Objective:To study the infection of human rhinovirus, respiratory syncytial virus and human adenovirus in Jinan from April 2018 to March 2019, and analyze epidemiological characteristics of human adenovirus. Methods:All of 1969 nasopharyngeal swabs were collected from hospitalized patients with acute respiratory tract infections in The Fourth People’s Hospital of Jinan, Qilu Children′s Hospital of Shandong University, Peoples Hospital of Zhangqiu District from April 2018 to March 2019, fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect the positive rate of human rhinovirus, respiratory syncytial virus and human adenovirus. Seven adenovirus positive samples were isolated and examined by sequencing, then we determined adenovirus type, constructed gene phylogenetic trees for analysis. Results:Of the 1969 samples, 242 were positive, the total positive rate was 12.30% (242/1969), the positive rate was 3.00% (59/1969) for rhinovirus, 6.30% (124/1969) for respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), and 3.86% (76/1969) for adenovirus. There was no significant difference in the detective rate of rhinovirus in different age groups (Fisher′s exact test value =8.376, P=0.720), the positive rates of RSV and adenovirus in different age groups was statistically significant ( χ2=19.28, 12.16; P=0.001, 0.016). There was a statistically significant difference in the positive rate of adenovirus between different sexes ( χ2=14.33, P<0.001), and there was no statistically significant difference in the positive rate of rhinovirus and RSV between males and females ( χ2=0.30, 2.90, P=0.862, 0.089). Comparing the positive rates of viral nucleic acid in different months, we found that the positive rate of rhinovirus, RSV and adenovirus separately reached the highest in October, December and November (8.61%, 26.50% and 8.84%). We constructed a gene phylogenetic tree after seven positive samples of adenoviruses were sequenced, by the molecular typing method we detected that seven adenovirus-positive samples were all HAdV-2 type. Conclusions:By comparing the epidemiological trends of human rhinovirus, RSV and human adenovirus in Jinan from April 2018 to March 2019 in different ages, genders, and months, providing reference basis for the early prevention and clinical treatment of acute respiratory tract infection.

Objective To investigate the application method and effect of Levin's conservation model in nursing intervention for patients with cancer-related fatigue (CRF). Methods Totally 64 patients admitted into the Department of Medical Oncology, Qingdao Tumor Hospital from November 2015 to May 2016 were selected and divided into an observation group (32 patients) and a control group (32 patients) by random sampling. Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention, while patients in the observation group received nursing intervention under Levin's conservation model. The effect was evaluated with the simplified and revised fatigue scale, quality of life questionnaire and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI). Results After the intervention, the patients in the observation group showed a lower degree of fatigue than the patients in the control group (Z=-2.230,P< 0.05). In the evaluation of the quality of life, the patients in the observation group had higher scores in all dimensions than the patients in the control group (t=13.520, 14.630, 8.561, 11.983, 12.645; P< 0.05). The sleep quality index of the patients in the observation group was (4.9±0.8), lower than that of the patients in the control group [(8.5±0.9)] (t=-17.194,P< 0.05). Conclusions Levin's conservation model makes the development of nursing measures more targeted and practical, and it is worthy to be promoted and applied in clinical nursing.

Objective The study aimed to observe the clinical effects and the adverse reactions of recombinant mutant human tumor necrosis factor-alpha ( rhu-TNF) on the treatment of malignant pleural effusion ( MPE) induced by lung adenocarcinoma . Methods 70 patients with MPE caused by lung adenocarcinoma hospitalized in our department were chosen as the research objects . After conventional drainage of pleural effusion , the patients were divided into two groups according to the weight , respectively receiving intra pleural injection of 2 000 000 units and 3 000 000 units of rhu-TNF, followed by the observation of clinical effects and adverse reac-tions.A further retrospective analysis were made on the effects of dexamethasone injected before operation on clinical effects and ad -verse events. Results The effective rates of 2 000 000 unit group and 3 000 000 unit group were respectively 75.68%and 87.88%(P=0.23), with no statistical difference. The adverse reactions in the group of patients being injected dexamethasone before operation significantly reduced(P=0.021) and the use of dexamethasone had no influence on the efficacy of rhu-TNF ( P=0 .486 ) . Conclusion Rhu-TNF is a safe drug with high efficiency in the treatment of MPE induced by lung adenocarcinoma , and the efficacy and safety of re-peated application in clinic still need more supporting data .

