1.Diagnostic value of exhaled volatile organic compounds in pulmonary cystic fibrosis: A systematic review

		                        			Objective To explore the diagnostic value of exhaled volatile organic compounds (VOCs) for cystic fibrosis (CF). Methods A systematic search was conducted in PubMed, EMbase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, and SinoMed databases up to August 7, 2024. Studies that met the inclusion criteria were selected for data extraction and quality assessment. The quality of included studies was assessed by the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS), and the risk of bias and applicability of included prediction model studies were assessed by the prediction model risk of bias assessment tool (PROBAST). Results A total of 10 studies were included, among which 5 studies only identified specific exhaled VOCs in CF patients, and another 5 developed 7 CF risk prediction models based on the identification of VOCs in CF. The included studies reported a total of 75 exhaled VOCs, most of which belonged to the categories of acylcarnitines, aldehydes, acids, and esters. Most models (n=6, 85.7%) only included exhaled VOCs as predictive factors, and only one model included factors other than VOCs, including forced expiratory flow at 75% of forced vital capacity (FEF75) and modified Medical Research Council scale for the assessment of dyspnea (mMRC). The accuracy of the models ranged from 77% to 100%, and the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve ranged from 0.771 to 0.988. None of the included studies provided information on the calibration of the models. The results of the Prediction Model Risk of Bias Assessment Tool (PROBAST) showed that the overall bias risk of all predictive model studies was high, and the overall applicability was unclear. Conclusion The exhaled VOCs reported in the included studies showed significant heterogeneity, and more research is needed to explore specific compounds for CF. In addition, risk prediction models based on exhaled VOCs have certain value in the diagnosis of CF, but the overall bias risk is relatively high and needs further optimization from aspects such as model construction and validation.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
2.Objective characteristics of tongue manifestation in different stages of damp-heat syndrome in diabetic kidney disease

		                        			Objective:
		                        			To investigate the objective characteristics of tongue manifestation in different stages of damp-heat syndrome in diabetic kidney disease (DKD).
		                        		
		                        			Methods:
		                        			A cross-sectional study enrolled 134 patients with DKD G3-5 stages who met the diagnostic criteria for damp-heat syndrome in DKD. The patients were treated at Dongzhimen Hospital, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, from May 2023 to January 2024. The patients were divided into three groups: DKD G3, DKD G4, and DKD G5 stage, with 53, 33, and 48 patients in each group, respectively. Clinical general data (gender, age, and body mass index) and damp-heat syndrome scores were collected from the patients. The YZAI-02 traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) AI Tongue Image Acquisition Device was used to capture tongue images from these patients. The accompanying AI Open Platform for TCM Tongue Diagnosis of the device was used to analyze and extract tongue manifestation features, including objective data on tongue color, tongue quality, coating color, and coating texture. Clinical data and objective tongue manifestation characteristics were compared among patients with DKD G3-5 based on their DKD damp-heat syndrome status.
		                        		
		                        			Results:
		                        			No statistically significant difference in gender or body mass index was observed among the three patient groups. The DKD G3 stage group had the highest age (P<0.05). The DKD G3 stage group had a lower score for symptoms of poor appetite and anorexia(P<0.05) than the DKD G5 group. No statistically significant difference was observed in damp-heat syndrome scores among the three groups. Compared with the DKD G5 stage group, the DKD G3 stage group showed a decreased proportion of pale color at the tip and edges of the tongue (P<0.05). The DKD G4 stage group exhibited an increased proportion of crimson at the root of the tongue, a decreased proportion of thick white tongue coating at the root, a decreased proportion of pale color at the tip and edges of the tongue, an increased hue value (indicating color tone) of the tongue color in the middle, an increased brightness value (indicating color lightness) of the tongue coating color in the middle, and an increased thickness of the tongue coating (P<0.05). No statistically significant difference was observed in other tongue color proportions, color chroma values, body characteristics, coating color proportions, coating color chroma values, and coating texture characteristics among the three groups.
		                        		
