AIM:To investigate the effect of apoptosis stimulation protein 2(ASPP2)on the development of traumatic proliferative vitreoretinopathy(PVR)in a rabbit model.METHODS:A total of 30 New Zealand white rabbits were selected, and the right eyes of all rabbits were inflicted with a scleral penetrating wound of approximately 6 mm. Then rabbits were randomly and evenly divided into experimental and control group. The experimental group received an intravitreal injection of 0.1 mL of ARPE-19 cell suspension transfected with lentivirus-ASPP2, while the control group received an intravitreal injection of 0.1 mL of ARPE-19 cell suspension transfected with negative control lentivirus. At 1, 2, 3, and 4 wk after PVR modeling, a handheld tonometer was used to measure the intraocular pressure. Moreover, fundus photography and ocular ultrasound examination were performed to detect the retinal proliferation. At 4 wk after modeling, hematoxylin-eosin staining was used to observe the morphological retinal changes, and Western blot was used to determine the protein expressions of ASPP2 and the epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)marker Vimentin in the rabbit retinas.RESULTS:At 1, 2, 3, and 4 wk after modeling, there were no significant changes in intraocular pressure within the experimental and control group of rabbit eyes, either before or after PVR modeling, the success rate of PVR modeling in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the retinal proliferation and structural disorder was less severe in the experimental group. At 4 wk after modeling, the retinal protein expression level of ASPP2 in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(t=3.193, P=0.033), while the Vimentin protein expression level was significantly lower in the experimental group(t=-3.599, P=0.023).CONCLUSION:ASPP2 may be involved in regulating the process of EMT in retinal pigment epithelial cells, thereby delaying the development and progression of traumatic PVR in rabbit eyes.

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy， safety and cost-effectiveness of deucravacitinib in the treatment of moderate- to-severe plaque psoriasis. METHODS Rapid health technology assessment （HTA） reports， systematic reviews （SR）/meta- analyses， and pharmacoeconomic studies on deucravacitinib for the treatment of moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis were identified by searching PubMed， Web of Science， Embase， CNKI， Wanfang data and official HTA websites. The search time frame spanned from database inception to July 2025. After literature screening， data extraction， and quality assessment， the study results were subjected to descriptive analysis and synthesis. RESULTS A total of 14 articles were finally included， consisting of 1 HTA report， 10 SR/meta-analyses， and 3 pharmacoeconomic studies. Regarding efficacy， deucravacitinib demonstrated superior efficacy to both placebo and apremilast， with significantly higher response rates for Psoriasis Area and Severity Index 50/75/90/100， Static Physician’ s Global Assessment 0/1， and Dermatology Life Quality Index 0/1， as well as greater reduction in Psoriasis Symptoms and Signs Diary Score （P＜0.05）. Regarding safety， deucravacitinib was well-tolerated. Although the overall incidence of adverse events （AEs） was higher than placebo， it was not significantly different from apremilast. Moreover， the incidence of serious AEs and the rate of discontinuation due to AEs did not differ significantly from placebo （P＞0.05）. Regarding cost-effectiveness， deucravacitinib proved to be more cost-effective than apremilast across multiple healthcare system perspectives， including those of the United States， Japan， and China. CONCLUSIONS Deucravacitinib exhibits favorable efficacy， safety， and cost-effectiveness in the treatment of moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. Additional real-world studies are warranted to further refine its evaluation.

