Talents are the main force for the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), and the construction of TCM talents and the reformation of talent evaluation system are essential to promote the inheritance and innovation of TCM. At present, we are still exploring and developing in the fields of the formulation, implementation and evaluation indicators of TCM talent evaluation system. However, there are shortcomings and difficulties. For instance, insufficient stratification in the evaluation, excessive emphasis on the quantity of achievements, neglecting the quality of the achievements and the actual contribution, imperfect assessment indicators, and the weak characteristics of TCM. Therefore, national ministries and commissions have jointly issued a document requesting to break the four only and set a new standard, in order to promote the construction of a scientific and technological talent evaluation system oriented by innovation value, ability and contribution. For the evaluation of TCM clinical talents, China Association for Science and Technology commissioned China Association of Chinese Medicine to build the China Clinical Cases Library of TCM(CCCL-TCM), which aims at collecting the most authoritative and representative TCM clinical cases and exploring the advantages of applying clinical cases as masterpiece of achievement in TCM clinical talents evaluation. CCCL-TCM can promote the construction of a talent evaluation system that is more in line with the development characteristics of TCM industry, and to carry out relevant pilot in TCM colleges and institutions across the country in order to promote the reformation of TCM talent evaluation system.
2.Enrichment of Crude Alkaloids from Zanthoxylum nitidum

Objective To explore the enrichment method of the crude alkaloid of Zanthoxylum nitidum(Roxb.)DC.(Z.nitidum),which can inhibit the proliferative activity of human erythroid leukemia cells(HEL cells)in vitro,and to provide a scientific basis for the antitumor activity of Z.nitidum.Methods Z.nitidum was extracted using different concentrations of ethanol(60%,70%,80%,90%,and 100%)to determine the optimum extraction conditions according to the highest extraction rate.Static and dynamic adsorption determined the adsorption capacity of different macroporous resins(HPD 100,XDA-5,D101,HPD 722,HPD 400)on the ethanol extracts from Z.nitidum.The effects of crude alkaloids on the proliferation activity of HEL cells in each group were studied by the MTT method.Results Z.nitidum was extracted from 60%,70%,80%,90%,and 100%ethanol,and the extract with 60%ethanol concentration had the highest yield(11.937±0.002)%.Static and dynamic adsorption experiments showed that the adsorption capacity of the above five kinds of macroporous resins was 1∶500(extract of Z.nitidum∶macroporous resin).The crude alkaloids enriched by different macroporous resins have different effects on the proliferation activity of HEL cells.The inhibition rates(%)at a concentration of 80 μg·mL-1 of Z.nitidum were(59.62±3.46)%(XDA-5),(55.81±5.16)%(HPD 100),(59.33±1.33)%(D101),(79.63±1.02)%(HPD 722),and(83.97±0.38)%(HPD 400),respectively.HPD 400 macroporous resin-enriched crude alkaloids inhibited the proliferation of HEL cells most significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion The process of enriching the crude alkaloids of Z.nitidum using macroporous resin was simple and feasible,and the crude alkaloids enriched by HPD 400 showed significant inhibitory effects on HEL cells with good anti-leukemic activity.

China prospective multicenter birth cohort (Prospective Omics Health Atlas birth cohort, POHA birth cohort) study was officially launched in 2022. This study, in collaboration with 12 participating units, aims to establish a high-quality, multidimensional cohort comprising 20 000 naturally conceived families and assisted reproductive families. The study involves long-term follow-up of parents and offspring, with corresponding biological samples collected at key time points. Through multi-omics testing and analysis, the study aims to conduct multi-omics big data research across the entire maternal and infant life cycle. The goal is to identify new biomarkers for maternal and infant diseases and provide scientific evidence for risk prediction related to maternal diseases and neonatal health.
4.Effect of edaravone on renal injury in rats with aldosterone-induced hypertension