		                        			Conclusion
		                        			Tongue features differ in different stages of DKD damp-heat syndrome in multiple dimensions, enabling the inference that during the DKD G5 stage, the degree of qi and blood deficiency in the kidneys, heart, lungs, liver, gallbladder, spleen, and stomach is prominent. Dampness is more likely to accumulate in the lower jiao, particularly in the kidneys, whereas heat evil in the spleen and stomach is the most severe. 		                        			G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) are a large family of membrane protein receptors, and Takeda G protein-coupled receptor 5 (TGR5) is a member of this family. As a membrane receptor, TGR5 is widely distributed in different parts of the human body and plays a vital role in regulating metabolism, including the processes of energy consumption, weight loss and blood glucose homeostasis. Recent studies have shown that TGR5 plays an important role in glucose and lipid metabolism disorders such as fatty liver, obesity and diabetes. With the global obesity situation becoming more and more serious, a comprehensive explanation of the mechanism of TGR5 and filling the gaps in knowledge concerning clinical ligand drugs are urgently needed. In this review, we mainly explain the anti-obesity mechanism of TGR5 to promote the further study of this target, and show the electron microscope structure of TGR5 and review recent studies on TGR5 ligands to illustrate the specific binding between TGR5 receptor binding sites and ligands, which can effectively provide new ideas for ligand research and promote drug research.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
4.Analysis of the clinical and epidemiologic characteristics of 644 children with dental trauma

		                        			Objective:
		                        			The clinical data involving pediatric dental trauma and the features of dental trauma in children were summarized to provide a reference for the treatment and prevention of dental trauma.
		                        		
		                        			Methods:
		                        			A retrospective analysis was performed on 644 children with dental trauma who were admitted to the Department of Children s Stomatology, Stomatology Hospital of Xiamen Medical College from January to December 2022. Descriptive methods were used to analyze the general demographic characteristics of the children and clinical features of dental trauma.
		                        		
		                        			Results:
		                        			The characteristics of the children with dental trauma were as follows: male-to-female ratio, 2.16∶1; mean age, (6.73±3.42) years; most frequently affected age groups, 2-4 and 7-9 years (26.09%, 33.85%); most frequent season for dental trauma, spring (27.61%) and autumn (28.55%); least common season for dental trauma, summer(18.88%); most frequent time of day for dental trauma, evening (51.47%); least common time of day for dental trauma, morning (2.68%); >24 h elapsed from dental trauma-to-treatment (42.08%); most common type of injuries; simple tooth hard tissue and pulp injury in permanent teeth(65.25%) and simple periodontal tissue injury of primary teeth( 53.35 %); most likely teeth involved,  maxillary central incisors (80.10%); and number of affected teeth, 1-2.
		                        		
		                        			Conclusions
		                        			The incidence of dental trauma in children has common features, but most children do not see a dentist timely after dental trauma occurs. 5.Historical Evolution and Key Information Research on Pediatric Famous Classical Formula Yigongsan

		                        			Yigongsan is derived from Xiaoer Yaozheng Zhijue written by QIAN Yi in the Northern Song dynasty, which is the No. 3 formula in the Catalogue of Ancient Famous Classical Formulas(The Second Batch of Pediatrics) released by the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) in September 2022, and it can be developed as a class 3.1 new TCM drug. By referring to ancient medical books and modern literature, this study conducted herbal textual research on Yigongsan from five aspects, including historical evolution, origin and processing, dosage conversion, usage and preparation methods, and functional application, then formed the key information table of this formula, in order to provide reference for the development of reference samples and preparations of Yigongsan. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that Panax ginseng should be removed the basal part of stem(rhizoma), Poria cocos should be removed the peel, Citrus reticulata should be cut into shreds and Glycyrrhiza uralensis should be used. According to 4.13 g/Qian(钱), 1 g/slice for ginger, 3 g for each jujube and 300 mL/Zhan(盏), the doses of Ginseng Radix, Poria, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, Jujubae Fructus were 1.652, 1.652, 1.652, 1.652, 1.652, 5, 6 g, and the total amount was 19.26 g. The decocting method was to crush the medicinal materials into fine powder with 50-80 mesh, add 300 mL of water and decoct to 210 mL for each dose, then remove the dregs and take it warmly. This formula was recorded in ancient books as the main treatment for the cold-deficiency of spleen and stomach, and Qi stagnation in children with vomiting and diarrhea and lack of appetite. 6.Epidemiological Investigation of Dampness Syndrome Manifestations in the Population at Risk of Cerebrovascular Disease