BACKGROUND: To provide a comprehensive analysis of the landscape of artificial intelligence (AI) applications in cardiac arrest (CA). METHODS: Comprehensive searches were conducted in PubMed, the Cochrane Library, Web of Science, and EMBASE from database inception through 10 June 2025. Studies that applied AI in both in-hospital cardiac arrest (IHCA) and out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) populations across the following domains were included: prediction of cardiac arrest occurrence, prognostication of CA outcomes, applications of large language models (LLMs), and evaluation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and other AI-driven interventions related to CA. RESULTS: The scoping review included 114 studies, encompassing data from 9,574,462 patients in total. AI was most commonly applied to the prediction of CA (overall, n=40; IHCA, n=30; OHCA, n=4; and both, n=6), CPR-related decision support during CA (n=16), and post-arrest prognosis and rehabilitation outcomes (overall, n=38; OHCA, n=21; IHCA, n=3; and both, n=14). Additional application areas included LLM-based applications (n=8), emergency call handling (n=4), wearable device-based detection (n=3), heart rhythm identification (n=2), education (n=2), and extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation (ECPR) candidate identification (n=1). Across all application scenarios, the highest area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUROC) value for pre-arrest CA prediction in IHCA patients was 0.998 using a multilayer perceptron (MLP) model, whereas the optimal AUROC for pre-arrest CA prediction in OHCA patients was 0.950 using extreme gradient boosting (XGBoost) or random forest (RF) models. For CPR-related decision support during CA, the highest AUROC achieved was 0.990 with a convolutional neural network (CNN) model. In prognostic prediction, the optimal AUROC for IHCA patients was 0.960 using XGBoost, while for OHCA patients it reached 0.976 using an MLP model. CONCLUSION: This review shows that AI is most commonly used for the prediction of CA and CPR-related support, as well as post-arrest and rehabilitation outcomes. Future research directions include drug discovery, post-resuscitation management, neurorehabilitation, and clinical trial innovation. Further studies should prioritize multicenter clinical trials to evaluate AI models in real-world settings and validate their effectiveness across diverse patient populations. Overall, AI has significant potential to improve clinical practice, and its role in CA application is increasingly important.

Chronic heart failure （CHF） is a complex clinical syndrome caused by ventricular dysfunction， with mitochondrial energy metabolism disorder being a critical factor in disease progression. Heart-Yang deficiency syndrome， as the core pathogenesis of CHF， persists throughout the disease course. Insufficiency of heart-Yang leads to weakened warming and propelling functions， resulting in the accumulation of phlegm-fluid， blood stasis， and dampness. This eventually causes Qi stagnation with phlegm obstruction and blood stasis with water retention， forming a vicious cycle that exacerbates disease progression. According to the theory of reinforcing Yang， the clinical experience of the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） master Tang Zuxuan in treating CHF with heart-Yang deficiency syndrome， and achievements from molecular biological studies， this study innovatively proposes an integrated research framework of "TCM syndrome differentiation and staging-mitochondrial metabolism mechanisms-intervention with Yang-reinforcing prescriptions" which is characterized by the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Heart-Yang deficiency syndrome is classified into mild （Stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ）， severe （Stage Ⅲ）， and critical （Stage Ⅳ） stages. The study elucidates the precise correlations between the pathogenesis of each stage and mitochondrial metabolism disorders from theoretical， pathophysiological， and therapeutic perspectives. The mild stage is characterized by impaired biogenesis and substrate-utilization imbalance， corresponding to heart-Yang deficiency and phlegm-fluid aggregation. Linggui Zhugantang and similar prescriptions can significantly improve the expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma co-activator-1α（PGC-1α）/silent information regulator 2 homolog 1 （SIRT1） and ATPase activity. The severe stage centers on oxidative stress and structural damage， reflecting Yang deficiency with water overflow and phlegm-blood stasis intermingling. At this stage， Zhenwu Tang and Qiangxin Tang can effectively mitigate oxidative stress damage， increase adenosine triphosphate （ATP） content， and repair mitochondrial structure. The critical stage arises from calcium overload and mitochondrial disintegration， leading to the collapse of Yin-Yang equilibrium. At this stage， Yang-restoring and crisis-resolving prescriptions such as Fuling Sini Tang and Qili Qiangxin capsules can inhibit abnormal opening of the mitochondrial permeability transition pore （MPTP）， reduce cardiomyocyte apoptosis rate， and protect mitochondrial function. By summarizing the characteristics of mitochondrial energy metabolism disorders at different stages of CHF， this study explores the application of the theory of reinforcing Yang in treating heart-Yang deficiency syndrome and provides new insights for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of CHF.

