		                        			BACKGROUND:
		                        			The effects of acupuncture have varied in different randomized controlled trials (RCTs), and there are many factors that influence treatment effect of acupuncture in different outcomes, with conflicting results.
		                        		
		                        			OBJECTIVE:
		                        			To identify factors and their impact on the treatment effect of acupuncture in different outcomes.
		                        		
		                        			METHODS:
		                        			Acupuncture RCTs were searched from 7 databases including Medline (PubMed), Embase, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Database, VIP Database, and China Biology Medicine disc between January 1st, 2015 and December 31st, 2019. Eligible studies must compare acupuncture to no acupuncture, sham acupuncture, or waiting lists, and report at least 1 patient-important outcome. A multi-level meta-regression was conducted using a 3-level robust mixed model and univariate analyses were performed for all independent variables, even those excluded from the multivariable model due to collinearities. We used thresholds of 0.2 and 0.4 for the difference of standardized mean differences (SMDs), categorising them as small (<0.2), moderate (0.2-0.4), or large (>0.4) effects.
		                        		
		                        			RESULTS:
		                        			The pain construct analysis involved 211 effect estimates from 153 studies and 14 independent variables. High-frequency acupuncture treatment sessions produced larger effects compared to low-frequency sessions [large magnitude, the difference of adjusted SMDs 0.46, 95% confidence interval (CI) 0.07 to 0.84; P=0.02]. The non-pain symptoms construct analysis comprised 323 effect estimates from 231 studies and 15 independent variables. Penetrating acupuncture showed moderately larger effects when compared to non-penetrating acupuncture (0.30, 95% CI 0.06 to 0.53; P=0.01). The function construct analysis included 495 effect estimates from 274 studies and 14 independent variables. Penetrating acupuncture and the flexible acupuncture regimen showed moderately larger effects, compared to non-penetrating acupuncture and fixed regimen, respectively (0.40, 95% CI 0 to 0.80; P=0.05; 0.29, 95% CI 0.06 to 0.53; P=0.01).
		                        		
		                        			CONCLUSIONS
		                        			High-frequency acupuncture sessions appear to be a more effective approach to managing painful symptoms. Penetrating acupuncture demonstrated greater effect in relieving non-painful symptoms. Both penetrating acupuncture type and flexible acupuncture regimen were linked to significant treatment effects in function outcomes. 6.Exploration of the Acupoint Selection Rules of Acupuncture for the Treatment of Tic Disorders in Children Based on Data Mining Techniques

		                        			Objective To analyze the acupoint selection rules of acupuncture for the treatment of tic disorders in children based on data mining techniques.Methods A computerized search was conducted for the clinical research literature on acupuncture treatment of tic disorders in children included in the CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,SinoMed,and PubMed databases from January 1992 to December 2022.A database was established by Excel 2019 to count the commonly used treatment methods and analyze the high-frequency application methods acupuncture(high-frequency acupoints,channel entry of acupoints,acupoint association rules,and acupoint clustering),auricular point seed-pressing(high-frequency auricular points,and acupoint association rules),and the high frequency division of cluster needling of scalp point.Results A total of 190 valid literature articles were included,involving 270 acupuncture prescriptions;among them,184 acupoints were counted in the acupuncture method,with a total application frequency of 1 906 times,and the high-frequency application of the acupoints in descending order were Baihui(DU20),Taichong(LR3),Fengchi(GB20),Hegu(LI4),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Neiguan(PC6),Shenmen(HT7),Zusanli(ST36),Yintang(EX-HN3),Sishencong(EX-HN1);and the high-frequency meridians were governor vessol,foot taiyang stomach meridian,foot taiyang stomach meridian,foot shaoyang gallbladder meridian,hand taiyang large intestine meridian,foot taiyang bladder meridian,foot jueyin gallbladder meridian;three sets of strong association rules and five clusters of acupoints were analyzed by SPSS modeler 18.0 and IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 software.There were 29 acupoints of auricular point seed-pressing,application total frequency was 206 times,high-frequency application of auricular points in descending order of Shenmen(HT7),liver,heart,subcortex,kidney;four groups of acupoint strong association rules were obtained through the analysis of SPSS modeler 18.0 software.A total of 14 zones were involved in the application of cephalic acupoint plexus zoning,of which the high-frequency zones were parietal anterior temporal diagonal,parietal parietal 1,and chorea tremor control zone.Conclusion Acupuncture treatment of tic disorders in children,according to its pathogenesis(liver hyperactivity,kidney depletion,spleen deficiency,phlegm disturbance,etc.)and tic site,select acupoints compatibility,and mostly choose yang meridian acupoints,which is related to the nature and treatment characteristics of wind pathogen.Children's tic disorders are closely related to emotional disorders,therefore acupuncture and auricular acupoints all emphasize the method of soothing the liver and clearing the heart,and regulating the emotional state.Cluster needling of scalp point mostly used parietal temporal anterior oblique line,parietal 1 line,and dance tremor control area for the treatment of tic disorders.For children,auricular point seed-pressing and cluster needling of scalp point has the minimun of pain,the effect of treatment is long,and it is not easy to have dangerous situations such as bent needle,broken needle and so on.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
7.Analysis of HPV infection and genotype distribution among 1 658 male reproductive health outpatients

