ObjectiveTo evaluate the dynamic disinfection effect of the upper-room 222 nm ultraviolet radiation on the air in different areas of the emergency department, and to provide references for a new solution of air disinfection that man-machine coexisted in the medical and healthcare institutions. MethodsThe upper-room 222 nm ultraviolet radiation air sterilizers were installed at a height of 2.3‒2.6 m from the ground in the observation room, computed tomography (CT) scanning room, rescue room and consulting room of the emergency department in Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University . The test area was divided into a 222 nm ultraviolet group and a control group according to whether the 222 nm ultraviolet germicidal air disinfection was conducted or not. The experimental group started air disinfection at8:00 a.m., and the air sampling was conducted from 9:00 a.m. to 16:00 p.m., with a 10 min sampling interval of every 1 hour. While the control group only collected air sample with the same air sampling method used in the experimental group, without air disinfection. The air microbial sampler with six-level sieve impingement was used for the air sampling, and the differences in the total number of airborne bacterial colonies were compared between the two groups. ResultsA total of 128 air samples were collected in the trial, of which 64 were from the experimental group and 64 from the control group. The total number of airborne bacterial colonies in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (all P<0.001), and was maintained at a lower level throughout the entire period. The killing rate of 222 nm ultraviolet radiation to airborne microorganisms was approximately 55.76% to 76.33% in different sampling areas. The qualified rates of the total number of dynamic airborne bacterial colonies in the observation room, rescue room and consulting room were improved from 12.50%, 37.50% and 25.00% to 81.25%, 100.00% and 100.00%, respectively (all P<0.001). Over 62.50% of the time, the air quality in the consulting room and CT room in the 222 nm ultraviolet group met the environment standards for airborne bacterial colony criteria of class Ⅰ or class Ⅱ. ConclusionThe upper-room222 nm ultraviolet radiation germicidal disinfection can effectively reduce the total number of airborne bacterial colonies and improve the environment for emergency department, and the continuous using of it is helpful for keeping the air safe and clean.

