1.Relationship between cardiorespiratory fitness and executive function in adolescents

Objective:
To explore the relationship between cardiorespiratory fitness and executive function in Chinese adolescents, so as to provide a reference for promoting the overall development of Chinese adolescents physical and mental health.
Methods:
From September to December 2022, a total of 5 018 adolescents aged 13 to 18 years from Shanghai, Suzhou, Taiyuan, Wuyuan, Xingyi, and Urumqi were selected by stratified cluster sampling method to assess cardiorespiratory fitness and executive function. Pearson s correlation and linear hierarchical regression were performed to analyze the relationship between cardiorespiratory fitness and executive functions.
Results:
Among the sample of adolescents, maximal oxygen consumption (VO 2max ) was negatively correlated with the refreshing(1-back, 2-back) and conversion executive function responses ( r=-0.07, -0.12, -0.12, P <0.01). Linear regression analysis showed that VO 2max was negatively correlated with the reaction times of the refreshing(1-back, 2-back) and conversion functions ( B=-2.99, -6.44, -1.69, P <0.01).
Conclusions
Higher cardiorespiratory fitness among adolescents is associated with better performance in executive function. Teenagers should strengthen high intensity cardiopulmonary endurance exercise to promote the improvement of executive function.
2.Intervention effects of moderate and high intensities of classroom physical activity on cardiorespiratory fitness and executive function among junior grade one students in Tibetan

Objective:
To explore the intervention effect of different intensity of classroom physical exercise on cardiorespiratory fitness and executive function of Tibetan first grade students at high altitude, so as to provide reference for improving the level of cardiorespiratory fitness and executive function of Tibetan adolescents.
Methods:
From September to December 2020, 184 Tibetan students from five first grade classes in a middle school in Lhasa, Tibet, were randomly assigned into a control group (81 students in two classes) and an intervention group (103 students in three classes). Both groups followed the same teaching programme, but the intervention group received 36 sessions of moderate to high intensity classroom physical activity, one session per day, Monday,Wednesday and Friday, for 12 weeks. Before and after the intervention, cardiorespiratory fitness and executive function were tested by 20m round trip running and Flanker s experimental paradigm, 2-back s experimental paradigm, and More odd shifting experimental paradigm for inhibitory control, refreshing memory, and switching flexibility, and the results were analysed by analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) to compare the results of the pre and post intervention periods.
Results:
The maximum oxygen uptake (VO 2max ) of Tibetan first grade students in the intervention group increased by 2.25 mL/(kg〖WW)〗·〖WW(〗min) compared with the control group after the intervention ( t =-3.89, P <0.01); the response time of the inhibitory function was reduced by 4.40 ms, that of the refreshing function by 196.06 ms, and that of the switching function by 92.72 ms in the intervention group compared with the control group ( t =2.98, 4.82 ,3.21, P <0.05).
Conclusion
The 12 week moderate to high intensity classroom physical activity intervention has different degrees of improvement effects on cardiorespiratory fitness and executive function in Tibetan adolescents.

Abstract
Executive function is an advanced cognitive process aimed at the flexible coordination, optimization, and control of the cognitive processes of task solving in order to accomplish a specific task, ensuring that the individual produces effective behaviors, including inhibitory control, working memory, and cognitive flexibility. Given the sensitivities and specificities that characterize an individual s physical and mental development during adolescence, this period is critical for the development of executive function in adolescents. In the paper, the influencing factors of adolescents executive function development are systematically described from three dimensions, namely, biology, environment and lifestyle; by analyzing the mechanisms and differences in the effects of different influencing factors, this editorial provides a scientific basis for adolescents executive function improvement and intervention.
4.Clinical characteristics and prognostic factors of young patients with sporadic rectal cancer liver metastasis

