1.Impact of childhood maltreatment and sleep quality on depressive symptoms among middle school students

		                        			Objective:
		                        			To explore the impact of sleep quality, experience of childhood maltreatment, and their interaction on depressive symptoms among middle school students, so as to provide the reference for early intervention of depressive symptoms among middle school students.
		                        		
		                        			Methods:
		                        			From September to December 2023, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 231 students from two secondary schools in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province by a convenient sampling method. The survey included general demographic information, Childhood Trauma Questionnaire Short Form, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and Short Version of Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale. The  Chi square test was used to analyze the differences in depressive symptom, sleep quality and childhood maltreatment among students with different demographic characteristics. Correlation analysis was conducted using Logistic regression, and interaction analysis was performed by both additive and multiplicative interaction models.
		                        		
		                        			Results:
		                        			The detection rate of depressive symptoms among middle school students was 22.7%, and the rate for high school students (35.2%) was significantly higher than that for middle school students (17.0%) ( χ 2=50.35,  P <0.01). The detection rates of depressive symptoms among middle school students with a history of childhood maltreatment and poor sleep quality were 45.8% and 44.0%, respectively. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that compared to students without a history of childhood maltreatment, students with a history of childhood maltreatment had a higher risk of depressive symptoms ( OR =4.49,95% CI =3.31~ 6.09 ,  P <0.01);students with poor sleep quality had a higher risk of depressive symptoms than students with good sleep quality ( OR = 5.99,95% CI =4.37~8.22,  P <0.01).The interaction results showed that the presence of childhood maltreatment and poor sleep quality had an additive interaction on the occurrence of depression in middle school students. Compared with students without childhood maltreatment and having good sleep quality, students with childhood maltreatment and poor sleep quality had a 22.49 times higher risk of developing depression ( OR =22.49,95% CI =14.22~35.59, P <0.01).
		                        		
		                        			Conclusion
		                        			Depressive symptoms among middle school students are associated with childhood maltreatment and poor sleep quality, and there is an additive interaction between childhood maltreatment and poor sleep quality on the impact of depressive symptoms.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
2.Association of physical activity and sugar sweetened beverage consumption with psychological sub health among middle school students in Bao an District, Shenzhen

		                        			Objective:
		                        			To explore the association of physical activity and sugar sweetened beverage consumption with psychological sub health among middle school students in Bao an District, Shenzhen, so as to provide a reference for adolescent mental health promotion.
		                        		
		                        			Methods:
		                        			A questionnaire survey was conducted in November 2024 by a stratified cluster random sampling method to select 6 926 junior and senior middle school students from 5 middle schools in Shenzhen. The questionnaire from Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance System was used to assess the consumption of sugar sweetened beverages, and physical activity Rating Scale was used to assess the level of physical activity, and Brief Instrument on Psychological Health of Youths was used to evaluate the psychological sub health status. The  Chi -square test was used to analyze the differences in the detection rates of psychological sub health among different groups of middle school students, and a multivariate Logistic regression model was established to analyze the effects of physical activity and sugar sweetened beverage consumption and their combined effects on the psychological sub health of middle school students.
		                        		
		                        			Results:
		                        			The detection rate of psychological sub health among middle school students in Bao an District, Shenzhen was 18.93%. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that, after controlling for confounding factors such as gender, school stage, family residence, family economic status, parental literacy, academic stress and number of friends, lack of physical activity or excessive sugar sweetened beverage consumption were associated with increased risks of psychological sub health among middle school students ( OR =1.36, 1.45); and the highest risk of psychological sub health was found in middle school students who were lack of physical activity and excessive sugar sweetened beverage consumption ( OR =2.59) ( P <0.01). Further analysis by school stages showed that junior high school students with sufficient physical activity and excessive intake of sugary drinks ( ROR =2.10), lack of physical activity and excessive intake of sugary drinks ( ROR =2.31) were at higher risks of psychological sub health than senior high school students( P <0.05).
		                        		