ObjectiveTo explore the mechanism of ventricular remodeling mediated by the p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase （MAPK）/nuclear factor kappa B （NF-κB） signaling pathway in the rat model of chronic heart failure （CHF） with heart-blood stasis syndrome， as well as the intervention effect of Danhong injection. MethodsIn vivo experiment： SPF-grade male SD rats were assigned via the random number table method into 4 groups： Sham operation， model， captopril （8.8 mg·kg^-1）， and Danhong injection （6.0 mL·kg^-1）. The model of CHF with heart-blood stasis syndrome was established by abdominal aortic constriction， and the sham operation group only underwent laparotomy without constriction. All the groups were treated continuously for 15 days. The tongue color of rats was observed. Echocardiography， hemorheology， heart mass index （HMI）， and left ventricular mass index （LVMI） were measured. Hematoxylin-eosin （HE） staining and Masson staining were performed to observe the pathological and fibrotic changes of the myocardial tissue. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was employed to quantify the levels of N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide （NT-proBNP）， interleukin-6 （IL-6）， angiotensin Ⅱ （AngⅡ）， tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α）， and Creactive protein （CRP） in the serum， as well as the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-2 （MMP-2） and matrix metalloproteinase-9 （MMP-9） in the myocardial tissue. Western blot was used to quantify the protein levels of p-p38 MAPK/p38 MAPK and p-NF-κB p65/NF-κB p65 in the myocardial tissue. In vitro experiment： H9C2 cardiomyocytes were treated with 1×10^-6 mol·L^-1 AngⅡ to establish a model of myocardial hypertrophy. H9C2 cardiomyocytes were allocated into normal， model， inhibitor + Danhong injection， Danhong injection （20 mL·L^-1）， and inhibitor （SB203580， 5 μmol·L^-1） groups. CCK-8 assay was used to detect the viability of H9C2 cardiomyocytes. Rhodamine-labeled phalloidin staining was used to reveal the area of cardiomyocytes. Real-time PCR was performed to determine the mRNA levels of atrial natriuretic peptide （ANP） and brain natriuretic peptide （BNP）. Western blot was used to assess the protein levels of p-p38 MAPK/p38 MAPK and p-NF-κB p65/NF-κB p65. ResultsIn vivo experiment： Compared with the sham operation group， the model group showed purplish-dark tongue with decreased R， G， B values of the tongue surface （P<0.01）， increased whole blood viscosity （at low， medium， and high shear rates） （P<0.01）， decreased left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） and left ventricular fractional shortening （LVFS） （P<0.01）， increased left ventricular end-diastolic diameter （LVIDd）， left ventricular end-systolic diameter （LVIDs）， and left ventricular posterior wall thickness at end-diastole （LVPWd） （P<0.01）， raised LVMI and HMI （P<0.01）， and elevated levels of NT-proBNP， TNF-α， IL-6， and CRP in the serum and MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the myocardial tissue （P<0.01）. The HE and Masson staining of the myocardial tissue showed compensatory myocardial hypertrophy， fibrosis， and massive inflammatory cell infiltration in the model group. Additionally， the model group presented up-regulated protein levels of p-p38 MAPK/p38 MAPK and p-NF-κB p65/NF-κB p65 in the myocardial tissue （P<0.01）. Compared with the model group， each administration group showed increased R， G， B values of the tongue surface （P<0.05， P<0.01）， decreased whole blood viscosity （at low， medium， and high shear rates） （P<0.05， P<0.01）， increased LVEF and LVFS （P<0.01）， decreased LVIDd， LVIDs， and LVPWd （P<0.05， P<0.01）， declined LVMI and HMI （P<0.05， P<0.01）， and lowered levels of NT-proBNP， TNF-α， IL-6， and CRP in the serum and MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the myocardial tissue （P<0.01）. HE and Masson staining showed alleviated compensatory myocardial hypertrophy， reduced fibrosis， and decreased expression of p-p38 MAPK/p38 MAPK and p-NF-κB p65/NF-κB p65 in the myocardial tissue （P<0.01）. In vitro experiment： When the concentration of Danhong injection reached 20 mL·L^-1， the survival rate of H9C2 cardiomyocytes was the highest （P<0.01）. Compared with the normal group， the model group showed up-regulated mRNA levels of ANP and BNP （P<0.01）， increased relative cell surface area （P<0.01）， and raised protein levels of p-p38 MAPK/p38 MAPK and p-NF-κB p65/NF-κB p65 （P<0.01）. Compared with the model group， each administration group showed down-regulated mRNA levels of ANP and BNP （P<0.01）， reduced relative cell surface area （P<0.05， P<0.01）， and down-regulated protein levels of p-p38 MAPK/p38 MAPK and p-NF-κB p65/NF-κB p65 （P<0.05， P<0.01）. ConclusionDanhong injection can regulate ventricular remodeling through the p38 MAPK/NF-κB pathway， thereby exerting a protective effect on the rat model of CHF with heart-blood stasis syndrome.

