Oral diseases concern almost every individual and are a serious health risk to the popula-tion.The restorative treatment of tooth and jaw defects is an important means to achieve oral function and support the appearance of the contour.Based on the principle of"learning from the nature",Deng Xu-liang's group of Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology has proposed a new concept of"microstructural biomimetic design and tissue adaptation of tooth/jaw materials"to address the worldwide problems of difficulty in treating dentine hypersensitivity,poor prognosis of restoration of tooth defects,and vertical bone augmentation of alveolar bone after tooth loss.The group has broken through the bottle-neck of multi-stage biomimetic technology from the design of microscopic features to the enhancement of macroscopic effects,and invented key technologies such as crystalline/amorphous multi-level assembly,ion-transportation blocking,and multi-physical properties of the micro-environment reconstruction,etc.The group also pioneered the cationic-hydrogel desensitizer,digital stump and core integrated restora-tions,and developed new crown and bridge restorative materials,gradient functionalisation guided tissue regeneration membrane,and electrically responsive alveolar bone augmentation restorative membranes,etc.These products have established new clinical strategies for tooth/jaw defect repair and achieved inno-vative results.In conclusion,the research results of our group have strongly supported the theoretical im-provement of stomatology,developed the technical system of oral hard tissue restoration,innovated the clinical treatment strategy,and led the progress of the stomatology industry.

This paper summarized the clinical experience of Professor LIU Shenlin in diagnosing and treating gastric cancer with the thinking of "prescription according to tendency". In this paper， the thinking of diagnosis and treatment for gastric cancer and medication skills were summarized into four dimensions： power， energy， chronology and situation. The diagnosis emphasizes the tendency of qi power， considering that the onset of gastric cancer primarily stems from the disorder of qi movement in zang-fu organs， and emphasizing the importance of regulating the liver and spleen qi to intercept the tendency of disease. It points out that dampness-phlegm-stasis-toxin is a crucial link leading to the metabolic imbalance of body energy， and Professor LIU adepts at using methods such as breaking up blood and expelling stasis， and clearing heat and resolving toxins to block the pathological chain reaction caused by energy imbalance and to restore the homeostasis of the organism. In the treatment process， according to the characteristics of gastric cancer staging and chronological evolution， we will explore the changes of the exuberance and weakness of healthy qi and pathogenic qi in the context of the chronologic tendency， and adjust the dosage of attacking and tonic medicines in different stages of the disease in order to balance and restore the body. The "situation" is in line with the state of consumptive disease in advanced gastric cancer， Professor LIU skillfully uses large doses of Huangqi （Astragalus mongholicus） with flexible combination of medicinals to replenish deficiencies， invigorate qi， and regulate blood vessels.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Jianpi Yangzheng(JPYZ)formula regulating tumor-associated macrophage(TAM)exosomes on anoikis in gastric cancer and its mechanism.METHODS TAM model was established by inducing human mononuclear THP-1 cells in vitro;M0,TAM and TAM+JPYZ formula exosomes were extracted by ultracentrifugation and co-incuba-ted with gastric cancer cells.Flow cytometry was used to detect the effect of exosomes in each group on anoikis in gastric cancer cells.A BALB/c transplanted tumor mouse model was constructed,and the expression level of apoptotic proteins in transplanted tumors was detected by Western blot.Label-free mass spectrometry proteomics and bioinformatics were used to analyze the differential proteins in gastric cancer cells before and after intervention;Western blot and qPCR experiments were used to detect the expression level of dif-ferential protein isocitrate dehydrogenase 1(IDH1),and ubiquitination experiments were used to detect the ubiquitination level of IDH1;kits were used to detect the levels of α-ketoglutarate(α-KG),NADPH/NADP+,glutathione(GSH/GSSG)and reactive oxy-gen species(ROS)content.RESULTS The anoikis rate of gastric cancer cells was reduced after TAM exosomes intervention(P<0.05,P<0.01),while it was significantly increased after TAM+JPYZ exosomes intervention(P<0.05,P<0.01).In the in vivo mouse experiment,the ratio of Cleaved Caspase-3/Caspase-3 in the tumor of the TAM exosome group was reduced(P<0.05),while the ra-tio was significantly increased after TAM+JPYZ exosome intervention(P<0.05).Proteomic analysis showed that IDH1 was significant-ly different after intervention,and was related to tricarboxylic acid cycle metabolism.Compared with the M0 group,the IDH1 ubiquiti-nation level of gastric cancer cells in the TAM group with exosome intervention was increased,the levels of α-KG,NADPH/NADP+and GSH/GSSG were significantly increased,and the ROS content was reduced(P<0.05),while TAM+JPYZ exosomes could reverse the above phenomenon.CONCLUSION JPYZ Formula can regulate TAM exosomes to cause ubiquitin degradation of IDH1 in gas-tric cancer cells,reduce the level of tricarboxylic acid cycle metabolism in gastric cancer cells,promote ROS accumulation,induce anoikis in gastric cancer,and thus inhibit the development of gastric cancer.

