1.A multicenter study on respiratory pathogen detection with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children

		                        			Objective:To analyze the status of respiratory pathogen detection and the clinical features in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP). Methods:A prospective, multicenter study was conducted to collect clinical data, including medical history, laboratory examinations and multiplex PCR tests of children diagnosed with MPP from 4 hospitals in China between November 15 th and December 20 th, 2023. The multiplex PCR results and clinical characteristics of MPP children in different regions were analyzed. The children were divided into severe and mild groups according to the severity of the disease. Patients in the severe group were further divided into Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) alone and Multi-pathogen co-detection groups based on whether other pathogens were detected besides MP, to analyze the influence of respiratory pathogen co-detection rate on the severity of the disease. Mann-Whitney rank sum test and Chi-square test were used to compare data between independent groups. Results:A total of 298 children, 136 males and 162 females, were enrolled in this study, including 204 children in the severe group with an onset age of 7.0 (6.0, 8.0) years, and 94 children in the mild group with an onset age of 6.5 (4.0, 7.8) years. The level of C-reactive protein, D-dimer, lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) were significantly higher (10.0 (5.0, 18.0) vs. 5.0 (5.0, 7.5) mg/L, 0.6 (0.4, 1.1) vs. 0.5 (0.3, 0.6) mg/L, 337 (286, 431) vs. 314 (271, 393) U/L, Z=2.02, 2.50, 3.05, all P<0.05), and the length of hospitalization was significantly longer in the severe group compared with those in mild group (6.0 (6.0, 7.0) vs. 5.0 (4.0, 6.0) d, Z=4.37, P<0.05). The time from onset to admission in severe MPP children was significantly shorter than that in mild MPP children (6.0 (5.0, 9.5) vs. 9.0 (7.0, 13.0) d, Z=2.23, P=0.026). All patients completed the multiplex PCR test, with 142 cases (47.7%) MPP children detected with 21 pathogens including adenovirus 25 cases (8.4%), human coronavirus 23 cases (7.7%), rhinovirus 21 cases (7.0%), Streptococcus pneumoniae 21 cases (7.0%), influenza A virus 18 cases (6.0%). The pathogens with the highest detection rates in Tianjin, Shanghai, Wenzhou and Chengdu were Staphylococcus aureus at 10.7% (8/75), adenovirus at 13.0% (10/77), adenovirus at 15.3% (9/59), and both rhinovirus and Haemophilus influenzae at 11.5% (10/87) each. The multi-pathogen co-detection rate in severe MPP children was significantly higher than that in mild MPP group (52.9% (108/204) vs. 36.2% (34/94), χ2=10.62, P=0.005). Among severe MPP children, there are 89 cases in the multi-pathogen co-detection group and 73 cases in the simple MPP group. The levels of LDH, D-dimer and neutrophil counts in the multi-pathogen co-detection group were significantly higher than those in the simple MPP group (348 (284, 422) vs. 307 (270, 358) U/L, 0.8 (0.5, 1.5) vs. 0.6 (0.4, 1.0) mg/L, 4.99 (3.66, 6.89)×10 9vs. 4.06 (2.91, 5.65)×10 9/L, Z=5.17, 4.99, 6.11, all P<0.05). Conclusions:The co-detection rate of respiratory pathogens, LDH and D-dimer in children with severe MPP were higher than those with mild MPP. 2.Isolation,identification,gene sequence analysis and pathogenicity of H3N2 subtype swine influenza virus

		                        			The nasal swab samples of swine influenza(SI)suspected pigs were collected and tested for H3 subtype swine influenza virus(SIV)positive by RT-qPCR.The positive samples were inoc-ulated into SPF chicken embryos for virus isolation.The full genome sequencing and sequence anal-ysis of the isolated H3N2 subtype SIV were conducted,and its pathogenicity was studied.The re-sults showed that a strain of SIV was successfully isolated and identified as H3N2 subtype by RT-PCR,named A/Swine/Yunnan/KM/06/2023(H3N2).The BLSAT results showed that the eight segments of SIV H3N2 KM had the highest homology with eight different strains of swine influ-enza or human influenza viruses,reaching 95.41%-97.49%.The HA and NA segments were de-rived from H3N2 subtype SIV,the NP segment was derived from H1N1 subtype human influenza virus,the M segment was derived from H1N2 subtype SIV,and all other segments were derived from H1N1 subtype SIV.The key receptor sites(190D,223V,226I,228S)of HA protein remained unchanged.The pathogenicity experiment results showed that infected piglets exhibited symptoms such as fever,sneezing,runny nose,the virus could be detoxified to the outside through the nasal cavity,and the lungs had different degrees of lesion.Immunohistochemistry(IHC)showed that the virus could replicate in the lungs.In conclusion,a strain of H3N2 subtype SIV was successfully iso-lated,and the genetic evolution,molecular characteristics and pathogenicity of the virus were stud-ied.It revealed that H3N2 subtype SIV is constantly evolving and had pathogenicity to piglets,pro-viding a reference for monitoring and preventing SIV epidemics in China,and provided a candidate strain for SI vaccine development.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
3.Cochlear electrode array misplacement into the superior semicircular canal: a case report and literature review.

