Abstract With one of the highest rates of Internet penetration in the world, cyberbullying among students in Republic of Korea is typical and complex. The article interprets the characteristics of comprehensive prevention and treatment strategies aimed at cyberbullying among Republic of Korea students, and summarizes Republic of Korea s experience in building "government regulation with laws and policies in parallel, home-school governance with two way educational intervention, and social cogovernance with diversified collaborative empowerment". In recent years, comprehensive prevention and treatment of cyberbullying among students in China has achieved certain results, but there are still problems. It can learn from Republic of Korea s experience, optimize prevention and treatment system of China, improve laws and regulations, innovate technology empowerment systems, and give play to cultural education mechanisms, so as to promote the comprehensive prevention and treatment of cyberbullying among students in China.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation （rTMS） on the efficacy and cognitive function of adolescents with depression. MethodsA total of sixty adolescent depression patients who met the diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Diseases， tenth edition （ICD-10） and were admitted to the psychological outpatient clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of North China University of Technology from September 2021 to March 2022 were selected for the study， and the random number table method was used to divide the study group （escitalopram oxalate combined with rTMS treatment） and a control group （escitalopram oxalate combined with rTMS pseudo-stimulation treatment） of 30 cases each， and both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Before treatment and at 1， 2， 3 and 4 weeks of treatment， patients' depressive symptoms were assessed using the scores and subtraction rates of the Hamilton Depression Scale-24 item （HAMD-24）， and before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment， cognitive function was assessed using the Motion Screening Task （MOT）， Rule Switch Task （RST） and Delayed Matching-to-Sample （DMS） task of the Zhiyun Neuropsychological Automated Test System assessment. Adverse effects during treatment were recorded in both groups. ResultsRepeated measures ANOVA results showed statistically significant time main effects， group main effects， and the interaction between the two groups for HAMD-24 scores before treatment and after 1， 2， 3 and 4 weeks of treatment in patients （F=522.021， 39.905， 26.412， P<0.05）. Individual effect analysis showed statistically significant differences in HAMD-24 scores between the two groups after 2， 3 and 4 weeks of treatment （t=-12.784~-2.776， P<0.01）. After 4 weeks of treatment， the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group （93.33% vs. 73.33%， χ²=4.320， P<0.05）， and the differences in each indicator of RST and DMS between the two groups were statistically significant compared with those before treatment （t=-5.616~9.135， P<0.05 or 0.01）， and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （t=-4.823~5.518， P<0.05 or 0.01）. ConclusionrTMS may help improve depressive symptoms as well as cognitive function in adolescents with depression.

【Objective】 To evaluate the therapeutic value of radiotherapy for ovarian metastasis from small cell lung cancer. 【Methods】 Two patients with ovarian metastasis from small cell lung cancer were recruited, and the value of radiotherapy in the system treatment strategies was analyzed combined with literature reports. 【Results】 The two patients both benefited from local radiotherapy plus system treatment. One was still in complete remission, and compared to that reported in the literature, the local PFS improved to 21 months. 【Conclusion】 Although the prognosis of small cell lung cancer with ovarian metastasis is still poor, radiotherapy might be one of the systematic treatment strategies for improving the survival time of these patients.

Abstract Cyberbullying endangers the physical and mental development of students, and it is important to carry out research in this area to safeguard their lives and well being. To reduce the incidence of cyberbullying among students, Canada favors a comprehensive approach and has implemented a series of comprehensive treatment measures aimed at cyberbullying. These measures cover the formulation of strict and distinctive comprehensive laws and regulations, the publication of specific anti cyberbullying reports with clear terms, the implementation of a variety of prevention and control programs that also aim to unite social groups. The existing problems and challenges mainly include an imperfect legal system, and a lack in terms of an adequate control and evaluation mechanism that targets cyberbullying. Canada s comprehensive treatment approach to address cyberbullying provides a referential framework for China.

