1.The effects of repeated high acceleration on implant osseointegration in SD rats

		                        			Objective:To investigate the effects of repeated high acceleration(+Gz)on implant osseointegration in SD rats.Methods:18 SD rats were divided into+Gz and control groups randomly(n=9),and 1 implant was placed in each femur of the rat's lower limb.24 hours postoperatively,the experimental rats were exposed to+Gz of 4 to 9 G with 1 G/s environment 3 times a week,while the con-trol rats were fed normally.3 rats from each of the 2 groups were sacrificed at 2,4 and 8 weeks after implantation.Micro-CT,sequential fluorescence double labeling,and histological examination were perfomed for the analysis of implant osseointegration.Results:The bone volume fraction(BV/TV),trabecular number(Tb.N),mineral apposition rate(MAR),implant-bone contact rate(BIC)and bone area in implant thread(BA)of the+Gz group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 2 weeks(P<0.05),and so as to MAR,BA at 4 weeks(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference of the parameters at 8 weeks after implantation.Conclusion:In SD rats early exposure to+Gz environment postoperatively may have a negative effect on initial osseointegration by slowing bone forma-tion.However,it will not lead to poorer bone mass when sustained over a long period.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
2.Loss of primary cilia promotes migration of TPC-1 in papillary thyroid cancers

		                        			Objective:To investigate the role of miR-182-5p regulated primary cilia loss on migration of TPC-1 in papillary thyroid cancers(PTC).Methods:Ten cases of PTC and adjacent tissues were collected from the First Hospital of Lanzhou University, The expression of miR-182-5p in PTC tissue and TPC-1 cells was detected by qPCR, and the frequency of primary cilia was detected by immunofluorescence; Overexpressing miR-182-5p, the migrated number of TPC-1 was detected by Transwell assay; Interfering TPC-1 with siRNA-IFT88, the migrated number of TPC-1 and the frequency of primary cilia were detected, respectively.Results:Compared with control, the expression of miR-182-5p was significantly upregulated in PTC and TPC-1, the frequency of primary cilia in PTC and TPC-1 was downregulated. Overexpressing miR-182-5p increased the migrated number of TPC-1 cell and reduced the number of TPC-1 cell migration(27%, P=0.002); After siRNA-IFT88 treatment, primary cilia in TPC-1 became shorter and thinner, with a decrease in frequency( P=0.001), the migrated number of TPC-1 cell increased, and TPC-1 cell showed smaller nuclei and fewer microvilli. Conclusion:The regulation of primary cilia loss by miR-182-5p through the PI3K pathway contributes to the migration of TPC-1 cells. 3.Research progress on impact of compound hot-dry events on incidence of infectious diseases

		                        			Climate change has led to an increasing frequency and intensity of extreme climate events such as heat and drought extremes with considerable global public health burden. This systematic review collected 87 domestic and international studies from 2000 to 2023, considering the impacts of heat extremes, drought extremes, and compound hot-dry events on infectious diseases attributable to various transmission pathways such as waterborne, foodborne, insect-borne, airborne, and contact-transmitted diseases. Our results showed that high temperature was associated with increased transmission risks of waterborne and foodborne diseases including infectious diarrheal diseases (cholera, dysentery, typhoid, and paratyphoid) and infectious gastroenteritis; vector-borne diseases including dengue fever, Zika virus (ZIKV) disease, chikungunya fever, malaria, West Nile fever, and Rift Valley fever; airborne diseases including influenza-like diseases, influenza A, measles, and mumps; and contact-transmitted diseases including HIV/AIDS, schistosomiasis, and leptospirosis. Additionally, drought conditions also amplified the transmission risks of waterborne and foodborne diseases including cholera, Escherichia coli infection, rotavirus infection, and hepatitis E; vector-borne diseases such as scrub typhus, schistosomiasis, hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome, and West Nile fever; airborne diseases including meningococcal meningitis, pertussis, measles, and upper respiratory infections; and contact-transmitted diseases such as HIV/AIDS. Along with global warming, the frequency of compound high temperature and drought events shows a considerably increasing trend, causing more adverse health effects than heat or drought alone. However, there is limited research quantifying their effects on infectious diseases. These associations may be mediated through temperature and precipitation on infectious disease pathogens, transmission vectors, population susceptibility, public health services, and behaviors. In the context of climate change, the increasing occurrence of compound events of high temperatures and droughts raises health concerns, and further studies are needed to enhance our understanding of the impacts of climate change on infectious diseases and improve human adaption to climate change.

