Objective:
To investigate the iodine nutrition status of children in water borne iodine excess areas in Hebei Province, so as to provide references for scientific prevention and control of water borne iodine excess hazards.
Methods:
From March to September each year during 2018 to 2023, a cross sectional survey was conducted in 39 water borne iodine excess counties (measured in 2017) from 5 cities (Cangzhou, Hengshui, Xingtai, Handan and Langfang) in Hebei Province. The survey included the detection of iodine content in residents drinking water, the measurement of thyroid volume in children aged 6-12, the detection of salt iodine and urinary iodine. The iodine nutrition status and water iodine distribution of 6-12 year-old children were evaluated from different perspectives such as years, gender, and age. Kruskal-Wallis H- test, Mann-Whitney U test and Chi square test were used for group comparison.
Results:
A total of 38 755 children were surveyed from 2018 to 2023, and 1 270 drinking water samples were tested across the province. The mass volume concentration of iodine in water showed a decreasing trend over the years ( Z= -30.87, P <0.01). Among 38 470 salt samples monitored from children s home, 24 790 were not non iodized salt, with a non iodized salt rate of 64.44%. A total of 31 989 urine samples were collected from children aged 8-10 years, with the median urine iodine was 245.94 μg/L. Comparing the results of urinary iodine in children from different years, the median urinary iodine from 2018 to 2023 were 328.0, 339.3, 267.8, 279.1, 291.3, 186.5 μg/L, respectively, with statistically significant differences ( H= 4 138.40 , P <0.01). Further pairwise comparisons showed that the median urinary iodine of children in 2023 was lower than in all other years ( Z =-51.59 to -11.41, all P <0.01). Among children aged 6-12 years, 1 150 cases of goiter were detected and the rate of goiter was 3.0%; and the goiter rates in boys and girls were 2.8% and 3.1%, with no significant difference between the sexes ( χ 2= 2.76, P >0.05). There were significant differences in the rate of goiter among different years and ages ( χ 2=324.02, 191.61, both P <0.05).
Conclusions
With the progress of water reform in water borne iodine excess areas of Hebei Province, children s iodine nutrition has reduced from excessive state to suitable state. It is necessary to continue to expand the coverage of water based iodine reduction projects, and strengthen the monitoring of iodine nutrition status of key populations in water borne iodine excess areas.

Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiangtang with a definite clinical effect has been widely used and recorded since the Han Dynasty. As a classic prescription of Chaihu classic formula praised by doctors ofsuccessive generations, it has been included in the Ancient Classic Prescription Catalogue (Second Batch): Han Medicine published by the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in August 2023. We carried out a bibliometric study involved 34 ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine, with 37 records including the name and composition of the prescription. This paper summarizes the source name, composition, original medicinal plant, dose, preparation method, usage, ancient and modern indications, and clinical application of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiangtang. The results of textual research show that Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiangtang is derived from the Treatise on Febrile Diseases (Shanghanlun) written by ZHANG Zhongjing in the Han dynasty, and the original plants of medicines in this prescription are basically the same in ancient and modern times. Most records about the doses in ancient books are consistent with those in the Treatise on Febrile Diseases (Shanghanlun). The efficacy of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiangtang is to harmonize lesser yang and resolve water retention by warming. This prescription was used to treat a variety of diseases, especially those caused by disturbance of Qi movement in the greater Yang and lesser Yang. It is now mainly used to treat the diseases in the digestive system, respiratory system, dermatology, nervous system, etc., being effective for difficult and complicated diseases. Through the excavation and combing of the ancient records of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiangtang, this paper clarifies the key information, providing a reference for the clinical application of classical prescriptions and the development of new drugs.

Objective:To explore the classification characteristics of sense of work gain of diabetes specialist nurses in Anhui Province, and analyze the influencing factors among different latent profiles. Methods:From January to March 2023, 305 diabetes specialist nurses in Anhui Province were selected by convenience sampling. The nurses were surveyed using the General Information Questionnaire, Employees' Sense of Work Gain Scale, Role Stressors Scale, and Behavioral Trust Inventory. Latent profile analysis was used to explore the latent classes of sense of work gain of diabetes specialist nurses. Multi classification unordered Logistic regression was used to analyze influencing factors. Results:The sense of work gain of diabetes specialist nurses in Anhui Province could be divided into three latent profiles, including low gain-low salary satisfaction type, medium gain-medium to high dignity type, and high gain-high capacity perception type. Multi classification unordered Logistic regression analysis showed that age, participation in or hosting the project, role overload, perceived trust form superiors were the influencing factors of different latent classes of sense of work gain of diabetes specialist nurses, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:There is heterogeneity in the sense of work gain of diabetes specialist nurses in Anhui Province. Nursing managers should intervene with different types of diabetes specialist nurses according to the influencing factors to improve their sense of work gain.

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2014;38(5):325-328
This paper constructs numerical models of bioprosthetic heart valve and blood. The fluid solid interaction is carried out using penalty function method. The mechanical property of the bioprosthetic heart valve during cardiac cycle is simulated with ANSYS software. Results show that the Von Mises stress concentrates at the junction of attachment edge and coaptation edge. The open time of bioprosthetic heart valve is consistent with that of actural measurement. The peak velocity of blood is in the range of physiology. This model provides more realistic mechanical property of bioprosthetic heart valve during cardiac cycle compared to pure solid model, and facilitates design and optimization of bioprosthetic heart valve.
