Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of programmed death protein 1 (PD-1) inhibitos combined with Fuzheng Kang'ai Decoction in patients with stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and identify factors that influence progression and prognosis in real world. Methods:Objective response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR), progression free survival (PFS), total survival time (OS) and adverse events of patients with advanced or metastatic NSCLC who received PD-1 inhibitors for the first time in the Department of Oncology, Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine from August 2018 to March 2021 were retrospectively analyzed, and was prospectively followed up until September 2022. Kaplan-Meier method was used to plot survival curves and evaluate median PFS and median OS, while Cox proportional hazards regression model was used for multivariate analysis. Results:The final 66 patients were included in the study, with an ORR of 33.3% (22/66), a DCR of 86.4% (57/66), a median PFS of 9.90 months, and a median OS of 31.83 months. Univariate analysis showed that median PFS was associated with TNM stage, liver metastasis, PD-L1 expression level, lung immune prognostic index (LIPI), and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types ( P values were 0.004, 0.033, 0.040, 0.004, and 0.001, respectively). Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that TNM stage [ HR (95% CI)=4.179 (1.781, 9.804)], PD-L1 expression level 1%-49% [ HR (95% CI)=0.346 (0.127, 0.940)] or ≥ 50% [ HR (95% CI)=0.074 (0.019, 0.288)], LIPI [ HR (95% CI)=14.515 (2.939, 71.681)], and TCM characteristics of deficiency of yang qi [ HR (95% CI)=5.954 (2.093, 16.940)] were independent influencing factors for PFS. The overall and grade 3-5 treatment-related adverse events were 68.2% (45/66) and 9.1% (6/66), respectively. Conclusions:Fuzheng Kang'ai Decoction combined with PD-1 inhibitors is an effective and tolerable therapy for patients with advanced or metastatic NSCLC. TNM stage, liver metastasis, PD-L1 expression, LIPI and TCM characteristics are early predictors of clinical efficacy for patients with stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ NSCLC that receive traditional Chinese medicine combined with immunotherapy .

Objective:
To analyze the current situation of adolescent depressive symptoms in singleparent families in Jianyang City, and to construct and verify the early warning model, so as to provide a scientific basis for the government to formulate a plan of promoting the development of adolescent mental health.
Methods:
A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 12 125 middle and high school students from 25 middle schools in Jianyang City from March 2022 to October 2023 for an anonymous selffilling questionnaire survey, and a total of 1 142 adolescents from valid singleparent families were obtained as the survey objects. They were randomly divided into the training set (914 participants) and the verification set (228 participants) according to the ratio of 8∶2. The Chinese version of Beck depression Inventory (BDI) was used to evaluate depressive symptoms among adolescents from singleparent families in Jianyang City. The factors related of depressive symptoms in adolescents from singleparent families were analyzed, and a prediction model was established to verify the model and evaluate its effectiveness.
Results:
There were 158 adolescents (17.29%) in the training set and 43 adolescents (18.86%) in the verification set with depressive symptoms. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that learning stress (OR=4.31, 95%CI=1.67-11.13), Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CDRISC) score (OR=0.29, 95%CI=0.12-0.71) and Family Adaptability and Cohesion Scale (FACESⅡ) scores (OR=0.19, 95%CI=0.06-0.63) were all related factors the occurrence of depressive symptoms in adolescents from singleparent families (P<0.05). The results showed that the C-index was 0.80 (95%CI=0.75-0.80), and the correction curve for predicting the occurrence of depressive symptoms in singleparent families was close to the ideal curve (χ2=0.26, P>0.05). Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve results of the training set showed that the sensitivity and specificity of the nomogram model in predicting depressive symptoms in adolescents from singleparent families were 80.38% and 80.03% respectively, ROC area under the curve (AUC) was 0.84 (95%CI=0.76-0.92). The ROC curve results of the verification set showed that the sensitivity, specificity and AUC of histogram model to predict depressive symptoms in adolescents from singleparent families were 79.07%, 82.16% and 0.83 (95%CI=0.76-0.91).
Conclusions
Learning stress, mental resilience and family function are all factors that affect the occurrence of depressive symptoms in adolescents from single parent families in Jianyang City. Based on this, the early warning model can predict depressive symptoms in Jianyang City.

Osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF) can lead to lower back pain and may be even accompanied by scoliosis, neurological dysfunction and other complications, which will affect the daily activities and life quality of patients. Vertebral augmentation is an effective treatment method for OVCF, but it cannot correct unbalance of bone metabolism or improve the osteoporotic status, causing complications like lower back pain, limited spinal activities and vertebral refracture. The post-operative systematic and standardized rehabilitation treatments can improve curative effect and therapeutic efficacy of anti-osteoporosis, reduce risk of vertebral refracture, increase patient compliance and improve quality of life. Since there still lack relevant clinical treatment guidelines for postoperative rehabilitation treatments following vertebral augmentation for OVCF, the current treatments are varied with uneven therapeutic effect. In order to standardize the postoperative rehabilitation treatment, the Spine Trauma Group of the Orthopedic Branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association organized relevant experts to refer to relevant literature and develop the "Guideline for postoperative rehabilitation treatment following vertebral augmentation for osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (2022 version)" based on the clinical guidelines published by the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS) as well as on the principles of scientificity, practicality and advancement. The guideline provided evidence-based recommendations on 10 important issues related to postoperative rehabilitation treatments of OVCF.

Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2021;42(5):269-273
Objective:To evaluate the safety of pregnancy after kidney transplantation and summarize the optimal timing of pregnancy and the experience in the management during pregnancy and peripartum. Methods:A total of 25 kidney transplant recipients were pregnant during March 2013 to February 2020. A matched cohort of 75 general pregnant women wasincluded as control.Results:Twenty-five women successfully delivered healthy babies in the transplant group. The mean age at kidney transplantationwas (25.6 ±3.2) years old, and the mean interval between transplantation and conception was (54.0±23.1) months. 92% (23 / 25) of recipients had cesarean surgery and all infants were singletons.During pregnancy, the incidence of preeclampsia was significantly higher in the transplant group(20.0%VS. 1.3%, P=0.001)compared with matched control. Compared with pre-pregnancy, the serum creatinine levels of the recipients decreased in the second trimester( P<0.001)and increased in the third trimester( P=0.019), which was similar with the control group. In the third trimester, 40%(10/25)of recipients in the transplant group had proteinuria, which decreased to negative(5/10) or 1+ (4/10) within 6 months after delivery. No rejection occurred in all patients during pregnancy and 6 months after delivery. A higher dose of tacrolimus was needed to maintain the normal trough level after pregnancy, which returned to routine dose postpartum. Conclusions:Although the risk of pregnancy was higher in kidney transplant recipients than that in non-transplant women, the overall risk was acceptable. Strict screening of patients preparing for pregnancy, adjustment of immunosuppressive drugs, and multi-disciplinary collaboration are important for safe pregnancy and delivery.

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of full macular coverage micropulse laser in the treatment of refractory macular edema secondary to Irvine-Gass syndrome. Methods:A retrospective case study. From April 2018 to November 2019, 21 cases of Irvine-Gass syndrome patients with 24 eyes were included in the study. Among them, there were 11 females with 12 eyes and 10 males with 12 eyes; the average age was 54.5±10.1 years. All the affected eyes underwent best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) and optical coherence tomography (OCT) examination. BCVA was performed using a standard logarithmic visual acuity chart, and the results were converted into the logarithmic minimum angle of resolution (logMAR) visual acuity when recording. The frequency domain OCT instrument was used to measure the foveal retinal thickness (CMT) and the retinal volume (MRV) of the macular area with a diameter of 1, 6 mm. All the affected eyes were treated with a micropulse laser under the threshold of 577 nm, with a spot diameter of 200 μm, an exposure time of 200 ms, a power of 400 mW, and a 5% duty cycle. The treatment scope was in the upper and lower vascular arches of the macula, covering the entire macula (including the fovea). One or 3 months after treatment, the eyes with macular edema were treated twice with micropulse laser, the method was the same as before. 1, 3, and 6 months after the treatment, the same equipment and methods as before the treatment were used for related inspections. The changes of BCVA, CMT, MRV and the occurrence of complications in the affected eye were observed. Results:The average logMAR BCVA of the eyes before treatment and 1, 3, and 6 months after treatment were 0.440±0.320, 0.333±0.286, 0.250±0.245, 0.166±0.184, and the average CMT were 395.88±79.21, 349.17±78.07, 317.67±53.72, 285.29±37.03 μm, respectively; the average MRV of diameter 1, 6 mm were 0.310±0.063, 0.275±0.060, 0.245±0.035, 0.221±0.219 mm 3 and 9.866±0.846, 9.494±1.002, 9.005±0.885, 8.190±0.850 mm 3. Compared with before treatment, the BCVA of the eyes at 1, 3, and 6 months after treatment was significantly increased ( t=5.060, 5.564, 6.466), and CMT was significantly decreased ( t=4.854, 5.777, 7.349), and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.01); the average MRV of diameters 1, 6 mm decreased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant (1 mm diameter: t=4.527, 5.394, 7.380; P<0.01; diameter 6 mm: t=4.577, 7.980, 11.209; P<0.01). The average number of micropulse laser treatments for the affected eye was 1.25 times. Conclusion:Full macular coverage micropulse laser can safely and effectively treat refractory macular edema secondary to Irvine-Gass syndrome and can be used as an alternative treatment.