Objective:To evaluate the effect of edaravone on renal injury in rats with aldosterone-induced hypertension.Methods:Twenty-four clean-grade healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats, aged 6-8 weeks, weighing 200-220 g, were divided into 3 groups ( n=8 each) using a random number table method: sham operation group (S group), hypertension group (H group) and edaravone group (E group). The hypertension model was developed by subcutaneously embedding aldosterone osmotic pump (administration rate 0.75 μg·kg -1·h -1) for 4 weeks.After embedding osmotic pump subcutaneously, edaravone 10 mg/kg was injected via the tail vein every day for 4 consecutive weeks in E group, while normal saline 10 ml/kg was injected instead for 4 consecutive weeks in H group.BP-2010A noninvasive manometry device was used to measure the systolic pressure of tail artery before embedding osmotic pump and at 1, 2, 3 and 4 weeks after administration.After 4 weeks of administration, the 24 h urinary albumin concentration, plasma creatinine (Cr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) concentrations were measured, the bilateral kidneys were weighed, the right kidney weight/body weight ratio (RKW/BW) was calculated, the glomerular extramesangial matrix area/glomerular area ratio (M/G) was measured by PAS method, and the collagen volume fraction (CVF) was measured by Masson staining method, and the expression of aldosterone receptor (MCR) and type Ⅰ collagen in renal tissues was detected by Western blot. Results:Compared with group S, the systolic pressure was significantly increased, the concentrations of 24-h urinary albumin, plasma Cr and BUN were increased, the RKW/BW ratio, M/G and CVF were increased, and the expression of type Ⅰ collagen and MCR was up-regulated after embedding osmotic pump in group H ( P<0.05). Compared with group H, the systolic pressure was significantly decreased, the concentrations of 24-h urinary albumin, plasma Cr and BUN were decreased, the RKW/BW ratio, M/G and CVF were decreased, and the expression of type Ⅰ collagen and MCR was down-regulated after embedding osmotic pump in group E ( P<0.05). Conclusions:Edaravone can reduce renal injury in rats with aldosterone-induced hypertension, and the mechanism is related to down-regulation of MCR expression.
5.Relationship between edaravone-induced inhibition of pressure overload-induced myocardial remodeling and AT1R/MAPKs/StAR signaling pathway in rats

Objective:To evaluate the relationship between edaravone-induced inhibition of pressure overload-induced myocardial remodeling and angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor (AT1R)/mitogen activated protein kinases (MAPKs)/steroidogenic acute regulatory protein (StAR) signaling pathway in rats.Methods:Thirty-six clean-grade healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats, aged 2 months, weighing 200-220 g, were divided into 3 groups ( n=12 each) using a random number table method: sham operation group (S group), pressure overload group (POL group) and edaravone group (E group). The cardiac pressure overload was induced by ligation of thoracic aorta for 8 weeks.After the model preparation, 0.9% sodium chloride 10 ml/kg was intraperitoneally injected daily in group POL, and edaravone 10 mg/kg was given instead in group E for 8 consecutive weeks.After the model was successfully established, the left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) and ventricular shortening fraction (FS) were measured by two-dimensional ultrasound.The animals were sacrificed by bloodletting, and the heart weight/body weight ratio (HW/BW ratio) was calculated.Myocardial tissues were obtained for determination of the cross-sectional area (MSA) after HE staining, the collagen volume fraction (CVF) (using Masson′s staining), the expression of AT1R and StAR (by immunohistochemistry), extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 (ERK1/2) and p38 MAPK phosphorylation levels (p-ERK1/2/ERK1/2 ratio and p-p38 MAPK/p38 MAPK ratio) (by Western blot) and the aldosterone content (by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay). Results:Compared with group S, the HW/BW ratio, MSA and CVF were significantly increased, EF and FS were decreased, AT1R and StAR expression was up-regulated, and p-ERK1/2/ERK1/2 ratio, p-p38 MAPK/p38 MAPK ratio and aldosterone content were increased in group POL ( P<0.05). Compared with POL group, the HW/BW ratio, MSA and CVF were significantly decreased, EF and FS were increased, AT1R and StAR expression was down-regulated, and p-ERK1/2/ERK1/2 ratio, p-p38 MAPK/p38 MAPK ratio and aldosterone content were decreased in group E ( P<0.05). Conclusion:The mechanism of edaravone-induced inhibition of pressure overload-induced myocardial remodeling is probably associated with inhibiting the activation of AT1R/MAPKs/StAR signaling pathway in rats.
6.Application of FMEA on reducing the unplanned extubation rates in patients with neurosurgical catheterization

Objective:To explore the application effect of failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) on reducing the unplanned extubation rates in patients with neurosurgical catheterization.Methods:FMEA theory was used to analyze the causes of unplanned extubation in neurosurgical patients with catheterization. The Risk Priority Number (RPN) was calculated and the failure modes with higher RPN were selected. The causes were analyzed, and the improvement measures were formulated to optimize the nursing plan. A total of 585 patients admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery of the Sixth Medical Center of PLA General Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were recruited as the FMEA group, the 631 patients admitted before FMEA application, from January 2016 to December 2017, were recruited as the control group. The control group was given routine nursing of Neurosurgery pipeline, and the FMEA group was given FMEA intervention on this basis. The difference of unplanned extubation rate between the two groups was compared.Results:The total incidence of unplanned extubation in FMEA group was 1.48% (21/1 417) , which was lower than 5.11% (72/1 408) in control group, with statistical significance ( P<0.001) . The unplanned extubation rates of gastric tube, urinary tube and operation related drainage tube in FMEA group were lower than in control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . There was no significant difference in the incidence of unplanned extubation of endotracheal intubation and deep vein catheterization between the two groups ( P>0.05) . Conclusions:The FMEA model can be effective in reducing the rate of unplanned extubation for patients in neurosurgery, which is worthy of clinical application.
7.Effects of rhythm activation exercise on loneliness and physical activity ability of empty nest elderly

