Background Unhealthy lifestyle behaviors may be associated with an increased risk of cardiometabolic risk factor aggregation (CMRF≥ 2), and few studies have focused on the correlation between the two in occupational populations. Objective To investigate the current status of CMRF≥2 and the compliance of healthy lifestyle in male occupational personnel, explore the effect of lifestyle on cardiometabolic risk, and provide reference for formulating healthy behavior promotion strategies and reducing cardiometabolic risk in occupational populations. Methods The study subjects were selected from male workers who completed occupational health examinations at an occupational disease prevention and control hospital in Shanxi Province from May to December 2023, and

Objective:To explore the application effect of home rehabilitation exercise prescription in non-surgical treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 66 patients with non-surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation who visited Outpatient Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January to August 2023 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method, with 33 cases in each group. The control group implemented routine home rehabilitation nursing measures, while the observation group formed an outpatient home rehabilitation nursing team based on this, constructed a home rehabilitation exercise prescription and implemented targeted home rehabilitation training. Pain Numberic Rating Scale (NRS), Oswestry Disability Index (ODI), Modified Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) Scores and exercise compliance were compared between the two groups after 6 weeks of home rehabilitation. Results:After 6 weeks of home rehabilitation exercise, NRS score and ODI score of observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). The JOA score and compliance score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Home rehabilitation exercise prescription can promote the rehabilitation of patients with non-surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation, effectively relieve pain, improve the symptoms of limb dysfunction and improve the compliance of rehabilitation exercise.

Objective To explore the effects of Bushen Jiedu Formula combined with auricular pressure by coxherb seeds on cancer pain and quality of life in patients with advanced colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 120 patients with advanced colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to May 2023 were included in the study, and were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (60 cases) received routine nursing care and the "three-step" analgesic method to intervene pain, while the observation group (60 cases) received treatment with Bushen Jiedu Formula combined with auricular pressure by coxherb seeds on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for one month. The Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) score, the therapeutic effect, the quality of life (QOL) score and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the levels of substance P (SP), β-endorphin (β-EP) and prostaglandin E2(PGE2) of the two groups before and after treatment in serum were detected. Results After treatment, the NRS score and the levels of SP, β-EP and PGE2 in the observation group were (2.23±0.64), (11.51±2.64) ng/mL, (78.64±9.46) ng/L and (41.90±6.32) ng/L, respectively, which were lower than (2.87±1.25), (15.64±2.42) ng/mL, (101.29±11.26) ng/L and (78.63±10.17) ng/L, respectively of the control group (

The incidence of early-onset colorectal cancer is increasing year by year, and it occupies an important position in colorectal cancer. Most of the characteristics of patients with early-onset colorectal cancer are different from those with late-onset colorectal cancer, the patients are diagnosed in a late stage, and their pathological manifestations show a type of poor prognosis. At present, there is a lack of consensus and guideline for the diagnosis, treatment and screening of early-onset colorectal cancer. A full understanding of the characteristics of early-onset colorectal cancer helps to understand its pathogenesis and guide screening and treatment to reduce the incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer. This article reviews the clinicopathological characteristics, molecular pathological mechanisms, diagnosis and treatment, and prognosis of early-onset colorectal cancer, in order to provide references for elucidating its etiology and formulating scientific and standardized screening strategies.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer for Chinese women. Early screening is the best way to improve the rates of early diagnosis and early treatment of breast cancer. The peak ages of breast cancer in Chinese women are obviously different from those in the European and American countries. It is imperative to develop a guideline for breast cancer screening that is suitable for Chinese women. Based on the analysis and summary of breast cancer screening data in China, and the latest guidelines and consensus on breast cancer screening in Europe, the United States and East Asia, China Anti-Cancer Association and National Clinical Research Center for Cancer (Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital) has developed a population-based guideline for breast cancer screening in Chinese women. This guideline has provided detailed recommendations on the screening starting age, screening modalities, and screening interval in Chinese women with average risk and high risk of breast cancer, respectively. This article aims to interpret the above guideline, providing references for professionals in breast cancer screening.