OBJECTIVE: To compare the accuracy of five warfarin-dosing algorithms and warfarin stable dose model (2.5 mg/day) for Shandong population. METHODS: One hundred and twenty five patients who achieved stable warfarin dose were enrolled. Clinical and genetic data were used to evaluate the value of each algorithm by calculating the percentage of patients whose predicted warfarin dose was within 20% of the actual stable therapeutic dose and mean absolute error (MAE). RESULTS: The frequency of patients with CYP2C9*1/*1, CYP2C9*1/*3 and CYP2C9*1/*2 genotype was 92.00%, 7.20%, 0.80%, respectively. That of VKORC1-1639 AA, AG and GG genotype was 82.40%, 15.20%, 2.40%, respectively. CYP4F2*1/*1, *1/*3, *3/*3 genotype was 50.40%, 39.20%, 10.40%, respectively. With the same genotypes for other loci, patients who carried at least one VKORC1-16398G mutant allele had increased warfarin stable daily dose compared with VKORC1-1639AA. Compared with CYP4F2*1/*1, those carrying at least one CYP4F2*3 mutant allele had warfarin stable daily dose increased by 5.9%-13.00%. The percentage of ideal prediction calculated from IWPC model (59.20%), Huang model (57.60%) and Ohno model (52.80%) were higher than others. The MAE were 0.35 (95%CI: 0.11-0.49), 0.15 (95%CI: 0.10-0.32), 0.39 (95%CI: 0.12-0.51), respectively. CONCLUSION The polymorphisms of CYP2C9, VKORC1 and CYP4F2 genes can influence the stable dose of warfarin in Shandong population. IWPC algorithm is suitable for guiding the use of warfarin in this population.

With high accuracy and precision,next generation sequencing (NGS) has provided a powerful tool for clinical testing of genetic diseases.To follow a standardized experimental procedure is the prerequisite to obtain stable,reliable,and effective NGS data for the assistance of diagnosis and/or screening of genetic diseases.At a conference of genetic testing industry held in Shanghai,May 2019,physicians engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of genetic diseases,experts engaged in clinical laboratory testing of genetic diseases and experts from third-party genetic testing companies have fully discussed the standardization of NGS procedures for the testing of genetic diseases.Experts from different backgrounds have provided opinions for the operation and implementation of NGS testing procedures including sample collection,reception,preservation,library construction,sequencing and data quality control.Based on the discussion,a consensus on the standardization of the testing procedures in NGS laboratories is developed with the aim to standardize NGS testing and accelerate implementation of NGS in clinical settings across China.

Objective To explore the influencing factors of the vaginal birth after cesarean section (VBAC), and establish a model for predicting the risk of trial of the trial of labor after cesarean section (TOLAC). Methods From January 2016 to December 2018, total 694 pregnant women who underwent TOLAC in Northwest Women's and Children's Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Those cases were divided into two groups according to the mode of delivery: the VBAC group and the failed TOLAC group. At the same time, 700 cases in the elective repeat cesarean section (ERCS) group were randomly selected as control group. The influencing factors of VBAC were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression, and the pregnancy outcomes between the three groups were compared. Results (1) The VBAC rate was 76.1% (528/694) and 166 women underwent the failed TOLAC (23.9%, 166/694). (2) Univariate analysis found that, the pre-pregnancy body mass index (BMI) [(22.0±3.0),(23.3±2.7) kg/m2], the previous vaginal delivery history [10.4%(55/528),3.6%(6/166)], the cervical score (5.2±1.9,4.3±1.6) and the neonatal birth weight [(3 315 ± 468), (3 484 ± 274) g] of the VBAC group were significantly different from the failed TOLAC group (P<0.05). (3) The comparison of pregnancy outcomes: the neonatal birth weight was (3 315± 468) g, and the intrapartum hemorrhage volume was (255 ± 121) ml in the VBAC group, which were significantly lower than those in the failed TOLAC group [intrapartum hemorrhage (325 ± 173) ml] and the ERCS group [(3 572±344) g, (281±125) ml], there were statistically significant differences in the comparison among the three groups (all P<0.05). Two cases of bladder injury occurred during cesarean section in the TOLAC failure group (1.2%,2/166). The rates of the blood transfusion, puerperal infection, 5-minute Apgar score and neonatal ICU admission among the three groups were no statistically significantly different (all P>0.05). There was no maternal or perinatal death. (4) Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the delivery age of pregnant women ( OR=0.92, 95% CI : 0.87-0.98), pre-pregnancy BMI ( OR=0.92, 95% CI :0.86-0.98), vaginal delivery history ( OR=3.31, 95% CI : 1.35-8.01), cervical score ( OR=1.29, 95% CI :1.13-1.42) and the birth weight of the neonates <3 300 g ( OR=3.15, 95% CI : 2.02-4.90) were independent influencing factors for VBAC. The area under curve of the receiver operating characteristic curve was 0.74. Conclusions The influencing factors of VBAC are delivery age, pre-pregnancy BMI, vaginal delivery history, cervical score and neonatal birth weight <3 300 g. The adequate individualized management and assessment of the TOLAC may be helpful to improve the VBAC rate.