		                        			Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a group of highly heterogeneous diseases closely associated with metabolic dysfunction. Sarcopenia is a syndrome caused by a continuous decline in muscle mass, strength, and function, and it is often accompanied by NAFLD. Insulin resistance is the main pathological mechanism for sarcopenia and NAFLD, and in addition, factors such as changes in proteins and branched-chain amino acid, hyperammonemia, intestinal flora, and endocrine dysfunction can also lead to sarcopenia and NAFLD. With the deepening of clinical research, many published prospective studies have confirmed the existence of a bidirectional and complex pathophysiological relationship between sarcopenia and NAFLD. This article reviews the bidirectional relationship between sarcopenia and NAFLD, discusses the common pathogenesis of sarcopenia and NAFLD, summarizes the challenges faced in this field, and proposes new directions for the research on the bidirectional relationship between NAFLD and sarcopenia. 
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
5.Content mining of question and answer texts for Online health community pregnancy hyperglycemia users -visual analysis based on social network

		                        			Objective:To explore and analyze the online Q&A texts for hyperglycemia in pregnancy (HIP) users in online health communities, and to provide references for health information services for HIP patients.Methods:A total of 108 590 Q&A texts were collected from "Diabetes Forum" and "Mom Forum". Social network analysis was used to construct the co-occurrence network of feature words in text content and carry out visual analysis and display. On the basis of identifying content themes, the relationship between themes and the nodes within themes were further analyzed, and the attributes of content themes were differentiated with Wilson's information behavior model.Results:In this study, a question and answer text feature word network for pregnant hyperglycemia users with 321 nodes was constructed, among which the largest sub-net included 177 nodes. A total of 12 content themes were identified to seek motivation around two major categories of information, including blood sugar control and coping with disease stress. Among them, the themes with physiological, cognitive, and emotional attributes were 4, 7 and 6, respectively. The number of feature words contained in drug treatment, diet and nutrition was the most prominent, and there were feature words with high degree of centrality in each theme.Conclusions:The content that hyperglycemia in pregnancy (HIP) users pay attention to has multiple attributes and dimensions. 6.Repair of digit soft tissue defect with dorsal branch of proper palmar digital artery island flap

		                        			Objective:To investigate the surgical technique and clinical effect of the island flap of dorsal branch of proper palmar digital artery in repair of the soft tissue defect of digits.Methods:From March 2013 to March 2021, 22 cases of digit soft tissue defects were repaired with dorsal branch of proper palmar digital artery island flap. The digit defects involved: 9 thumbs, 5 index fingers, 3 middle fingers, 3 ring fingers and 2 little fingers. The repair of defects covered 8 digit-tips, 7 pulps and 7 dorsal and nail beds. The defected area of soft tissue was 0.8 cm×0.5 cm-1.5 cm×8.0 cm, and the size of flap was 1.0 cm×0.7 cm-1.8 cm×1.0 cm. The donor site in 6 cases was closed directly. The other 16 cases were covered with medium thickness skin graft and pressurised bandaging. The follow-up reviews were carried out via the outpatient clinic visit, telephone or WeChat interview. Results:After operation, 1 flap had cyanosis due to a tight suture and it was relieved after the removal of intermittent suture; Tension blisters appeared in 2 cases and disappeared after 1 week; One case had necrosis at distal flap and healed after dressing change. Other flaps survived successfully and the incision and donor site healed in the first stage. All patients were entered to 6 to 18(mean 10) months of follow-up. At the final follow-up, the appearance and texture of the flaps were good and the protective sensation was restored. The flexion and extension function of the affected digit was normal with the TPD at 7-11 mm. The original shape and function of the digit body were basically reconstructed, except the failure in reconstruction of the special structure of digit body, such as nail, finger pulp thread and fine sensation. According to the Evaluation Standard of Upper Limb Function of Chinese Hand Surgery Society, 11 cases were in excellent, 9 in good and 2 in fair. The excellent and good rate was 91%. The function at donor sites was not affected.Conclusion:Repair of digit soft tissue defect with dorsal branch of proper palmar digital artery island flap is easy to operate, and with a low risk, high success rate and satisfactory curative effect.

		                        			【Objective】 According to the need and practice of the National Medical Center Construction, this study structures the project communication management framework of the National Medical Center Construction based on Boyd/OODA loop and describes its background and practical path so as to explore its implementation efficiency. 【Methods】 The theoretical framework was constructed and applied by means of lessons learned and case analysis. 【Results】 The framework can meet various needs of project communication management of the National Medical Center Construction at different stages of epidemic prevention and control. 【Conclusion】 The framework can improve the effectiveness, systematicness, coordination and efficiency of the National Medical Center Construction, and provide theoretical and empirical underpinning. 8.Factors influencing HIV testing and counselling services among men who have sex with men in Western China: a cross-sectional study based on Andersen's Behavioral Model.