		                        			Electrode array misplacement is a rare complication of cochlear implant. This article reports an 11-year-old boy who was mistakenly implanted the cochlear electrode array into the superior semicircular canal during the initial cochlear implant. After the diagnosis was confirmed, he underwent a second cochlear implant and the electrode array were successfully implanted into the cochlea. 4.Analysis of incidence and influencing factors of interstitial pneumonia in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma after treatment of R-CHOP-like regimens

		                        			Objective:To investigate the incidence of interstitial pneumonia (IP) and its risk factors in newly-diagnosed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) after treatment of R-CHOP regimen (rituximab combined with cyclophosphamide + doxorubicin + vincristine + prednisone) and R-CDOP regimen (rituximab combined with cyclophosphamide + vincristine + liposomal doxorubicin + prednisone).Methods:The clinical data of 54 newly-diagnosed DLBCL patients who were admitted to the Central Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University from January 2015 to August 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, of which 25 cases were treated with R-CDOP regimen, and 29 cases were treated with R-CHOP regimen. The incidence of IP was compared in patients stratified according to different clinically factors, and the risk factors of IP were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression.Results:The patients with R-CDOP regimen [compared with R-CHOP regimen: 32.0% (8/25) vs. 3.4% (1/29)], normal lactate dehydrogenase level before treatment [compared with high level: 29.0% (9/31) vs. 0 (0/23)], eosinophilic count>0.1×10 9/L [compared with ≤0.1×10 9/L: 28.0% (7/25) vs. 6.9% (2/29)] and Ki-67 positive index<80% [compared with ≥80%: 23.1% (9/39) vs. 0 (0/15)] had a higher incidence of IP (all P<0.05), there were no statistical differences in the incidence of IP among patients stratified with age, gender, smoking history, underlying disease, stage, international prognostic index score, Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group score, type, B symptoms, β 2-microglobulin, and lymphocyte count (all P>0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the application of R-CDOP regimen was the independent risk factor for the incidence of IP (compared with R-CHOP regimen: OR = 2.898, 95% CI 1.358-6.176, P = 0.008). Conclusions:The application of chemotherapy with R-CDOP regimen in DLBCL patients increases the incidence risk of IP, which needs to be closely monitored and prevented during treatment.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
5.NOGEA: A Network-oriented Gene Entropy Approach for Dissecting Disease Comorbidity and Drug Repositioning

		                        			Rapid development of high-throughput technologies has permitted the identification of an increasing number of disease-associated genes (DAGs), which are important for understanding disease initiation and developing precision therapeutics. However, DAGs often contain large amounts of redundant or false positive information, leading to difficulties in quantifying and prioritizing potential relationships between these DAGs and human diseases. In this study, a network-oriented gene entropy approach (NOGEA) is proposed for accurately inferring master genes that contribute to specific diseases by quantitatively calculating their perturbation abilities on directed disease-specific gene networks. In addition, we confirmed that the master genes identified by NOGEA have a high reliability for predicting disease-specific initiation events and progression risk. Master genes may also be used to extract the underlying information of different diseases, thus revealing mechanisms of disease comorbidity. More importantly, approved therapeutic targets are topologically localized in a small neighborhood of master genes in the interactome network, which provides a new way for predicting drug-disease associations. Through this method, 11 old drugs were newly identified and predicted to be effective for treating pancreatic cancer and then validated by in vitro experiments. Collectively, the NOGEA was useful for identifying master genes that control disease initiation and co-occurrence, thus providing a valuable strategy for drug efficacy screening and re-positioning. 		                        			