Purpose/Significance To discuss the new demands and scenarios of disease prevention and control informatization brought about by emerging information technologies,and to provide references for the deep integration of information technology and the modernization of disease prevention and control system.Method/Process The paper analyzes the exploratory applications of emerging in-formation technologies in electronic medical record and disease report intelligent analysis,regional syndrome monitoring,large-scale dis-ease investigation and auxiliary epidemiological investigation,multi-channel monitoring and early warning,portable individual soldier communication under health emergency,and expounds the causes of problems that have not yet formed a systematic construction situation.Result/Conclusion Suggestions on the future development of modern disease prevention and control informatization are put forward to pro-vide technical support for improving public health service capabilities and innovating business changes.

The concept,connotation and extension,goals and tasks of the discipline of Chinese medicinal materials resource chem-istry have been proposed and developed for 20 years.Looking back at the 20-year construction and development process,continuous exploration and innovative practice have been carried out around the scientific production and effective utilization of traditional Chinese medicinal materials.The theoretical connotation has been further enriched,the research mode has been further improved,and the tech-nical system has been further expanded.A series of research results have been formed and promoted for application,serving the high-quality development of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials industry,and contributing to the improvement of quality,efficiency,and green development of the entire industry chain of Chinese medicinal resources.However,with the rapid growth of Chinese medici-nal materials industry and the continuous expansion and extension of the industry chain,the waste and by-products generated in the production process of Chinese medicinal agriculture and industry are increasing day by day,causing resource waste and environmental pollution,which has become a new major problem facing the development of the industry.This article focuses on the establishment and case analysis of a model for the full industry chain recycling and low-carbon green development of Chinese medicinal materials,as well as the creation of an ecological industry demonstration park for the recycling of Chinese medicinal materials.It showcases the phased a-chievements made in recent years,aiming to provide demonstration and reference for the low-carbon and green transformation of the Chinese medicinal materials industry from a linear economy model to a circular economy model.It provides reference for improving the efficiency of Chinese medicinal materials utilization and creating new quality productivity,and helps promote low-carbon and green de-velopment in the field of Chinese medicinal materials industry.
3.Group cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia in the treatment of comorbid insomnia and obstructive sleep apnea: a case report

This article reported a patient who initially presented with insomnia complaints and was subsequently diagnosed with severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) on polysomnography (PSG). The patient tried continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP)but gave up because wear the ventilator made it more difficult to fall asleep. Then the patient only received group cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), which not only alleviated insomnia severity but also promoted severe OSA into mild status. Such case suggested that, firstly, due to the high comorbidity of insomnia and OSA, evaluation of OSA should be considered a part worth enough attention of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of insomnia patients. Secondly, by relieving insomnia, CBT-I can alleviate both nocturnal apnea and daytime somnolence in patients with comorbid insomnia and sleep apnoea (COMISA), so the application of CBT-I should be emphasized in the treatment of such patients. Objective To examine the changing antimicrobial resistance profile of Enterobacter spp.isolates in 53 hospitals across China from 2015 t0 2021.Methods The clinical isolates of Enterobacter spp.were collected from 53 hospitals across China during 2015-2021 and tested for antimicrobial susceptibility using Kirby-Bauer method or automated testing systems according to the CHINET unified protocol.The results were interpreted according to the breakpoints issued by the Clinical & Laboratory Standards Institute(CLSI)in 2021(M100 31st edition)and analyzed with WHONET 5.6 software.Results A total of 37 966 Enterobacter strains were isolated from 2015 to 2021.The proportion of Enterobacter isolates among all clinical isolates showed a fluctuating trend over the 7-year period,overall 2.5%in all clinical isolates amd 5.7%in Enterobacterale strains.The most frequently isolated Enterobacter species was Enterobacter cloacae,accounting for 93.7%(35 571/37 966).The strains were mainly isolated from respiratory specimens(44.4±4.6)%,followed by secretions/pus(16.4±2.3)%and urine(16.0±0.9)%.The strains from respiratory samples decreased slightly,while those from sterile body fluids increased over the 7-year period.The Enterobacter strains were mainly isolated from inpatients(92.9%),and only(7.1±0.8)%of the strains were isolated from outpatients and emergency patients.The patients in surgical wards contributed the highest number of isolates(24.4±2.9)%compared to the inpatients in any other departement.Overall,≤ 7.9%of the E.cloacae strains were resistant to amikacin,tigecycline,polymyxin B,imipenem or meropenem,while ≤5.6%of the Enterobacter asburiae strains were resistant to these antimicrobial agents.E.asburiae showed higher resistance rate to polymyxin B than E.cloacae(19.7%vs 3.9%).Overall,≤8.1%of the Enterobacter gergoviae strains were resistant to tigecycline,amikacin,meropenem,or imipenem,while 10.5%of these strains were resistant to polycolistin B.The overall prevalence of carbapenem-resistant Enterobacter was 10.0%over the 7-year period,but showing an upward trend.The resistance profiles of Enterobacter isolates varied with the department from which they were isolated and whether the patient is an adult or a child.The prevalence of carbapenem-resistant E.cloacae was the highest in the E.cloacae isolates from ICU patients.Conclusions The results of the CHINET Antimicrobial Resistance Surveillance Program indicate that the proportion of Enterobacter strains in all clinical isolates fluctuates slightly over the 7-year period from 2015 to 2021.The Enterobacter strains showed increasing resistance to multiple antimicrobial drugs,especially carbapenems over the 7-year period.
5.The impact and in vitro mechanisms of frozen stored platelet-rich plasma on wound repair

