ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Huaji Formula (扶正化积方) for chronic hepatitis B to reduce the incidence of liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. MethodsA retrospective cohort study was conducted, collecting medical records of 118 patients with chronic hepatitis B and 234 patients with hepatitis B-related cirrhosis who visited the hospital between January 1, 2014, and December 31, 2018. The use of Fuzheng Huaji Formula was designated as the exposure factor. Patients receiving antiviral treatment for hepatitis B without concurrent Fuzheng Huaji Formula therapy were included in the western medicine group, while those receiving antiviral treatment combined with Fuzheng Huaji Formula for a cumulative treatment lasting longer than 3 months were included in the combined treatment group. The follow-up observation period was five years. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis was used to assess the cumulative incidence of cirrhosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B and the cumulative incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma in patients with hepatitis B-related cirrhosis. Univariate and multivariate Cox regression analyses were employed to examine the factors influencing the occurrence of cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. ResultsAmong patients with chronic hepatitis B, there were 55 cases in the combined treatment group and 63 cases in the western medicine group; among patients with hepatitis B-related cirrhosis, there were 110 cases in the combined treatment group and 124 cases in the western medicine group. Five-year follow-up outcomes for chronic hepatitis B patients showed that the cumulative incidence of cirrhosis was 5.45% (3/55) in the combined treatment group and 17.46% (11/63) in the western medicine group, with a statistically significant difference between groups (Z = 2.003, P = 0.045). Five-year follow-up outcomes for hepatitis B-related cirrhosis patients showed that the cumulative incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma was 8.18% (9/110) in the combined treatment group and 22.58% (28/124) in the western medicine group, also showing a statistically significant difference (Z = 3.007, P = 0.003). Univariate and multivariate Cox regression analyses indicated that treatment with Fuzheng Huaji Formula is an independent protective factor in preventing the progression of chronic hepatitis B to cirrhosis and the progression of hepatitis B-related cirrhosis to hepatocellular carcinoma (P<0.05). ConclusionCombining Fuzheng Huaji Formula with antiviral therapy for hepatitis B can effectively intervene in the disease progression of chronic hepatitis B, reducing the incidence of cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma.

Objective:To explore rational surgical treatment for childhood nail matrix nevi. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data from 35 children with pathologically confirmed nail matrix nevi, who received surgical treatment in Children′s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from September 2015 to March 2019. Different surgical approaches were adopted according to the site and width of lesions. For lesions with a width of ≤ 3 mm, the nail bed and nail matrix lesions were directly excised with 1-to-2-mm margins and sutured in 11 cases. For lesions with a width of > 3 mm, one of the following 3 surgical procedures was selected by the children′s parents: (1) shaving of nail bed and nail matrix lesions under a microscope at ×8 magnification (8 cases) ; (2) excision of lesions followed by full-thickness skin grafting on the periosteum of the phalanx (8 cases) ; (3) excision of lesions of the second to fifth fingers followed by transfer of skin flaps from the thenar muscle area and full-thickness skin grafting (5 cases) , or excision of lesions of the thumb followed by abdominal-wall flap transfer (3 cases) . The patients were followed up for 12 months, and clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results:During the follow-up, no recurrence occurred in the 11 cases receiving direct excision and suture, with good appearances and longitudinal linear scars on the nail. Among the 8 cases receiving shaving therapy under a microscope, 4 experienced relapse during the follow-up of 6 - 12 months, and the nail/toenail plates were rough and poor in lustrousness in the other 4 without recurrence. No recurrence was observed in the 8 cases receiving excision of the lesions and full-thickness skin grafting, of whom 1 experienced skin graft necrosis, and skin grafts survived with obvious pigmentation in the other 7 cases. Among cases receiving excision of the lesions combined with transfer of skin flaps from the thenar muscle area or abdominal-wall flap transfer, no recurrence was observed, and all transferred flaps survived; good appearances, nearly normal color and gloss of nails were obtained in the cases after transfer of skin flaps from the thenar muscle area, while the color and gloss of postoperative nails were markedly different from those of normal nails in the cases receiving abdominal-wall flap transfer. Conclusion:For nail matrix nevi with a width of ≤ 3 mm, direct excision and suture with 1-to-2-mm margins are recommended; for those with a width of > 3 mm, excision of lesions combined with full-thickness skin grafting, transfer of skin flaps from the thenar muscle area or abdominal-wall flap transfer is recommended; the shaving procedure under a microscope should be used with caution.