OBJECTIVE: To analyze transforming growth factor-β1( TGF-β1)-induced differentially expressed genes( DEGs) in human embryonic lung fibroblast( IMR-90) using microarray,and to screen the key genes and signaling pathways related to trans-differentiation of fibroblast.METHODS: The gene chip GSE17518,attained from TGF-β1 stimulated IMR-90 cells,was downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus database.The DEGs were screened by GENE-E software.Then,the DEGs were imported into the DAVID online database for Gene Ontology( GO) functional enrichment analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes( KEGG) pathway enrichment analysis.The proteinprotein interaction( PPI) network was constructed and the hub genes were screened using STRING database and Cytoscape software.RESULTS: A total of 394 DEGs related to TGF-β1 stimulation were identified,including 171 down-regulated genes and 223 up-regulated genes.The results of GO analysis showed that the DEGs were widely distributed in cytoplasm,cell membrane,extracellular matrix( ECM) and exosomes,regulating biological functions such as ECM organization,cell migration and adhesion,cell proliferation and apoptosis.The results of the KEGG pathway analysis indicated that most of DEGs were enriched in cell focal adhesion,ECM-receptor interaction and phosphoinositide 3 kinase-Protein kinase B( PI3K-Akt) signaling pathways.The PPI network screened 10 core genes,included nucleolar protein 2( NOP2),succinate dehydrogenase B,glutamyl-prolyl-tRNA synthetase( EPRS),FtsJ homolog 3( FTSJ3),prefoldin subunit 4,Ras-related C3 botulinum toxin substrate 2,signal recognition particle receptor subunit beta,succinate-Co A ligase GDPforming beta subunit,pumilio RNA binding family member 3( KIAA0020),and general vesicular transport factor p115.NOP2,EPRS,FTSJ3,KIAA0020 were mainly distributed in M1 module.The NOP2 is the core gene with the highest number of nodes in M1 module.CONCLUSION: A total of 10 core differential genes and 7 signaling pathways related to TGF-β1 stimulation were screened.Among them,focal adhesion,ECM-receptor interaction,PI3K-Akt and NOP2,EPRS,FTSJ3,KIAA0020 may provide new direction for research of mechanisms of abnormal activation of fibrotic diseases including silicosis in incidence and development of multiple lung fibrotic diseases.

