Urachal carcinoma (UrC)is a rare urological malignancy. UrC is not obvious in its early symptoms, and is mostly in the advanced stage at diagnosis, with a poor prognosis. Surgical treatment was preferred by partial cystectomy + resection of complete umbilical and umbilical urinary catheter ± pelvic lymph node dissection, and more than 90% of UrC were confirmed as adenocarcinoma through postoperative pathology. Systemic treatment is often based on treatment protocols for bladder adenocarcinoma or colorectal adenocarcinoma.This article reviews recent domestic and international research on UrC, summarizing its incidence, clinical characteristics, diagnosis, and treatment.

Objective To study the influence of preoperative and postoperative concern and love service on the perioperative clinical indexes,re-pregnancy and adverse drug reaction risk in females of painless artificial abortion.Methods Three hundred and sixty female patients receiving painless artificial abortion operation in our hospital from June 2014 to May 2015 were selected and divided into the control group and observation group by using the random number table method,180 cases in each group.The control group was explained the conventional considerations before and after operation,while the observation group was given the concern and love service before and after operation.Results The induction amount,total amount of propofol,intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time and postoperative bleeding days in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The observation group had more cases of accidental re-pregnancy,while the cases number of repeated abortion once or above was less than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence rates of infection,irregular menstruation and mental disorder in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The implementing rate of effective contraception measures in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the incidence rates of safety period,ejaculation outside body,emergency contraception and no contraception were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Conducting the concern and love service before and after painless artificial abortion is conducive to the smooth operation,and the implementation rate of effective contraception measures is good.

Objective To evaluate the effect of early non-liquid diet for patients with mild acute pancreatitis by using Meta-analysis. Methods The randomized controlled trials(RCT) on early non-liquid diet intake for patients with mild acute pancreatitis were collected by computer searching the database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Periodical Database,CBM,Elsevier Scien Direct, cochrane library and PubMed from inception to February 2017, and analyzed by RevMan 5.2 software. Results Five RCTs were included in the study.The Results of Meta-analysis revealed that both the length of hospitalization after eating [MD=-1.48,95%CI-2.50~-0.47, P=0.004] and the total length of hospitalization[MD=-1.99,95%CI-(0.99-2.99),P=0.0001]in liquid diet group were less than that of non-liquid diet group,and the differences were statistically significant.There was no significant difference in the rate of the pain recurrence[RR=1.21,95%CI 0.77-1.91,P=0.40]and the rate of the elimination of oral feeding[RR=1.02,95%CI 0.45-2.30,P=0.96]because of pain,nausea or vomiting after refeeding,although all that rate in non-liquid diet was not lower than that of liquid diet group. Conclusions compared with liquid diet,early non-liquid diet intake for mild acute pancreatitis can shorten their hospitalization time, and it cannot be concluded that the non-liquid diet will increase the pain recurrence rate, and most patients have a better tolerance to non-liquid diet,and non-liquid diet can promote rehabilitation.

Objective To compare the effects of different oral motor interventions,including non-nutritive sucking (NNS) and acupuncture point stimulation of oral and cheek combined with NNS,on oral feeding of prematures.Methods A total of 164 prematures were randomly divided into three groups. Group A (n=53) received routine feeding nursing care;Group B (n=54) were given non-nutritive sucking for 3 minutes before and after feeding,with 8 times per day;Group C (n=57) were given acupuncture point stimulation of oral and cheek for 17 minutes and non-nutritive sucking for 3 minutes before feeding,with twice per day.Results There was no significant difference between group B and C on the transitional time from the initiation of oral feeding to full oral feeding (P>0.05). Transitional time of both groups were significant shorter than that of group A (P<0.05). Feeding performance of prematures from the initiation of oral feeding to full oral feeding in group C was significant better than group A and B (P<0.05). There was significant difference in the feeding performance of prematures at the initiation of oral feeding between A and B group (P<0.05),but no significant differences between two groups after full oral feeding (P>0.05).Conclusions Different oral motor interventions including NNS and acupuncture point stimulation of oral and cheek combined with NNS can reduce the time of achieving full oral feeding in prematures. Acupuncture point stimulation of oral and cheek combined with NNS performs better than only NNS on feeding in prematures.
