		                        			Objective: This cross-sectional investigation aimed to determine the incidence, clinical characteristics, prognosis, and related risk factors of olfactory and gustatory dysfunctions related to infection with the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron strain in mainland China. Methods: Data of patients with SARS-CoV-2 from December 28, 2022, to February 21, 2023, were collected through online and offline questionnaires from 45 tertiary hospitals and one center for disease control and prevention in mainland China. The questionnaire included demographic information, previous health history, smoking and alcohol drinking, SARS-CoV-2 vaccination, olfactory and gustatory function before and after infection, other symptoms after infection, as well as the duration and improvement of olfactory and gustatory dysfunction. The self-reported olfactory and gustatory functions of patients were evaluated using the Olfactory VAS scale and Gustatory VAS scale. Results: A total of 35 566 valid questionnaires were obtained, revealing a high incidence of olfactory and taste dysfunctions related to infection with the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron strain (67.75%). Females(χ2=367.013, P<0.001) and young people(χ2=120.210, P<0.001) were more likely to develop these dysfunctions. Gender(OR=1.564, 95%CI: 1.487-1.645), SARS-CoV-2 vaccination status (OR=1.334, 95%CI: 1.164-1.530), oral health status (OR=0.881, 95%CI: 0.839-0.926), smoking history (OR=1.152, 95%CI=1.080-1.229), and drinking history (OR=0.854, 95%CI: 0.785-0.928) were correlated with the occurrence of olfactory and taste dysfunctions related to SARS-CoV-2(above P<0.001). 44.62% (4 391/9 840) of the patients who had not recovered their sense of smell and taste also suffered from nasal congestion, runny nose, and 32.62% (3 210/9 840) suffered from dry mouth and sore throat. The improvement of olfactory and taste functions was correlated with the persistence of accompanying symptoms(χ2=10.873, P=0.001). The average score of olfactory and taste VAS scale was 8.41 and 8.51 respectively before SARS-CoV-2 infection, but decreased to3.69 and 4.29 respectively after SARS-CoV-2 infection, and recovered to 5.83and 6.55 respectively at the time of the survey. The median duration of olfactory and gustatory dysfunctions was 15 days and 12 days, respectively, with 0.5% (121/24 096) of patients experiencing these dysfunctions for more than 28 days. The overall self-reported improvement rate of smell and taste dysfunctions was 59.16% (14 256/24 096). Gender(OR=0.893, 95%CI: 0.839-0.951), SARS-CoV-2 vaccination status (OR=1.334, 95%CI: 1.164-1.530), history of head and facial trauma(OR=1.180, 95%CI: 1.036-1.344, P=0.013), nose (OR=1.104, 95%CI: 1.042-1.171, P=0.001) and oral (OR=1.162, 95%CI: 1.096-1.233) health status, smoking history(OR=0.765, 95%CI: 0.709-0.825), and the persistence of accompanying symptoms (OR=0.359, 95%CI: 0.332-0.388) were correlated with the recovery of olfactory and taste dysfunctions related to SARS-CoV-2 (above P<0.001 except for the indicated values). Conclusion: The incidence of olfactory and taste dysfunctions related to infection with the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron strain is high in mainland China, with females and young people more likely to develop these dysfunctions. Active and effective intervention measures may be required for cases that persist for a long time. The recovery of olfactory and taste functions is influenced by several factors, including gender, SARS-CoV-2 vaccination status, history of head and facial trauma, nasal and oral health status, smoking history, and persistence of accompanying symptoms.

