Objective To study the effect of early systemic rehabilitation therapy in elderly patients after hemiarthroplasty. Methods A total of 76 elderly patients (aged over 80 years old) with semi-hip replacement surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group (early postoperative systematic rehabilitation therapy after surgery) and control group (the conventional rehabilitation after surgery), with 38 patients in each group. visual analogue scale score (VAS score), hip functional assessment (Harris score), imaging evaluation, complication occurrence and quality of life score (SF-36 scale) at 1, 3, 6 months and 1 year of follow-up in the two groups were compared. Results No patients withdrew the follow-up. VAS scores in the experimental group at 1, 3, 6 months and 1 year of follow-up were lower than that in the control group, but no difference was observed (P> 0. 05). Significant differences in Harris scores between the two groups at 1 and 3 months after surgery were seen (P < 0. 05). Harris scores at 6 months and 1 year after surgery in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group, but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P> 0. 05). The preoperative cortical index, filling rate of prosthesis pulp cavity and CC values of two groups showed no statistically significant differences (P> 0. 05). Filling of prosthesis pulp cavity after 3 to 5 days of the two groups had no obvious sink (< 2 mm) when compared with 1, 3, 6 months and 1 year after the replacement of X-ray plain film. The outreach angle of pulp angular position showed no change, white pulp and femoral components surrounding had no bright line, no prosthetic fractures, peripheral fractures and looseness were found. The incidence of complications in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (34. 2% vs. 13. 2%, P < 0. 05). Preoperative total scores of SF-36 scale in the experimental group and control group were (407. 28 ± 25. 71), (412. 13 ± 19. 65), showing no differences (P>0. 05), and postoperative total scores of SF-36 scale were (682. 46 ± 35. 21), (624. 59 ± 42. 76), respectively, at 3 month after operation, which were higher than preoperation (P < 0. 01), and experimental group was higher than the control group (P < 0. 01). Conclusion Early systemic rehabilitation can promote the recovery of hip function, improve the quality of life of elderly patients, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, shorten the length of hospital stay, and reduce the economic burden.

Based on the inheritance, the research group summarized the transmissive pathogenesis of depression in three typical stages, formulating the stepward treatment units which included Chinese medicine, acupuncture and TCM characterized psychotherapy, and formed a sequential treatment plan that balanced the principle of strengthening healthy Qi to eliminate pathogens, active and passive treatment, physical therapy and psychotherapy. Based on the retrospective analyses, ten typical clinical syndromes have been formed, constituting the pattern differentiation of "Three Phases, Five internal organs and Ten syndromes" for depression, which sysmatically showed the TCM syndrome differentiation. This work promoted the experiences and methods of treating depression by Chinese medicine.

Objective To analyze the use of the semantic type of the top-level ontology of military medicine in order to find problems with the semantic type framework and make it more scientific and comprehensive. Methods Using data driven method, the frequency with which the semantic type of the top-level ontology of military medicine was used in military medical core concepts was statistically analyzed. Results By ranking the use frequency of the semantic types, the semantic types which had higher or lower frequency, and those that had never been used were analyzed. Conclusion The established semantic type framework of the top-level ontology of military medicine is basically consistent with the expression of military medical knowledge and can be constantly updated and improved with the development of military medicine.

The theories used in construction of military medical ontology are the prerequisite of applying ontology theory to the organization of military medical knowledge, which helps to clarify the concepts in relation with the construction of military medical ontology. The current standards for military medical terms and the difficulties in construction of military medical ontology were analyzed according to the target to be achieved. The basic theories used in construction of military medical ontology were elaborated from its concepts, needs, and complexity.

Military Medical Sciences 2016;40(7):587-592
Objective To analyze the statusquo of the United States Naval Aeromedical Research Development in order to explore the medical context for the development of the U .S.naval aviation .Methods The literatures published by NAMRL between 1975 and 2010 were collected and analyzed using TDA software .Results and Conclusion Naval Aerospace Medical Research Laboratory ( NAMRL ) research was fruitful, the quantity of annual research output was irregular, per capita author posting was not high ,and coauthor size was small .Posting information was oriented to internal and main scientific and technological journals while research focused on the aviation selection , physiological effects , cognition, visual function, physical training and standards , and other areas of radiation protection .Aviation medicine had distinct features. The results are of referential value for keeping track of the U .S.Navy aviation medicine.

An information service platform was constructed for infectious disease epidemic by standard collecting, organizing and systematizing the information of related infectious diseases, which could provide information support service for data store, knowledge share, online education and decision-making. The platform is consisted of special news module, self-developed database module, encyclopedic knowledge module and background management module, and can thus meet the needs of related persons in countries and regions along the One Belt and One Road.

Objective To explore the construction method of semantic types of military medical ontology and to establish a framework for the semantic types of the top-level ontology of military medicine in order to lay the foundation for the construction of military medical ontology and provide support for knowledge organization, knowledge disclosure and knowledge service of military medical information resources. Methods Using the method of document measurement, the core concept set of military medicine was constructed. On the basis of the framework of the top-level semantic types of Unified Medical Language System(UMLS), the semantic type framework was completed by the combination of bottom-up and top-down modes, using semantic analysis and expert consultation. Results By classifying the same kind of knowledge points of military medicine into one semantic type, the hierarchical structure of the semantic type framework of the top-level ontology of military medicine was obtained. Conclusion The proposed method is effective and practical for the construction of the semantic types of military medical ontology. The established semantic type framework of the top-level ontology of military medicine could reconstruct military medical knowledge and provide the basic framework for the establishment of the semantic relationships of the top-level ontology of military medicine.

Objective To explore the way to compile a global military medical literature collection and perspectives for its research. Methods The names of military medical research institutions and their trends of development were summa-rized via semantic analysis. The collection of retrieval words for military medical research institutions( then the collection) was constructed based on expert consultation. The names of military medical research institutions were collect-ed with manual screening after retrieval withthe collection. The literature collection of military medical research institu-tions was completed with coordinated retrieved of their papers and other publications. Results According to different needs of information analysis, the literature collection of military medical research institutions could be analyzed in terms of their size, types of development, and academic authority. Conclusion Based onthe collection, the military medical research institutions collected in this article included institutions that used to be neglected during the course of information tracking of military medicine.Three kinds of institutions should be paid more attention to.The institutions were the ones with a large number of papers and citations, the ones whose papers increased or decreased dramatically, as well as the ones whose research directions were the priority fields of Chinese PLA.