Abstract: Objective　To explore the efficacy and safety of photodynamic therapy (PDT) using 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) combined with antifungal drugs combined and comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of refractory kerion. Methods　From January 2019 to December 2022，6 cases of refractory kerion who were treated at the Fifth People's Hospital of Hainan Province with photodynamic therapy (PDT) using 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) combined with antifungal drugs. A solution with 20% concentration of ALA solution was uniformly dropped on the cotton sheet, shielded from light for 3 h, and irradiated with (633±10) nm LED red light for 20-30 min. The treatment was performed once a week, with one treatment course consisting of three sessions. Prior to treatment, debridement and fire needles pre-treatment were performed. Provide timely and targeted psychological care during treatment to alleviate psychological negative disorders and health education. Follow-up examinations were conducted 6 months after the treatment to evaluate clinical efficacy, safety and patient satisfaction. Results　Six children received standard ALA-PDT combined with antifungal drugs, supplemented by comprehensive nursing intervention. The cure rate of children reached 100%, and no disease relapse or atrophic scar was found. The satisfaction rate of patients and their families was 100%. Conclusions　PDT combined with antifungal drugs has obvious clinical efficacy in the treatment of kerion, especially when combined with comprehensive nursing intervention. This approach can help to relieve patients' anxiety, improve treatment outcomes, enhances patient compliance, and further improve patients' satisfaction.

Objective: To explore the prevalence of sexting among secondary vocational school students and to examine the correlation between sexting and mental health, so as to provide evidence for prevention and intervention on adolescents mental health. Methods: In April 2021, three secondary vocational schools from central urban area, outskirts and outer suburbs in Shanghai, among 1 580 students were selected by cluster sampling. Results: The proportions of students who received and who forwarded others private photos or videos were 11.96% and 2.78%, respectively. The proportion of students who sent others personal photos or videos was 2.54%. And the proportions of boys were higher than those of girls ( χ 2=45.89, 24.09, 6.66, P <0.01). The results of multivariable Logistic analysis showed that compared with those who had never sexted, students who had ever had any sexting were at higher risk of anxiety ( OR=2.40, 95%CI =1.59-3.61), depression( OR=1.86, 95%CI =1.25-2.75), non suicidal self injury intention ( OR=2.34, 95%CI =1.48-3.69) and suicidal intention ( OR=2.96, 95%CI =1.83-4.79)( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion There is a significant correlation between sexting and mental health among secondary vocational school students. The latent risks of sexting should be included in the curriculum of comprehensive sex education for teenagers to enhance their media literacy and decision making capability, so as to prevent sexual assault or abuse caused by sexting and promote sexual and reproductive health and as well as mental health of adolescents.

Ischemic stroke， also known as cerebral infarction， is the most common type of stroke. Ischemic stroke is extremely harmful with high rates of morbidity， incidence， disability， and mortality， bringing a huge burden on society and families. As a result， finding new and effective prevention and treatment methods is critical. The pathological mechanism of ischemic stroke is very complex and superimposed， with inflammatory response serving as a critical pathological link in the ischemic stroke cascade injury process. NOD-like receptor 3 （NLRP3） is an intracellular sensor， and the inflammatory cascade mediated by the activated NLRP3 inflammasome can exacerbate ischemic stroke injury through the release of inflammatory factors. Taking the NLRP3 inflammasome as the entry point， a large number of experimental studies on the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） in the assembly and activation of NLRP3 inflammasome have been carried out， which proved that Chinese medicinal monomers or prescriptions with the main functions of tonifying deficiency， clearing heat and removing toxin， eliminating phlegm， promoting circulation and resolving stasis can interfere with the assembly and activation of NLRP3 inflammasome， reduce the inflammatory response， and relieve ischemic stroke. This study reviewed the assembly and activation of NLRP3 inflammasome， the mechanism of NLRP3 inflammasome in ischemic stroke， and the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke by TCM through regulation of the NLRP3 inflammasome， which provides a new entry point for the pathological mechanism of ischemic stroke and a direction for the development of new treatments for ischemic stroke.

Objective: To explore the association between mothers reactions to adolescents exposure to intimate shots and pornography use of junior high school students, and to provide references for family communications on sexual topics in similar scenarios. Methods: A total of 1 760 students from grade 6 to 8 in three junior high schools in a certain district of Shanghai were selected by cluster sampling. Self-filled questionnaires on tablets were used to collect data. Results: The proportion of junior high school students who watched pornography was 26.36%(464), and that of boys (29.83%，270/905) was higher than of girls (22.69%，194/855). Most junior high school students believed that mothers reactions to adolescents exposure to intimate shots would be “taking the opportunity to educate teenagers not to do this” (30.54%) or “avoiding adolescents watching intimate shots” (42.24%). The results of multivariable analysis showed that comparing with junior high school students who believed that mothers would “watch together without making any comments ”, students who believed that mothers would “take the opportunity to educate teenagers not to do this”(OR=0.43, 95%CI=0.29-0.64) and “avoid adolescents watching intimate shots”(OR=0.56, 95%CI=0.39-0.80) were at lower risk of viewing pornography (P<0.01). Conclusion There is a significant correlation between junior high school students pornography use and mothers possible reactions to adolescents exposure to intimate shots. Family sex education and parental monitoring should be emphasized, and parents awareness of communicating sexual issues with adolescents should be strengthened.