		                        			BACKGROUND:
		                        			Men who have sex with men (MSM), as a marginal population, has been largely ignored by health service projects. We assessed the utilization of HIV testing and counselling services and its influencing factors based on Andersen's Behavioral Model, so as to provide a theoretical basis for future infectious disease prevention and control strategies and health services policy formulation for these population.
		                        		
		                        			METHOD:
		                        			This was a cross-sectional study. A sample survey was conducted in Western China, and an anonymous self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among MSM. Based on Andersen's Behavioral Model, the questionnaire divided the influencing factors into predisposing factor, enabling factor and need factor. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to explore the factors influencing the utilization of HIV testing and counselling.
		                        		
		                        			RESULTS:
		                        			There were 3184 valid questionnaires. In the survey of HIV health services, 82.85% MSM had HIV testing and 64.98% MSM had HIV counselling, respectively. Among the predisposing factor, age 25 years old and over was a facilitator of HIV testing and counselling, and ethnicity was a factor associated with HIV testing. Among the enabling factor, MSM living in urban were more likely to have access to testing and counselling services, and income was also linked to HIV testing. Among the need factor, a high level of HIV knowledge could promote testing and counselling, and a history of sexually transmitted diseases (STD) was a facilitator of testing.
		                        		
		                        			CONCLUSIONS
		                        			HIV testing is widespread in Western China and higher than counselling service. 9.Factors influencing protective behavior in the post-COVID-19 period in China: a cross-sectional study.

		                        			BACKGROUND:
		                        			The study aimed to explore the factors influencing protective behavior and its association with factors during the post-COVID-19 period in China based on the risk perception emotion model and the protective action decision model (PADM).
		                        		
		                        			METHODS:
		                        			A total of 2830 valid questionnaires were collected as data for empirical analysis via network sampling in China. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was performed to explore the relationships between the latent variables.
		                        		
		                        			RESULTS:
		                        			SEM indicated that social emotion significantly positively affected protective behavior and intention. Protective behavioral intention had significant direct effects on protective behavior, and the direct effects were also the largest. Government trust did not have a significant effect on protective behavior but did have a significant indirect effect. Moreover, it was found that government trust had the greatest direct effect on social emotion. In addition, we found that excessive risk perception level may directly reduce people's intention and frequency of engaging in protective behavior, which was not conducive to positive, protective behavior.
		                        		
		                        			CONCLUSION
		                        			In the post-COVID-19 period, theoretical framework constructed in this study can be used to evaluate people's protective behavior. The government should strengthen its information-sharing and interaction with the public, enhance people's trust in the government, create a positive social mood, appropriately regulate people's risk perception, and, finally, maintain a positive attitude and intent of protection.

10.Three-dimensional finite element analysis of different framework materials in implant-supported fixed mandibular prosthesis

		                        			Objective:To evaluate the biomechanical behaviors of different framework materials in implant-supported fixed mandibular prosthesis using three-dimensional finite element analysis.Methods:A model of implant-supported fixed mandibular prosthesis was established. The simulations were divided into six groups according to the framework materials: pure titanium, cobalt-chromium alloy, gold alloy, zirconia, polyether ether ketone (PEEK) and carbon fiber-reinforced PEEK. An oblique load of 300 N with a 75° angle to the occlusal plane was applied from the lingual side on the buccal cusps of the two premolars and the first molar teeth. The stresses on implants, surrounding bones and frameworks were analyzed and compared among the framework materials both quantitatively and qualitatively.Results:In implant-supported fixed mandibular prosthesis model, the highest stresses were located around the neck of the implants and cortical bone during oblique loading among six designs. In addition, the stresses were concentrated on the buccal and distal cortical bone around the implants of the posterior region. Stress values of implants and cortical bones from low to high were as follows: zirconia, cobalt-chromium alloy, pure titanium, gold alloy, carbon fiber-reinforced PEEK, PEEK. The von Mises stress values of implant and cortical bone in the first molar site of PEEK framework material were 44.96 and 29.13 MPa, while the von Mises stress values of implant and cortical bone in the first molar site of zirconia framework material were 21.29 and 17.79 MPa. The zirconia and medal framework materials were more advantageous in stress distribution around implants than PEEK framework material.Conclusions:In implant-supported fixed mandibular prostheses, biomechanical analysis showed that the zirconia and medal framework materials were more advantageous in stress distribution around implants than PEEK framework materials.
