1.Meta-synthesis of qualitative studies on home management needs of patients with spinal cord injury

Objective:To systematically evaluate and Meta-synthesize qualitative studies on the home management needs of patients with spinal cord injury (SCI) to understand their actual self-management needs and improve the quality of home management for patients with SCI in China.Methods:A comprehensive search was conducted in databases including CNKI, Wanfang, CBM, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, CINAHL, and Cochrane Library for qualitative research on the home management needs of patients with SCI, with a search timeframe up to November 30, 2023. The methodological quality of the included studies was evaluated using the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Qualitative Assessment and Review Instrument (2016). Results were integrated and analyzed using Meta-synthesize methods.Results:A total of 15 studies were included, from which 58 distinct research findings were extracted. These were categorized into 10 new categories, which were further integrated into four main results: the need for positive emotional support, daily living-related needs, healthcare service needs, and social support needs.Conclusions:Healthcare providers should deeply understand the home management needs of patients with SCI. Utilizing artificial intelligence technology, an integrated support model encompassing hospital, home, and society can be constructed. Establishing a comprehensive home rehabilitation platform for patients with SCI can focus on psychological issues and enhance social support levels, thereby improving patients' quality of life.
2.Experience of patients with spinal cord injury returning to society after discharge: a Meta-synthesis of qualitative studies

Objective:To integrate qualitative research on the real experience of patients with spinal cord injury (SCI) returning to society after discharge, so as to provide a basis for developing transitional care intervention program, and promote patients' reintegration into society.Methods:Qualitative research on the real experience of patients with SCI returning to society after discharge was electronically retrieved on China National Knowledge Infrastructure, WanFang Data, VIP, China Biomedical Literature Service System, Cochrane Library, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, CINAHL, and so on .The search period was from database establishment to August 30, 2023. The quality evaluation criteria for qualitative research of the JBI Evidence-Based Health Care Center (2016) was used to assess the quality of literature, and Meta-synthesis was used to integrate the results.Results:A total of 16 articles were included, and 51 research results were extracted. Similar research results were summarized and combined to form 12 new categories, which were then synthesized into four integrated results, including experiencing physical and mental discomfort following discharge, facing challenges in reintegrating into society, seeking social support, and adapting to social life through self-adjustment role changes.Conclusions:Patients with SCI have multiple psychological experiences in the process of reintegration into society. Medical and nursing staff should attach importance to their inner needs, help them overcome stress and challenges, provide them with personalized continuous care, and promote their role adaptation and reintegration into society.
3.Bibliometric analysis of research hotspots and trends in familial exudative vitreoretinopathy from 2014 to 2023

Objective:To understand research hotspots and future development trends in the field of familial exudative vitreoretinopathy (FEVR) from 2014 to 2023.Methods:Relevant literature on FEVR was retrieved using the Web of Science Core Collection (SSCI and SCI-Expanded) from the Institute for Scientific Information. The bibliometric analysis software CiteSpace 6.2.R3 was used to analyze countries or regions, institutions, authors, co-cited references, and keywords.Results:A total of 316 FEVR-related articles were included. The annual number of publications in this field showed a fluctuating upward trend from 2014 to 2023, with the highest number of publications in 2022, 51 papers (16.14%, 51/316); and the lowest in 2015, 15 papers (4.75%, 15/316). China had the highest number of publications, with 137 papers (43.35%, 137/316). Among institutions, Shanghai Jiao Tong University ranked first with 43 papers, while Professor Zhao Peiquan from Xinhua Hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, had the highest number of publications among authors, with 34 papers. The country with the highest betweenness centrality was the United States, 0.91; the institution was the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, 0.16; and the author was Ding Xiaoyan, 0.12. The 316 papers were clustered into four research areas: #0 clinical characteristics, #1 ndp, #2 norrie disease, and #3 retinopathy of prematurity. Keywords such as "Chinese patients," " TSPAN12," "variants," and "spectrum" remained highly frequent up to 2023. Conclusions:The number of publications on FEVR research from 2014 to 2023 show a growth trend, with Chinese research institutions and scholars contributing the most. Research on pathogenic genotypes and clinical phenotypes remains a crucial direction for future development.
4.The status quo and influencing factors of the overall clinical performance in nursing students