Objective:To explore the consistency of peripheral whole blood and venous serum procalcitonin (PCT) levels, and the value of peripheral whole blood PCT in evaluating pediatric bacterial infection.Methods:This multicenter cross-sectional parallel control study was conducted in 11 children′s hospital. All the 1 898 patients older than 28 days admitted to these hospitals from March 2018 to February 2019 had their peripheral whole blood and venous serum PCT detected simultaneously with unified equipment, reagent and method. According to the venous serum PCT level, the patients were stratified to subgroups. Analysis of variance and chi-square test were used to compare the demographic characteristics among groups. And the correlation between the peripheral blood and venous serum PCT level was investigated by quantitative Pearson correlation analysis.The PCT resultes were also converted into ranked data to further test the consistency between the two sampling methods by Spearman′s rank correlation test. Furthermore, the ranked data were converted into binary data to evaluate the consistency and investigate the best cut-off of peripheral blood PCT level in predicting bacterial infection.Results:A total of 1 898 valid samples were included (1 098 males, 800 females),age 27.4(12.2,56.7) months. There was a good correlation between PCT values of peripheral whole blood and venous serum ( r=0.97 , P<0.01). The linear regression equation was PCT?venous serum=0.135+0.929×PCT peripheral whole blood. However, when stratified to 5 levels, PCT results showed diverse and unsatisfied consistency between the two sampling methods ( r=0.51-0.92, all P<0.01). But after PCT was converted to ordinal categorical variables, the stratified analysis showed that the coincidence rate of the measured values by the two sampling methods in each boundary area was 84.9%-97.1%. The dichotomous variables also showed a good consistency (coincidence rate 96.8%-99.3%, Youden index 0.82-0.89). According to the severity of disease, the serum PCT value was classified into 4 intervals(<0.5、0.5-<2.0、2.0-<10.0、≥10.0 μg/L), and the peripheral blood PCT value also showed a good predictive value (AUC value was 0.991 2-0.997 9). The optimal cut points of peripheral whole blood PCT value 0.5、1.0、2.0、10.0 μg/L corresponding to venous serum PCT values were 0.395, 0.595, 1.175 and 3.545 μg/L, respectively. Conclusions:There is a good correlation between peripheral whole blood PCT value and the venous serum PCT value, which means that the peripheral whole blood PCT could facilitate the identification of infection and clinical severity. 		                        			Objective:To investigate the etiology of necrotizing pneumonia (NP) in children and the clinical characteristics of NP caused by different pathogens in China.Methods:A retrospective, case-control study was performed in children with NP who were admitted to 13 hospitals in China from January 2008 to December 2019. The demographic and clinical information, laboratory data, etiological and radiological findings were analyzed. The data were divided into three groups based on the following years: 2008-2011, 2012-2015 and 2016-2019, and the distribution characteristics of the pathogens in different period were compared. Meanwhile, the pathogens of pediatric NP in the southern and northern China were compared. And the clinical characteristics of the Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) NP and the bacterial NP were also compared. T-test or Mann-Whitney nonparametric test was used for comparison of numerical variables, and χ 2 test was used for categorical variables. Results:A total of 494 children with NP were enrolled, the median ages were 4.7 (0.1-15.3) years, including 272 boys and 222 girls. Among these patients, pathogens were identified in 347 cases and the pathogen was unclear in the remaining 147 cases. The main pathogens were MP (238 cases), Streptococcus pneumoniae (SP) (61 cases), Staphylococcus aureus (SA) (51 cases), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (13 cases), Haemophilus influenzae (10 cases), adenovirus (10 cases), and influenza virus A (7 cases), respectively. MP was the most common pathogen in all three periods and the proportion increased yearly. The proportion of MP in 2016-2019 was significantly higher than that in 2012-2015 (52.1% (197/378) vs. 36.8% (32/87), χ 