ObjectiveTo establish an animal model of atrial fibrillation（AF） that accurately reflects the phlegm-heat and blood stasis（TRYZ） pathogenesis in traditional Chinese medicine. MethodsForty SPF-grade SD rats were randomly assigned using a random number table to the following groups：the control group， the TRYZ+AF group，the AF group and the TRYZ group， with ten rats in each group. The TRYZ+AF and TRYZ groups underwent a high-fat diet combined with intraperitoneal lipopolysaccharide（LPS） injection to simulate the pathological alterations of TRYZ syndrome. Groups TRYZ+AF and AF were induced with acetylcholine-calcium chloride（Ach-CaCl₂） via caudal vein injection to induce AF. The control group received no intervention and was maintained under normal conditions. The modeling period lasted 3 weeks. Electrocardiography was used to assess AF episodes and duration， echocardiography evaluated left atrial dimensions and cardiac function， fully automated biochemical analyzer measured the levels of total cholesterol（TC）， triglycerides（TG）， high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）， hemoreometer analyzed the whole blood viscosity， plasma viscosity， and whole blood reduced viscosity， a coagulation analyzer assessed prothrombin time（PT）， activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT）， thrombin time（TT）， and fibrinogen（FIB）， enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） was used to determine the levels of C-reactive protein（CRP）， interleukin（IL）-1β， IL-6， IL-17， tumour necrosis factor（TNF）-α， matrix metalloproteinase-9（MMP-9）， galectin-3（Gal-3）， Collagen Ⅰ， and α-smooth muscle actin（α-SMA）. Hematoxylin-eosin（HE） staining and Masson's trichrome staining were used to analyze pathological changes in atrial myocardium， Western blot was employed to detect MMP-9， Collagen Ⅰ and α-SMA protein expression in myocardial tissue， real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction（Real-time PCR） evaluated fibrous factor gene expression levels. Changes in the TRYZ syndrome were assessed via body weight， tongue color［red（R）， green（G）， and blue（B）］， and rectal temperature. Ultra-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry（UPLC-Q-TOF-MS） was employed to detect differential metabolites between the control group and the TRYZ+AF group. ResultsFollowing three weeks of sustained modeling， compared with the control group， rats in the TRYZ+AF and the TRYZ groups exhibited reduced body weight， dry faeces， elevated rectal temperature， dark red tongue， decreased RGB values on the tongue surface， and markedly elevated TC and LDL-C levels（P<0.05， P<0.01）. The TRYZ+AF， TRYZ， and AF groups exhibited significantly decreased TT， APTT and PT， along with markedly elevated whole blood viscosity and FIB（P<0.05， P<0.01）. Rats in the TRYZ+AF and AF groups exhibited AF rhythm， markedly decreased heart rate， prolonged RR intervals， enlarged left atrium， and significantly reduced ejection fraction and shortening fraction（P<0.05， P<0.01）. Serum levels of CRP， IL-1β， IL-6， IL-17， TNF-α， MMP-9， Gal-3， Collagen Ⅰ， and α-SMA were elevated in rats from the TRYZ+AF， TRYZ， and AF groups compared to the control group， with the most pronounced increase observed in the TRYZ+AF group（P<0.05， P<0.01）. Histopathology revealed that the collagen fiber deposition in the atrial of rats in the TRYZ+AF， TRYZ and AF groups was higher than that in the control group（P<0.05， P<0.01）. Western blot and Real-time PCR results further demonstrated that the protein and mRNA expression levels of MMP-9， Collagen Ⅰ and α-SMA in the myocardial tissue of the TRYZ+AF group were higher than those in the other three groups（P<0.05， P<0.01）. Metabolomic analysis revealed 173 differentially expressed metabolites in the TRYZ+AF group and the control group， primarily enriched in pathways such as glycerophospholipid metabolism and glycolysis/gluconeogenesis. ConclusionThis study successfully establishes a rat model of AF integrated with the TRYZ syndrome， demonstrating the pathological process where the interactions of phlegm， heat and stasis jointly trigger tremor， this provides a reliable experimental tool for in-depth research into the biological basis of this disease syndrome.

