Object:To conduct a scoping review of maternal readiness for hospital discharge, so as to provide references for future clinical research and practice on maternal and infant care. Methods:Using the scoping review guidelines of Joanna Briggs Institute in Australia as the methodological framework, the relevant studies on maternal readiness for hospital discharge were searched by computer on PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, CNKI, Wanfang Database, Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database and China Biology Medicine disc. The search period was from the establishment of the databases to October 20, 2022.Results:A total of 24 artiles were included. The influencing factors of maternal readiness for hospital discharge included sociodemographic factors, maternity factors, psychological factors, children factors, family social factors, medical staff related factors and other factors. The intervention measures of maternal readiness for hospital discharge included the establishment of discharge preparation team, the measures from hospital admission to prenatal period, the measures from postpartum to the day of discharge and the measures after discharge. There were many kinds of scales for maternal readiness for hospital discharge, and there was no unified assessment standard. Conclusions:The level of maternal readiness for hospital discharge is different, and its influencing factors should be paid attention to. In the future, further research can be conducted on intervention measures and evaluation standards for maternal discharge readiness, providing references for improving the level of maternal discharge readiness.

The limited knowledge of genomic diversity and functional genes associated with the traits of soybean varieties has resulted in slow progress in breeding. In this study,we sequenced the genomes of 250 soybean landraces and cultivars from China,America, and Europe, and inves-tigated their population structure, genetic diversity and architecture, and the selective sweep regions of these accessions.Five novel agronomically important genes were identified, and the effects of functional mutations in respective genes were examined. The candidate genes GSTT1,GL3,and GSTL3 associated with the isoflavone content,CKX3 associated with yield traits, and CYP85A2 associated with both architecture and yield traits were found. The phenotype-gene network analysis revealed that hub nodes play a crucial role in complex phenotypic associations. This study describes novel agronomic trait-associated genes and a complex genetic network, providing a valuable resource for future soybean molecular breeding.

Objective? To explore the current perceived vulnerability and parenting stress (PS) in mothers of children with congenital heart disease (CHD) and to analyze the correlation between the two. Methods? The mothers of 176 children with congenital heart disease admitted in the 2nd Affiliated Hospital and Yuying Children's Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected using convenient sampling and investigated with the General Information Questionnaire, Child Vulnerability Scale (CVS) and Parenting Stress Index-Short Form (PSI-SF). Results? Totally 176 questionnaires were distributed and collected, including 168 valid questionnaires, accounting for a recovery rate of 95.45%. The CVS score of the mothers of CHD children averaged (8.77±3.59); their PSI-SF scores saveraged (100.74±10.55); there was statistically significant difference in PSI-SF scores between mothers with different educational background and single child or not (P<0.05); the total CVS score was positively correlated with the total PSI-SF score and the scores of its various dimensions (r=0.262-0.569); multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that mothers with different educational background, single child, and the total score of CVS were factors of parenting stress, except the effect of general information, the total score of CVS can explain 17% of the total variation. Conclusions? The perceived vulnerability and PS of the mothers of CHD children stand at high levels. Their perceived vulnerability is positively correlated with their PS. Medical and nursing workers may improve their PS by reducing their perceived vulnerability, thus providing better family care for CHD children.

Objective To improve the usage of foam dressing at the sacrococcygeal region and observe its application effect. Methods A total of 80 hospitalized patients with high risk of pressure ulcer were chosen during May to December 2015 as study objects. Patients were drawn into the observation group and the control group, each group contained 40 members. Proper-cutting foam dressings and normal foam dressing were applied in patients by the observation group and the control group individually. Researchers made records by comparing and analyzing the usage time of dressing and the skin intact of two groups. Results The observation group used foam dressing (1.88±0.12) blocks per person, foam dressing use time was (3.87±0.34) d per block, and in the control group, they were (2.60±0.38) blocks per person, (2.13±0.89) d per block, there was significant difference between two groups (t=11.427, 11.551, P<0.05). The skin integrity rate of the observation group and the control group were 95.0%(38/40) and 75.0%(30/40), the difference was statistically significant (χ2=6.275, P<0.05). Conclusions This study shows that the foam dressing need to be cut appropriately before pasting so that the clinical nurses can observe patient's skin conveniently. Once the skin has pressure red, the nurse can take timely measures to deal with it, which can decrease the incidence of pressure sores. The cutting dressing prolongs the period of using without removing the viscose part, which also can reduce the medical expenses.

It’s still controversial whether there is specificity of acupoints, because numerous studies showed that stimulation to acupoints and sham acupoints produced parallel clinical efficacies. For example, acupoint specificity was not detected when Visual Analogue Scale was adopted to evaluate pain, while hemodynamic and neuroimaging studies suggested the existence of acupoint specificity. This article reviewed and summarized relevant studies that supported or didn’t support acupoint specificity. Further researches are required to prove the existence of specificity of acupoints.