Objective To evaluate the effects and mechanisms of frozen-thawed platelet-rich plasma(PRP)stored at-80 ℃ on wound healing-related cells.Furthermore,to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of using cryopre-served PRP at low temperatures for promoting wound healing.Methods Using non-activated fresh PRP,calcium-activated fresh PRP,and post-thawed PRP,co-cultured with macrophages,fibroblasts,and vascular endothelial cells,the study measured and compared the expression of polarization and inflammatory factors associated with macropha-ges,as well as cell migration and proliferation rates,among other indicators,to analyze the effects of PRP on macro-phage polarization,inflammation,and cell proliferation.Results Compared with the control group,post-cryopre-served PRP at ultra-low temperatures resulted in decreased expression of M1-like polarized macrophage gene iNOS(P<0.000 1),reduced NO secretion(P<0.001),increased urea content(P<0.000 1),decreased M1-related inflammatory factor tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)(P<0.001),and decreased secretion of white blood cell interleukin(IL)-1(P<0.001);M2-related anti-inflammatory factor IL-10 secretion levels increased(P<0.01),and IL-12 secretion increased(P<0.05)Furthermore,co-culturing with frozen-thawed PRP significantly promoted cell migration and enhanced vascular formation efficiency,surpassing the effects of fresh PRP and being comparable to activated PRP(P<0.01).Cell viability assays and CCK-8 proliferation experiments also showed a significant in-crease in the proliferation rates of L929 and HUVEC co-cultured with frozen-thawed PRP(P<0.01).Conclusion After being cryopreserved at-80 ℃,PRP has been proven to significantly enhance cell migration,differentia-tion,and proliferation capabilities,while inhibiting the production of inflammatory factors and promoting M2 polari-zation of macrophages.Therefore,low-temperature cryopreservation can be considered as an effective method for PRP preservation.
6.Mechanism of Wuling Capsules against hepatic fibrosis based on network pharmacology and animal experiments.

