Objective To explore the relevant risk factors of H.pylori infection, and provide reference for prevention and treatment of H.pylori in this area, and further provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer. Methods A total of 1200 residents in four districts of Haikou city were investigated by questionnaire and urea 14 C breath test by holistic stratified random sampling to calculate the population infection rate and analyze the risk factors of infection. Results The total infection rate was 32.5%,which was lower than the national H.pylori infection rate.No consumption of fruits and vegetables,no habit of washing hands before meals, and people with gastrointestinal symptoms, are independent risk factors of H.pylori infection. No consumption of pickled products is of great significance to prevent H.pylori infection. Conclusion The prevalence of H.pylori infection in the population of Haikou is lower than the national average, and H.pylori infection is closely related to the poor living habits of residents.

Post-endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography pancreatitis(PEP)is one of the most common complications after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP).Numerous PEP prediction models have been established based on different statistical methods at home and abroad. The PEP prediction model,as a tool for evaluating and screening high-risk populations, can provide a basis for medical staff to find high-risk PEP patients early and take effective preventive measures. In recent years, new PEP prediction models have appeared one after another, but there is still a lack of recognized reliable prediction models in clinic. This article reviews the research status of PEP risk prediction models, aim to provide a direction for establishing a more reliable, accurate, and practical PEP risk prediction model in the later period.

Objective:
To assess the role of dynamic contrast-enhanced (DCE)-MRI of the extraocular muscles (EOMs) for determining the activity of thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy (TAO) and treatment response to glucocorticoids (GCs).
Materials and Methods:
We prospectively enrolled 65 patients with TAO (41 active, 82 eyes; 24 inactive, 48 eyes). Twenty-two active patients completed the GC treatment and follow-up assessment, including 15 patients (30 eyes) and 7 patients (14 eyes), defined as responsive and unresponsive, respectively. Model-free (time to peak [TTP], area under the curve [AUC], and Slope max) and model-based (Ktrans , Kep, and Ve) parameters of EOMs in embedded simplified histogram analyses were calculated and compared between groups. Multivariable logistic regression analysis was used to identify the independent predictors. The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUROC) was used to evaluate the diagnostic performance.
Results:
Active patients exhibited significantly higher TTP at the 10th percentile (-10th), TTP-mean, and TTP at the 90th percentile (-90th); AUC-10th, AUC-mean, AUC-90th, and AUC-max; Ktrans -10th and Ktrans -mean; and Ve-10th, Ve-mean, Ve-90th, and Ve-max than inactive patients (P < 0.05). Responsive patients exhibited significantly lower TTP-min; higher Ktrans -mean and Ktrans -max; and higher Kep-10th, Kep-mean, and Kep-max than unresponsive patients (P < 0.05). TTP-mean and Ve-mean were independent variables for determining disease activity (P = 0.017 and 0.022, respectively). A combination of the two parameters could determine active TAO with moderate performance (AUROC = 0.687). TTP-min and Ktrans -mean were independent predictors of the response to GCs (P = 0.023 and 0.004, respectively), uniting which could determine the response to GCs with decent performance (AUROC = 0.821).
Conclusion
DCE-MRI-derived model-free and model-based parameters of EOMs can assist in the evaluation of TAO. In particular, TTP-mean and Ve-mean could be useful for determining the activity of TAO, whereas TTP-min and K trans -mean could be promising biomarkers for determining the response to GCs.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2023;56(4):316-319
Objective:To summarize clinical manifestations and histopathological features of granular parakeratosis (GP) after exposure to benzalkonium chloride. Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 7 GP cases with a history of benzalkonium chloride exposure in the Department of Dermatology at Wuhan No.1 Hospital from April to August 2022. Data were collected on the general condition, skin lesion manifestations, pathological examination, treatment, and follow-up of the patients, and retrospectively analyzed. Results:The 7 adult patients with GP typically presented with erythema and brown scales in the intertriginous area, exhibiting an annular distribution pattern. All the 7 patients reported recent exposure to disinfectants containing benzalkonium chloride. A total of 10 skin biopsies were taken from the 7 patients. Histopathological examination showed characteristic hyperkeratosis and fine blue-gray parakeratotic granules in the stratum corneum. All skin lesions improved 1 month after cessation of exposure to benzalkonium chloride. Conclusion:GP has a distinct clinical pattern and histopathological manifestations, and a history of exposure to benzalkonium chloride can be helpful for the diagnosis of GP.

Objective: To analyze the trends of the age of menarche among Chinese Han girls aged 9 to 18 years from 2010 to 2019. Methods: Data were extracted from the Chinese National Surveys on Students' Constitution and Health in 2010, 2014 and 2019. A total of 253 037 Han girls aged 9 to 18 years with complete data on menarche were selected in this study. They were asked one-on-one about their menstrual status, age and residence information. The median age of menarche was estimated by probability regression. U tests were used to compare the difference in median age at menarche in different years. Results: The median age at menarche (95%CI) among Chinese Han girls was 12.47 (12.09-12.83) years in 2010, 12.17 (11.95-12.38) years in 2014 and 12.05 (10.82-13.08) years in 2019, respectively. Compared with that in 2010, the median age at menarche in 2019 decreased by 0.42 years (U=-77.27, P<0.001). The annual average changes were-0.076 years from 2010 to 2014 (U=-57.19, P<0.001) and-0.023 years from 2014 to 2019 (U=-21.41, P<0.001), respectively. The average annual changes in urban areas in the periods of 2010 to 2014 and 2014 to 2019 were-0.071 years and 0.006 years, respectively, while those in rural areas were-0.082 years and-0.053 years, respectively. The average annual changes in the regions of north, northeast, east, south central, southwest and northwest were-0.064, -0.099, -0.091, -0.080, -0.096 and-0.041 years in the period of 2010 to 2014 and 0.001, -0.040, -0.002, -0.005, -0.043 and-0.081 years in the period of 2014 to 2019. Conclusion: The age of menarche among Chinese Han girls aged 9 to 18 years shows an advanced trend from 2010 to 2019, and the trends in urban and rural areas and different regions have different characteristics.
