxford nanopore technologies (ONT) sequencing analysis.Results:SRSF2 expression was higher in glioblastoma tissues than non-tumor brain tissues. Immunohistochemistry also showed a positive rate of 88.48%±4.60% in glioblastoma tissue which was much higher than the 9.97%±4.57% in non-tumor brain tissue. The expression of SRSF2 was inversely correlated with overall and disease-free disease survivals ( P<0.01). The proliferation index of glioblastoma cells was significantly reduced by silencing with SRSF2 siRNA ( P<0.01) and could be reversed with transfection of exogenous SRSF2. The levels of intracellulariron ions and malondialdehyde increased ( P<0.05), but the glutathione/oxidized glutathione ratio and the expression of key proteins in the glutathione pathway remained unchanged ( P>0.05). ONT sequencing results showed that silencing SRSF2 in glioblastoma cells could induce a significant alternative 3' splice site change on ferroptosis suppressor protein 1 (FSP1). Conclusion:SRSF2 inhibits the ferroptosis in glioblastoma cells and promotes their proliferation, which may be achieved by regulating FSP1 PMAS.

		                        			Objective To investigate the knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)of drug application among university students in Karamay,to analyze potential risk factors of medication risk.Methods Using the convenience sampling method,the basic information,current status of the KAP of medication of university students in Karamay were collected through online and offline questionnaire.Multiple linear regression was performed to analyze the influence of different characteristics of the research objects on KAP concerning medication risk.Results A total of 948 valid questionnaires were retrieved,the interviewees were mostly aged between 18 and 20 years old(55.06%),females(63.92%)were more than males(36.08%).The mean scores of knowledge,behavior,education and attitude towards medication among university students were(36.17±11.82),(31.04±9.17),(11.66±4.66)and(11.50±3.53)respectively.Most university students had good drug use habits and considered it necessary to acquire knowledge about safe drug use through different ways and forms,but they lacked awareness on safe drug use in terms of purchasing drugs,storing drugs,drug use behavior and drug use education.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the major of study was an influential factor in medication knowledge(P<0.01),with pharmacy majors demonstrating better mastery.It also in medication behavior(P<0.01),with pharmacy majors exhibiting more standardized practices.Gender was an influential factor in attitudes toward medication education(P<0.05),with females showing more positive attitude.Conclusion The knowledge of drug application among university students in the city is relatively good,and they have good medication habits.However,there are shortcomings in their medication behavior and education.It is necessary to actively carry out targeted medication education activities to promote safe and rational medication among university students.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
5.Analysis of Animal Models of Post-infectious Irritable Bowel Syndrome Based on Characteristics of Clinical Symptoms of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

		                        			Objective This paper summarizes and evaluates the existing animal models of Post-infectious irritable bowel syndrome(PI-IBS)based on the clinical diagnostic criteria and symptom characteristics of PI-IBS in Chinese and western medicine.The goal of this study is to seek out animal models with a high degree of clinical agreement between Chinese and western medicine,and to provide an accurate animal model for the prevention and treatment of PI-IBS in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The animal strains,modelling methods,and mechanisms of the existing PI-IBS animal models were summarized based on the clinical diagnostic features and symptomatology of PI-IBS,as well as the degree of match was evaluated and the strengths and weaknesses of the preparation of animal models were analyzed,by reviewing the articles related to PI-IBS animal experiments and the preparation of animal models.Results A thorough analysis discovered that Campylobacter jejuni infection model,Trichinella infection model,and liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome in models of disease and symptom combination showed a comparatively high level of clinical agreement between Chinese and western medicine.Conclusion The existing PI-IBS models had the high degree of coincidence with western medicine,Chinese medicine four diagnoses and syndrome are generally less embodied and collected in the modeling process.The primary symptoms in Chinese medicine diagnosis are primarily based on the observation of animal apparent behaviors,while the observation of the sub-syndrome manifestations is relatively less,which results in failure of judgment of TCM syndrome types.Therefore,it is still necessary to further standardize the criteria for evaluating symptoms and the techniques for identifying disease-syndrome combination animal models.PI-IBS model with the syndrome-clinical characteristics in Chinese and western medicine has significant application value and prospects in the future.The multifactorial composite method of western medicine pathological injury+Chinese medicine etiological stimulation can establish a PI-IBS model with a higher degree of coincidence,which can provide theoretical support for the study of the pathogenesis of PI-IBS,the difference of syndrome,and the prevention and treatment with integrative Chinese and western medicine.It is crucial to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of PI-IBS.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
6.Bladder-sparing treatment following noninvasive down-staging after transurethral resection of bladder tumor plus systemic chemotherapy for muscle-invasive bladder cancer