2= 6.654, P=0.010), while there was no significant difference in the proportion of MP in 2012-2015 and that in 2008-2011 (36.8% (32/87) vs. 31.0% (9/29), χ2=0.314, P=0.575).Regarding the regional distribution, 342 cases were in the southern China and 152 in the northern China. Also, MP was the most common pathogen in both regions, but the proportion of MP was higher and the proportion of SP was lower in the north than those in the south (60.5% (92/152) vs. 42.7% (146/342), χ 2=13.409, P<0.010; 7.9% (12/152) vs. 14.3% (49/342), χ 2= 4.023, P=0.045). Comparing the clinical characteristics of different pathogens, we found that fever and cough were the common symptoms in both single MP and single bacterial groups, but chest pain was more common (17.0% (34/200) vs. 6.1% (6/98), χ 2=6.697, P=0.010) while shortness of breath and wheezing were less common in MP group (16.0% (32/200) vs. 60.2% (59/98), χ 2=60.688, P<0.01; 4.5% (9/200) vs. 21.4% (21/98), χ 2=20.819, P<0.01, respectively). The white blood cell count, C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in the bacterial group were significantly higher than those in the MP group (14.7 (1.0-67.1)×10 9/L vs. 10.5 (2.5-32.2)×10 9/L, 122.5 (0.5-277.3) mg/L vs. 51.4 (0.5-200.0) g/L, 2.13 (0.05-100.00) μg/L vs. 0.24 (0.01-18.85) μg/L, Z=-3.719, -5.901 and -7.765, all P<0.01). Conclusions:The prevalence of pediatric NP in China shows an increasing trend during the past years. MP, SP and SA are the main pathogens of NP, and the most common clinical symptoms are fever and cough. 8.A comparative study on short-term outcomes of Da Vinci robotic versus laparoscopic and open surgery for locally advanced Siewert type Ⅱ and Ⅲ adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction

		                        			Objective:To investigate the short-term outcomes of Da Vinci robotic versus laparoscopic and open surgery for locally advanced Siewert type Ⅱ and Ⅲ adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction (AEG).Methods:The propensity score matching and retrospective cohort study was conducted. The clinicopathological data of 404 patients with locally advanced Siewert type Ⅱ and Ⅲ AEG who underwent radical gastrectomy in the First Hospital Affiliated to Army Medical University from January 2009 to April 2019 were collected. There were 331 males and 73 females, aged from 34 to 90 years, with a median age of 62 years. Of the 404 patients, 104 undergoing Da Vinci robotic radical gastrectomy were allocated into robotic group, 205 undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy were allocated into laparoscopic group, and 95 undergoing open radical gastrectomy were allocated into open group. Observation indicators: (1) the propensity score matching conditions and comparison of general data among the three groups after propensity score matching; (2) surgical situations; (3) intraoperative lymph node dissection; (4) postoperative situations; (5) postoperative complications; (6) follow-up. Patients were followed up at postoperative 1 month by outpatient examination and telephone interview to detect survival and severe complications up to June 2019. The propensity score matching was used to perform 1∶2∶1 nearest neighbor matching by SPSS 23.0 and R software 3.6.1 Matchit among the robotic group, laparoscopic group and open group. Measurement data with normal distribution were represented as Mean± SD, and comparison among groups was done using one-way ANOVA analysis. Measurement data with skewed distribution were represented as M (range), and comparison was done using the Kruskal-Wallis H test. Comparison of ordinal data was analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U test. Count data were represented as absolute numbers or percentages, and comparison among groups was done using the chi-square test. Results:(1) The propensity score matching conditions and comparison of general data among the three groups after propensity score matching: 312 of 404 patients had successful matching, including 78 in the robotic group, 156 in the laparoscopic group, and 78 in the open group. The age, cases in G1, G2, G3 (histopathological classification) and cases with proximal gastrectomy or total gastrectomy (surgical resection range) before matching were (62.2±1.0)years, 0, 37, 67, 13, 91 in the robotic group, (60.9±8.1)years, 0, 98, 107, 31, 174 in the laparoscopic group, and (58.5±9.8)years, 