1.Study on the characteristic chromatogram of Shexiang Jiegu Capsule and determination of seven components by HPLC

Objective To establish the characteristic atlas of Shexiang Jiegu Capsule and determine the contents of seven active components (hydroxysafflor Yellow A, paeoniflorin, ferulic acid, naringin, ligustilide, catechin, epicatechin). Methods Octadecyl silane bonded silica gel was used as the filling agent, the mobile phase was composed of methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid by gradient elution, the detection wavelength was 245 nm, flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, column temperature was 30℃. The similarity of the fifteen batches of sample was evaluated in line with the TCM Chromatographic Fingerprint (2012 edition), and the contents of seven active components were determined. Results The HPLC fingerprint of Shexiang Jiegu Capsules was established. The similarity of fingerprint between fifteen batches of samples and control fingerprint was between 0.893 and 0.992. The results of methodological investigation for the determination of seven active components in fifteen batches of samples all met the requirements. Conclusion The established characteristic atlas of Shexiang Jiegu Capsules had high specificity and good repeatability, which could provide scientific basis for quality control of Shexiang Jiegu Capsules.
2.Investigating the impact of silencing an RNA-binding protein gene SlRBP1 on tomato photosynthesis through RNA-sequencing analysis.

Photosynthesis in plants directly affects the synthesis and accumulation of organic matter, which directly influences crop yield. RNA-binding proteins (RBPs) are involved in the regulation of a variety of physiological functions in plants, while the functions of RBPs in photosynthesis have not been clearly elucidated. To investigate the effect of a glycine-rich RNA-binding protein (SlRBP1) in tomato on plant photosynthesis, a stably inherited SlRBP1 silenced plant in Alisa Craig was obtained by plant tissue culture using artificial small RNA interference. It turns out that the size of the tomato fruit was reduced and leaves significantly turned yellow. Chlorophyll(Chl) content measurement, Chl fluorescence imaging and chloroplast transmission electron microscopy revealed that the chloroplast morphology and structure of the leaves of tomato amiR-SlRBP1 silenced plants were disrupted, and the chlorophyll content was significantly reduced. Measurement of photosynthesis rate of wild-type and amiR-SlRBP1 silenced plants in the same period demonstrated that the photosynthetic rate of these plants was significantly reduced, and analysis of RNA-seq data indicated that silencing of SlRBP1 significantly reduced the expression of photosynthesis-related genes, such as PsaE, PsaL, and PsbY, and affected the yield of tomato fruits through photosynthesis.

The emergence and evolution of digital intelligent technology has profoundly influenced the development of minimally invasive research-oriented hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery discipline. Over various periods, our team has always adhered to the principle of "being oriented by clinical issues and driven by clinical needs", continuously carried out innovative research across interdisciplinary boundaries, propelling the evolution of digital intelligent technology. Spanning over two decades, this journey includes the progression from digital virtual human, three-dimensional visualization, molecular fluorescence imaging, augmented reality and mixed reality, artificial intelligence, to the realm of human visualization meta-universe. This evolution facilitates the shift from two-dimensional empirical diagnoses of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgical diseases to deep learning intelligent diagnostics, the transition from morphology-based tumor diagnoses to molecular imaging-based diagnostics, and from conventional empirical surgery to intelligent navigation surgery. The authors provide a comprehensive review of our developmental process and achievements within the realm of digital intelligent diagnostic and therapeutic technologies, with the aims to promote the development and application of digital intelligent medicine.
4.Study advances in analgesic management in severe patients after neurosurgery

Analgesia is an important link in the treatment of severe patients after neurosurgery and plays a vital role in improving the prognosis of the patients.Understanding the status quo and influencing fac-tors of pain in severe patients after neurosurgery helps to predict the occurrence of pain,which is crucial for determining the new pain assessment methods and auxiliary analgesic methods and developing novel analgesic drugs.This paper reviews the pain status,pain evaluation and analgesic methods of severe patients after neuro-surgery in recent years so as to understand the pain management current status of the patients with severe neurological conditions and provide reference for the medical staff to implement the analgesic programs.
5. Correlation between CT-feature of lobulation and epidermal growth factor receptor gene mutations in advanced pulmonary adenocarcinoma