The present study aimed to explore the underlying mechanism of Wuling Capsules in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis(HF) through network pharmacology, molecular docking, and animal experiments. Firstly, the chemical components and targets of Wuling Capsules against HF were searched from Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP), Traditional Chinese Medicines Integrated Database(TCMID), GeneCards, and literature retrieval. The protein-protein interaction(PPI) network analysis was carried out on the common targets by STRING database and Cytoscape 3.9.1 software, and the core targets were screened, followed by Gene Ontology(GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) pathway enrichment analyses. Enrichment analysis was conducted on the core targets and the "drug-core component-target-pathway-disease" network was further constructed. Subsequently, molecular docking between core components and core targets was conducted using AutoDock Vina software to predict the underlying mechanism of action against HF. Finally, an HF model induced by CCl_4 was constructed in rats, and the general signs and liver tissue morphology were observed. HE and Masson staining were used to analyze the liver tissue sections. The effects of Wuling Capsules on the levels of inflammatory factors, hydroxyproline(HYP) levels, and core targets were analyzed by ELISA, RT-PCR, etc. A total of 445 chemical components of Wuling Capsules were screened, corresponding to 3 882 potential targets, intersecting with 1 240 targets of HF, and 47 core targets such as TNF, IL6, INS, and PIK3CA were screened. GO and KEGG enrichment analysis showed that the core targets mainly affected the process of cell stimulation response and metabolic regulation, involving cancer, PI3K-Akt, MAPK, and other signaling pathways. Molecular docking showed that the core components of Wuling Capsules, such as lucidenic acid K, ganoderic acid B, lucidenic acid N, saikosaponin Q2, and neocryptotanshinone, had high affinities with the core targets, such as TNF, IL6 and PIK3CA. Animal experiments showed that Wuling Capsules could reduce fat vacuole, inflammatory infiltration, and collagen deposition in rat liver, decrease the levels of inflammatory cytokines TNF-α, IL-6, and HYP, and downregulated the expressions of PI3K and Akt mRNA. This study suggests that the anti-HF effect of Wuling Capsules may be achieved by regulating the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, reducing the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 inflammatory factors, and inhibiting the excessive deposition of collagen.

7.Bioinformatics analysis of sterol O⁃acyltransferase 1 gene related to hepatocellular carcinoma

Abstract:Objective To predict the structure and function of sterol O⁃acyltransferase 1(SOAT1)related to hepatocellular
carcinoma(HCC)by using bioinformatics tools,in order to understand its mechanism as the marker and therapeutic target
of S⁃Ⅲ subtype. Methods The structure,function and protein interaction of SOAT1 were predicted and analyzed by using
databases or softwares such as NCBI,STRING,Protscale,SignalP,TMHMM,PSORT,SOPMA,SWISS ⁃ MODEL,
NetNGlyc,NetOGlyc,Netphos and ProtParam. Results The protein encoded by SOAT1 was a hydrophobic protein with
good stability,which was a nonclassical pathway protein with 8 transmembrane regions,mainly distributed among the
cell membrane. SOAT1 was expressed in many tissues,while most of them in the adrenal gland,which showed multiple
phosphorylation sites and was mainly involved in the synthesis and catabolism of cholesterol. Conclusion Bioinformatics
analysis of structure and function of SOAT1 showed that SOAT1 lipid synthesis and catabolism pathways played an important
role,and lipid expression was closely related to the development of cancer,indicating that the treatment of HCC may be
achieved by regulating the expression of SOAT1 gene.

Objectives: To investigated the safety and efficacy of treating patients with acute non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) and elevated levels of N-terminal pro-hormone B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) with levosimendan within 24 hours of first medical contact (FMC). Methods: This multicenter, open-label, block-randomized controlled trial (NCT03189901) investigated the safety and efficacy of levosimendan as an early management strategy of acute heart failure (EMS-AHF) for patients with NSTEMI and high NT-proBNP levels. This study included 255 patients with NSTEMI and elevated NT-proBNP levels, including 142 males and 113 females with a median age of 65 (58-70) years, and were admitted in the emergency or outpatient departments at 14 medical centers in China between October 2017 and October 2021. The patients were randomly divided into a levosimendan group (n=129) and a control group (n=126). The primary outcome measure was NT-proBNP levels on day 3 of treatment and changes in the NT-proBNP levels from baseline on day 5 after randomization. The secondary outcome measures included the proportion of patients with more than 30% reduction in NT-proBNP levels from baseline, major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) during hospitalization and at 6 months after hospitalization, safety during the treatment, and health economics indices. The measurement data parameters between groups were compared using the t-test or the non-parametric test. The count data parameters were compared between groups using the χ² test. Results: On day 3, the NT-proBNP levels in the levosimendan group were lower than the control group but were statistically insignificant [866 (455, 1 960) vs. 1 118 (459, 2 417) ng/L, Z=-1.25,P=0.21]. However, on day 5, changes in the NT-proBNP levels from baseline in the levosimendan group were significantly higher than the control group [67.6% (33.8%,82.5%)vs.54.8% (7.3%,77.9%), Z=-2.14, P=0.03]. There were no significant differences in the proportion of patients with more than 30% reduction in the NT-proBNP levels on day 5 between the levosimendan and the control groups [77.5% (100/129) vs. 69.0% (87/126), χ²=2.34, P=0.13]. Furthermore, incidences of MACE did not show any significant differences between the two groups during hospitalization [4.7% (6/129) vs. 7.1% (9/126), χ²=0.72, P=0.40] and at 6 months [14.7% (19/129) vs. 12.7% (16/126), χ²=0.22, P=0.64]. Four cardiac deaths were reported in the control group during hospitalization [0 (0/129) vs. 3.2% (4/126), P=0.06]. However, 6-month survival rates were comparable between the two groups (log-rank test, P=0.18). Moreover, adverse events or serious adverse events such as shock, ventricular fibrillation, and ventricular tachycardia were not reported in both the groups during levosimendan treatment (days 0-1). The total cost of hospitalization [34 591.00(15 527.46,59 324.80) vs. 37 144.65(16 066.90,63 919.00)yuan, Z=-0.26, P=0.80] and the total length of hospitalization [9 (8, 12) vs. 10 (7, 13) days, Z=0.72, P=0.72] were lower for patients in the levosimendan group compared to those in the control group, but did not show statistically significant differences. Conclusions: Early administration of levosimendan reduced NT-proBNP levels in NSTEMI patients with elevated NT-proBNP and did not increase the total cost and length of hospitalization, but did not significantly improve MACE during hospitalization or at 6 months.

