Objective: To understand the relationship between residential neighborhood green space and mental health of middle school students, so as to provide a theoretical basis for mental health promotion among of middle school students at the level of residential environment. Methods: From October to December 2023, 1 258 students from three junior high schools and two general high schools in Panlong, Wuhua, Chenggong, and Guandu districts of Kunming City were selected by stratified cluster random sampling method. Conducting onsite questionnaire survey using the Mental Health Inventroy of Middle School students, residential neighborhood green space were evaluated using normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI). Analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis and linear regression analysis were used to analyze the relationship between as green space in residential neighborhoods and the mental health of middle school students. Results: The average mental health score of middle school students in Kunming was (2.02± 0.69 ), of which 447 (37.92%) had mild mental health problems, 107 (8.51%) had moderate mental health problems, and 12 ( 0.95% ) had more severe mental health problems. Mental health scores of middle school students varied significantly by gender, grade, and family income ( t/F =6.99, 7.15, 3.70, P <0.05). Correlation analysis showed that NDVI_250 m, NDVI_500 m, and NDVI_1 000 m were all negatively correlated with the total mental health scores of middle school students ( r =-0.07,-0.09, -0.10 , P <0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender, grade, NDVI_250 m, NDVI_500 m, and NDVI_1 000 m were infuencing factors on the mental health of middle school students( B =0.25，0.05，-0.47，-0.67，-0.78, P <0.05). Conclusions Mental health of middle school students in Kunming is related to green space in different buffer zones around residences. The mental health education of middle school students should be strengthened, especially for girls and senior students, optimizing resources to reduce pressure, and improving the quality of green space in residential communities to improve the mental health of adolescents.

Cystic echinococcosis (CE) is a zoonotic infection caused by Echinococcus granulosus larvae. It seriously affects the development of animal husbandry and endangers human health. Due to a poor understanding of the cystic fluid formation pathway, there is currently a lack of innovative methods for the prevention and treatment of CE. In this study, the protoscoleces (PSCs) in the encystation process were analyzed by high-throughput RNA sequencing. A total of 32,401 transcripts and 14,903 cDNAs revealed numbers of new genes and transcripts, stage-specific genes, and differently expressed genes. Genes encoding proteins involved in signaling pathways, such as putative G-protein coupled receptor, tyrosine kinases, and serine/threonine protein kinase, were predominantly up-regulated during the encystation process. Antioxidant enzymes included cytochrome c oxidase, thioredoxin glutathione, and glutathione peroxidase were a high expression level. Intriguingly, KEGG enrichment suggested that differentially up-regulated genes involved in the vasopressin-regulated water reabsorption metabolic pathway may play important roles in the transport of proteins, carbohydrates, and other substances. These results provide valuable information on the mechanism of cystic fluid production during the encystation process, and provide a basis for further studies on the molecular mechanisms of growth and development of PSCs.

Purpose To investigate the expression of cell cycle related protein including Cyclin D1,CDK4,p16 and IgH/CCND1 fusion gene in mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) and their relationship with each other.Methods The expression of cell cycle related protein including Cyclin D1,CDK4,p16 and IgH/CCND1 fusion gene were detected on the 40 cases of MCL (expreimental group) and 20 cases of reactive hyperplasia (control group) by using the combined detection of fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and immunohistochemistry of EnVision two methods.40 cases of MCL were confirmend by using gene rearrangement technique and immunohistochemistry.The threshold of IgH/CCND1 fusion gene of MCL was established in the control group.Results In the experimental group,Cyclin D1 protein positive expression rate was 100％,the positive expression of CDK4 protein rate was 87.50％,p16 protein positive expression rate was 17.50％.Positive rate of IgH/CCND1 fusion gene of 100％.These cell cycle related protein and IgH/CCND1 fusion gene were negative in the control group.Conclusion In MCL,Cyclin D1-CDK4-p16 pathway is consistent with the principle of tumor cell cycle regulation.The establishment of threshold value of IgH/CCND1 fusion gene by FISH technique may provide the basis for the judgement of FISH of the IgH/CCND1 in China.

Objective To study the protection of L-ascorbic acid on mouse embryonic fibroblasts(NIH/ 3T3) from carcinogenic effects caused by nickel smelting smoke subjects.Methods The NIH/3T3 cells were divided into experimental and L-ascorbic acid in the intervention group.Plus exposure group concentration of nickel refining dusts were formulate 0.00,25.00,50.00,100.00 μg/ml suspension,the intervention group on the basis of the added exposure group containing L-ascorbic acid (100 mmol/L),contacted.Then,the cell viability was detected by MTT assay,we used Calcein-AM fluorescence probe to detect cell mitochondrial permeability transition pore (MPTP) changes,JC-1 staining to observe and detect the cell mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) change,colorimetric quantitative to study the activity of mitochondrial respiratory chain complex Ⅰ,l,Ⅲ,Ⅳ.Results Upon 24 h incubation,both cell relative inhibition rate,openness of MPTP were increasing enhanced by different concentrations,on the other hand,MMP and the activity of mitochondrial respiratory chain complex Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅳ were obviously decreased,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After L-ascorbic acid intervention treatment,the results of the intervention group were lower than that of the exposure group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05),indicating the protection of L-ascorbic acid on cell mitochondrial from the nickel exposure damage.Conclusion The damage effects of nickel on NIH/3T3 cell mitochondrial was significantly enhanced with the increasing concentration,and L-ascorbic acid has certain protection on cellular mitochondrial.