		                        			Objective To make an epidemiological investigation on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)dampness syndrome manifestations in the population at risk of cerebrovascular diseases in Guangdong area.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted to analyze the clinical data related to the risk of cerebrovascular diseases in 330 Guangdong permanent residents.The diagnosis of dampness syndrome,quantitative scoring of dampness syndrome and rating of the risk of stroke were performed for the investigation of the distribution pattern of dampness syndrome and its influencing factors.Results(1)A total of 306(92.73%)study subjects were diagnosed as dampness syndrome.The percentage of dampness syndrome in the risk group was 93.82%(258/275),which was slightly higher than that of the healthy group(48/55,87.27%),but the difference was not statistically significant(χ2 = 2.91,P = 0.112).The quantitative score of dampness syndrome in the risk group was higher than that of the healthy group,and the difference was statistically significance(Z =-2.24,P = 0.025).(2)Among the study subjects at risk of cerebrovascular disease,evaluation time(χ2 = 26.11,P = 0.001),stroke risk grading(χ2= 8.85,P = 0.031),and history of stroke or transient ischemic attack(TIA)(χ2 = 9.28,P = 0.015)were the factors influencing the grading of dampness syndrome in the population at risk of cerebrovascular disease.Conclusion Dampness syndrome is the common TCM syndrome in the population of Guangdong area.The manifestations of dampness syndrome are more obvious in the population with risk factors of cerebrovascular disease,especially in the population at high risk of stroke,and in the population with a history of stroke or TIA.The assessment and intervention of dampness syndrome should be taken into account for future project of stroke prevention in Guangdong.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
7.Clinical efficacy analysis of interventional treatment of iatrogenic massive vaginal bleeding

		                        			Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and value of interventional treatment of iatrogenic massive vaginal bleed-ing.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 35 patients with postoperative vaginal massive hemorrhage in obstetrics and gynecology who were admitted.Abdominal aorta and bilateral internal iliac arteries angiography and embolization of abnormal vessels were performed under digital subtraction angiography(DS A),and relevant clinical data were recorded and analyzed.Results After interventional treatment,the vaginal bleeding of 33 patients basically stopped within 3 days,and the average interventional operation time was(57.5±17.2)min.The hemoglobin value,hematocrit and blood pressure decreased and the heart rate increased significantly before and after interventional embolization in obstetrics and gynecology,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There were no sig-nificant changes in hemoglobin value and hematocrit between the completion of interventional embolization and 72 hours after interventional embolization(P>0.05).The increase of blood pressure and the decrease of heart rate were statistically significant(P<0.05).Two patients with cesarean section had poor hemostatic effect after interventional embolization,and the bleeding stopped after exploratory laparotomy and hysterectomy.Conclusion Interventional treatment has the advantages of small trauma,simple operation,signifi-cant curative effect,few adverse reactions,and rapid recovery.It plays an important role and clinical value in the diagnosis and treat-ment of iatrogenic vaginal bleeding.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
8.Effects of 5-Aza-CdR on hippocampal neurogenesis in mice via the Notch1 pathway

		                        			Objective To investigate the effect of 5-Aza-CdR on Notch1 pathway and neural regeneration and to explore the effects of 5-Aza-CdR on learning memory ability in mice by exploring active avoidance behavior.Methods Sixty 6~8-week-old SPF-grade ICR male mice were divided into two groups.5-Aza-CdR was administered to one group of mice via lateral ventricular injection,while the control group was injected with bovine serum albumin.Notch1 and HES1 mRNA and protein expression levels were detected by Real-time PCR and Western blot 24 hours after injection;5-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine-positive cells were observed by laser confocal microscopy,and Notch1 expression in hippocampal dentate gyrus was viewed with laser confocal microscopy.Notch1 methylation changes were detected by ethylation-specific PCR,and learning and memory behaviors of mice were assessed by passive avoidance tests and shuttle avoidance assays.Results Injection of 5-Aza-CdR increased hippocampal Notch1 pathway activity,promoted neuronal regeneration in the DG region,decreased methylation levels in the Notch1 promoter region,and enhanced the ability of mice to perform active avoidance behavior.Conclusions The effect of 5-Aza-CdR on active avoidance behavior may be related to the influence of hippocampal neural regeneration through the Notch 1 pathway.

