1.Human parvovirus B19 infection-associated anemia after liver transplantation: three case reports with a literature review

		                        			Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of pure red cell aplastic anemia (PRCA) caused by parvovirus B19 (HPV-B19)infection after liver transplantation (LT).Methods:Three adult PRCA patients caused by parvovirus B19 infection after LT were reviewed retrospectively.The relevant literatures were collected to sort out the detection methods and treatment of parvovirus B19 infection after LT.Results:All three patients received liver transplantation due to end-stage liver disease with massive intraoperative blood transfusion and smooth postoperative recovery.Severe anemia occurred at 1-2 Months after discharge.Hemorrhagic anemia was excluded after re-admission and PRCA was diagnosed by bone marrow aspiration and next generation sequencing (NGS). After tapering the intensity of immunosuppressive therapy, intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) was administered for 7-10 days and hemoglobin soon normalized.A review of 15 recent literatures on HPV-B19 infection after LT revealed that the diagnosis and treatment of parvovirus B19 infection after LT gradually were became same.Conclusions:HPV-B19 infection causes PRCA after LT in adults.Diagnosing with NGS, intravenous injection of immunoglobulin and modification of immunosuppressant regimen may achieve excellent therapeutic efficacies.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
2.Expression and clinical significance of tumor abnormal protein in breast cancer

		                        			Objective To explore the clinical application value of serum tumor abnormal protein (TAP)in early diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods The serum TAP level was determined in 53 hospitalized patients with breast cancer and 65 cases of normal physical examination population as the control group.We further compared the positive rate of TAP in the two groups and the expression level of TAP between different clinical pathological parameters in breast cancer group.Results There was no case of TAP positive in the control group,while the positive rate of TAP was as high as 83.02% in breast cancer group.TAP positive rate of the patients with negative PR (100.00%) was significantly higher than that of PR positive patients (73.53%)(P=0.019).However there was no significant difference of TAP positive rate between patients with different ages,clinical stages,lymph node metastasis and the different expression of ER,C-erbB2 and Ki67.Conclusion It might be clinically valuable to use TAP expression level as a screening marker for breast cancer in combination with the breast cancer hormone PR.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
3.Discussion of Management Technique Regulations of Medical Consumable Materials

4.Study on Curing Time Controlling of Materials Based on Isocyanate and Its Application in Transmitting Apparatus for the Wounded

		                        			Obiective To study controUing method for curing time of the materials based on isocyanate, and perfect making means and operating rules of transmitting apparatus for the wounded, Methods According to the controlling principles of the rate of chemical reaction, the influencing factors' were studied such as catalyzer, ambient temperature, mixture level of materials and materials volume by experiment. Results By the results of experiments, ambient temperature hasn't an effector impact on eufing time of isocyanate, catalyzer and mixture level of materials only have a little effect or impact on initial reaction time, but materials volume is an important factor of all. Conclusion By the means of experiments, the curing time of isocyanate is only influenced by the volume of materials, and the character is very useful to transmitting apparatus for the wounded in field battle or on-site emergency rescue.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
5.Design of 50Hz notch filter based on MATLAB