		                        			Conclusions
		                        			Insufficient physical activity and excessive sugar sweetened beverage consumption are closely associated with an increased risk of psychological sub health among middle school students. Effective interventions should be targeted to reduce the risk of psychological sub health problems among middle school students.

		                        			Abstract
		                        			To understand the relationship between cardiovascular disease (CVD) and adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), the present review aims to describe the burden and influencing factors of CVD, epidemiological characteristics and burden of ACEs, current research on the relationship between ACEs and CVD, and the mechanism of ACEs leading to CVD. It is proposed that further assessment of the relationship is warranted through identifying blood biomarkers, conducting prospective cohort studies and intervention studies. 4.Effect of Preoperative Frailty on Prognosis of Pancreatic Cancer Patients after Pancreaticoduodenectomy

		                        			ObjectiveTo investigate the impact of preoperative frailty on the prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer who underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy. MethodsA retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 435 pancreatic cancer patients who underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy at Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. Preoperative frailty was assessed using the FRAIL questionnaire. Binary logistics regression analysis was employed to identify factors influencing frailty, and Cox regression analysis was used to evaluate the effect of frailty on survival. According to the demographic characteristics, subgroup analyses were performed on the effect of frailty on prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer with pancreaticoduodenectomy. ResultsAmong the 435 patients enrolled, 119 (27.4%) exhibited frailty, while 316 (72.6%) did not. Significant differences were observed between the two groups in various clinical parameters, including age, body mass index, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) score, postoperative red blood cell transfusion, postoperative abdominal abscess, serum levels of glycoantigens 199, glycoantigens 125, and alpha fetoprotein, leukocyte count, neutrophil, high density lipoprotein (HDL) level, and pain intensity (P<0.05). Advanced age and an ASA score of Ⅲ were identified as risk factors for frailty, whereas HDL level was a protective factor. Non-frail patients had better postoperative survival times than frail patients. HDL was determined to be an independent protective factor for prognosis, while LDL was an independent risk factor. ConclusionsThis study demonstrates that preoperative frailty is a significant predictor of poor prognosis in pancreatic cancer patients who underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy.These findings suggest that preoperative frailty assessment and targeted interventions to improve nutritional and metabolic status could potentially enhance postoperative survival and quality of life in pancreatic cancer patients. 
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
5.Neutrophil membrane-coated PLGA nanoparticles promoting the repair of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in mice

		                        			Objective To explore the role and related mechanism of neutrophil membrane-coated poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) nanoparticles (Neu-NP) in cardiac repair after acute myocardial ischemia-reperfusion (MI/R) injury in mice. Methods The male C57 mouse model of acute MI/R injury was established and randomly divided into three groups: PBS control group (injection of 200 μL PBS), NP treatment group (injection of 0.5 mg/mL NP 200 μL), and Neu-NP treatment group (injection of 0.5 mg/mL Neu-NP 200 μL). Neutrophil membranes were extracted and fused with PLGA nanoparticles to construct biomimetic Neu-NP. The in vivo homing ability of Neu-NP was assessed using ex vivo imaging technology in the MI/R injury model, and the expression levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in the myocardium were measured using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay one day and three days after administration. Echocardiography was used to determine cardiac function indicators of MI/R injured mice 28 days post-administration. Immunofluorescence staining was used to observe angiogenesis repair and inflammatory cell infiltration in mouse heart tissue. Results Neu-NP, engineered by integrating neutrophil membranes with nanoparticles, inherited surface receptors (TNF-αR and IL-6R) and functioned as decoys for inflammatory targeting. Compared with the PBS control group and NP treatment group, the secretion levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the damaged myocardium of the Neu-NP treatment group were significantly decreased one and three days after administration (P<0.05); 28 days after administration, the cardiac ejection fraction in the Neu-NP treatment group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups (P<0.05). Immunofluorescence staining indicated a significant increase in the proportion of angiogenesis in the myocardial infarction area and a significant reduction in inflammation cell infiltration (P<0.05). Conclusions Neu-NP plays an important role in cardiac tissue repair after MI/R injury by alleviating inflammatory factors in the damaged area and promoting angiogenesis.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
6.DUSP26 inhibits proliferation, migration, and invasion of lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells by suppressing the TGF-β1/SMAD2/3 signaling pathway