1, 32, 62, 27, 68 in the open group, showing significant differences among the three groups ( F=4.269, 6.356, χ2=10.416, P<0.05). The above indicators after matching were (61.2±10.8)years, 0, 28, 50, 12, 66 in the robotic group, (60.7±8.0)years, 0, 56, 100, 25, 131 in the laparoscopic group, and (60.7±8.4)years, 0, 25, 53, 18, 60 in the open group, showing no significant difference among the three groups ( F=0.074, 0.379, χ2=2.141, P>0.05). (2) Surgical situations: the surgical time, volume of intraoperative blood loss, length of surgical incision, length of proximal margin after matching were 300.0 minutes(range, 188.0-420.0 minutes), 137.5 mL(range, 50.0-400.0 mL), 6.0 cm(range, 3.0-12.0 cm), 2.5 cm(range, 1.5-5.5 cm) in the robotic group, 276.0 minutes(range, 180.0-400.0 minutes), 150.0 mL(range, 40.0-800.0 mL), 6.0 cm(range, 3.0-12.0 cm), 3.0 cm(range, 1.0-5.0 cm) in the laparoscopic group, and 244.5 minutes(range, 125.0-461.0 minutes), 200.0 mL(range, 55.0-800.0 mL), 20.0 cm(range, 18.0-25.0 cm), 2.0 cm(range, 1.0-5.5 cm) in the open group, showing significant differences among the three groups ( χ2=27.619, 30.069, 179.367, 11.560, P<0.05). (3) Intraoperative lymph node dissection: the number of lymph node dissected, the number of lymph node dissected in the first station, the number of diaphragmatic and periesophageal lymph node dissected were 30.5(range, 10.0-70.0), 18.0(range, 6.0-42.0), 4.0(range, 0-13.0) in the robotic group, 29.0(range, 12.0-79.0), 19.0(range, 6.0-47.0), 5.0(range, 0-15.0) in the laparoscopic group, and 29.0(range, 18.0-58.0), 18.0(range, 12.0-38.0), 5.0(range, 0-8.0) in the open group, showing no significant difference among the three groups ( χ2=3.676, 1.014, 0.827, P>0.05). The number of lymph node dissected in the second station, the number of lymph node dissected in the superior pancreatic region, the number of No.110 lymph node dissected, the number of No.111 lymph node dissected after matching were 9.0(range, 2.0-30.0), 9.0(range, 2.0-30.0), 1.0(range, 0-4.0), 0(range, 0-3.0) in the robotic group, 6.5(range, 0-25.0), 7.0(range, 0-25.0), 0(range, 0-3.0), 0(range, 0-4.0) in the laparoscopic group, and 6.5(range, 0-19.0), 6.5(range, 0-19.0), 0(range, 0-1.0), 0(range, 0-1.0) in the open group, showing significant differences among the three groups ( χ2=19.027, 24.368, 19.236, 11.147, P<0.05). (4) Postoperative situations: the time to first flatus, time to initial out-of-bed activities, duration of postoperative hospital stay, treatment expenses after matching were 3 days(range, 2-5 days), 2 days(range, 1-4 days), 9 days(range, 5-20 days), 10.6×10 4 yuan [range, (5.4-18.0)×10 4 yuan] in the robotic group, 3 days(range, 2-8 days), 2 days(range, 1-7 days), 9 days(range, 6-56 days), 8.6×10 4 yuan[range, (5.7-40.8)×10 4 yuan] in the laparoscopic group, and 4 days(range, 2-10 days), 4 days(range, 2-10 days), 11 days(range, 8-41 days), 8.4×10 4 yuan[range, (5.8-15.2)×10 4 yuan] in the open group, showing significant differences among the three groups ( χ2=28.487, 95.069, 39.443, 83.899, P<0.05). (5) Postoperative complications: the incidence of overall complications, incidence of severe complications (Clavien-Dindo classification ≥grade 3), incidence of gastrointestinal complications, incidence of incisional complications, incidence of respiratory complications, incidence of infection were 21.8%(17/78), 5.1%(4/78), 10.3%(8/78), 1.3%(1/78), 7.7%(6/78), 2.6%(2/78) in the robotic group, 21.8%(34/156), 7.1%(11/156), 5.1%(8/156), 1.3%(2/156), 11.5%(18/156), 3.8%(6/156) in the laparoscopic group, and 29.5%(23/78), 6.4%(5/78), 9.0%(7/78), 2.6%(2/78), 14.1%(11/78), 2.6%(2/78) in the open group, showing no significant difference among the three groups ( χ2=1.913, 0.321, 2.394, 0.866, 1.641, 0.335, P>0.05). (6) Follow-up: 312 patients after propensity score matching were follow up at postoperative 1 month. During the follow-up, 2 cases with severe complications died after discharge. No severe complication such as obstruction of input or output loop, dumping syndrome was found in the other 310 patients. Conclusions:The Da Vinci robotic radical gastrectomy is safe and feasible for locally advanced Siewert type Ⅱ and Ⅲ AEG. Compared with laparoscopic and open radical gastrectomy, Da Vinci robotic radical gastrectomy has more advantages in the number of lymph node dissected in the second station (especially in the superior pancreatic region).
