Sinisan is a classical prescription developed and applied by ancient medical experts and it is first recorded in the Treatise on Cold Damage written by ZHANG Zhongjing in the Eastern Han Dynasty. Later physicians have modified this prescription based on this original one. The bibliometrics methods were used to analyze the key information and research trend of Sinisan. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria， 69 pieces of effective data were extracted， involving 67 ancient traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） books. The results showed that the name， composition， and decocting methods of Sinisan in later generations were inherited from the original record in the Treatise on Cold Damage. The original plants of medicinal materials used in Sinisan are basically clear. We recommend Bupleuri Radix as the dried root of Bupleurem scorzonerifolium， Paeoniae Radix Alba as the dried root of Paeonia lactiflora， Aurantii Fructus as the dried fruit of Citrus aurantium， Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma as the dry root and rhizome of Glycyrrhiza uralensis. Raw materials of Bupleuri Radix and Paeoniae Radix Alba， Aurantii Fructus stir-fried with bran， and stir-fried Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma should be used for preparation of Sinisan. According to measurement system in the Han Dynasty， a bag of Sinisan is composed of 1.25 g Bupleuri Radix， 1.25 g Paeoniae Radix Alba， 1.25 g Aurantii Fructus， and 1.25 g Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma. The materials should be grounded into coarse powder and taken with a proper amount of rice soup， 3 times a day. Sinisan has the effects of regulating qi movement and harmonizing the liver and spleen. It can be used for treating reversal cold in limbs and cold damage. In modern clinical practice， Sinisan can be used to treat chronic gastritis， irritable bowel syndrome， and dyspepsia. The above research results provide scientific reference for the future research and development of Sinisan.

【Objective】 To evaluate the efficacy and safety of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors alone or in combination with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) compared with SSRIs alone in the treatment of comorbidity of erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). 【Methods】 The clinical randomized controlled trials of ED and PE comorbidity treated with PDE5 inhibitors alone or in combination with SSRIs were searched from database inception to Sep.2022, in CNKI, PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, Wanfang Database, cqVIP Database, SinoMed and Yiigle. The intravaginal ejaculatory latency time(IELT), score of International Index of Erectile Function 5 (IIEF-5) and adverse reaction rate were analyzed with RevMan 5.4.1 software. 【Results】 A total of9 studies involving 793 patients were included. Meta analysis showed that compared with SSRIs alone, PDE5 inhibitors alone or in combination with SSRIs yielded better results in IELT [MD=1.99, 95%CI(1.51-2.46), P<0.001] and higher IIEF-5 score [MD=4.61, 95%CI(3.68-5.55), P<0.001] , but no increase in adverse events [RR=0.99, 95%CI(0.74-1.31), P=0.92] . 【Conclusion】 In the treatment of ED and PE comorbidity, priority should be given to ED or both ED and PE, which can produce better efficacy without increasing the adverse effects.

Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing path with graph and text instructions (GTI) on health education to patients with complex retinal detachment.Methods Toally 76 inpatients with complex retinal detachment were enrolled in the study:38 of them hosptalized from March to August 2015 were put in the control group received routine treatment and the others hosptalized from September 2015 to March 2016 as the experiment group treated with GTI.The clinical outcomes were compared.Result The patients treated with GTI were better in the knowledge of the complex retinal detachment and moreover,they felt significantly more satisfied compared to that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion It is beneficial to use GTI in the patients with complex retinal detachment.GTI is effective for improving their knowledge on the disease,and increasing their satisfaction with the clinical nursing.