To explore the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and integrative TCM-Western medicine approaches in the treatment of diabetic microvascular complications （DMC）， refine key pathophysiological insights and treatment principles， and promote academic innovation and strategic research planning in the prevention and treatment of DMC. The 38th session of the Expert Salon on Diseases Responding Specifically to Traditional Chinese Medicine， hosted by the China Association of Chinese Medicine， was held in Beijing， 2024. Experts in TCM， Western medicine， and interdisciplinary fields convened to conduct a systematic discussion on the pathogenesis， diagnostic and treatment challenges， and mechanism research related to DMC， ultimately forming a consensus on key directions. Four major research recommendations were proposed. The first is addressing clinical bottlenecks in the prevention and control of DMC by optimizing TCM-based evidence evaluation systems. The second is refining TCM core pathogenesis across DMC stages and establishing corresponding "disease-pattern-time" framework. The third is innovating mechanism research strategies to facilitate a shift from holistic regulation to targeted intervention in TCM. The fourth is advancing interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance the role of TCM in new drug development， research prioritization， and guideline formulation. TCM and integrative approaches offer distinct advantages in managing DMC. With a focus on the diseases responding specifically to TCM， strengthening evidence-based support and mechanism interpretation and promoting the integration of clinical care and research innovation will provide strong momentum for the modernization of TCM and the advancement of national health strategies.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of Xixintang （XXT）-medicated serum on the amyloid β-protein （Aβ）_25-35-induced polarization of BV-2 microglial cells by a cell experiment and uncover the potential mechanisms of this formula in the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease （AD）， thus providing scientific evidence for the clinical application of XXT. MethodsBV-2 microglial cells were subcultured. The optimal concentrations of XXT-medicated serum and Aβ_25-35 were determined via the cell-counting kit-8 （CCK-8） assay. The cell experiment was carried out with the following groups： blank control， model （Aβ_25-35 at 40 μmol·L^-1）， XXT-medicated serum （Aβ_25-35 at 40 μmol·L^-1 + 10% XXT-medicated serum）， and blank serum （Aβ_25-35 at 40 μmol·L^-1 + 10% blank serum）. After 24 hours of cell incubation， immunofluorescence was used to detect the expression of ionized calcium-binding adaptor molecule 1 （IBA1）， CD16/32， and CD206. Real-time PCR was performed to measure the mRNA levels of CD206， CD163， inducible nitric oxide synthase （iNOS）， and arginase 1 （Arg-1）. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was employed to quantify the levels of nerve growth factor （NGF）， iNOS， and Arg-1. The nitric oxide （NO） concentration was determined via the nitrate reductase method. ResultsCompared with the blank control group， the model group showed increased expression of IBA1 and CD16/32 （P<0.01）， decreased expression of CD206 （P<0.05）， upregulation in the mRNA level （P<0.01） and content （P<0.05） of iNOS， downregulation in the mRNA levels of CD206， CD163， and Arg-1 （P<0.05， P<0.01）， lowered levels of Arg-1 and NGF （P<0.05）， and an elevation in the NO level （P<0.05）. Compared with the model group， the XXT-medicated serum group exhibited reduced expression of IBA1 and CD16/32 （P<0.05， P<0.01） and increased expression of CD206 （P<0.01）. Both the content and mRNA level of iNOS were downregulated （P<0.05， P<0.01）， while the mRNA levels of CD206， CD163， and Arg-1 were upregulated （P<0.01） in the XXT-medicated serum group. In addition， the XXT-medicated serum group showed elevated levels of Arg-1 and NGF （P<0.05） and a lowered level of NO （P<0.05）. The blank serum group showed no statistically significant differences in the measured parameters compared with the model group. ConclusionThe XXT-medicated serum can inhibit the polarization toward the M1 phenotype and promote the polarization toward the M2 phenotype， exerting anti-inflammatory and neurotrophic effects.