Objective:
To understand the relationship between residential neighborhood green space and mental health of middle school students, so as to provide a theoretical basis for mental health promotion among of middle school students at the level of residential environment.
Methods:
From October to December 2023, 1 258 students from three junior high schools and two general high schools in Panlong, Wuhua, Chenggong, and Guandu districts of Kunming City were selected by stratified cluster random sampling method. Conducting onsite questionnaire survey using the Mental Health Inventroy of Middle School students, residential neighborhood green space were evaluated using normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI). Analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis and linear regression analysis were used to analyze the relationship between as green space in residential neighborhoods and the mental health of middle school students.
Results:
The average mental health score of middle school students in Kunming was (2.02± 0.69 ), of which 447 (37.92%) had mild mental health problems, 107 (8.51%) had moderate mental health problems, and 12 ( 0.95% ) had more severe mental health problems. Mental health scores of middle school students varied significantly by gender, grade, and family income ( t/F =6.99, 7.15, 3.70, P <0.05). Correlation analysis showed that NDVI_250 m, NDVI_500 m, and NDVI_1 000 m were all negatively correlated with the total mental health scores of middle school students ( r =-0.07,-0.09, -0.10 , P <0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender, grade, NDVI_250 m, NDVI_500 m, and NDVI_1 000 m were infuencing factors on the mental health of middle school students( B =0.25,0.05,-0.47,-0.67,-0.78, P <0.05).
Conclusions
Mental health of middle school students in Kunming is related to green space in different buffer zones around residences. The mental health education of middle school students should be strengthened, especially for girls and senior students, optimizing resources to reduce pressure, and improving the quality of green space in residential communities to improve the mental health of adolescents.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2023;44(12):1793-1798
Objective:
To understand different types of depression and anxiety among primary and secondary school students, as well as their influencing factors, so as to provide a basis for the development of future intervention programs for adolescent mental health.
Methods:
From December 2022 to February 2023, a self administered questionnaire survey was administered among grades 4 to 6 students and junior school, senior school students in Yixing City using Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale-21 (DASS-21), Insomnia Severity Index (ISI), Family Environment Scale (FES), and modified Yale Food Addiction Scale 2.0 (mYFAS 2.0), Ottawa Self injury Inventory (OSI). A total of 4 180 students were included in the analysis. Different types of depression and anxiety in students and their influencing factors were analyzed by the Chi squaretest and multivariate Logistic regression.
Results:
The overall prevalence of depression and anxiety among primary and secondary school students were 16.6% and 22.4%, respectively, with 14.0% of depression and anxiety comorbidities. The Logistic regression results showed that, compared to students with low depression-low anxiety, students of depression and anxiety who had parents in conflicts ( OR =3.06), smoked ( OR =3.16), exhibited moderate food addiction ( OR =3.56), and had non suicidal self injury (NSSI) ( OR =2.26) were more likely to be classified as a depression predominant-depression anxiety type. Students of depression and anxiety who consumed alcohol ( OR =2.00), had serious food addiction ( OR =5.44), moderate to severe insomnia ( OR =3.25), and mild insomnia ( OR =1.88) were more likely to be classified as anxiety predominant-depression anxiety type. Students of depression and anxiety with low mood ( OR =10.87), mild food addiction ( OR =2.00), moderate food addiction ( OR =4.32), and severe food addiction ( OR =7.35), mild ( OR =2.96) or moderate to severe ( OR =16.52) insomnia, and NSSI ( OR =4.24) were more likely to be classified as the severe depression anxiety type( P < 0.05 ).
Conclusions
There are significant differences between different depression-anxiety types among primary and secondary school students with respect to food addiction, insomnia, NSSI, smoking, and alcohol use. Relevant departments should engage with schools and families to adopt targeted interventions for students to reduce the occurrence of mental health problems.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2023;44(7):985-990
Objective:
To evaluate diet quality and related problems among children and adolescents in Yunnan Province, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the formulation of targeted dietary interventions for children and adolescents in this region.
Methods:
Using a stratified random sampling method, 1 078 primary and secondary school students from six prefecture level cities in Yunnan Province were selected from August to November 2022. Dietary quality was evaluated by applying the China Children s Dietary Index (CCDI-2016) on the basis of a 3 d 24 h dietary survey.
Results:
The total dietary index score of children and adolescents in Yunnan Province was 62.63(54.57,71.19). The overall recommended intakes were largely achieved by consumption of cereals, eggs and sugary drinks, with dietary index scores of 9.91(8.24,10.00), 5.58(0,8.58) and 9.20(7.38,10.00), respectively; there were inadequate intakes of vegetables, legumes, water, vitamin A and dietary fiber, with scores of 5.63(4.09,7.59), 3.48 (0,9.70), 4.23(2.67,5.50), 2.33(1.56,3.53), 3.19(1.63,5.67), respectively; intake of fruits, dairy and aquatic products were severely deficient, with scores of 0(0,1.74), 0(0,2.37), 0(0,9.85), respectively; excessive intake of meat was found, with a dietary index score of 0(0,2.46). The stratified analysis showed that children and adolescents aged 11-13 years had the highest total dietary scores[65.35(54.29,72.03)], followed by those aged 7-10 years[63.46(56.19,72.63)], while the 14-17 year old age group had the lowest scores[59.07(51.15,68.30), H=32.23, P <0.01]. Girls had higher total dietary scores than that of boys[64.20(56.12,72.56), 59.32(52.60,69.72), Z=-5.16, P <0.01], while urban children and adolescents had higher total dietary scores than rural children and adolescents[65.30(54.84,73.62), 62.17(54.31,70.70), Z=-2.11, P <0.05]. Furthermore, higher total dietary index scores were observed among children and adolescents whose parents had a higher educational level( H=27.68, 22.58, P <0.01). The comparison of ethnic groups revealed that the Wa children and adolescents had the highest total dietary index scores, while the Hani children had the lowest( H=27.51, P <0.01).
Conclusion
The overall dietary quality of children and adolescents in Yunnan Province is not high, the imbalance of dietary nutrition is prominent, and the dietary structure needs to be adjusted and optimized. Intervention programs should focus on the problem of insufficient intake of fruits and vegetables, milk and legumes, aquatic products and excessive intake of poultry meat among children and adolescents.