Objective To investigate the roles of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+T lymphocytes and CD19+B lymphocytes on the pathogenesis of acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Methods According to Berlin definition Of ARDS in 2012,34 patients with ARDS admitted in the Department of ICU of Central Hospital of Baoji from January,2016 to January,2017 were enrolled in this study as study group(ARDS group).At the same time,22 healthy subjects were recruited as control group.Clinical data of ARDS patients were collected,and the survivors were followed up.The ARDS patients were divided into moderate group(n=20) and severe group (n=14) according to clinical settings on the first day after diagnosis of ARDS and Berlin Definition of ARDS in 2012,and at the same time they were also dividedinto two groups according to the outcome followed up for 28 days:non-survival group(n=14) and survival group(n =20).Sample of 3 mL peripheral venous blood of ARDS patients was collected on an empty stomach in the early morning on the first day after diagnosis of ARDS and the blood samples of healthy subjects were also collected on the first day to measure the level of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+T cells and CD19+ B cell in peripheral venous blood by flow cytometry.Comparison of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ T cells and CD 19+ B cell numbers were carried out between ARDS group and control group on the first day after diagnosis of ARDS,and between moderate group and severe group as well as between survival group and nonsurvival group.The risk factors associated with ARDS were analyzed using logistic regression analysis.Results On the first day after diagnosis of ARDS,there were significant differences in serum Lac and pre-albumin between survival group and non-survival group(P＜0.05).The numbers of CD3+,CD4+T cells and CD19+B cell of peripheral venous serum in ARDS group were significantly lower than those in control group(P＜0.05),while there was no significant difference in CD8+ T cell number between ARDS group and control group (P＞0.05).There were statistically significant differences in numbers of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+T cells and CD19+B cell between moderate group and severe group and as well as between survival group and non-survival group(P＜0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that CD19+B cell (OR=0.614,95％CI:0.416-0.907,P=0.014) level on the first day after diagnosis of ARDS was related with the risk of prognosis of ARDS.The ROC of CD19+B cell had area under curve(AUC) of 0.907,and the cut-off value of CD19+B cell in the survival followed up for 28 day's was 12.59％.Conclusions CD3+,CD4+,CD8+T cells and CD19+B cell level of peripheral venous serum in ARDS patients can be helpful for the assess of ARDS severity of patients in the early stage,and for prognosis judgment,especially CD 19+B cell is more remarkable.

OBJECTIVETo study the expression level of folate receptor α (FR-α) in glioma tissue and its clinical significance.

METHODSForty-eight human glioma specimens were collected from patients who underwent surgery from March 2012 to March 2013. These specimens were as follows:12 cases of glioblastoma (WHO IV), 6 cases of astrocytoma of each malignancy grade(WHO II, III), 6 cases of oligodendroastrocytoma of each malignancy grade (WHO II, III), 6 cases of oligodendroglioma of each malignancy grade (WHO II, III ). In addition, 6 cases of normal brain tissue resected from brain traumatic patients were taken as negative control, and one case of placental tissue (had got the consent of the parents and their families) was taken as positive control. The expression level of FR-α in tumor tissues was evaluated by Western blot analysis. The results of Western blot analysis were analyzed by t-test. The expression level of FR-α and Ki-67 in tumor tissues was evaluated immunohistochemistry, the results were analyzed by Kruskal-Wallis test and Nemenyi test. The correlation between the expression level of FR-α and cell proliferation index Ki-67 was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.

RESULTSWestern blot analysis showed that the FR-α was not expressed in normal brain tissue and oligodendroglioma tissue, but highly expressed in astrocytoma, oligodendroastrocytoma and gliomablastoma. The expression level in WHO III astrocytoma was significantly higher than in WHO II (t = 4.497, P < 0.05). FR-α was also highly expressed in oligodendroastrocytoma and its expression level in WHO III was also significantly higher than in the WHO II (t = 2.876, P < 0.05). Foremore, immunohistochemistry analysis also showed that FR-α was not expressed in oligodendroglioma, but expressed in astrocytoma, oligodendroastrocytoma and gliomablastoma. The positive rate of FR-α of WHO III was significantly higher than the WHO II astrocytoma(57.8% ± 2.2% vs. 45.7% ± 2.3%,χ(2) = 3.871, P = 0.034). In oligodendroastrocytoma, the positive rate of FR-α of WHO III was significantly higher than the WHO II(56.5% ± 5.4% vs. 37.1% ± 5.2%,χ(2) = 4.454, P = 0.021). Moreover, the expression level of FR-α in gliomablastoma was highest in all histological types of gliomas, the positive rate of FR-α was up to 65.0% ± 4.5%. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the positive rate of FR-α was positively correlated with Ki-67 index (r = 0.903, P < 0.05).

CONCLUSIONSFR-α is expressed in astrocytoma, oligodendroastrocytoma and glioblastoma, and the expression level of FR-α is positively correlated with malignancy grade and Ki-67 index. Therefore, FR-α may be applied as a special target for diagnosis and treatment of glioma.