Objective:To investigate the overall clinical performance of nursing students and analyze its influencing factors to provide evidence for the improvement.Methods:A questionnaire survey was carried out among 288 nursing students from Qilu Hospital of Shandong University in March to May 2020. The survey included a general data questionnaire, Holistic Clinical Assessment Tool, Clinical Learning Environment, Supervision and Nurse Teacher evaluation scale, Medical Student Safety Attitudes and Professionalism Survey of nursing students. The factors associated with overall clinical performance of nursing students were analyzed by t test, analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression. Results:The total score of Holistic Clinical Assessment Tool was 114.95 ± 22.91. The total score of Clinical Learning Environment, Supervision and Nurse Teacher evaluation scale was 156.70 ± 26.98. The total score of Medical Student Safety Attitudes and Professionalism Survey was 123.65 ± 31.00. The influencing factors included social practice experience and clinical learning environment, which accounted for 28.0% of the total variation of overall clinical performance of nursing students.Conclusions:Educators and managers of nursing students' schools and internship hospitals should actively explore the educational reform practice to promote the improvement of clinical ability, so as to promote the improvement of the overall clinical ability of nursing students.
5.Comparison of evaluation system for clinical value of antineoplastic agents at home and abroad

OBJECTI VE To introduce the evaluation system for clinical value of antineoplastic agents at home and abroad ,and to provide reference for continuous improvement of clinical value-oriented antineoplastic agents development and research guideline in China. METHODS The suggestions were put forward to improve the evaluation system for clinical value of antineoplastic agents in China by consulting the relevant data of evaluation system for clinical value of antineoplastic agents at home and abroad and domestic antineoplastic agents R&D and management policies ,sort outing and analyzing comparatively their dimensions , perspectives,target audiences ,application scope ,advantages and disadvantages. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS Seven foreign value evaluation systems (value assessment framework of American Society of Clinical Oncology ,clinical benefit scale of European Society of Clinical Oncology ,value evaluation framework of American Institute of Clinical and Economic Evaluation , etc.)had their own characteristics and unique advantages under different settings ;several value evaluation systems differed in the criteria for defining value ,depending on the perspective and population they focus on. The value dimensions were constantly changing dynamically in response to scientific values and social needs ,including not only safety ,efficacy and cost-effectiveness , but also innovation ,fairness,quality of life attributes. Some evaluation systems adopted value assessment tools that followed the trend of the information age in the presentation form and assessment mode ,which promoted shared decision-making between doctors and patients. Combining the characteristics of foreign value evaluation system and the current situation of development and application of antineoplastic agents in China ,we can have a deeper understanding of drug efficacy ,safety,quality of life ,research and development cost and pricing in the future. Antineoplastic 2021-10-28) agents will have a more reasonable position to solve the unmet needs of patients from the perspectives of drug research and development, clinical application , drug accessibility and fairness.
6. Correlation of BRCA1 gene polymorphism with chemosensitivity and prognosis of metastatic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma treated with cisplatin combined with capecitabine

AIM: To explore the effect of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of breast cancer susceptibility gene 1 (BRCA1) on chemotherapy sensitivity and survival prognosis of patients with metastatic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. METHODS: A total of 153 patients with newly treated metastatic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma who were admitted to Suzhou Science and Technology City Hospital from June 2016 to February 2020 were included and administered with cisplatin combined with capecitabine chemotherapy. Before the first chemotherapy, 5 mL of venous blood was collected to extract DNA, and the TaqMan probe method was used to detect the genotypes of the BRCA1 gene rs8176318G/T, rs799917T/C and rs1799966T/C polymorphic loci. The objective response rate (ORR) and overall survival (OS) of different genotypes were analyzed. RESULTS: Rs799917T/C polymorphism was closely related to the chemosensitivity of metastatic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. 7.Whole genome characteristics of four coxsackievirus A4 isolates associated with hand, foot and mouth disease