		                        			The concept,connotation and extension,goals and tasks of the discipline of Chinese medicinal materials resource chem-istry have been proposed and developed for 20 years.Looking back at the 20-year construction and development process,continuous exploration and innovative practice have been carried out around the scientific production and effective utilization of traditional Chinese medicinal materials.The theoretical connotation has been further enriched,the research mode has been further improved,and the tech-nical system has been further expanded.A series of research results have been formed and promoted for application,serving the high-quality development of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials industry,and contributing to the improvement of quality,efficiency,and green development of the entire industry chain of Chinese medicinal resources.However,with the rapid growth of Chinese medici-nal materials industry and the continuous expansion and extension of the industry chain,the waste and by-products generated in the production process of Chinese medicinal agriculture and industry are increasing day by day,causing resource waste and environmental pollution,which has become a new major problem facing the development of the industry.This article focuses on the establishment and case analysis of a model for the full industry chain recycling and low-carbon green development of Chinese medicinal materials,as well as the creation of an ecological industry demonstration park for the recycling of Chinese medicinal materials.It showcases the phased a-chievements made in recent years,aiming to provide demonstration and reference for the low-carbon and green transformation of the Chinese medicinal materials industry from a linear economy model to a circular economy model.It provides reference for improving the efficiency of Chinese medicinal materials utilization and creating new quality productivity,and helps promote low-carbon and green de-velopment in the field of Chinese medicinal materials industry.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
10.Preparation and properties of 177Lu-labeled HER2 affibody

		                        			Objective:To prepare a 177Lu labeled human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) affibody 177Lu-1, 4, 7-triazacyclononane-1, 4, 7-triacetic acid (NOTA)-maleimide (Mal)-cysteine (Cys)-ZHER 2: 342 ( 177Lu-NOTA-MZHER2 for short), and investigate its labeling process and anti-tumor properties. Methods:Two kinds of buffer systems (sodium acetate buffer system and sodium ascorbate buffer system) were investigated. The effects of pH value, precursor mass and reaction temperature on 177Lu labeling NOTA-MZHER2 were compared to obtain optimal labeling conditions. The radiochemical purity of labeled product was determined by instant thin-layer chromatography (ITLC), and its stabilities in PBS and plasma were observed. Human ovarian cancer cell line SKOV-3 was selected for cell internalization and cytotoxicity test to evaluate cell uptake and killing effect of 177Lu-NOTA-MZHER2. SKOV-3 tumor-bearing mice( n=3) were injected with 177Lu-NOTA-MZHER2, and microSPECT/CT imaging was performed. Another 40 tumor-bearing mice were divided into 22.2 MBq group (tail vein injection with probe of 22.2 MBq), control group (tail vein injection with PBS), low-dose group (tumor injection with probe of 3.7 MBq) and high-dose group (tumor injection with probe of 7.4 MBq). Tumor volume and mass of tumor-bearing mice were monitored after injection, and the anti-tumor effect and toxicity of probe were evaluated. Repeated measurement analysis of variance (Bonferroni method) was used to analyze the data. Results:The optimal labeling condition was 70-80 ℃ for 30 min in the system of sodium acetate buffer solution with pH=4 and precursor mass of 50 μg. Under these conditions, the labeling rate of 177Lu-NOTA-MZHER2 was (99.3±0.4)% and radiochemical purity was >99%. After 12 d in PBS and plasma, the radiochemical purities were (95.0±1.5)% and (95.0±2.1)%. Results of cell experiment showed that the internalization of 177Lu-NOTA-MZHER2 accounted for (29.02±3.50)% of the total uptake, and the survival rate of SKOV-3 cells was (48±6)% with the probe concerntration of 6×10 -3 Bq/L. SPECT imaging showed that 177Lu-NOTA-MZHER2 was still concentrated at the tumor site 96 h after injection with a dose of 18.5 MBq. Relative tumor volume (RTV) of tumor-bearing mice in 22.2 MBq group, high-dose group and low-dose group was significantly different from that in control group ( F=21.75, P<0.001). Twenty days after injection, RTV and relative body mass of the tumor-bearing mice in high-dose group were (140±7)% and (80±9)%, respectively. Compared with control group, high-dose group had obvious anti-tumor effect (both P<0.001). Conclusion:177Lu-NOTA-MZHER2 is successfully prepared, which is simple and efficient, and the probe has good anti-tumor effect.
