1.Research progress on effect of long-acting reversible contraceptive methods on female fertility

		                        			In recent years,the number and structure of China's population have undergone changes,and the "universal two-child policy" in 2016 and the "three-child policy" in 2021 have been implemented succes-sively.More and more attentions have been paid to the protection of female fertility,and scientific contracep-tion is the most effective method to protect fertility.In the family planning population,some women of child-bearing age use long-acting reversible contraceptive (LARC) methods.The use of LARC methods has an im-portant significance for reducing unwanted pregnancy and protecting the female fertility.Therefore,our coun-try includes the use of LARC methods into the free basic contraceptive surgery public health service project to promote.This article reviews the classification and contraception mechanism of LARC methods and their effects on fertility to provide reference of the use of LARC methods.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
2.Correlation between family function and self-concealment in patients after hysterectomy

		                        			Objective:To investigate the status of family function of patients after hysterectomy, explore the effect of self-concealment on family function.Methods:From January to November 2021,the 177 patients after hysterectomy in Guangdong Provincial People ′s Hospital were investigated by General Data Questionnaire, Family APGAR Indexand Self-Concealment Scale (SCS), and the influencing factors of family function were analyzed by univariate analysis and binary logistic regression. Results:The total score of APGAR and SCS was 9.00 (6.50, 10.00) and 24.00 (17.00, 33.00) after hysterectomy. Univariate analysis showed that marital status, working conditions and tendency of self-concealment were the influencing factors of family function. In the regression analysis of binary Logistic, tendency of self-concealment( P<0.01) and marital status ( P<0.01) entered the regression equation. Conclusions:The family function of patients after hysterectomy is generally good, and self-concealment is a risk factor. It is suggested that in clinical work, attention should be paid to the tendency of self-concealment in patients after hysterectomy, and targeted intervention measures should be taken to improve their family function.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
3.Research in nursing intervention of treating diabetic peripheral nerve disease with method of Fuming and washing formula of Strengthening Qi to Dredging with point massage

		                        			Objective To observe the effect and nursing measures of treating diabetic peripheral nerve dis-ease with method of Fuming and washing formula of Strengthening Qi to Dredging combined with point massage.Methods 68 DPN patients who were confirmed to the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 34 patients in each,they were treated by conventional treatment but additional Fuming and washing formula of Strengthening Qi to Dredging combined with point massage was used in the observation group.The course for both groups was 4 weeks.The curative effects obtained were compared after treatment.Results The total effective rate was higher in the observation group(94.1%) than that in the control group(67.6%).Conclusions Fuming and washing formula of Strengthening Qi to Dredging combined with point massage treatment on DPN has better effect than western medicine alone in promoting DPN restoration.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
4.Cellular compatibility of small intestinal submucosa in vitro.

		                        			This study was aimed to evaluate the cellular compatibility of the small intestinal submucosal(e) (SIS). Prepared by use of pig jejunum. SIS were cocultured with human embryonic periosteal osteoblasts (HEPOB), human embryonic skin fibroblasts (HESFB) and rabbit renal vascular endothelial cells (RRVEC) respectively. The cell growth, attachment, cell cycle, cell apoptosis rate were detected to evaluate the cellular compatibility of SIS. The three kinds of cells attached onto SIS and grew well. SIS accelerated the growth of RRVEC. No effects of SIS were detected on cell cycle and cell apoptosis rate in the three kinds of cells. SIS has good cellular compatibility without cytotoxicity. The porous structure of SIS is suited for the growth of HEPOB, HESFB and RRVEC in three dimensions in the scaffold. 5.Observation of the morphological change during the adipogenesis differentiation of human bone marrow stromal cell

		                        			ObjectiveTo study the variant differentiated phase of the human bone marrow stromal cell (MSC) during induced adipogenesis course by morphological observation.MethodsAfter proliferated in vitro, MSCs isolated from bone marrow of the female adults volunteers were cultured with the adipogenetic inducers for 6—30 days. Morphological changes of the cells were observed everyday under Olympus contrast phase microscopy, and some specimens were stained with Oil-red-O.ResultsMSC showed long spindle shape before inducing, and then changed gradually to oval or round shape and the figure enlarged simultaneously. There were specifically morphological changes with lipid droplet emergence under plasmalemma and confluence gradually to lipid drop during differentiated into the phase of immature and mature adipocyte.ConclusionIt is easy to detect the MSC differentiated into the phase of immature and mature adipocyte with the specific morphological change of lipid droplet, while in the phase of preadipocyte and adipoblast, there is no special morphological change, and it may need some specific markers to detect.