Objective To analyze the clinical, radiological, pathological and microbiological features of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis (IPA) to improve clinical management. Methods Retrospective analysis of 20 pathologically and/or microbiologically confirmed IPA cases in our hospital from January 2005 to August 2008. Results Group A (with underlying diseases) included 13 patients (underlying malignancy in 9 patients, including 5 cases of hematological malignancy, COPD in 2 patients, pulmonary tuberculosis and bronchiectasis in 1 each). Group B (without underlying disease) included 7 patients (2 patients with a long time of fluffy toy contact, another 1 had exposure to moldy rice, and 3 had exposure to polluted water). All these 20 patients had pulmonary invasion revealed by CT imaging. Multiple changes were identified in 16 patients. Bilateral pulmonary infiltrates and/or consolidation were revealed in 7 patients. Multiple nodules were seen in 9 patients. Four patients had solitary lesions, including isolated nodules in 2 patients and segment consolidation in the other 2 patients. Pulmonary cavity without fluid level was found in 8 patients (40.0%). Eighteen cases received antifungal therapy. The overall efficacy rate was 55.6%. The efficacy rate in group A and B was 45.5% and 5/7 respectively. The average time to symptomatic relief was (12.0±2.8) days. The time to lung lesion improvement on CT was (17.4±2.9) days. The time to significant CT improvement was (34.3±9.9) days. The time to the resolution of active lesion was (56.4±6.2) days. Conclusions IPA may occur in immunocompetent patients without underlying disease. Most IPA patients have bilateral multiple pulmonary nodules and cavities on CT. The time to the resolution of active pulmonary lesions is about 6 weeks.

BACKGROUND:The aim of present study is to demonstrate that volatile oil of flos magnoliae biondii pamp(VOMbp) possess anti-immunology inflammatory property.OBJECTIVE:To explore the effect of VOMbp on adjuvant arthritis in rats.DESIGN:Grade sampling, randomized controlled quantitative analysis.SETTING:Teaching and Researching Department of Pharmacology,Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.MATERIALS:This study was carried out at the Teaching and Researching Department of Pharmacology,Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December to April in 1999. Totally 120 Wistar rats were involved.METHODS :Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups :model control group, 0.28 mL/kg and 0.14 mL/kg VOMbp group, and 25 mg/kg dex-amethasone group. Allergy were induced in all rats through intra-cutaneous injection of Freund's adjuvant (0.1 mL/rat)at metatarsus so as to establish multiple arthritis model in rat. According to different dosage, the experiments were carried out in three batches with 10 rats in each group.Rats in the first batch were given VOMbp three days before inducing allergy for consecutwe 3 days,in order to observe the influence of VOMbp on adjuvant induced acute non-specific inflammatory;Rats in the second batch were given VOMbp on the 8th day sensitization allergy for consecutive 7days so as to explore the protective effect on secondary pathological changes;rats in the third batch were administratedon the 19th day after sensitization for consecutive 7 days for study in therapeutic effect on sec ondary pathological changes. Meanwhile foot tumefaction and the level of prostaglandin E2in ankle arthritis were observed.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: ① Effect of VOMbp on the adjuvant induced acute non-specific inflammatory. ② Preventive effect on adjuvant arthritis. ③ Therapeutic effect on adjuvant arthritis.RESULTS :① VOMbp could significantly suppress the primary foot tume faction. ②Moreover VOMbp of preventive dosage could most significantly suppress the secondary arthritis tumefaction [(0.231±0.065)mL of 0.28 mL/kg group and ( 0.206±0.082 ) mL of 0.14 mL/kg group] ,accompanied by PG-E2 decrement in tumefaction tissues [(0.133 2±0.057 2), (0.138 5 ±0.042 6)OD278nm correspondingly].③ No obvious effect of VOMbp of therapeutic dosage on secondary inflammatory tumefatcion of arthritis could be observed in 0.14 mL/kg group, but obvious decrement of prostaglandin E2 could be observed in edema tissue; While 0.28 mL/kg VOMbp exerted most significant or significant influence on above parameters. CONCLUSION:VOMbp possess inhibiting effect on Freund's adjuvant induced primary foot tumefaction and secondary arthritis, with the preventive effect better than therapeutic effects. The therapeutic effect was proved better in higher dosage group.