Objective:To explore the effect of rhythm activation exercise on loneliness and physical activity ability of empty nest elderly.Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 90 empty nest elderly who were admitted to the elderly unaccompanied ward of the First People's Hospital of Hefei from January to June 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the control group, the observation group 1 and the observation group 2, with 30 cases in every group. The patients in the control group took conventional nursing methods, the observation group 1 performed rehabilitation exercises, while the observation group 2 performed rhythm activation exercises under the guidance of nurses. After the intervention for 12 weeks, the differences in Barthel Index Scale, the short form of UCLA Lone lines scale (ULS-8) and the range of motion of each joint of limb movement were compared among the three groups.Results:After the intervention, the total score of Barthel index of the observation group 2 was (68.66±6.00) , which was higher than (58.00±8.16) of the control group and (60.00±6.64) of the observation group 1, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The total score of loneliness of the observation group 2 was (20.06±1.93) , which was lower than (27.11±1.77) of the control group and (26.32±1.74) of the observation group 1, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The scores of all dimensions of limb motor activity in observation group 2 were higher than those in the control group and the observation group 1, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.01) . Conclusions:Rhythm activation exercise can well improve the loneliness of empty-nest elderly, improve their self-care ability and improve physical mobility of the elderly to a certain extent.
8.Characteristics of selenium nanoparticles synthesized by cell-free supernatant Cupriavidus sp. SHE.

In recent years, selenium nanoparticles (SeNPs) have been widely used in many fields such as nanotechnology, biomedicine and environmental remediation due to their good electrical conductivity, photothermal properties and anticancer properties. In this study, the cell-free supernatant, whole cell and the cell-free extracts of the strain Cupriavidus sp. SHE were used to synthesize SeNPs, and several methods were applied to analyze the crystal structure and surface functional groups of the nanoparticles. Finally, Pseudomonas sp. PI1 (G⁺) and Escherichia coli BL21 (G⁻) were selected to investigate the antibacterial properties of SeNPs. Cell-free supernatant, whole cell and cell-free extracts of the strain could synthesize SeNPs. As for the cell-free supernatant, selenite concentration of 5 mmol/L and pH=7 were favorable for the synthesis of SeNPs. TEM images show that the average size of nanospheres synthesized by the supernatant was 196 nm. XRD analysis indicates the hexagonal crystals structure of SeNPs. FTIR and SDS-PAGE confirmed the proteins bound to the surfaces of SeNPs. SeNPs synthesized by cell-free supernatant showed no antimicrobial activities against Pseudomonas sp. PI1 and Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3). These results suggest that proteins played an important role in biotransformation of SeNPs in an eco-friendly process, and SeNPs synthesized in this study were non-toxic and biologically compatible, which might be applied in other fields in the future.

9. Study on the relationship between fatigue, empowerment level and self-efficacy in rheumatoid arthritis patients

Objective:
To analyze the relationship between fatigue and self- efficacy and empowerment in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
Methods:
A total of 219 cases of rheumatoid arthritis were investigated by general data questionnaire, Bristol Rheumatoid Arthritis Fatigue Multi-Dimensional Questionnaire, Chinese Version of Patient Perception of Empowerment Scale and Chinese Version of Arthritis Self-efficacy Scale-8. SPSS 20.0 software was used for correlation analysis and AMOS software was used to construct structural equation model to test the mediating effect of self-efficacy between empowerment level and fatigue in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.

10.Effect of propofol on HMGB1/TLR4 signaling pathway during hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats

Objective To evaluate the effect of propofol on high-mobility group box 1 protein (HMGB1)/Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) signaling pathway during hepatic ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury in rats.Methods Thirty-six clean-grade healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats,aged 3 months,weighing 250 -300 g,were divided into 3 groups (n=12 each) using a random number table method:sham operation group (group S),hepatic I/R group (group I/R) and propofol group (group P).Hepatic I/R injury was induced by occluding the portal vein and hepatic artery supplying the left and middle lobes of the liver for 1 h followed by 6-h reperfusion in anesthetized rats.Propofol was infused via the tail vein at a rate of 12 mg ·kg-1 · h-1 starting from 20 min before ischemia until 6 h of reperfusion in group P.The rats were sacrificed at 6 h of reperfusion,and the left lobe of the liver was removed for microscopic examination of the pathological changes which were scored and for determination of the expression of HMGB1,TLR4,tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) and interleukin-1 beta (IL-6) in liver tissues (by Western blot).Results Compared with group S,pathological scores of liver tissues were significantly increased,and the expression of HMGB1,TLR4,TNF-α and IL-6 was up-regulated in I/R and P groups (P<0.05).Compared with group I/R,pathological scores of liver tissues were significantly decreased,and the expression of HMGB1,TLR4,TNF-α and IL-6 was down-regulated in group P (P< 0.05).Conclusion The mechanism by which propofol reduces liver I/R injury is associated with blocking HMGB-1/TLR4 signaling pathway and inhibiting inflammatory responses in rats.