		                        			 COVID-19 has been prevalent for three years. The virulence of SARS-CoV-2 is weaken as it mutates continuously. However, elderly patients, especially those with underlying diseases, are still at high risk of developing severe infections. With the continuous study of the molecular structure and pathogenic mechanism of SARS-CoV-2, antiviral drugs for COVID-19 have been successively marketed, and these anti-SARS-CoV-2 drugs can effectively reduce the severe rate and mortality of elderly patients. This article reviews the mechanism, clinical medication regimens, drug interactions and adverse reactions of five small molecule antiviral drugs currently approved for marketing in China, so as to provide advice for the clinical rational use of anti-SARS-CoV-2 in the elderly. 
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
4.Macrophage Polarization and Anti-tumor Mechanism of Chinese Medicine:A Review

		                        			Macrophages are natural immune cells with strong plasticity. The polarization of macrophages mainly responds to stimuli in the microenvironment by changing their phenotype and related functions. In recent years, studies have found that the polarization of macrophages is involved in the occurrence and development of various diseases such as bone arthritis, skin diseases, diabetes, coronary heart disease, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, and lung cancer, especially the metastasis of malignancies and drug resistance, through multiple signaling pathways, including nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB), c-Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK), protein kinase B (Akt), mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK), signal transducer and activator of transcription 6 (STAT6), Wnt/β-catenin, and mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) and regulatory factors, such as granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), interleukin (IL)-4, IL-10, transforming growth factor (TGF)-β, tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α, and interferon-γ(IFN-γ). Chinese medicine is also pivotal in the prevention and treatment of malignancies. In recent years, therefore, the specific anti-tumor mechanism of Chinese medicine and its active ingredients has become a research hotspot. The tumor microenvironment is crucial to the occurrence and development of tumors. The polarization of tumor-associated macrophages is involved in the proliferation, apoptosis, and metastasis of tumor cells. Therefore, targeted regulation of the polarization of tumor-associated macrophages is a potential target for clinical treatment of malignancies. Based on the research articles published in the past three years, this article reviewed macrophage polarization and the anti-tumor mechanism of Chinese medicine from four perspectives, i.e., macrophage polarization, related pathways and regulatory factors of macrophage polarization, macrophage polarization and breast cancer, colorectal cancer, and lung cancer, and macrophage polarization and anti-tumor effects of Chinese medicine, active ingredients of Chinese medicine, and self-formulated prescriptions/classic prescriptions. 		                        			Objective To evaluate the effects of antiretroviral therapy(ART)for the prevention of mother-to-child transmission(PMTCT)of acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)on the growth and development of 18-month-old children born by human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)-positive pregnant women in Lingshan County,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,and provide scientific evidence for improving the ART medication plan for PMTCT.Methods Lingshan County,ranking the first in the HIV-epidemic counties of Guangxi,was selected as the research site.According to the design of retrospective case-control study,we assigned all the subjects into the case group and the control group:(1)The case group included the HIV-positive pregnant women who had received ART for PMTCT and their HIV-negative infants in Lingshan County from 2010 to 2017.The historical cards and PMTCT data of them were collected from the national PMTCT database.(2)The control group included the healthy pregnant women and their healthy babies born in the Lingshan Maternity and Infant Hospital in 2017,and the children's growth and development data were collected.The stunted growth in children was defined as at least one of the three main indicators of body height,body weight,and head circumference below the normal range.Results The number of HIV-positive mothers and their infants in the case group was 391 and 368,respectively,and 87.21%(341/391)and 95.38%(351/368)of mothers and infants respectively received ART medication.The HIV positive rate,mortality rate,and mother-to-child transmission rate of 18-month-old children were 1.36%(5/368),4.35%(16/368),and 2.01%(5/249),respectively.The incidence of stunted growth of 18-month-old children in the case group and the control group was 42.12%(155/368)and 23.06%(101/438),respectively,with significant difference(

6.Case-control study on the Endobutton plate and clavicular hook plate for the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation.

		                        			OBJECTIVE:
		                        			To study the clinical efficacy and complications of Endobutton titanium plate and clavicle hook plate in the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation.
		                        		