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
9. Changed serum levels of neurotrophic factors and their correlations with sleep and cognition in patients with chronic insomnia disorder

		                        			To explore serum levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and glial-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF), and whether changes of BDNF and GDNF are correlated with sleep quality and cognitive function in patients with chronic insomnia disorder (CID).
		                        		
		                        			Methods:
		                        			Fifty-seven CID patients in the Department of Sleep Disorders, Chaohu Hospital of Anhui Medical University and 30 healthy controls were enrolled from May 2017 to July 2018. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) was used to assess the degree of insomnia severity (some CID patients were monitored by overnight polysomnography). Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) scale and Nine-Box Maze were used to assess general cognitive function and specific memory function, respectively. The serum levels of BDNF and GDNF were detected using ELISA.

10.Long-term efficacy of robotic radical total gastrectomy for gastric cancer and analysis of prognostic factors

		                        			Objective:To analyze long-term outcomes and prognostic factors of gastric cancer patients after robotic radical total gastrectomy.Methods:A retrospective case-control study was conducted. Inclusion criteria: (1) receiving robotic radical total gastrectomy; (2) gastric adenocarcinoma was confirmed by postoperative pathology; (3) no previous history of other malignant tumors; (4) no preoperative chemotherapy or radiation therapy performed. Exclusion criteria: (1) age <18 years old or age >80 years old;(2)distant metastasis before surgery, or palliative surgery; (3) conversion to laparotomy;(4) R1 or R2 resection; (5)emergency surgery; (6) remnant gastric cancer or recurrence; (7)died of severe complications during hospitalization or within 1 month after surgery. Overall survival rates (OS) and disease-free survival rates (DFS) were evaluated using the Kaplan-Meier method. Cox regression analysis was used to identify prognosis factors for overall survival.Results:According to the above criteria, 166 gastric cancer patients who underwent robotic radical total gastrectomy between March 2010 and November 2018 were included in this study. Roux-en-Y reconstruction was performed in all patients. Reconstruction were achieved using extracorporeal method through a minilaparotomy in 149 case and intracorporeal anastomosis in 17 cases. The number of harvested lymph nodes was (34.8±17.5), and the number of harvested lymph nodes at group 2 was (10.1±6.7). The number of patients with lymph node metastasis of group 2 was 73 (44.0%). The median follow-up time was 25 months (range 2-109). There were 55 (33.1%) cases of recurrence during follow-up. The 3- and 5-year overall survival rates were 55.8% and 46.2% respectively. The 3- and 5-year disease-free survival rates were 53.4% and 45.4% respectively. The 5-year overall survival rates grouped based on TNM stage were 78.9% for stage I, 58.5% for stage II, and 37.1% for stage III. The 5-year disease-free survival rates grouped based on TNM stage were 78.9% for stage I, 59.2% for stage II, and 34.6% for stage III. Univariate analysis suggested that TNM stage, the number of harvested lymph nodes and number of harvested lymph nodes at group 2 were associated with overall survival rates (all P<0.05). Multivariate analyses revealed that TNM stage ( P<0.001; stage IIIB: HR=5.357, 95%CI:1.182 to 24.275; stage IIIC: HR=11.937, 95%CI: 2.677 to 53.226) and number of harvested lymph nodes at group 2 ( P=0.034; 6-10: HR=0.562,95%CI:0.326 to 0.969; >10: HR=0.388, 95%CI: 0.176 to 0.857) were independent prognostic factors for overall survival. Conclusion:The long-term outcomes of robotic radical total gastrectomy were satisfactory.