ObjectiveStarting from the etiology， pathogenesis， and treatment strategies of endometriosis and adenomyosis， to integrate and sort out the academic characteristics of contemporary renowned experts and schools in the field of traditional Chinese medicine gynecology. MethodsAccording to the systematic review of text and opinion （SrTO） process developed by the Joanna Briggs Institute （JBI） in Australia， this paper determined literature screening criteria by searching China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI）， VIP， Wanfang， and China Biomedical Literature Database. Information was extracted after literature screening， and quality evaluation was conducted using the JBI Narrative， Text， and Opinion Systematic Review Strict Evaluation Checklist. The JBI Narrative， Opinion， Text Evaluation， and Review Tool Summary Table was used for information synthesis， and data analysis and display were conducted in the form of text and charts. ResultsThe 146 articles related to 39 renowned experts and 19 articles related to 10 schools of thought were included. Research has found that contemporary experts and schools in traditional Chinese medicine gynecology consider blood stasis as the core pathogenesis in understanding the etiology and pathogenesis of two diseases and related infertility. Their viewpoints varied from multiple aspects such as clinical symptom characteristics， meridian circulation location， pathological product evolution， disease duration， emotional psychology， lifestyle habits， preference for food and drink， innate endowment， and acquired injury. In terms of treatment， it was advocated to divide the stage， treat according to different types， adapt to the times， integrate nature and humans， and combine multiple methods to treat comprehensively when necessary. It was also recommended to skillfully use insects， make good use of classic formulas and small prescriptions， pay attention to protecting the spleen and stomach and regulating emotions， and make good use of self-formulated empirical formulas for internal or external use. Besides， individualized long-term management of patients was also advocated. ConclusionThis study applies the SrTO process to systematically summarize the academic ideas of contemporary renowned experts and schools in traditional Chinese medicine gynecology regarding the causes， mechanisms， diagnosis， and treatments of endometriosis， providing a scientific and standardized reference for future theoretical exploration.

GPR126, also known as ADGRG6, is one of the most deeply studied aGPCRs. Initially, GPR126 was thought to be a receptor associated with muscle development and was primarily expressed in the muscular and skeletal systems. With the deepening of research, it was found that GPR126 is expressed in multiple mammalian tissues and organs, and is involved in many biological processes such as embryonic development, nervous system development, and extracellular matrix interactions. Compared with other aGPCRs proteins, GPR126 has a longer N-terminal domain, which can bind to ligands one-to-one and one-to-many. Its N-terminus contains five domains, a CUB (complement C1r/C1s, Uegf, Bmp1) domain, a PTX (Pentraxin) domain, a SEA (Sperm protein, Enterokinase, and Agrin) domain, a hormone binding (HormR) domain, and a conserved GAIN domain. The GAIN domain has a self-shearing function, which is essential for the maturation, stability, transport and function of aGPCRs. Different SEA domains constitute different GPR126 isomers, which can regulate the activation and closure of downstream signaling pathways through conformational changes. GPR126 has a typical aGPCRs seven-transmembrane helical structure, which can be coupled to Gs and Gi, causing cAMP to up- or down-regulation, mediating transmembrane signaling and participating in the regulation of cell proliferation, differentiation and migration. The GAIN domain can cause the 7TM domain to produce an activated or inhibited signal for signal transduction, For example, type IV collagen interacts with the CUB and PTX domains of GPR126 to activate GPR126 downstream signal transduction. GPR126 has homology of 51.6%-86.9% among different species, with 10 conserved regions between different species, which can be traced back to the oldest metazoans as well as unicellular animals.In terms of diseases, GPR126 dysfunction involves the pathological process of bone, myelin, embryo and other related diseases, and is also closely related to the occurrence and development of malignant tumors such as breast cancer and colon cancer. However, the biological function of GPR126 in various diseases and its potential as a therapeutic target still needs further research.