Objective:To explore the effect of three-dimensional(3D) design and printing in the reoperation of asymmetric deformity after orthognathic surgery. Methods:Patients of facial asymmetry after orthognathic surgery were included in the Department of Stomatology, Shenzhen University General Hospital and Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Shenzhen Stomatology Hospital Affiliated to Shenzhen University from January 2016 to August 2020. Surgical plans and guide plates (positioning guide plate, bone cutting guide plate, reset guide plate) were made by 3D design and printing. During the operations, guide plates were used to guide osteotomy. The facial shape satisfaction of clinicians/patients/third-party were recorded and analyzed at preoperation and 6-12 months postoperation. These patients’ CT scan data was imported to the digital surgery software. Then the distance of chin-midpoint to mid-sagittal plane and the difference of bilateral protuberant point of mandible body to mid-sagittal plane were measured at preoperation and 6-12 months postoperation to determine whether the asymmetry were corrected and postoperative distance were the same as the preoperative design. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 17.0 statistical software, and measurement data were expressed as Mean±SD. The preoperative and postoperative satisfaction of patients/clinicians/third-party, digital data of preoperation/postoperation and digital data of design-operations/postoperation were analyzed by paired t-test. Analysis of variance and dunnett- t test were used to compare the satisfaction of the surgeon, the third party and patients before and after operation. Results:There were 16 cases of facial asymmetry after orthognathic surgery, including 3 males and 13 females, aged from 18 to 35 years. In 9 cases, genioplasty were used to correct chin deviation. In the other 4 cases, unilateral buccal cortical bone resection were used to correct mandibular body deviation. In the last 3 cases, genioplasty and unilateral buccal cortical bone resection were both applied. All 16 patients successfully received the operation according to the preoperative digital designed plate. Postoperative follow-up ranged 6 months to 1 year. In the 12 cases of genioplasty, the distance of chin-midpoint to mid-sagittal plane reduced from(4.99±0.83) mm preoperatively to (1.63±0.80) mm postoperatively and the difference significant ( t=9.09, P<0.001). There was no significant difference between the distance of preoperative design [(1.50±0.43) mm] and the postoperative one ( t=-0.83, P=0.423). In the 7 cases of unilateral buccal cortical bone resection, the difference of bilateral protuberant point of mandible body to mid-sagitta plane reduced from (7.26±1.20) mm preoperatively to (2.44±0.56) mm postoperatively and the difference was statistically significant ( t=10.26, P<0.001). There was no significant difference was observed between the distance of preoperative design [(2.39±0.16) mm] and the postoperative one ( t=-0.29, P=0.779). The preoperative satisfaction of patients, clinicians and third-party were 65.94±8.21, 79.69±5.91, 79.38±7.50. The postoperative satisfaction of patients, clinicians and third-party were 90.00±5.48, 90.63±2.50, 90.00±4.08. The postoperative satisfaction of patients, chief surgeon and third party was higher than that preoperative satisfaction and the difference was statistically significant( t=-9.15, P<0.001; t=-7.50, P<0.001; t=-6.04, P<0.001). The difference of preoperation satisfaction was statistically significant( F=18.66, P<0.001). The difference of satisfaction of the clinicians and the patients was statistically significant ( P<0.001). The difference of satisfaction of the third-party and the patients was statistically significant ( P<0.001). The difference of postoperation satisfaction was not statistically significant( F=0.12, P=0.889). Conclusions:3D design and printing can 3D analyze comprehensively, simulate surgery accurately, visualize proposed result and guide 3D printing digital guiding plate to perform surgery accurately. In addition, it can improve postoperative satisfaction. So 3D design and printing had obvious advantages in the secondary surgery of asymmetric deformity correction after orthognathic surgery.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2021;42(8):1156-1161
Objective:
To compare the effectiveness of three forms of health education including classroom teaching, network teaching and after class tutoring on exercise behavior among college students.
Methods:
A literature search was performed using web of science, PubMed, ScienceDirect, Scopus, Cochrane Library, and CNKI database on randomized controlled trials of health education intervention on exercise behavior among college students. Literature filtering, data extraction, and assessment of the risks of bias were conducted by two independent researchers using Stata 16.0 software based on traditional Meta analysis and network meta analysis.
Results:
A total of 23 literatures were included. The results showed that health education courses could effectively increase the weekly exercise time of college students( SMD =0.29), exercise frequency ( SMD =0.25) and number of students participating in exercise( OR =1.33). Subgroup analysis revealed that the increase in classroom teaching and network teaching associated with increased weekly exercise time ( SMD =0.45, 0.36), exercise frequency ( SMD =0.22, 0.37) and exercise number ( OR =1.36, 1.26)(all P <0.05); The effect of after class tutoring on the time and frequency of weekly exercise was not statistically significant( P >0.05). Indirect comparison showed that the effects of classroom teaching and network teaching on weekly exercise time, and exercise frequency were superior to that of extracurricular counselling( P <0.05); There were no significant differences in the weekly exercise time, frequency and number of participants between the two groups( P >0.05). Based on SUCRA method and the effect size, health education in the form of classroom teaching may have the greatest effect on the weekly exercise time, frequency and the number of students participating in the exercise( SUCRA =91.5, 94.1, 87.1).
Conclusion
Health education in the form of classroom teaching and network teaching can positively influence exercise behavior of college students. It is suggested that health education courses should be carried out in college courses so as to better promote college students to participate in physical exercise.

The adjacent anatomy of the pelvis is complicated, with digestive, urinary, reproductive and other organs as well as important blood vessels and nerves. Therefore, accurate resection of pelvic tumors and precise reconstruction of defects after resection are extremely difficult. The development of medical 3D printing technology provides new ideas for precise resection and personalized reconstruction of pelvic tumors. The “triune” application of 3D printing personalized lesion model, osteotomy guide plate and reconstruction prosthesis in pelvic tumor limb salvage reconstruction treatment has achieved good clinical results. However, the current lack of normative guidance standards such as preparation and application of 3D printing personalized lesion model, osteotomy guide plate and reconstruction prosthesis restricts its promotion and application. The formulation of this consensus provides normative guidance for 3D printing personalized pelvic tumor limb salvage reconstruction treatment.