		                        			Objective To investigate the human papillomavirus(HPV)infection and genotype distribution characteristics among male reproductive health outpatients,and to compare the differences among different age groups of outpatients.Methods A total of 1 658 males,visited in the Affiliated Hospital of Shanghai Institute of Planned Parenthood Research from 2018 to 2022,were selected and 23 HPV genotypes were detected by PCR-reverse dot hybridization.Results Among the 1 658 subjects,the overall HPV infection rate was 22.50%.Single infection accounted for 66.76%,which was the main infection type.HPV infection among different age groups were statistically significant(P<0.001),with HPV infection of 16.83%,22.87%,34.63%,and 29.35%for 18-30,31-40,41-50,and≥51 years,respectively.The top 5 high risk HPV genotypes were HPV52(3.56%),HPV16(3.26%),HPV39(2.41%),HPV51(2.17%),HPV58(2.17%),and the top 1 low risk HPV genotype was HPV81(2.90%).The proportions of infected individuals in this study that could be completely covered by bivalent,quadrivalent,and nine-valent HPV vaccines were 7.77%,12.33%,and 26.27%,respectively.Conclusion The predominant infection type among male reproductive health outpatients was single infection type.HPV 52,16,39,51 and 58 were the most common high risk genotypes,while HPV 81 was the most common low risk genotype.Individuals aged 41-50 years had the highest HPV infection rate.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
8.Effect of stage Ⅰ comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation in patients with acute ST elevation myocardial infarctionafter emergency percutaneous coronary intervention

		                        			Objective This study aimed to investigate the effect of stage Ⅰ comprehensive cardiac rehabili-tation in patients with acute ST elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 72 patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction combined with PCI admitted to the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Beijing Electric Power Hospital of State Grid Corporation from June 2021 to June 2022,which were selected as the research objectsand divided into control group and observation group randomly(36 cases in each group).The control group was treated with routine nursing and health education,and the observation group with stage Ⅰ comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation,including initial assessment(cardiovascular comprehensive assessment),exercise training(exercise training and breathing train-ing),daily activity suggestions and health education,discharge assessment(six-minute walking test and Barthel index assessment).The score of Barthel index(BI)at discharge,the 6-minute walking test distance(6MWD)at discharge,the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular event(MACE)during hospitalization and within one month of discharge,and the length of stay were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the six-minute walking test distance(6MWD)and Barthel index(BI)score in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)during hospitalization and one month after discharge was lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of hospital-ization in observation group was lower than that in control groupbut there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of phase Ⅰ comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation training in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction combined with emergency PCI could improve the patients'exercise ability,improve their ability of daily activity,reduce the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)in the early stage of the disease,facilitate the patients to return to their families and society as soon as possible,and improve their quality of life.It has high clinical application value.

