To explore the effect of doctor-patient relationship perception on work performance among medical staff in public hospitals and its mechanism. The convenient sampling method was used to select 380 medical staff working in four public tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province, Zhejiang Province, and Fujian Province from August 2022 to October 2022 as the research objects, and the General Information Questionnaire, Doctor-Patient Relationship Scale, General Self-Efficacy Scale, Perceived Organizational Support Scale, Work Performance Questionnaire were used. This paper showed that the doctor-patient relationship perception of medical staff was negatively correlated with self-efficacy (r=-0.392, P<0.01) and work performance (r=-0.286, P<0.01), self-efficacy was positively correlated with perceived organizational support (r=0.538, P<0.01) and work performance (r=0.507, P<0.01), perceived organizational support was positively correlated with work performance (r=0.510, P<0.01). Self-efficacy played a partial mediating role between doctor-patient relationship perception and work performance, and its effect value was -0.241, accounting for 64.78% of the total effect. Perceived organizational support weakened the negative predictive effect of doctor-patient relationship perception on self-efficacy, which moderates the first half path of the mediating model that doctor-patient relationship perception affects work performance through self-efficacy. It indicated that the doctor-patient relationship perceived by medical staff in public hospitals is poor. Measures should be taken from the aspects of policy support, hospital and society levels to alleviate the doctor-patient relationship, play the mediating role of self-efficacy and the moderating role of organizational support, minimize the negative impact of doctor-patient relationship on the work performance among medical staff, and improve the work performance of medical staff, so as to improve the overall quality of medical services.

		                        			BACKGROUND:
Primary malignant bone tumors are uncommon, and their epidemiological features are rarely reported. We aimed to study the incidence and death characteristics of bone tumors from 2000 to 2015.

		                        			METHODS:
Population-based cancer registries submitted registry data to National Central Cancer Registry of China (NCCRC). The data collected from 501 local cancer registries in China were assessed using NCCRC screening methods and criteria. Incidence and mortality rates of primary bone tumor were stratified by age group, gender, and area. Age-standardized incidence and mortality rates were adjusted using the Chinese standard population in 2000 and Segi's world population. The annual percentage change (APC) in rate was calculated using the Joinpoint Regression Program.

		                        			RESULTS:
Data from 368 registries met quality control criteria, of which 134 and 234 were from urban and rural areas, respectively. The data covered 309,553,499 persons. The crude incidence, age-standardized incidence, and crude mortality rates were 1.77, 1.35, and 1.31 per 100,000, respectively. Incidence and mortality rates were higher in males than those in females; they showed downward trends, with declines of 2.2% and 4.8% per year, respectively, and the rates in urban areas were lower than those in rural areas. Significant declining trends were observed in urban areas. Stable trends were seen in rural areas during 2000 to 2007, followed by downward trends. Age-specific incidence and mortality rates showed stable trends in the age group of 0 to 19 years, and downward trends in the age group elder than 19 years.

		                        			CONCLUSIONS
The incidence and mortality rates of primary malignant bone tumors in rural areas were higher compared to those in urban areas. Targeted prevention measures are required to monitor and control bone tumor incidence and improve the quality of life of affected patients. This research can provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of bone tumors, as well as basic information for follow-up research.

Established in 2017, the Screening Cohort for Asian Nomadic descendants in China (Scan-China) has benefited over 180,000 members of a multi-ethnic population, particularly individuals of Mongolian descent compared with the general population (Han ethnicity), in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China. This cohort study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of cancer screening and serve as a real-world data platform for cancer studies. The 6 most prevalent cancers in China are considered—namely, breast, lung, colorectal, gastric, liver and esophageal cancer. After baseline cancer risk assessments and screening tests, both active and passive follow-up (based on the healthcare insurance database, cancer registry, the front page of hospital medical records, and death certificates) will be conducted to trace participants’ onset and progression of cancers and other prevalent chronic diseases. Scan-China has preliminarily found a disproportionately lower screening participation rate and higher incidence/mortality rates of esophageal and breast cancer among the Mongolian population than among their Han counterparts. Further research will explore the cancer burden, natural history, treatment patterns, and risk factors of the target cancers.

Chest trauma is one of the most common injuries. Venous thromboembolism (VTE) as a common complication of chest trauma seriously affects the quality of patients′ life and even leads to death. Although there are some consensus and guidelines on the prevention and treatment of VTE at home and abroad, the current literatures lack specificity considering the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of VTE in patients with chest trauma have their own characteristics, especially for those with blunt trauma. Accordingly, China Chest Injury Research Society and editorial board of Chinese Journal of Traumatology organized relevant domestic experts to jointly formulate the Chinese expert consensus on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of chest trauma venous thromboembolism associated with chest trauma (2022 version). This consensus provides expert recommendations of different levels as academic guidance in terms of the characteristics, clinical manifestations, risk assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of chest trauma-related VTE, so as to offer a reference for clinical application.

