ObjectiveTo compare the differences in color, odor, coumarin content and microbial community composition of Angelicae Dahuricae Radix(ADR) during different drying processes, and to explore the correlation between changes in microbial community composition and changes in quality indexes of ADR. MethodsThe fresh ADR was processed at three drying temperatures(50, 70, 100 ℃) by drying and steaming cutting, semi-fresh cutting and drying, fresh cutting and drying, and sulfur fumigation methods. The color values of samples were extracted by Adobe Photoshop 2022 software and subjected to principal component analysis(PCA), electronic nose was used to identify the odor information of medicinal powders and subjected to loadings analysis, PCA, and linear discriminant analysis(LDA), and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used to determine the contents of five coumarins(bergapten, oxypeucedanin, imperatorin, phellopterin, isoimperatorin). The samples for microbial detection were taken from fresh dried samples, 50 ℃(dried and steamed cut, sulfur fumigated) samples, and 100 ℃(dried and steamed cut) samples when the water content was 50% and 14%, respectively. And the changes of microbial community composition during processing were determined by high-throughput sequencing method. The relationship between the changes of microbial community composition and the changes of odor, color and active component content of ADR during drying process was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis. ResultsThe color quantification results showed that an increase in drying temperature led to the decrease of brightness value(L), and the increases of red-green value(a) and yellow-blue value(b), and the change of processing method had no obvious effect on the color of medicinal materials. The results of odor quantification showed that W1S, W2S, W5S, W2W and W1W sensor were sensitive to the odor changes of ADR and could be used to distinguish ADR decoction pieces from different processing methods. The results of HPLC showed that the coumarin content of ADR decreased with the increase of drying temperature and the delay of processing time, the optimal processing method was drying and steaming cutting method, and the optimal temperature was 50 ℃. High-throughput sequencing results showed that the dominant bacteria in ADR during processing were Achromobacter, Agrobacterium, Nocardioides, Mycobacterium and Enterobacter, the dominant fungi were Coprinopsis, Meyerozyma and Apiotrichum. The results of correlation analysis showed that the quality indexes of ADR were positively correlated with Agrobacterium, Mycobacterium in bacteria, Candida in fungi, and negatively correlated with Bacillus in bacteria. ConclusionThere are significant differences in the color, odor, coumarin content and microbial community composition of ADR in different drying processes, and the best drying method is drying and steaming cutting at 50 ℃. The relative abundance changes of 9 bacterial genera and 4 fungal genera are closely related to the quality formation of ADR during the drying process.

Objective:
To analyze the influence of stress and psychological resilience on the dietary behavior of middle school students so as to privide a basis for the development of policies and interventions aimed at improving middle school students dietary behavior.
Methods:
A total of 8 874 middle school students in Shanghai were surveyed using stratified cluster random sampling method from November 2019 to January 2020. The questionnaire included general information, dietary behavior, Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC-10). Factor analysis was used to analyze the dietary behavior model. Logistic regression model was used to explore the correlation between stress, psychological resilience and dietary behavior in adolescents. Besides, a structural equation model was established to analyze the mediating effect of psychological resilience on stress and dietary behavior.
Results:
The total score of psychological resilience among middle school students was (27.99±9.83), and the total score of stress was (25.56±7.06). Factor analysis categorized dietary behavior into two types: the high energy dietary behavior and balanced dietary behavior. High energy dietary behavior exhibited statistically significant differences across genders and schooling stage ( χ 2=41.37, 204.03), while balanced dietary behavior showed statistically significant differences across schooling stage and socioeconomic status ( χ 2=130.23, 96.53) (all P <0.01). Logistic regression analysis showed that adolescents with moderate and high stress levels had an increased risks of high energy dietary behavior ( OR=1.25, 95%CI =1.12-1.39; OR=1.58, 95% CI = 1.39-1.79) and a reduced likelihood of reduced balanced dietary behavior ( OR=0.73, 95%CI =0.65-0.81; OR=0.53, 95%CI =0.47-0.60); adolescents with high levels of psychological resilience had a decreased risk of highenergy dietary behavior ( OR= 0.73 , 95%CI =0.65-0.83), and those with moderate and high resilience levels showed improved balanced dietary behavior ( OR= 1.45 , 95%CI =1.29-1.62; OR=2.50, 95%CI =2.21-2.84) (all P <0.01). The mediating effect of psychological resilience between stress and high energy dietary behavior or balanced dietary behavior accounted for 15.61% and 56.10% of the total effects, respectively.
Conclusions
Stress and psychological resilience are the influencing factors of dietary behavior in middle school students. Psychological resilience have a partial mediating effect between stress and high energy dietary behavior or balanced dietary behavior.