		                        			Objective:To study the current status of longitudinal extrauterine growth restriction (EUGR) in extremely preterm infants (EPIs) and to develop a prediction model based on clinical data from multiple NICUs.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018, EPIs admitted to 32 NICUs in North China were retrospectively studied. Their general conditions, nutritional support, complications during hospitalization and weight changes were reviewed. Weight loss between birth and discharge > 1SD was defined as longitudinal EUGR. The EPIs were assigned into longitudinal EUGR group and non-EUGR group and their nutritional support and weight changes were compared. The EPIs were randomly assigned into the training dataset and the validation dataset with a ratio of 7∶3. Univariate Cox regression analysis and multiple regression analysis were used in the training dataset to select the independent predictive factors. The best-fitting Nomogram model predicting longitudinal EUGR was established based on Akaike Information Criterion. The model was evaluated for discrimination efficacy, calibration and clinical decision curve analysis.Results:A total of 436 EPIs were included in this study, with a mean gestational age of (26.9±0.9) weeks and a birth weight of (989±171) g. The incidence of longitudinal EUGR was 82.3%(359/436). Seven variables (birth weight Z-score, weight loss, weight growth velocity, the proportion of breast milk ≥75% within 3 d before discharge, invasive mechanical ventilation ≥7 d, maternal antenatal corticosteroids use and bronchopulmonary dysplasia) were selected to establish the prediction model. The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of the training dataset and the validation dataset were 0.870 (95% CI 0.820-0.920) and 0.879 (95% CI 0.815-0.942), suggesting good discrimination efficacy. The calibration curve indicated a good fit of the model ( P>0.05). The decision curve analysis showed positive net benefits at all thresholds. Conclusions:Currently, EPIs have a high incidence of longitudinal EUGR. The prediction model is helpful for early identification and intervention for EPIs with higher risks of longitudinal EUGR. 10.Analysis of long-term prognosis and risk factors in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy

		                        			Objective:To investigate the risk factors and long-term prognosis of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACEs) in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM).Methods:This study was a single-center retrospective cohort study. Clinical information from 300 patients with DCM hospitalized in Peking Union Medical College Hospital from April 2013 to April 2023 was collected. Based on echocardiography results, the patients were divided into two groups: isolated DCM and DCM with left ventricular non-compaction cardiomyopathy (LVNC). The MACEs, including major heart failure events, severe ventricular arrhythmias, and cardiovascular death, were recorded by outpatient or telephone follow-up. Univariate and multivariate Cox proportional hazard regression models were used to analyze the risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with DCM. Kaplan-Meier curve and log-rank were used for survival analysis to compare the difference in the incidence of cardiovascular events between the two groups.Results:The included 300 DCM patients were (47.8±16.8) years old, with 197 males (65.7%), of which 237 (79.0%) were isolated DCM and 63 (21.0%) were DCM with LVNC. The follow-up time was 4.0 (1.9, 6.2) years. A total of 142 (47.3%) MACEs occurred, including 117 (39.0%) major heart failure events, 20 (6.7%) severe ventricular arrhythmia events, and 53 (17.7%) cardiovascular death events. Multivariate Cox proportional hazard regression analysis showed that increased left ventricular end-diastolic diameter ( HR=1.21, 95% CI: 1.01-1.44, P=0.042), moderate or severe mitral regurgitation ( HR=1.71, 95% CI: 1.19-2.47, P=0.004), increased ln (N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide) ( HR=1.30, 95% CI: 1.10-1.54, P=0.002) were independent risk factors for dverse cardiovascular events in DCM patients, and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI)/angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB)/angiotensin receptor neprilysin inhibitor (ARNI) treatment ( HR=0.45, 95% CI: 0.26-0.78, P=0.004) was independent protective factor. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis found no significant difference in the risk of MACEs between isolated DCM and DCM with LVNC ( P=0.22). Similarly, there were no significant differences in the incidence of major heart failure, severe ventricular arrhythmia, and cardiovascular death between the two groups (all P>0.05). Conclusion:An increase in left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, moderate or severe mitral regurgitation, elevated N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide, and non use of ACEI/ARB/ARNI are independent predictors of cardiovascular events in DCM patients. There was no significant risk of MACEs in patients with isolated DCM and DCM with LVNC, and suggested that LVNC may be a unique phenotype and should be accurately managed in combination with genetic background.
