Pemphigus is a group of life-threatening chronic autoimmune bullous diseases. It is currently believed that the humoral immunity mediated by anti-desmoglein IgG antibodies is the primary mechanism underlying the occurrence of pemphigus. However, recent studies have indicated a critical role of various T cell subsets in the occurrence of pemphigus.

The pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis(UC)is still unclear, and the pathogenesis based on intestinal mucosal immune imbalance is now widely recognized."Spleen as the defense"refers to the function of the spleen to protect the body and defend against pathogenic factors, which is highly consistent with modern mucosal immunology theory. The abnormal function of"Spleen as the defense"is the key reason for the immune imbalance of UC intestinal mucosa. In this paper,"spleen as the defense"as the starting point,to explore the mechanism of UC intestinal mucosal immune dysfunction,to consolidate the theoretical basis for the treatment of UC based on spleen, and to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of UC from the perspective of restoring intestinal mucosal immune homeostasis.

OBJECTIVE The abnormal amyloid-β(Aβ)and oxidative stress assiociated with the progression of Alzheimer disease(AD).Quercetin has been reported to possess antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties in neurodegenerative disorders. In this present study,we designed to characterize the mechanisms by which quer-cetin exerts neuroprotective effects in murine neuroblas-toma N2a cells stably expressing human Swedish mutant amyloid precursor protein(N2a/APP).METHODS N2a/APP cells were treated with quercetin at concentrations of 10,20 and 50 μ mol·L-1 for 24 h.Cell viability was examined with CCK-8 assays. The protein levels of ERK1/2 and Akt were detected by Western blotting.Intra-cellular reactive oxygen species(ROS)was detected by a fluorescent probe 2,7-dichlorofluorescein diacetate(DCFH-DA).The mitochondrial membrane potential(Δψ m)in N2a/APP cells was detected by using JC-1 staining method.Immunofluorescence was used to detect the generation of 8-hydroxy-2′-deoxyguanosine(8-OHdG)and 4-hydroxynonenal(4-HNE).RESULTS Quercetin attenuated the enhancement of p-ERK1/2,reductions of p-Akt,and decreased levels of APP expression.More-over,quercetin alleviated loss of mitochondria membrane potential(MMP)since it attenuates these oxidative stress,as reflected in the levels of ROS,4-HNE and 8-OHdG,was elevated in N2a/APP cells and these effects were again ameliorated by quercetin.CONCLUSION Neuroprotection by quercetin in N2a/APP cells involves normalizing the impaired mitochondrial function and reducing oxidative stress via inactivation of the ERK1/2 and activation of the Akt pathways.

Objective:To investigate the change of D-Dimer (D-D), cardiac troponin I (cTnI) and vasoactive-inotropic score (VIS) after Stanford type A aortic dissection (TAAD) and thier predictive effect on death outcome.Methods:120 patients with TAAD who were treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical College from January 2019 to January 2022 were retrospectively selected and divided into death group ( n=17) and survival group ( n=103) according to the 28-day survival after operation. The difference of clinical data between the two groups was compared, and the influencing factors of postoperative death in TAAD patients were analyzed by logistic regression method. Results:The age, deep hypothermic circulatory arrest time, D-D and cTnI of the patients in the death group were (60.50±5.42)years old, (30.40±9.92)min, (15.65±5.52)g/L and (3.32±0.82)mg/L, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the survival group (all P<0.05). The VIS score and change of VIS score in the death group at 24 hours after operation were (9.66±1.10)points and (4.50±0.91)points respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the survival group (all P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that age, D-D, cTnI and change of VIS score were the influencing factors of death after TAAD (all P<0.05). The area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve predicted by the D-D, cTnI and change of VIS score for death in TAAD patients was 0.718, 0.691 and 0.789 respectively (all P<0.05). Conclusions:Postoperative death of TAAD patients is affected by their age, D-D, cTnI and change of VIS score. The D-D, cTnI and change of VIS score have certain application value in predicting postoperative death of patients.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2020;41(7):1005-1008
Objective:
To explore the application present situation of the WeChat public accounts of colleges psychological health education in Hunan Province, and to provide a scientific reference for strengthening the construction of WeChat public accounts of colleges psychological health education.
Methods:
The WCI(WeChat Communication Index) of the WeChat public accounts of college psychological health education in Hunan province, the numbers of reading and watching of the push articles which were published during period between June 1 and June 30 in 2019 were collected through the Qingbo data platform. The characteristics of the top 10 articles in reading numbers were analyzed.
Results:
Totally 19 universities in Hunan Province opened WeChat public accounts of psychological health education, accounting for 51.16% of all universities in Hunan Province. In June 2019, the average WCI of the WeChat public account of college psychological health education in Hunan Province was(159.3±81.3), with 267 articles and average(15.7±14.9). The total number of reading was 38 921, and the average reading number of the articles was 145.8. The total number of watching was 607, and the average watching number of articles was 2.3. Eight articles of the the top 10 articles in reading number were from the top 3 WeChat public accounts in WCI. Four articles were about online and offline interaction and the content of the other 6 articles combined with hot current events, closed to college students’ lives in the top 10 articles in reading numbers. Two articles of the the top 10 articles in reading numbers were film.
Conclusion
The proportion of the universities which have opened the WeChat Public account of psychological health education in Hunan Province is not very high, and the dissemination of the WeChat Public accounts of college psychological health education is not very strong. The construction quality of WeChat public account is an important factor affecting the reading number of push article. The articles with content combining with current hot events and closing to college students’ life have higher reading number than the other articles. Video work are more popular than text articles.
