Objective:It sorts out the relevant policies of China's public hospital salary system reform, summarizes the short-comings of public hospital salary policy in the process of formulation, and provides references for the subsequent adjustment and opti-mization of salary system. Methods:Based on Policy Modeling Consistency(PMC)index model, public hospital salary policies were collected and preprocessed,high-frequency words were extracted by text mining method, and an evaluation index system of sal-ary policies of public hospitals was constructed.By calculating the score of PMC index and first-level variables, the common prob-lems of various policies are analyzed, and specific suggestions were put forward. Results:The average PMC index of 12 public hos-pital compensation policies was 6.00,the overall quality of the policies was good, but there was still much room for improvement. The main common problems are the lack of internal and external linkage, the neglect of the incentive function of non-economic com-pensation and the unreasonable compensation structure. Conclusion:From the perspective of policy, the reform of public hospital salary system is a systematic project. It is suggested to take holistic thinking as the guide in the follow-up policy making process,en-hance the internal and extemal coordination of the policy, attach importance to the incentive role of non-economic compensation and optimize the salary structure,so as to promote the steady operation of the salary system reform of public hospitals.

Objective To explore the value of artificial intelligence(AI)in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules in terms of consistency and efficiency compared with two radiologists(physician 1 is a chief physician and physician 2 is a deputy chief physician)in the diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules using computed tomography(CT).Methods Retrospective analysis of 201 patients with pulmonary nodules confirmed by surgery pathology at Hangzhou Municipal Hospital affiliated to Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from January 2021 to October 2022,including a total of 229 pulmonary nodules,of which 74 were benign and 155 were malignant. The consistency of AI diagnosis with two radiologists was evaluated by weighted Kappa test, and the diagnostic performance of AI with the two radiologists was evaluated by the receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC).Results In the diagnosis of the benign and malignant nature of partial solid nodules,ground-glass nodules, solid nodules, and partial ground-glass and solid plus ground-glass nodules, the consistency between AI and physician 2 was higher than that between AI and physician 1.Additionally,the area under the curve(AUC)of physician 2 was higher than that of AI and physician 1 with statistically significant differences between the AUCs of ground-glass nodules, solid nodules, and partial ground-glass and solid plus ground-glass nodules(P<0.05).In the diagnosis of the benign and malignant nature of partial solid nodules and ground-glass nodules, the AUC of physician 1 was higher than that of AI,but there was no statistically significant difference between the two(P>0.05).In the diagnosis of the benign and malignant nature of solid nodules and partial ground-glass and solid plus ground-glass nodules, the AUC of AI was higher than that of physician 1 with statistically significant differences between the two(P<0.05).In the diagnosis of the benign and malignant nature of ground-glass nodules, solid nodules, and partial ground-glass and solid plus ground-glass nodules,AI's sensitivity(97%,92%,and 94%)was higher than that of physician 1(58%,89%,and 72%)and physician 2(83%,84%,and 85%).Conclusion AI has a certain diagnostic efficacy in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules malignancy. The overall diagnostic efficacy of the AI system used in this study is between that of physician 1 and physician 2,but its sensitivity is higher than that of the latter two.

ObjectiveTo review the drug information and research progress on oral Chinese patent medicines in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmia to identify existing problems and provide references for follow-up research. MethodChinese patent medicines against cardiac arrhythmia were retrieved from the three major drug catalogues,Yaozh.com,and relevant guidelines with arrhythmia as the retrieval term. The instructions for included Chinese patent medicines were retrieved through Yaozh.com and specific information was extracted. The research articles on Chinese patent medicines included were retrieved from the five databases, and the information meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria was extracted and displayed in the form of text description and graphs after statistical analysis. ResultSixty-five oral Chinese patent medicines were included in this study, with the main functions of activating the blood and resolving stasis. The average daily cost of medicines was 8.17 yuan, and there were 42 medicines with an average daily cost of less than 10 yuan, showing a moderate medicine cost. A total of 351 research articles on Chinese patent medicines were screened out, including 259 randomized controlled trials (RCTs),16 non-RCTs,eight non-controlled trials,62 systematic reviews, two guidelines, and two expert consensuses. Eighteen types of Chinese patent medicines were involved, whose clinical trials had been conducted in 28 provinces, cities, autonomous regions, and municipalities in China. Wenxin granules and Shensong Yangxin capsules were the top medicines under investigation, accounting for 75.21% of all research articles. Among the included studies, the most common comparison design was Chinese patent medicine combined with western medicine vs western medicine (64.25%). The outcome evaluation was mainly based on clinical efficacy, symptom efficacy, arrhythmia efficacy, adverse reactions, and heart rate changes. ConclusionThe number of clinical studies of oral Chinese patent medicines against cardiac arrhythmia varies greatly, but traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome differentiation thinking is less considered in practical application. Due to unstandardized clinical research and low-quality literature, further advancement is required in the future.