Objective To identify the clinical characteristics and prognostic factors of young patients with sporadic rectal cancer liver metastasis(RCLM).Methods The clinical data of young RCLM patients at 45 years or under(n=40,as younger patient group)in Peking University First Hospital from January 2016 to January 2021 were reviewed,meanwhile,elder RCLM patient group were comprised of 82 patients older than 45-year-old in a 1:2 ratio.Proportions of categorical variables were compared between young patients and old patients.The clinicopathologic parameters were analyzed with univariate and multivariate Cox regression models and Kaplan-Meier method for demonstrating survival differences between the maximum diameter of liver metastasis and local therapy.Results One hundred and twenty-two RCLM patients were identified,the 1-,3-and 5-year survival rates of young patient group were 97.5%,47.5%,15.0%,those of elder patient group were 84.1%,26.8%,9.8%,respectively.The differences in BMI(P=0.008),primary tumor with obstruction and bleeding(P=0.006),synchronous rectal cancer liver metastases(P=0.005),the maximum diameter of liver metastasis>3 cm(P=0.019)were statistically significant between the two groups.And univariate and multivariate analyses showed that age(P=0.003),N stage(P=0.007),local therapy for liver metastases(P=0.047)and the maximum diameter of liver metastasis(P=0.030)were independent risk factors for influencing the prognosis of RCLM patients;curative resection or not of primary tumor(P=0.035)and the maximum diameter of liver metastasis(P=0.041)were independent risk factors for influencing the prognosis of young RCLM patients.Kaplan-Maier curve demonstrated survival differences between the maximum diameter of liver metastasis and local therapy for liver metastasis in RCLM patients(log-rank P=0.000).Conclusions Although with later staging of initial tumor station,young RCLM patients may obtain better survival benefit compared with old patients.Higher degree of lymph node metastasis,local therapy for liver metastases and the maximum diameter of liver metastasis>3 cm indicates poor prognosis in RCLM patients,and without curative resection of primary tumor and maximum diameter of liver metastasis are also considered as the independent poor prognostic factors of young RCLM patients.Local therapy for liver metastases appears to play an important role in the treatment strategy of RCLM patients.
5.Visualization analysis on implementation science in translation of clinical practice guidelines based on knowledge graph

Objective:To investigate the hot topics and trends of implementation science in the transformation of clinical practice guidelines, in order to provide ideas and references for clinical managers to reasonably apply and implement scientific promotion guidelines.Methods:CiteSpace6.2.R3 software was used to visualize the literature, which retrieved from the core database of Web of Science, including the number of articles, countries and high-frequency keywords and keyword clustering and emergence for visual analysis, etc.Results:A total of 4 593 articles were included in the final analysis. Since 1993, the number of published papers had increased year by year. The hot topics focused on primary care, attitudes, knowledge translation, clinical trials, risk factors and machine learning. The research trends included older adults and artificial intelligence.Conclusions:The rapid development of implementation science in guideline translation research suggests that scholars from various countries, especially hospital administrators should reasonably apply implementation science framework to integrate evidence into clinical practice, and promote the implementation of clinical practice guidelines.

Objective:To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of HEMO-FISS-QoL(HF-QoL) questionnaire (HF-QoL-C) in the Chinese population with hemorrhoids.Methods:From November 2021 to November 2022, a self-constructed general information questionnaire, HF-QoL-C, and the 36-item short form health survey (SF-36), Goligher classification, and Giordano severity of hemorrhoid symptom questionnaire (GSQ) were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 760 hemorrhoid patients in the anorectal department of six hospitals. The data was analyzed for reliability and validity using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 26.0 software.Results:The Cronbach's α coefficient of HF-QoL-C and its dimension ranged from 0.831 to 0.960, and the split coefficient was 0.832-0.915. Four common factors were extracted through principal component exploratory factor analysis. Confirmatory factor analysis indicated acceptable structural validity( χ2/ df=8.152, RSMEA=0.097, CFI=0.881, IFI=0.881, NFI=0.867). HF-QoL-C was correlated with SF36 and GSQ( r=-0.694, 0.501, both P<0.01). There were differences in the total score and dimensional scores of HF-QoL-C between surgical and drug treated patients, different grades of Goligher classification for hemorrhoidal disease, and different ranges of hemorrhoid prolapse (all P<0.001). No ceiling effect was found in the total score and the scores of each dimension(0.3%-2.0%). There was a floor effect in both psychological function and sexual activity dimensions (16.7%, 35.1%). Conclusion:HF-QoL-C has good reliability and validity, which can be used to measure the quality of life of Chinese hemorrhoid patients.
7.Study on cognitive load level and influencing factors of emergency nurses

