Objective:To speculate the effect of birth spacing on the pelvic floor type Ⅰ and Ⅱ fiber muscle strength of postpartum women with parities of two in different delivery modes. Methods:Totally 2 361 parturients who were investigated in Xuzhou Central Hospital from June 2016 to December 2020 were included in the questionnaire, clinical examination and pelvic floor surface electromyography assessment. According to the interval years between two parities and the pelvic floor typeⅠ and Ⅱ fiber muscle strength under different modes of delivery, curve fitting function equation was performed using curve regression method. The accuracy of the equation was verified by the receiver operating characteristic curve and the maximum area under the curve, and calculating the relative error rate. Results:A total of 2 357 parturients were included in the study and were divided into 4 groups based on delivery modes, women with both normal vaginal delivery were assigned to group A (589 cases); women with a first vaginal delivery and a second cesarean section were assigned to group B (480 cases); women with both cesarean deliveries were assigned to group C (1 273 cases); women with a first cesarean section and a second vaginal delivery were assigned to group D (15 cases). All of the curve fitting results were quadratic curves, and the appropriate interval years were selected when the muscle strength of type Ⅰ muscle fibers was>35 μV and that of type Ⅱ muscle fibers was>40 μV: 6-8 years in the group A, 5-10 years in the group B, and 1-11 years in the group C. The peak values of the quadratic curve were as follows: 7-8 years in the group A, 7-8 years in the group B, and 6 years in the group C. The maximum area under the curve of the function equations were all>0.6 (all P<0.05), the average relative error rate was 4.909%. Conclusions:The pelvic floor function of postpartum women with parities of two increases firstly and then decreases over time, showing a quadratic curve shape. In order to protect the pelvic floor function, the appropriate interval of birth spacing is 6-8 years.

Objective:To explore the influence of humanistic management atmosphere on nurses′ intention to stay in hospital, so as to provide reference for stabilizing nursing team. Methods:The convenience sampling method was used to investigate 1 044 clinical nurses in 5 tertiary hospitals in Shandong province by using the general information questionnaire, nurses′ perception of humanistic management questionnaire and nurses′ intention to stay questionnaire in May 2019.Four dimensions of demographic factors and nurses′ perception of hospital humanistic management were used as independent variables, and the total score of nurses′ intention to stay was used as dependent variable for stepwise regression analysis. Results:The total scores of humanistic management perception and intention to stay were 166.70±29.42 and 23.30±4.29 respectively. There was a positive correlation between humanistic management perception and intention to stay( P<0.05). The three dimensions of human management perception, emotional management perception and cultural management perception, as well as the professional title, working years and employment form could explain 27.5% of variation. Conclusions:The nurses′ intention to stay is in the middle and upper level, which is related to the hospital′s humanistic management. The perception of humanistic management of nurses has a positive predictive effect on the intention to stay, especially in talent management, emotional management and cultural management. Hospital managers should improve the humanistic management mode, enhance nurses′ perception of humanistic management in order to stabilize the nursing team and improve nurses′ intention to stay.

Objective To evaluate the immunogenicity and safety of a booster dose of live attenua-ted measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine for 4-year-old children and to provide references for reasonable arrangement of MMR immunization schedule. Methods Children aged 4 years (54-60 months) old were recruited and divided into three groups as follows: Group 8 months MR [receiving live attenuated measles and rubella(MR) vaccination at 8 months and MMR vaccination at 18 months],Group 8 months MMR(re-ceiving MMR vaccination at both 8 and 18 months) and Group 12 months MMR(receiving MMR vaccination at both 12 and 22 months). Active follow-up was conducted for safety evaluation after immunization of all subjects with the booster dose of MMR vaccine. Blood samples were collected before and 35 days after vacci-nation and analyzed by ELISA to detect serum antibodies to measles, mumps and rubella. Results A total of 514 subjects were enrolled in this study of safety evaluation and 469 of them received serologic detection of antibodies twice. The rate of adverse reactions following vaccination was 17.12% (general reactions accoun-ted for 94.21%) and no severe adverse reactions were reported. No significant difference in the rates of ad-verse reactions was found among the three groups (χ2=4.82, P=0.090). Subjects who were seropositive for measles, mumps and rubella increased after immunization with MMR vaccine, accounting for 100%, 99.79% and 99.79%,respectively. Geometric mean concentrations (GMC) against measles, mumps and rubella in all subjects were 1.35,3.05 and 2.13 times higher than what they were before the immunization. Levels of antibodies to measles, mumps and rubella were all increased significantly in the three groups after immunization with the booster dose of MMR vaccine (Fisher Exact Test, P=0.000). Conclusion The booster dose of MMR vaccine increases the levels of serum antibodies in children aged 4 years old with high safety. It suggests that two doses of MMR vaccine should be encouraged in the immunization program in China.