10.The role of Keap1/Nrf2/HO-1 signal pathway in liver injury induced by rare earth neodymium oxide in mice.

Objective: To investigate the role of Keap1/Nrf2/HO-1 signaling pathway in liver injury induced by neodymium oxide (Nd(2)O(3)) in mice. Methods: In March 2021, forty-eight SPF grade healthy male C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into control group (0.9% NaCl), low dose group (62.5 mg/ml Nd(2)O(3)), medium dose group (125.0 mg/ml Nd(2)O(3)), and high dose group (250.0 mg/ml Nd(2)O(3)), each group consisted of 12 animals. The infected groups were treated with Nd(2)O(3) suspension by non-exposed tracheal drip and were killed 35 days after dust exposure. The liver weight of each group was weighed and the organ coefficient was calculated. The content of Nd(3+) in liver tissue was detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). HE staining and immunofluorescence was used to observe the changes of inflammation and nuclear entry. The mRNA expression levels of Keap1, Nrf2 and HO-1 in mice liver tissue were detected by qRT-PCR. Western blotting was used to detect the protein expression levels of Keap1 and HO-1. The contents of catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) were detected by colorimetric method. The contents of interleukin 1β (IL-1β), interleukin 6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) were determined by ELISA. The data was expressed in Mean±SD. Two-independent sample t-test was used for inter-group comparison, and one-way analysis of variance was used for multi-group comparison. Results: Compared with the control group, the liver organ coefficient of mice in medium and high dose groups were increased, and the Nd(3+) accumulation in liver of mice in all dose groups were significantly increased (P<0.05). Pathology showed that the structure of liver lobules in the high dose group was slightly disordered, the liver cells showed balloon-like lesions, the arrangement of liver cell cords was disordered, and the inflammatory exudation was obvious. Compared with the control group, the levels of IL-1β and IL-6 in liver tissue of mice in all dose groups were increased, and the levels of TNF-α in liver tissue of mice in high dose group were increased (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the mRNA and protein expression levels of Keap1 in high dose group were significantly decreased, while the mRNA expression level of Nrf2, the mRNA and protein expression levels of HO-1 were significantly increased (P<0.05), and Nrf2 was successfully activated into the nucleus. Compared with the control group, the activities of CAT, GSH-Px and T-SOD in high dose group were significantly decreased (P<0.05) . Conclusion: A large amount of Nd(2)O(3) accumulates in the liver of male mice, which may lead to oxidative stress and inflammatory response through activation of Keap1/Nrf2/HO-1 signal pathway. It is suggested that Keap1/Nrf2/HO-1 signal pathway may be one of the mechanisms of Nd(2)O(3) expose-induced liver injury in mice.