To investigate the genetic relatedness between carbapenem-resistant A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data from patients screened for carbapenem-resistant Among 12 878 patients screened for CRE, 60 (0.47%) were identified with intestinal CRKP colonization. Of these, 6 (10.0%) developed bloodstream infections, with an all-cause mortality rate of 66.7% (4/6) during hospitalization. The predominant strain type among paired isolates was ST11-KL64 producing KPC-2, accounting for 91.7%(11/12) of cases. Except for one patient(with a categorical agreement of 82.6%), colonizing and bloodstream isolates from the same patient showed complete agreement (100% categorical agreement) in antimicrobial susceptibility profiles for all antibiotics except tigecycline. Intraclass correlation coefficients for biofilm formation and siderophore production were both > 0.75 of all paired strains, indicating high phenotypic consistency. Except for one patient, core genome single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) analysis and phylogenetic reconstruction revealed high genetic homology between colonizing and bloodstream isolates from the same patient (SNP difference < 10). Clonal relatedness was also observed among colonizing strains from different departments (SNP difference < 120). Although the intestinal colonization rate of CRKP is low, it poses a high mortality risk once bloodstream infection occurs. The high consistency in antimicrobial resistance profiles, biofilm formation, siderophore production, and genomic homology between colonizing and bloodstream isolates suggests that intestinal colonization is the direct source of subsequent invasive infection. Enhanced early screening, dynamic monitoring, risk-stratified prevention, and optimized intervention strategies are recommended to reduce the risk of CRKP infection and mortality.

Objective:
To analyze the status and correlation between screen time, screen behavior type, and anxiety, depression among children and adolescents in Jiangxi Province, so as to provide a basis for effective intervention measures.
Methods:
Using the method of stratified random sampling, 8 851 primary and secondary school students in 11 districts of Jiangxi Province were investigated by questionnaire during September to December in 2020. Anxiety and depression status were investigated using the State Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) and the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale for Children(CES-DC), respectively. Single factor analysis using χ 2-test, t-test,analysis of variance, and multivariate analysis using generalized linear models.
Results:
On school days and weekends, 4.7% and 20.4% of primary and secondary school students in Jiangxi Province had a total screen time of over 2 hours per day, respectively. The weighted scores of the total screen time (primary school students: 1.88± 0.68, junior middle school students: 1.96±0.71, high school students: 2.03±0.80) and time spent for playing video games (primary school students: 1.51±0.64, junior middle school students: 1.62±0.69, high school students: 1.68±0.75) daily showed an upward trend with the increase of educational stage ( F =31.48, 42.13), and with significantly higher in boys (1.97±0.74, 1.66± 0.72) than girls (1.93±0.72, 1.53±0.66)( t =2.48, 9.07)( P <0.05). The average scores of state anxiety and trait anxiety were (42.20±9.05) and (40.65±9.85), which showed an upward trend with the increase of educational stage ( F =168.12, 241.98 ), and were higher in girls than boys ( t =6.63, 8.48)( P <0.01). The average score of depression was (11.99±11.00), which was lower in elementary school students than middle school students and high school students ( F =136.42), with significantly higher in girls ( t =6.85)( P <0.01). On school days, with the increase of total screen time and time spent for playing video games daily, the risk of state anxiety, trait anxiety, and depression among primary and secondary school students significantly increased ( OR = 6.70- 818.98, P <0.01). On weekends, among primary and secondary school students, the total screen time of >1-2 hours daily reduced the risk of state anxiety ( OR =0.30). The risk of developing trait anxiety among students playing video games for more than 2 hours daily was 2.50 times higher than those without screen behavior ( OR =2.50). The risk of developing depression with a total screen time of more than 2 hours daily was 3.15 times higher those whithout screen behavior ( OR =3.15). The risk of developing depression among students playing video games >0-1, >1-2, >2 h daily was 2.14, 2.50, 4.90 times that of those without screen behaviors ( OR =2.14, 2.50, 4.90), and showed an upward trend with the increase of educational stage ( P <0.05).
Conclusions
Screen behaviors of primary and middle school students in Jiangxi Province are positively associated with the risk of anxiety and depression, but the total daily video time of >1-2 h on weekends was negatively associated with state anxiety. It is necessary to control the screen time as much as possible and reduce the risk of anxiety and depression.

