Objective:To investigate the level of nurses' turnover intention in ClassⅢ Grade A hospitals, and explore the correlation and interaction between nurses' psychological capital, social support, and turnover intention. Methods:Totally 2 600 nurses from 3 ClassⅢ Grade A hospitals in Urumqi were selected for questionnaire survey with the general demographic information questionnaire, Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ) , Social Support Scale (SSS) , and Turnover Intention Scale (TIS) between January and August 2018. Totally 2 345 valid questionnaires were recovered. The structural equation model was used to analyze the mediating effect of nurses' psychological capital in the path of social support and turnover intention. Results:The total scores of 2 345 nurses' psychological capital, social support, and turnover intention were (86.30±8.99) , (41.17±7.68) , and (14.39±3.63) , respectively. The correlation analysis showed that nurses' social support and psychological capital scores were negatively correlated with their turnover intention score ( P<0.05) . The structural equation model analysis revealed that psychological capital had a mediating effect between social support and turnover intention, and the mediating effect accounted for 38.2% of the total effect. Conclusions:Nurses in Class Ⅲ Grade A hospitals have a high level of turnover intention. Nursing managers may reduce nurses' turnover intention by improving their social support and psychological capital.

Objective]To compare the efficacy and safety of retroperitoneal laparoscopic intrasinusal pyelolithotomy (RLIP) and percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)in the treatment of solitary renal pelvic stone.[Methods]From March 2012 to September 2016,101 patients with solitary renal pelvic stone, divided into RLIP group(n=46)and PCNL group(n=55),were retrospectively analyzed to compare the difference between the two groups in clinical curative effect.[Results]There was no difference between the two groups regarding age, sex, stone side and stone size. Although the operative time was significantly longer, the stone-free rate in the RLIP group was significantly higher than that in the PCNL(P < 0.05). The postoperative complication of urinary tract infection was lower in the RLIP group (P < 0.05),however ,no significant difference was found in postoperative discharge time ,fever (>38.5℃)and the decrease values of hemoglobin and glomerular filtration rate.[Conclusion]Compared to PCNL,RLIP was more efficient and slight safer in the management of solitary renal pelvic stone ,and had a certain value for generalization in clinic.

OBJECTIVEUsing HPLC To determine hypoxanthine in co-hirudo injection for establishing its HPLC fingerprint, and evaluating its internal quality.
METHODThe chromatographic separation was performed on a Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm x 250 mm,5 microm). A linear gradient elution with A (0.01 mol x L(-1) x KH2PO4) and B (50% methanol) was used, the flow rate was 0.8 mL x min(-1), the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm, and the column temperature was at normal.
RESULTHypoxanthine was used as the reference substance in the fingerprint of co-hirudo injection, it showed 15 common peaks and theirs similarity threshod was 0.97.
CONCLUSIONThis method was accurate, repeatable and useful for the quality control of co-hirudo injection.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1988;0(02):-
Objective To evaluate the relationship of fibrinolytic activity with hematoma enlargement in spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH).Methods 107 patients with ICH were divided into two distinct groups according to the change of hematoma after admission: patients with hematoma enlargement and patients without hematoma enlargement. The activity of tissue-type plasminogen activator (tPA:A) and plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI:A) in plasma were assayed by meaos of synthetic chromogenic substrate method, and the levels of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) antigen and D-dimer (D-D) were measured with an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The blood samples were obtained at 0~3 d, 4~9 d and 14~21 d after onset of the disease, respectively. All of the parameters were compared with healthy subjects. Results The tPA:A in ICH patient group at 0~3 d and 4~9 d after onset were significantly lower than those in control group (P