Objective:To investigate the expression of miR-203a in bladder cancer (BC) cell lines (RT-112, T24, 5637, UM-UC-3) and evaluate the effects on BC cell proliferation and radiosensitivity.Methods:Mir-203a mimics, mir-203a inhibitor, CDK6 siRNA, CDK6 expression plasmid and corresponding negative controls were transfected into BC cells. Quantitative real-time PCR was used to detect the expression of miR-203a in BC cell lines and human bladder epithelial immortalized cell line (SV-HUC-1). CCK8 assay was used to investigate the regulation of miR-203a and cyclin-dependent kinases 6(CDK6) on the proliferation of BC cells. Colony formation assay was performed to assess the effect of miR-203a and CDK6 on the radiosensitivity of BC cells. The target gene of miR-203a was confirmed by luciferase reporter assay. The effect of miR-203a on CDK6 protein expression was detected by Western blot. Multi-group comparison was performed by one-way ANOVA and two-group comparison was conducted by t-test. Results:Compared with the SV-HUC-1 cells, the expression levels of miR-203a in RT-112, T24, 5637 and UM-UC-3 cells were significantly down-regulated (all P<0.05). Compared with NC group, overexpression of miR-203a significantly inhibited the proliferation of BC cells, whereas knockdown of miR-203a significantly promoted the proliferation of BC cells (both P<0.05). Compared with NC group, overexpression of miR-203a significantly increased the sensitivity of BC cells to radiotherapy, whereas knockdown of miR-203a significantly weakened the sensitivity of BC cells to radiotherapy (both P<0.05). CDK6 was the target of miR-203a. Compared with NC group, overexpression of miR-203a significantly down-regulated the expression level of CDK6 protein, whereas knockdown of miR-203a significantly up-regulated the expression level of CDK6 protein (both P<0.05). After overexpression of CDK6 in T24 and UM-UC-3 cells transfected with miR-203a mimics, the cell proliferation ability was significantly increased, whereas the sensitivity to radiotherapy was significantly decreased compared with mir-203a mimics (both P<0.05). After CDK6 was silenced in RT-112 and 5637 cells transfected with miR-203a inhibitor, the proliferation ability of cells was significantly decreased, whereas the sensitivity to radiotherapy was remarkably increased compared with miR-203a inhibitor group (both P<0.05). Conclusion:miR-203a can serves as a tumor suppressor gene to inhibit the proliferation of BC cells and enhance the radiosensitivity of BC cells.

Objective:To investigate the effect and influencing factors of anti-retroviral therapy (ART) in human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-positive female commercial sex workers (CSW) in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Methods:A retrospective cohort study was used in this study. A total of 661 HIV-positive CSW receiving ART from the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region′s municipal and county-level Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reported to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region CDC from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2018 were included. The demographic information of the patients, marital status, past medical history, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS)-related diseases after six to 12 months of ART, medications, CD4 + T lymphocytes, virological and immunological effects after receiving ART for six to 12 months were collected. Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of virological failure and immunological failure of HIV-positive CSW after six to 12 months of ART. Results:Among 661 HIV-positive CSW, 50(7.6%) cases experienced virological failure, 80(12.1%) cases experienced immunological failure, and 13(2.0%) had both virological failure and immunological failure. There were 85 cases (12.9%) who had a history of sexually transmitted diseases. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that unmarried (adjusted odds ratio (a OR)=3.298, 95% confidence interval ( CI) 1.285 to 8.461), AIDS-related diseases after six to 12 months of ART (a OR=4.391, 95% CI 1.555 to 12.402) and missed medications in the last seven days (a OR=3.731, 95% CI 1.942 to 7.166) were risk factors for virological failure. Compared with CD4 + T lymphocytes<200.00/μL at baseline, 350.00≤CD4 + T lymphocytes <500.00/μL (a OR=3.543, 95% CI 1.631 to 7.701) and CD4 + T lymphocytes≥500.00/μL (a OR=2.358, 95% CI 1.002 to 5.547) were risk factors for immunological failure. Conclusions:HIV-positive CSW in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region have a better treatment effect, with low rates of virological failure and immunological failure. Marital status, baseline CD4 + T lymphocyte counts, AIDS-related diseases after six to 12 months of ART, and missed medication in the last seven days are factors influencing the effect of six to 12 months of ART.

Cisplatin and nedaplatin have been proved to be effective for most of solid tumors including head and neck cancer, esophageal cancer, lung cancer, bladder cancer, ovary epithelial cancer, testicular cancer and cervical cancer. Nedaplatin is often used as an alternative to cisplatin in Asia. However, the evi-dence from phase Ⅲ clinical trials is insufficient. Clinicians should be cautious when using nedaplatin to re-place cisplatin.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the impact of Fc gamma receptor IIIa (FcγR IIIa) polymorphisms on the efficacy of rituximab (RTX) combined chemotherapy for patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).
METHODSFcγRIIIa polymorphisms were analyzed by PCR in 122 patients and 100 healthy controls. All patients received 8(4-12) cycles of RTX combined chemotherapy.
RESULTS78(63.93%) patients with F/F, 5(4.10%) with V/V, and 39(31.97%) with V/F were identified, which were not different compared to controls. Patients with different FcγRIIIa genotypes did not have any difference in terms of gender, age, molecular subtypes, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) or international prognostic index (IPI). The overall response rate (ORR) was 89.35% with a complete response (CR) of 80.33% and a partial response (PR) of 9.02%. The ORR was 83.33%, 100.00% and 100.00% in F/F, V/V and V/F, respectively. A higher response rate was observed in V/V and V/F as compared with F/F (P<0.05). With a median follow-up of 35 months (range: 12-62 months), 46(37.71%) patients had relapsed and 40 (32.79%) cases progressed and ended in death. The 3-year progress-free survival (PFS) rate was 41.03%, 100.00%, 100.00% in F/F, V/V and V/F, respectively. The 3-year overall survival (OS) rate was 48.72%, 100.00% and 100.00% in patients with three genotypes. The PFS and OS rate were significantly higher in V/V and V/F as compared with F/F (P<0.05).
CONCLUSIONFcγR III a polymorphisms could predict response and prognosis of RTX combined chemotherapy for patients with DLBCL.