Objective To understand the impact of system reform of salt industry on iodine nutrition of people in Gansu Province, and to provide a scientific basis for policy adjustment of relevant departments. Methods The investigation period (2014-2021) was divided into two sub-periods: before system reform of salt industry (2014-2016) and after system reform of salt industry (2017-2021). Thirty counties were selected according to the method of “population proportional probability sampling (PPS)” in 2014. According to the iodine deficiency disease monitoring program of Gansu Province, from 2016 to 2021, children aged 8-10 years and pregnant women were taken as research objects to collect urine samples for urine iodine detection. Children in 2014 and 2018 were selected to measure thyroid volume. Results A total of 90 989 children urine iodine samples were investigated, and the median urinary iodine (MUI) of children was 194.70µg/L; 7 663 and 83,326 children's urinary iodine samples were investigated in the two periods, the MUI was 180.73 µg/L and 196.00 µg/L, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). A total of 44 741 pregnant women's urinary iodine samples were investigated, and the MUI of pregnant women was 176.50 µg/L; 4 480 and 40 261 pregnant women's urinary iodine samples were investigated in the two periods, the MUI was 160.61 µg/L and 178.10 µg/L, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The thyroid volume of 1 555 children and 8 509 children was investigated in the two periods, the median thyroid volume was 2.70 mL and 2.55 mL , respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The rates of goiter in children were 3.15% and 1.26%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The iodine nutrition of people in Gansu Province has not fluctuated significantly after the reform of salt industry system and has maintained an appropriate level. It is necessary to pay attention to the potential risk of insufficient iodine nutrition level and thyroid health of key populations such as children and pregnant women and strengthen health education of scientific iodine supplementation.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2024;45(4):465-469
Objective:
To explore the longitudinal correlation between smartphone multitasking and depressive symptoms, so as to provide an evidence based basis for promoting the mental health of college students.
Methods:
A total of 967 college students were recruited from one university in Taiyuan, Chongqing, and Shenzhen cities, China, by using multi stage randomized cluster sampling from October to December 2021 at baseline, and a follow up survey was conducted in May 2022. Smartphone multitasking behaviors were assessed by means of the Assessment of Smartphone Multitasking for Adolescents (ASMA), and depressive symptoms were assessed using the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) among college students. Chi square tests were performed to compare the differences in depressive symptoms between different groups of demographic characteristics, and binary Logistic regression models were employed to analyze the associations between smartphone multitasking and depressive symptoms among college students.
Results:
The rates of depressive symptoms among college students at baseline and follow up were 35.2% and 42.3%, respectively. Compared to the low level smartphone multitasking index group at baseline, the moderate and high level groups were more likely to experience depressive symptoms at baseline (moderate level group: OR=1.74, 95%CI =1.22-2.50, high level group: OR=2.77, 95%CI =1.94-3.95) and followup (moderate level group: OR=1.41, 95%CI =1.01-1.95, high level group: OR=1.64, 95%CI =1.17-2.29) ( P <0.05). In addition, compared to the persistently low smartphone multitasking index, increased risk of depressive symptoms was associated with maintaining a moderate to high ( OR=2.94, 95%CI =1.83-4.71), and a higher ( OR=2.07, 95%CI =1.31-3.27) or lower smartphone multitasking index ( OR=2.02, 95%CI =1.27-3.19) ( P <0.05). Moreover, higher smartphone multitasking index scores were positively associated with the risk of new-onset depressive symptoms at follow up ( OR=1.87, 95%CI=1.07-3.27, P <0.05).
Conclusions
Smartphone multitasking behaviors are find to be associated with an increased risk of depressive symptoms in college students. There is a need to reduce smartphone multitasking in order to decrease depressive symptoms and promote students mental health.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2024;32(1):1-8
Objective:To investigate associations between cardiac biomarkers with stroke severity and short-term outcome in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS).Methods:Patients with AIS admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from June 2018 to February 2024 whose etiological classification was large artery atherosclerosis (LAA), small vessel occlusion (SVO) or cardioembolism (CE) were included retrospectively. According to the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score at admission, patients were divided into mild stroke group (≤8) and moderate to severe stroke group (>8). According to the modified Rankin Scale score at discharge, patients were divided into good outcome group (≤2) and poor outcome group (>2). Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to determine the independent correlation between cardiac biomarkers and short-term outcome. The predictive value of cardiac biomarkers for poor outcome in patients with AIS and different stroke etiology subtypes were evaluated using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves. Results:A total of 2 151 patients with AIS were enrolled, including 1 256 males (58.4%), aged 67.40±11.34 years. 1 079 patents were LAA type (50.2%), 679 were SVO type (31.6%), and 393 were CE type (18.3%); 1 223 were mild stroke (56.86%) and 928 (43.14%) were moderate to severe stroke; 1 357 patients (63.09%) had good short-term outcome, and 794 (36.91%) had poor short-term outcome. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that N-terminal pro-B type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP), NT-proBNP/creatine kinase (CK) isoenzyme MB (CK-MB) ratio, and CK-MB/CK ratio were independent risk factors for poor short-term outcome. ROC curve analysis shows that the CK-MB/CK ratio had a higher predictive value for short-term poor outcome in patients with AIS (the area under the curve, 0.859, 95% confidence interval 0.839-0.879). Various cardiac biomarkers had a higher predictive value for short-term outcome of CE type and LAA type, but the predictive value for short-term outcome of SVO type was lower. Conclusions:Cardiac biomarkers are associated with the severity and poor outcome of AIS. NT-proBNP/CK-MB and CK-MB/CK ratios have higher predictive value for short-term poor outcome of AIS, especially in patients with CE type.