Purpose To investigate the corre1ation of the epiderma1 growth factor receptor( EGFR)gene mutation and amp1ification and protein expression with occurrence and deve1opment of non-sma11 ce11 1ung cancer( NSCLC),and to exp1ore the re1ationship be-tween the mutation and amp1ification of EGFR gene and other c1inica1 patho1ogica1 parameters. Methods qRT-PCR,FISH and immu-nohistochemistry were used to detect EGFR gene(exons 18,19,20 and 21)mutation,amp1ification and protein expression in paraf-fin-embedded tissues of NSCLC. Results EGFR gene(exons 18,19,20 and 21)mutation rate was 58. 18%(32/55)in NSCLC with qRT-PCR techno1ogy,in which the occurrence rate of exon 19 de1etions and exon 21 mutation of L858R was 87. 50%(28/32). EGFR gene mutation rate was significant1y different in gender,smoking history and patho1ogica1 type(P<0. 01),but no statistica1 sig-nificance in age,1ymph node metastasis and TNM staging(P>0. 05). EGFR gene amp1ification rate was 23. 64%(13/55)and its protein expression rate was 70. 91%(39/55). Both EGFR gene mutation and amp1ification was c1ose1y corre1ated(P<0. 05),but the two states of EGFR gene and its protein expression had no corre1ation(P>0. 05). Conclusion EGFR gene mutation with high pro-tein expression of NSCLC is common1y found in fema1e,no-smoking and adenocarinoma patients,who are main candidates of a tyrosine kinase inhibitor( TKI)screening. EGFR gene mutation and amp1ification is typica11y corre1ated,but their consequence is unknown, which needs to be further investigated. EGFR gene mutation and amp1ification is not consistent with protein expression,its under1ying machanism is to be determined.

Objective To retrospectively analyze the effect of two kinds of biological agents in volume -re-duced bullae .Methods 11 patients who suffered from bullae were operated under large C-arm locating ,and infused two kinds of biological agents through micro catheter of fibreoptic bronchoscopy .All of them were randomly divided into the two groups .The biological agents in group A were fibrinogen and diluent thrombin , and that of group B was Porcine Fibrin Sealant Kit .In group A,the micro catheter with diameter of micro thread less than 1.2mm was placed in bullae through fibreoptic bronchoscope ,and then the 2mL lidocaine,5 ml fibrinogen,and double of 500u diluent thrombin were inproperorder injected through micro catheter .In group B,the Porcine Fibrin Sealant Kit was injected at the same method,and then the suspension fluid was exacted .The operation time was recorded ,and then the clinical efficacy and incidence rate of complications were compared .Results The operation time of group A was 5-15 minutes, and that of group B was 6-20 minutes.For all the patients ,4 cases were totally effective ,2 cases were significantly effective,and 2 cases were totally non-effective.The total effective rate was 81.82%(9/11).The incidence rates of common complications in group A and B were 52.38%(22/42),58.33%(14/24),respectively,the difference was not significant (χ2 =0.22,P>0.05).Moreover,there were no serious complications in all cases .Conclusion The security and effect of two kinds of biological agents might be well enough ,but in view of less cases ,they were worth to further popularized and applied in clinical practice .

Objective: To investigate the pathogenesis, exact nature, histologic feature of xanthogranulomatous interstitial nephritis (XGIN) as well as its significance in clinical medicine.Methods: The medical histories concerned were collected with diagnostic images including CT scanning,ultrasonography, intravenous urography ( IVU ) and laboratory data being synthesized by comparison with what was discovered during operations and pathologic examinations.Results: All patients were ever struck on their loins or backs by blunt violence over 4-12 years. The diseases were dinically diagnosed as "renal cancer" before, during and after operations, and treated with radical nephrectomy. Located at cortical parts, the tumor focus had penetrated the renal capsules and invaded other organs. However, immunohistochemistry demonstrated that the lesions were xanthogranulomas, not tumors, in which there were stacks of foam cells and lymphocytes with vast extends of fibrotic tissues obliterating the cortical interstitial structures. Urinary tracts yielded no bacterium,obstruction or calculus.Conclusions: XGIN is likely to be one kind of immunologic mediated granuloma following blunt renal trauma. It is imperative to clarify pathogenesis and character of this lesion so as to find out any approach to diagnosis and cure of such an unusual nephropathy.