Objective To explore the cognitive load level and influencing factors of emergency nurses.Methods Using convenience sampling method,48 nurses in emergency department of China-Japan Friendship Hospital from April to May 2022 were selected as research objects.General data were collected and total cognitive load and three different types of cognitive load were measured.Results Regression analysis showed that nurse-patient relationship was influencing factor of total cognitive load of nurses in emergency department(β=6.202,P=0.007),the noisy working environment was the influencing factor of the internal cognitive load(β=1.042,P<0.001),and the living situation(sharing with others)was the influencing factor of the external cognitive load(β=-3.917,P=0.006).The factors of associated with cognitive load were not found.Conclusion The total cognitive load and the three types of cognitive load of nurses in emergency department are high.Nursing managers can reduce the cognitive load of nurses in emergency department by adjusting related influencing factors,so as to improve nursing work efficiency.
8.Teaching Reform of “Structural Biology” Course Based on The Ability Cultivation

As a rapidly developing frontier discipline, structural biology has penetrated into every field of life science research. The course of “Structural Biology” plays an important role in expanding the knowledge system of undergraduate students and promoting students’ scientific spirit and innovation. For the high-quality training of highly skilled talents, we aimed to promote the original innovation of students, the ability of thinking, and the ability of engineering practice. The trinity education concept, including shape of the value, passing on knowledge, and ability cultivation, was applied. During the reform, we explored a step-by-step course content and searched for factors involved in ideological and political education. Based on the problem-based learning (PBL) method, a hybrid teaching model was designed to cultivate the problem-thinking and problem-solving skills of students. Meanwhile, a number of evaluation systems for students and teachers were established, which may be generally adopted for the course of “Structural Biology”. The survey data suggested that the exploration has a good effect on teaching and training and is conducive to the cultivation of research-oriented, comprehensive, innovative talents under the background of “New Engineering”.
9.Implementation steps and application status of umbrella Meta-analysis

With the development of medical nursing research, umbrella Meta-analysis combines the results of multiple Meta-analyses and systematic reviews to provide more accurate and reliable statistical evidence. Umbrella Meta-analysis has been widely used to provide clinical decision-making, evaluate the effect of psychological intervention, and assist public health policy-making. This paper reviews the implementation steps and application status of umbrella Meta-analysis, and discusses its impact on nursing research and education, to assist nursing researchers and nursing educators to better grasp the effect of nursing practice and improve teaching quality.
10.Research hotspot and trends of artificial intelligence in nursing education based on knowledge graph

Objective:To show the hot spots and trends of artificial intelligence in nursing education based on the knowledge graph, to encourage nursing educators to better integrate artificial intelligence technology into nursing education.Methods:The CiteSpace software was used to visualize the literature in the core collection database of Web of Science, including the number of articles, countries, institutions, and keywords. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to May 12, 2023.Results:A total of 961 articles were included in the final visualization analysis, and the number of publications showed an increasing trend year by year, especially after 2017. The United States published the most articles (33.51%, 157/961), followed by China (16.34%, 322/961), and there was cooperation among countries. Harvard University of the United States published the most articles (8.84%, 85/961). Based on keyword clustering, current studies focus on the preliminary analysis of clinical nursing teaching practice data, the technical exploration of the clinical nursing decision teaching model, and the reform and development of the personalized nursing teaching model. Future research trends included artificial intelligence, outcomes, surgery, and nursing homes.Conclusions:The application of artificial intelligence technology in nursing teaching from a simple preliminary exploration of data analysis to the technical development of a complex clinical decision support system, and then to the innovative application of personalized teaching, to guide nursing educators in teaching application scenarios continue to expand and deepen. In the future, high-quality empirical studies should be designed to explore the role of artificial intelligence in improving nursing education outcomes.