		                        			[摘  要]  目的:探究双特异性磷酸酶26(DUSP26)在肺腺癌(LUAD)A549细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭中的作用及其分子机制。方法:检索肿瘤数据库GEPIA2网站DUSP26表达数据,分析DUSP26在LUAD患者和正常人肺组织中的表达差异。收集2022年10月至2023年10月期间萍乡市人民医院手术切除的12例LUAD组织和癌旁组织标本,通过免疫组织化学(IHC)和WB法检测DUSP26在LUAD组织和癌旁组织之间的表达差异;通过WB法检测DUSP26在4种LUAD细胞(A549、SK-LU-1、Calu-3、H1299)和2种正常支气管上皮细胞(BEAS-2B、HBEC)中的表达差异。利用慢病毒转染细胞的方法构建稳定过表达DUSP26(DUSP26-OE)及阴性对照(DUSP26-OENC)的A549细胞,通过克隆形成、划痕愈合实验、Transwell实验分别检测DUSP26过表达对细胞增殖、迁移及侵袭能力的影响,WB法检测各组细胞中TGF-β1/SMAD2/3通路、EMT相关蛋白的表达水平,细胞免疫荧光法检测细胞中Ki-67、cyclin D1表达水平。加入TGF-β1重组蛋白进行回复实验。构建A549细胞裸鼠荷瘤模型,观察DUSP26过表达对移植瘤体内生长的影响,WB法检测移植瘤组织中TGF-β1/SMAD2/3通路、EMT相关蛋白表达水平,免疫荧光染色法检测移植瘤组织中Ki-67、cyclin D1表达水平。结果:DUSP26在LUAD组织和细胞中均呈低表达(P < 0.05或P < 0.01或P < 0.001或P < 0.000 1)。与DUSP26-OENC组相比,DUSP26-OE组A549细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭能力均显著降低(P < 0.01或P < 0.001),TGF-β1、p-SMAD2/3、vimentin、N-cadherin、snail、Ki-67、cyclin D1表达均降低(P < 0.01或P < 0.001或P < 0.000 1),E-cadherin表达升高(P < 0.000 1)。加入5 ng/mL TGF-β1重组蛋白后,可部分逆转在体外实验中由DUSP26过表达导致的结果。成功构建裸鼠A549细胞荷瘤模型,DUSP26-OE组裸鼠移植瘤生长速度缓慢,体积和质量均减小(均P < 0.001),移植瘤组织中TGF-β1、p-SMAD2/3、vimentin、N-cadherin、snail、Ki-67、cyclin D1表达均降低(P < 0.01或P < 0.001),E-cadherin表达升高(P < 0.000 1)。结论:DUSP26在LUAD组织和细胞中均呈低表达状态,上调DUSP26的表达水平能够通过抑制TGF-β1/SMAD2/3信号通路抑制A549细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭。
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
7.Disease burden and annual change trends of gastric cancer in China in 1990 - 2021