Objective:
To investigate the correlation between the feature of lobulation, degree of lobulation on CT images and epidermal growth factor receptor gene (EGFR) mutations in advanced pulmonary adenocarcinoma.
Methods:
Two hundred and one patients who were diagnosed with advanced pulmonary adenocarcinoma between January and December 2017 and had undergone a chest CT and EGFR mutation testing at Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital were enrolled in this retrospective study. The clinical and imaging data of the patients were analyzed. The patients were classified into EGFR mutations group (107 cases) and wild type group (94 cases) according to whether EGFR gene mutation occurred. The feature of lobulation (described as presence of lobulation, absence of lobulation, or obscured margin), degree of lobulation (including deep lobulation, shallow lobulation, no lobulation, and obscured) on CT images were statistically compared between the two groups.
Results:
Based on the presence or absence of lobulation sign, there were 99, 0, 8 cases with lobulation, no lobulation, obscured margin in the EGFR mutations group and 80, 1, 13 cases in the wild type group, respectively. According to the degree of lobulation, there were 32, 67, 0, 8 cases of deep lobulation, shallow lobulation, no lobulation, obscured margin in EGFR mutations group and 60, 20, 1, 13 cases in wild type group. Significant differences of frequency were found regarding deep lobulation and shallow lobulation between the two groups (P<0.001). However, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the presence of no lobulation, and obscured margin (P>0.05). Conclusions EGFR mutations are significantly associated with shallow lobulation in advanced pulmonary adenocarcinoma. Conversely, deep lobulation is more likely to appear in advanced pulmonary adenocarcinoma with wild?type EGFR. However, there is no association between EGFR mutation status and the presence of lobulation.
7.Establishment and effect of nursing information technology platform

Objective To explore nurses' bonus assessment and distribution methods based on the information technology platform and to improve the efficiency of nursing management. Methods We build a hospital informa-tion platform in order to collect nursing work efficiency data by using existing computer information network. We distributed the bonus through the information platform according to evaluate nursing quality and performance effi-ciency. Results After the information flatform used for 2 years,the satisfaction of nurses with different professional titles and different experience showed no significant difference (P>0.05). The time of department management person-nel collecting and distributing data change from [103.75 (180.00,215.00)] min per month to [42.50 (60.00,90.00)] min per month.The difference showed statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The technology platform can im-prove the satisfaction and the nursing management efficiency.
8.A Research on Preparation and Quality Standard of the Standard Decoction of Paeoniae Radix Rubra

The aim of this study was to the prepare the standard decoction of paeoniae radix rubra for its investigation of quality standard.The standard decoction of paeoniae radix rubra was dissolved by water using standardization method and the content of peoniflorin was determined by UPLC-DAD.Then the transfer rate and the rate of extractum were calculated,and the fingerprint analysis was carried out.As a result,the content of the standard decoction of paeonia lactiflora ranged from 3.79 to 5.68 mg·mL-1 from 15 paeoniflorin batches,while the transfer rate ranged from 56.58% to 90.14%,and the average transfer rate was 73.97% and the standard deviation was 10.91%.The rate of extractum ranged from 16.74% to 29.24%,the average yield was 21.82% and the standard deviation was 3.55%.There were eleven common peaks,four of which were identified,including oxypaeoniflorin,albiflorin,paeoniflorin and benzoylpaeoniflorin.In conclusion,it was demonstrated that the method was simple with good repeatability for the preparation and quality standard studies of the standard decoction of paeoniae radix rubra.
9.The synthesis of purine derivatives and its inhibitory activity on CD38 NADase.

CD38 is a multifunctional enzyme expressed in a variety of mammalian tissues, its catalytic activity was involved in a wide range of physiological processes. Based on the reported inhibitor of human CD38 NADase, 33 purine derivatives were designed and synthesized. The biological activity assay showed that compounds 20 and 38 exhibited almost the same extent of inhibitory activities on human CD38 NADase as the lead compound H2. The results also revealed that small substituents at C-6 of purine ring gave no obvious effect on inhibitory activity, but phenylpropionyl moiety at N-2 could affect the binding mode of the compound with CD38. This study provides a reliable basis for future rational design of inhibitors for CD38.
10.Window Settings in the Diagnosis of Invasiveness of Lung Adenocarcinoma with Ground Glass Opacities

Purpose To explore the value of window width adjustment in diagnosing the invasiveness of lung adenocarcinoma manifested as ground glass opacities on high-resolution CT, and to provide guidance for the diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma in different types. Materials and Methods The preoperative CT data of 102 preinvasive lesions and 107 invasive lesions of lung adenocarcinoma were analyzed retrospectively. Among 102 cases of preinvasive lesions, 25 were atypical adenomatous hyperplasia (AAH), 77 were adenocarcinoma in situ (AIS). Among 107 cases of invasive lesions, 78 were minimally invasive adenocarcinoma (MIA), and 29 were invasive adenocarcinoma. The lesions were ground glass opacity (GGO) on lung window while were invisible on mediastinal window. The window width was adjusted constantly until the lesions were invisible with the fixed mediastinal window level (40 HU). When the lesions became invisible, the window width was compared and the best cut-off was found on ROC curve in the two groups. Results The window width of lesions between preinvasive lesions and invasive lesions was different (Z= - 6.203, P<0.05). Window width was a good indicator for the invasiveness of pulmonary adenocarcinoma (area under the ROC was 0.748, P<0.05), and the window width of 1303 HU was the best cut-off for preinvasive lesions and invasive lesions (sensitivity was 56.9%, specificity was 86.0%. Conclusion Window width may be useful for the diagnosis of the invasiveness of the GGO of lung adenocarcinoma on HRCT. The lesion disappearing when the window width is larger than 1303 HU is more likely to be preinvasive; while the lesion disappearing when the window width is smaller than 1303 HU is more likely to be an invasive one.