		                        			Objective:To investigate the long-term survival and safety in patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) who experienced a noninvasive down-staging (≤pT 1)after transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT) plus systemic chemotherapy and received bladder-sparing treatment. Methods:The records of patients with MIBC who underwent maximal TURBT plus systemic chemotherapy-guided bladder-sparing treatment were reviewed retrospectively from Dec 2013 to Dec 2020. Eventually, 22 patients who achieved noninvasive down-staging underwent conservative management. The total patient cohort contained 10 males and 12 females. A majority of patients had single lesion and stage T2 disease. The median age of the patients was 66 years and the median tumor size was 3.0 cm. All patients underwent maximal TURBT to resect all visible diseases and followed by 3-4 cycles platinum-based systemic chemotherapy. After achieving noninvasive down-staging, 14 patients received concurrent chemoradiotherapy, and the other 8 patients underwent surveillance. Overactive bladder symptom score (OABSS) was used to assess the bladder function after treatment.Results:Twelve patients achieved pT 0 and 10 patients were down-staged to cT a-T 1. At a median follow-up of 36.7 months, 90.9%(20/22) patients retained their bladder function successfully. Among the 14 patients who received concurrent chemoradiotherapy, 4 had grade 3 or 4 adverse events. Among the 8 patients who underwent surveillance, 3 had grade 3 or 4 adverse events after systemic chemotherapy.Nine patients experienced tumor recurrence in the bladder, and 2 patients died of bladder cancer. Seven (31.8%) patients experienced Ⅲ/Ⅳ grade complications. The 5-year recurrence-free survival (RFS) and overall survival (OS) in patients achieved pT0 were 66.7% and 100.0%, respectively. The 5-year RFS and OS in patients achieved cTa-T1 were 40% and 72%, respectively. The OABSS score of 20 patients who retained their bladder successfully was (1.00±1.03). Conclusions:MIBC patients who achieved noninvasive down-staging might be candidates for the bladder-sparing treatment with maximum TURBT followed by systemic chemotherapy.The patients who achieved pT 0 might have better prognosis with functional bladder.

METHODS: The experiment established a high-sensitivity LC-MS analytical method for the detection of ribavirin, and the linearity, specificity, recovery, accuracy, and precision were investigated. The established methods were used to investigate the pharmacokinetics and tissue distribution of the oral and respiratory administration methods. 8.A comparative study of breast cancer mass screening and opportunistic screening in Chinese women

		                        			Objective:To compare the population characteristics, the positive rate of screening, the detection rate of breast cancer, early diagnosis rate and the cost between the mass screening group and opportunistic screening group of breast cancer.Methods:This study is a prospective multicenter cohort study conducted from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2016. The participants were enrolled for mass screening or opportunistic screening of breast cancer. After completing the questionnaire, all the participants received breast physical examination and breast ultrasound examination every year for 3 rounds by year. The participants′ characteristics and screening results of the two groups were compared by χ 2 test, Fisher exact test or Wilcoxon rank-sum test. Results:A total of 20 080 subjects were enrolled. In the mass screening group, 9 434 (100%), 8 111 (85.98%) and 3 940 (41.76%) cases completed the 3 rounds of screening, and 10 646 (100%), 6 209 (58.32%) and 2 988 (28.07%) cases in the opportunistic screening group, respectively. In the opportunistic screening group, the proportions of less than 3 months lactation (1 275/9 796 vs. 1 061/8 860, χ2=4.597, P=0.032), non-fertility (850/10 646 vs. 574/9 434, χ2=27.400, P<0.01), abortion history (6 384/10 646 vs. 5 062/9 434, χ2=81.232, P<0.01), postmenopausal (2 776/10 646 vs. 2 217/9 434, χ2=17.757, P<0.01), long-term oral contraceptives(>6 months) (171/10 646 vs. 77/9 434, χ2=25.593, P<0.01) and family history of breast cancer in first-degree relatives (464/10 646 vs. 236/9 434, χ2=51.257, P<0.01) were significantly higher than those in mass screening group. The positive rate of screening (514/10 646 vs. 128/9 434, χ2=194.736, P<0.01), the detection rate of breast cancer (158/10 646 vs. 13/9 434, χ2=107.374, P<0.01), and positive rate of biopsy (158/452 vs. 13/87, χ2=13.491, P<0.01) in the opportunistic screening group were significantly higher than those of the mass screening group. The early diagnosis rate of the mass screening group was significantly higher than the opportunistic screening group (10/12 vs. 66/141, χ2=5.902, P=0.015). The average cost for detecting each breast cancer case of the mass screening group was 215 038 CNY, which was 13.6 times of the opportunistic screening group (15 799 CNY/case). In the opportunistic screening group, the positive rate of biopsy in primary hospitals was significantly lower than that in large-volume hospitals (79/267 vs. 79/185, χ2=8.267, P=0.004), but there was no significant difference in the mass screening group (6/37 vs. 7/50, χ2=0.082, P=0.774). Conclusions:Breast cancer screening can improve early detection rate. Compared with the mass screening mode, the opportunistic screening mode has the advantages of higher proportion of high-risk factors, higher positive rate of screening, higher detection rate of breast cancer, higher positive rate of biopsy, and lower cost of screening. However, the early diagnosis rate of breast cancer of opportunistic screening is lower than that of mass screening. The positive rate of opportunistic screening in primary hospitals is lower than that of large-volume hospitals. 		                        			Supramalleolar osteotomy is an important joint-preserving operation in the treatment of varus ankle osteoarthritis, but there are still many controversies in operating procedures. Soft tissue procedure is coming into focus except the bone procedures. The balance of the medial triangular ligament, lateral collateral ligament and Achilles tendon is very important to maintain the stability of the ankle joint.