Chinese Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery 2022;38(1):44-48
Objective:To analyze the lipid composition of coronary atherosclerotic plaques and explore the mechanism of its influence on the medium and long-term efficacy of coronary endarterectomy(CE).Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019, a total of 50 patients with diffuse coronary artery disease(DCAD)and hyperlipidemia in Beijing Anzhen Hospital were enrolled to undergo coronary artery bypass grafting combined with anterior descending CE. After the informed consent was signed before the operation, the coronary endarterectomy plaque tissue and blood plasma samples were taken during the operation. Patients were further examined by coronary atherosclerosis T1-weighted characterization(CATCH) and power domain non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA)postoperatively to analyze middle and long-term coronary restenosis risks. They were divided into high-risk group(restenosis rate >25%, study group) and matched low-risk group(control group). Lipid and molecular biological analysis were performed in the two groups to detect the tissue and cytochrome P450 3A4 enzyme(CYP3A4) content of plaque samples.Results:8 patients were enrolled in each group. The lipid analysis showed that and tissue samples from patients in the study group had a significantly higher level of 4α- Hydroxycholesterol(4α-OHC)as compared to the control group(0.050 μmol/g vs. 0.016 μmol/g, P<0.05). Further, 12 months after the operation, CATCH results showed that the patency rate of the control group was better than that of the study group[coronary artery stenosis rate(9.01±1.9)% vs.(22. 31±2.3)%, P<0.05]. Comparison of CYP3A4 content showed that: the CYP3A4 in blood plasma for the study group was higher than that in the control group[immediate(0.88±0.05)ng/ml vs.(0. 45±0.03) ng/ml and(2. 08± 0.40) ng/ml vs.(1. 58± 0.16)ng/ml, P<0.05]. Conclusion:High expression of 4 α- OHC may accelerate atherosclerosis(AS) after CE and cause restenosis in the middle and long term; It was also confirmed that 4 α- OHC is a biomarker of CYP3A4, which suggests for further investigation of the mechanism of progression after CE.

Osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF) can lead to lower back pain and may be even accompanied by scoliosis, neurological dysfunction and other complications, which will affect the daily activities and life quality of patients. Vertebral augmentation is an effective treatment method for OVCF, but it cannot correct unbalance of bone metabolism or improve the osteoporotic status, causing complications like lower back pain, limited spinal activities and vertebral refracture. The post-operative systematic and standardized rehabilitation treatments can improve curative effect and therapeutic efficacy of anti-osteoporosis, reduce risk of vertebral refracture, increase patient compliance and improve quality of life. Since there still lack relevant clinical treatment guidelines for postoperative rehabilitation treatments following vertebral augmentation for OVCF, the current treatments are varied with uneven therapeutic effect. In order to standardize the postoperative rehabilitation treatment, the Spine Trauma Group of the Orthopedic Branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association organized relevant experts to refer to relevant literature and develop the "Guideline for postoperative rehabilitation treatment following vertebral augmentation for osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (2022 version)" based on the clinical guidelines published by the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS) as well as on the principles of scientificity, practicality and advancement. The guideline provided evidence-based recommendations on 10 important issues related to postoperative rehabilitation treatments of OVCF.

Objective:To investigate any change in the effective connectivity between the bilateral anterior central gyruses after transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).Methods:Twenty-one healthy subjects were examined using resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI) before and after receiving continuous theta burst stimulation (cTBS). The brain atlas of the Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences was used for fine partitioning of the bilateral anterior central gyruses. Granger causality analysis was used to compare any changes in the effective connectivity between them. Results:After the cTBS inhibited the right M1 area, significant changes in effective connectivity among the sub-regions of the bilateral M1 area were observed. The effective connectivity of the right upper limb to the left upper limb and the left head to face were weakened, while that of the left upper limb to the right head, as well as of the face to the right upper limb was enhanced. Conclusion:For people whose right M1 area has been inhibited by cTBS, the effective connectivity changes in both upper limb functional areas of the M1 region reflect inter-hemispheric inhibition. Opposite changes were found in the trunk and upper limbs.

Chinese Journal of Preventive Medicine 2020;54(12):1469-1472
Pseudomonas aeruginosa is one of the common multidrug-resistant bacteria in the clinic. Because it can produce a "protective" biofilm, it can affect the penetration and killing efficacy of antibacterial drugs, leading to the formation of a persistent and persistent chronic infection in the host. Biofilms make Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistant to antibacterials and evasive to the host′s immune system. Therefore, traditional conventional antibacterials are difficult to achieve effective bactericidal treatment. Understanding the process of P. aeruginosa biofilm formation and the regulatory mechanisms that affect biofilms can provide ideas and methods for our future research on new antibacterial drugs.