		                        			Objective  To analyze the burden and epidemic trends of gastric cancer in China from 1990 to 2021, and to provide a scientific basis for the formulation of effective prevention and control strategies.  Methods Data from the 2021 Global Burden of Disease (GBD) database were used to extract the number of the incidence, prevalence, and death cases, as well as the disability-adjusted life years (DALY) for gastric cancer in China from 1990 to 2021. The corresponding crude rates and age-standardized rates were calculated. The Joinpoint regression model was employed to analyze the trends in the burden of gastric cancer, and a comprehensive examination was conducted from multiple dimensions including age, gender, and time.  Results From 1990 to 2021, the age-standardized incidence rate (ASIR) of gastric cancer in China decreased from 48.03 per 100,000 to 29.05 per 100,000, the age-standardized prevalence rate (ASPR) decreased from 67.17 per 100,000 to 57.23 per 100,000, the age-standardized mortality rate (ASMR) decreased from 46.05 per 100,000 to 21.51 per 100,000, and the age-standardized DALY rate (ASDR) decreased from 1181.61 per 100,000 to 501.26 per 100,000. The AAPCs of ASIR, ASPR, ASMR, and ASDR were -1.61%, -0.50%, -2.44%, and -2.75%, respectively. The incidence, prevalence, mortality and DALY rates showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with age. Although females had higher incidence, prevalence, mortality, and DALY numbers in the older age groups, males exhibited higher crude rates across all age groups. Conclusion The overall disease burden of gastric cancer in China showed a downward trend from 1990 to 2021, and men and middle-aged and elderly people are the key populations for prevention and control efforts.

		                        			Objective To explore the efficiency improvement in segmenting neural network with the application of Transformer + U-Net artificial intelligence (AI) and modeling with the application of Python scripts in three-dimensional (3D) printing brachytherapy. Methods A Transformer + U-Net AI neural network model was constructed, and Adam optimizer was used to ensure rapid gradient descent. Computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging data of patients were standardized and processed as self-made data sets. The training set was used to train AI and the optimal result weight parameters were saved. The test set was used to evaluate the AI ability. Python programming language was used to write an automated script to obtain the output segmentation image and convert it to the STL file for import. The source applicator and needle could be automatically modeled. The time of automatic segmentation and modeling and the time of manual segmentation and modeling were entered by two people, and the difference was verified by paired t-test. 		                        			Objective To explore the correlation of MET status in patients with advanced prostatic acinar adenocarcinoma with the clinical pathological parameters and prognosis. Methods The specimen from 135 patients with advanced prostatic acinar adenocarcinoma was included. The expression of c-MET protein was detected via immunohistochemistry, and MET gene amplification was assessed by fluorescence in situ hybridization. The relationships of c-MET expression and gene amplification with clinicopathological features and prognosis were analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of c-MET was 52.60% (71/135). Compared with the c-MET expression in adjacent tissues, that in tumor tissues showed lower heterogeneous expression. Among the cases, 1.71% (2/117) exhibited MET gene polyploidy, but no gene amplification was detected. 10.Construction of a key technical indicator system for in-hospital treatment and nursing of patients with nuclear radiation injury

		                        			Objective To construct a key technical indicator system for in-hospital treatment and nursing of patients with nuclear radiation injury, and provide a basis for the implementation of such treatment and nursing. Methods The draft of the key technical indicator system for in-hospital treatment and nursing of patients with nuclear radiation injury was determined by literature review, case study, and field investigation. The indicators of the system were determined through two rounds of Delphi consultation and using the precedence chart method. According to the criteria of indicator evaluation, the reliability of expert opinions, and the opinions of the research group, the indicators were refined and evaluated. Results Twenty experts were included for two rounds of consultation via mailed inquiries, with a 100% effective response rate in both rounds. The expert authority coefficients were both 0.945, and the Kendall’s W values were 0.347 and 0.448, respectively (P < 0.05). Following the expert consultations, 1 indicator was deleted, 12 indicators were added, and 6 indicators were modified. The key technical indicator system for in-hospital treatment and nursing of patients with nuclear radiation injury established in this study included 4 first-level indicators, 17 second-level indicators, and 73 third-level indicators. The means of importance assignment for all indicators were > 4.00, and the coefficients of variation were < 0.25. Conclusion The key technical indicator system for in-hospital treatment and nursing of patients with nuclear radiation injury established in this study is scientifically rigorous and practically grounded.
