Informed consent in psychological counseling is the first step for clients to initiate the counseling process, and the degree and effectiveness of informed consent are important factors that determine the subsequent effectiveness and development of psychological counseling. By elaborating on the connotation and importance of informed consent in psychological counseling, the ethical dilemmas of the issue of informed consent in psychological counseling were classified and summarized. There were ethical dilemmas, such as the lack of consensus, procedural guarantee mechanisms, special clients procedures and informed consent principles, as well as non-standard informed consent procedures in online psychological counseling. The paper also proposed to clarify the explanatory obligations of counselors, strengthen procedural ethical constraints, formulate special norms for informed consent for special subjects, and enhance the ethical education and capacity building of psychological counselors.

Carotenoids are secondary metabolite responsible for colored pigments in plants and microbes (Li et al., 2022). They are a class of C40 tetraterpenoids consisting of eight isoprenoid units, and can be classified into carotenes and xanthophylls on the basis of their functional groups (Saini et al., 2015). Carotenes can be linear (phytoene, phytofluene, and ζ-carotene) or branched (β-carotene and α-carotene). Xanthophylls comprise β,β-xanthophylls (β-cryptoxanthin, zeaxanthin, violaxanthins, and neoxanthin) and β,ε-xanthophylls (α-cryptoxanthin, α-carotene, and lutein). Citrus fruits are complex sources of carotenoids, which are the principal pigments responsible for the typical orange color of most types (Chen, 2020). The difference in total carotenoid content and the diversity of carotenoid isomer proportion also accounts for other colors of citrus fruits, such as yellow, red, and pink (Chen, 2020).

This paper aims to detect the antigens in porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) vaccines by high-performance size-exclusion chromatography (HPSEC) coupled with multi-angle laser light scattering (MALLS). With purified inactivated PCV2 and PCV2 virus-like particles (VLP) as references, two inactivated vaccines (a and b) and two VLP vaccines (c and d) for PCV2 from four manufacturers were analyzed by HPSEC-MALLS after demulsification. The antigen peaks in HPSEC-MALLS were identified by PCV2 antigen test strips, Western blotting and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The repeatability and linearity of the method were investigated. The results showed the virus antigens in the two inactivated vaccines were eluted at about 13.3 min in HPSEC. The molecular weight of these antigens was 2.61×106 (±4.34%) Da and 2.40×106 (±2.51%) Da, respectively, as calculated by MALLS. The antigen peaks of the two VLP vaccines also appeared at 13.3 min and the molecular weight was 2.09×106 (±2.94%) Da and 2.88×106 (±11.85%) Da, respectively, which was close to the theoretical molecular weight of PCV2. Moreover, an antigen peak of VLP vaccine c was observed at 11.4 min and the molecular weight was 4.37×106 (±0.42%) Da. The antigen was verified to be the dimer of VLP by TEM. Vaccine d and purified Cap VLP antigens were tested repeatedly, and the RSD of the peak area (n=3) was all < 1.5%, indicating that the method was repeatable. The purified VLP were diluted in serial and tested for linearity. The result suggested good linear relationship between the peak area of VLP or VLP aggregates and the protein concentration of the sample with R2 of 0.999 and 0.997, respectively. Thus, the method met the requirement for quantification and aggregate analysis. This method is accurate and efficient in in vitro quality evaluation and improvement of PCV2 vaccine.

A comprehensive profiling of the vaginal microbial communities and their variability enables an accurate description of the microbiome in women. However, there is a lack of studies available on Chinese women. In the present study, the composition of the vaginal microbiota during pregnancy and the 6-week postpartum period of 454 Chinese women was characterized by sequenc-ing the V3-V4 region of the 16S ribosomal RNA(rRNA)gene. The vaginal microbiome showed variations during pregnancy and the postpartum period based on the abortion history, hypertensive disorders, delivery mode, and maternal age.Co-variation of 22 bacterial taxa, including the Lacto-bacillus genus and two of its species, may account for the common characteristics of the vaginal microbiome under scenarios of different medical histories and pregnancy outcomes. In contrast,dis-criminant bacterial species were significantly different between women who had preterm birth(PTB)with and without premature rupture of membranes(PROM),and the community state type(CST)Ⅳ-A without any predominant Lactobacillus species in the microbiota was more prevalent during pregnancy in the PROM-PTB cases, suggesting that specific bacterial species could be considered to distinguish between different types of PTB.By providing data on Chinese women, this study will enrich the knowledge of the human microbiome and contribute to a better understanding of the association between the vaginal microbiome and reproductive health.

Objective:Our previous micro-array study revealed that long non-coding RNA (lncRNA), such as ENST00000538790 and NR_125790, were differently expressed in parathyroid carcinoma compared with those in parathyroid adenoma. Diagnostic value of lncRNAs (ENST00000538790 and NR_125790) and scoring models derived from these lncRNAs in parathyroid carcinoma were investigated in this study.Methods:Fifty-seven fresh tissue samples from patients with hyperparathyroidism were collected. Eleven patients were diagnosed with parathyroid carcinoma, while 46 patients were found with parathyroid adenoma. The expression levels of five lncRNAs (ENST00000511928, ENST00000538790, ENST00000618339, NR_125790, and ENST00000485384) were detected with realtime quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR). LncRNA scores were calculated using these lncRNAs, and their value in parathyroid carcinoma diagnosis were also assessed. Results:It was found that expression levels of ENST00000511928 and ENST00000538790 were up-regulated in parathyroid carcinoma compared with parathyroid adenoma ( P<0.05), while the levels of ENST00000618339, NR_125790, and ENST00000485384 were decreased in parathyroid carcinoma ( P<0.05). Among these lncRNAs, ENST00000538790 and NR_125790 were independent risk factors for parathyroid carcinoma ( P<0.05). Hence, "log score" and "logistic score" were calculated with ENST00000538790 and NR_125790 levels. The areas under the receiver operating characteristic curve for "log score" and "logistic score" were up to 0.935 and 0.943 respectively in parathyroid carcinoma ( P<0.05), and were found to be greater than those from single lncRNA or classic clinical indices, such as serum calcium ( P<0.05). Conclusion:LncRNA scores with lncRNA ENST00000538790 and NR_125790 may play potential role in diagnosis of parathyroid carcinoma.

Biosafety is an important guarantee of the new coronavirus laboratory test. The accident treatment of sample overflow and sprinkle is a necessary part of the emergency plan for testing activities. Beijing Preventive Medicine Association coordinated biosafety experts of COVID-19 laboratories from Beijing CDC, to write up "The standard for handling of accidents of corona virus disease 2019 sample (T/BPMA 0005-2020)" . The group standard was based on the guidelines of China and WHO, and combined with the practical experience of COVID-19 epidemic and the principle of "scientific, normative, applicable and feasible" . Through all kinds of risk Assessment, it included the spillover of samples caused by the packing of COVID-19 (highly pathogenic) samples, the overflow and sprinkle in the laboratory during the detection operation, and the spillage accident occurred during the transfer of samples in the same building. The standard could guide and standardize the handling methods of accidental overflow and sprinkle that may occur in the SARS-CoV-2 testing laboratories in the city.
