Objective:To establish a comprehensive and detailed evaluation index system for clinical practice bases of nursing graduate students majoring in midwifery, providing reference for promoting the construction of clinical practice bases for nursing graduate students majoring in midwifery in China. Methods:Based on the theoretical framework of international midwifery practice basic skills, an evaluation index system for clinical practice bases of nursing graduate students majoring in midwifery was established through literature analysis and Delphi method. Analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weights of indicators at all levels. Results:This study conducted two rounds of consultation with 20 experts. In the two rounds of consultation, the positivity coefficients of experts were 84.38% and 74.07%, and the authority coefficients of the expert groups were 0.91 and 0.94, respectively. The total Cronbach's α coefficients of the index system were 0.930 and 0.965, respectively, and the Kendall harmony coefficients of the overall indicators were 0.230 and 0.297 ( P<0.01). The final evaluation index system for clinical practice bases of nursing graduate students majoring in midwifery included five primary indicators, 14 secondary indicators, and 76 connotation indicators. Conclusions:Based on the service purpose of maternal and child health and the functional positioning of the base, this study constructs a scientific and reliable evaluation index system for clinical practice bases of nursing graduate students majoring in midwifery.

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer among men and the fifth leading cause of cancer-related death among men worldwide. Gastrin-releasing peptide receptor (GRPR) is an important complementary target of prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA) and a key target for prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment. Radionuclide labeled bombesin (BBN) analogues can accurately target overexpressed GRPR in tumor cells, thus providing early diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer. In this review, we focus on the studies of 99Tc m, 111In, 68Ga, 64Cu, 18F, and 177Lu nuclide-labeled BBN analogues for diagnosis and peptide receptor radionuclide therapy.
3.Advances in the diagnosis and treatment of hyper-IgM syndrome in children
International Journal of Pediatrics 2023;50(7):478-481
The hyper immunoglobulin M syndrome(hyper-IgM syndrome, HIGM)is a rare X-linked inherited primary immunodeficiency disease(PID)characterized by defective class switch recombination(CSR)with or without somatic hyper mutation(SHM), resulting in normal or increased levels of serum IgM associated with deficiency of immunoglobulin G(IgG), immunoglobulin A(IgA), and immunoglobulin E(IgE)and antibody dysfunction. Most cases have X-linked recessive inheritance, and a few are autosomal-recessive forms. The clinical manifestations include recurrent infections in early age, tumors and autoimmune diseases. The prognosis is poor, especially for HIGM with X-linked recessive inheritance. And if these patients do not be treated timely after birth, most of them will die early. In order to improve pediatricians′ understanding of the disease, and to timely identify and treat HIGM for an improved prognosis, this paper reviews the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of HIGM.