		                        			METHODS:
		                        			Total 48 patients with Rockwood Ⅲ to Ⅴ acromioclavicular joint dislocation from March 2015 to May 2019 were retrospectively divided into two groups according to different surgical methods. Among the patients, 23 patients were treated with Endobutton loop titanium plate fixation (observation group), including 15 males and 8 females, ranging in age from 23 to 59 years old, with an average of(36.2±8.1) years old;Rockwood type Ⅲ in 6 cases, type Ⅳ in 11 cases and type Ⅴ in 6 cases. Twenty-five patients were treated with clavicular hook plate(control group), including 17 males and 8 females, ranging in age from 22 to 54 years old, with an average of (34.7±6.4) years old; Rockwood type Ⅲ in 6 cases, type Ⅳ in 14 cases and type Ⅴ in 5 cases. The operation time, intraoperative bleeding, hospitalization time, visual analogue scale (VAS) of pain, Constant-Murley score of shoulder function and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.
		                        		
		                        			RESULTS:
		                        			All the patients were followed up, and the duration ranged from 24 to 51 months, with a mean of (30.5±6.5) months. The amountof bleeding and hospitalization time in the observation group were (71.9±4.0) ml and(8.2±1.6) d respectively;and those in the control group were (97.6±13.4) ml and (12.8±1.2) d respectively. 		                        			CONCLUSION

Methods:During 2013-2018, commercial foods were randomly collected in Xiacheng District of Hangzhou City for lead content testing. In combination with lead test result and dietary consumption data, the margin of exposure (MOE) method was used to assess the exposure risk of dietary lead. Methods We randomly collected 293 aquatic products which belonged to six aquatic animals in the markets in Xiacheng District to determine the content of Cd. It was further evaluated by single factor pollution index(PI)according to the standard GB 2762-2017. In 11 samples of swimming crabs, Cd was examined in the different parts. 		                        			Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Chaihu Yueju decoction on model rats induced by chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS). Method:The 60 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Chaihu Yueju decoction low, medium and high-dose groups(0.3, 0.6, 1.2 g·kg-1) and fluoxetine hydrochloride group(0.2 mg·kg-1), 10 for each group. The model rats was established by chronic unpredictable mild stress for 5 weeks, and then Chaihu Yueju decoction and fluoxetine hydrochloride were given to the corresponding treatment group by gavage for 3 weeks. In the last week of gavage, Morris water maze training and testing were conducted. After the last day of gavage, sugar water preference and other behavioral experiment were tested. The sugar water preference test was used to detect the degree of pleasure deficiency in rats before and after treatment, the open field test was used to detect the depression of rats before and after treatment, the spatial memory ability was tested by Morris water maze. 10.Prognostic evaluation of P53 and BCL2 proteins in MYC/BCL2 double expression DLBCL.

		                        			Objective: To investigate the strong expression (S+) of P53 and BCL2 proteins in MYC/BCL2 double-expression DLBCL (DEL) and whether they can be used for the prognostic evaluation and stratified diagnosis of DELs. Methods: Tissue microarray were made by filed FFPE blocks of 174 DLBCL cases. The translocation of MYC, BCL2 and BCL6 genes were detected by FISH, and the proteins were detected by IHC. Data of clinicopathologic features and follow up of patients were collected and OS (overall survival) and PFS (progression free survival) were analyzed by statistics. Results: Eight double-hit lymphomas (DHLs) were identified in all cases, and 45 DELs were selected from 166 remaining cases, which have no significant difference in OS and PFS compared with non-DEL cases (P=0.668 and P=0.790) . Of 42 DEL-cases with follow up data, 24 cases with P53+ or/and BCL2 (S+) are significantly shorter OS and PFS than others (P=0.003 and P=0.000) , in which the cases with P53+/BCL2 (S+) co-expression were the worst prognosis, and P53/BCL2 co-weaker positive DEL cases even have superior OS and PFS than those non-DELs. Although statistics showed that the cases of P53+ or/and BCL2 (S+) have a lower OS and PFS in total cases (P=0.063 and P=0.024) , it is not the case when the DEL-cases take out from total cases, that is the cases with P53+ or/and BCL2 (S+) are as similar OS and PFS as others in non-DEL group (P=0.590 and P=0.550) . Conclusion: The strong expression of P53 and BCL2 proteins can be used as indicators of stratified diagnosis and poor prognosis of DEL.