Objective:To investigate the whole genome characteristics of coxsackievirus A4 (CVA4) circulating in Qingdao city.Methods:Four CVA4 isolates circulating in Qingdao city during 2013 to 2015 were selected. Whole genome sequences of these strains were amplified by one-step reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Sequence alignment and phylogenetic analysis were performed using MEGA7.0 software package. Genetic recombination analysis was performed using similarity plots 3.5.1 software package.Results:Phylogenetic analysis showed that based on the sequences of the whole genome and P1, P2 and P3 regions, HS312/QD/CHN/2013 and HS605/QD/CHN/2014 strains together with the early domestic isolates belonged to the same clade, while FY218/QD/CHN/2015 strain and CV-A4/P1033/2013/China strain collected in Wenzhou in 2013 formed another clade in each phylogenetic tree. HS144/QD/CHN/2014 strain belonged to the same clade as HS312/QD/CHN/2014, HS605/QD/CHN/2014 and the early domestic CVA4 isolates in the phylogenetic tree based on the P1 region, but formed a separate clade in the phylogenetic trees based on the whole genome, P2 region and P3 region. Genetic recombination analysis revealed that there was genetic recombination between HS144/QD/CHN/2014 strain and the CVA2 strain of CV-A2/P373/2013/China isolated in mainland China in 2013 in the region of 2C-3D (5 081-7 301); FY218/QD/CHN/2015 and CV-A4/P1033/2013/China strains were highly homologous and recombination signal sequences were detected in the region of 2A-2B (3 821-4 161) between the two strains and the CVA2 strain of CV-A2/P373/2013/China.Conclusions:The CVA4 isolates circulating in Qingdao city presented obvious genetic diversity at the genome-wide level.
8.Construction of a postoperative pain management quality evaluation index system

Objective:To construct a postoperative pain management quality evaluation index system so as to provide an effective tool for postoperative pain management quality by hospital.Methods:From August 2017 to December 2018, original indexes were built based on Donabedian theory and literature research method, and primary indexes were constructed by group discussion. Delphi method was used to two rounds of consultation among 15 postoperative pain management experts to set up the final indexes, and index weight was defined with the analytic hierarchy process.Results:The postoperative pain management quality evaluation index system included 3 first-level indexes, 8 second-level indexes and 32 third-level indexes. The weights of 3 first-level indexes (structure, process and outcome) were 0.2, 0.4 and 0.4 respectively. Top 3 combined weights of second-level included the antalgic effect (0.266 7) , pain evaluation and re-evaluation (0.160 0) , antalgic therapy (0.160 0) . Top 3 combined weights of third-level included the incidence of moderate-severe active pain (0.143 9) , incidence of moderate-severe rest pain (0.079 2) and the sufficient rate of antalgic health education (0.073 0) . The Kendall coefficient of concordance of two rounds of expert consultation were 0.21 and 0.25 with statistical differences ( P<0.01) . Conclusions:The postoperative pain management quality evaluation index system the has all-round, scientific and reasonable content and can reflect the characteristics of multi-link and multidisciplinary cooperation of postoperative pain management which is worthy of clinical promotion.
9. A systematic review of the effects of auricular acupressure therapy on relieving acute and chronic nonmalignant pain and its operating methods

Objective:
To evaluate the effect and implementation of auricular acupressure therapy (AAT) in the treatment of acute and chronic non-cancerous pain.
Methods:
Computer search China Knowledge Network, China Biomedical Literature Disc (CBM), Wanfang Database, Weip Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database, PubMed, Web of Science, EMbase, Ebsco, Cochrane databases, a randomized controlled trial of AAT in the treatment of acute and chronic non-cancerous pain was included. The main outcome of AAT treatment for pain was pain intensity and analgesic drug use.

Objective:
To investigate the etiology spectrum of hand foot and mouth disease (HFMD) and to analyze the molecular characteristics of Coxsackievirus A10 and A6 in Qingdao in 2014.
Methods:
Throat swabs of HFMD cases were tested for total enteroviruses (EVs), EV-A71, CV-A16, CV-A10 and CV-A6 by multiplex real time RT-PCR. Other EV serotypes were identified through the sequences of partial VP1 gene. The full-length of VP1 gene of CV-A10 and CV-A6 were amplified and sequenced. The sequences were phylogenetically analyzed using MEGA 5.0 software package.
Results:
A total of 1727 HFMD patients were detected in 2014 and 11serotypes of enteroviruses were identified. EV-A71(38.0%, 410/1078), CV-A16(28.8%, 311/1078), CV-A10(14.1%, 152/1078)and CV-A6(3.2%, 34/1078)were the most dominant pathogen in 2014 in Qingdao.
