1.Quantitative Study on Morphological Parameters of Healthy Cervical Spinal Cord Based on SCT.

OBJECTIVE:
To utilize Spinal Cord Toolbox (SCT) to measure the morphological parameters of healthy cervical spinal cords and explore the impact of gender, age and vertebral levels on them.
METHODS:
A retrospective study was conducted, collecting cervical spinal cord magnetic resonance images of 184 healthy adults. Then, cross-sectional area (CSA), eccentricity, antero-posterior diameter (AP) and right-left diameter (RL) were each computed for every subject. Then, impacts of gender, age and vertebral level on CSA and eccentricity were explored. Moreover, linear correlation analysis was conducted among CSA, AP and RL.
RESULTS:
The CSA of the cervical spinal cord in males was significantly larger than that in females at C2~C7 segments (P<0.05) . For C2~C6 segments, there was no statistically significant difference in CSA between the young and middle-aged groups, but both were significantly larger than that of the elderly group. CSA of C4 was the largest whereas CSA of C7 was the smallest. Eccentricity values of C4 and C5 were significantly larger than those of other vertebral levels (P<0.05). Linear correlation was established between CSA, AP and RL at C2~C7 segments.
CONCLUSION
The results allow for minimizing inter-subject variability using normalization, and thereby highlighting the importance of morphological parameters as biomarkers in the research of cervical spinal lesions.

Medical equipment management plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality and efficiency of healthcare services. However, traditional management approaches are increasingly inadequate to meet the growing demands of modern healthcare. As intelligent operation and maintenance (O&M) models based on big data, the Internet of Things (IoT), and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies develop, it is imperative to explore their application in medical equipment management. This paper reviews the technical overview of intelligent O&M and discusses the algorithms and challenges of intelligent O&M models based on different technologies. It also proposes issues that need improvement in intelligent O&M models, aiming to provide valuable references for the future development of medical equipment management.

3.Performance Testing of Medical Ultrasound Diagnostic Equipment Based on Tissue-Mimicking Phantom.

This study aims to ensure the effectiveness of medical ultrasound diagnostic equipment in clinical applications by testing multiple key performance indicators using tissue-mimicking phantoms and exploring the changes in these performance indicators over time. Firstly, 17 in-service medical ultrasound diagnostic equipments were selected, and their depth of penetration, dead zone, lateral resolution, axial resolution, geometric position error, and cystic focal diameter error were tested according to the verification regulations. In addition, the study retrospectively analyzed the performance testing data of 19 medical ultrasound diagnostic equipments over the past three consecutive years and conducted statistical analysis. Through the testing, all performance indicators of the 17 equipments met the requirements of the verification regulations, indicating that they can stably and reliably provide high-quality ultrasound diagnostic images and data in clinical applications. Meanwhile, retrospective data showed that with the increase with the increase in service life, the resolving ability at the far field of the 19 equipments decreased, and the cystic focal diameter error increased. Therefore, it is recommended that medical institutions establish a regular testing and maintenance system for medical ultrasound diagnostic equipment, conducting regular performance evaluations and maintenance to ensure its good working condition.

4.Advances in X-Ray Tube Technology for CT Systems:Key Component Innovation.

In this paper, the technical basis and latest progress of X-ray tube for CT systems are introduced, with emphasis on material innovation, superconducting technology, liquid metal bearing, low dose scanning and electron beam filtration. As the core component of CT equipment, the technological innovation of CT X-ray tubes significantly improves image quality, reduces radiation dose, improves efficiency, and extends the service life of the X-ray tubes. Domestic and foreign manufacturers have made remarkable progress in the field of CT X-ray tubes. Domestic manufacturers, such as the 12th Institute of CLP, have made important progress in the development of CT X-ray tubes, and successfully achieved independent research and development of high-end CT X-ray tubes. Foreign manufacturers such as Siemens, GE, Philips and other manufacturers continue to innovate in liquid metal bearings, superconducting technology, new targets and other aspects to maintain technology leadership. In the future, CT X-ray tubes will develop in the direction of personalization, intelligence, long life, miniaturization and portability, providing more accurate and low-risk technical support for medical image diagnosis.

5.Effects and Mechanisms of Zhenxin Anshen Prescription on 1-Chloro-2,4-Dinitrobenzene-Induced Atopic Dermatitis Mice Based on ORAI1/NFAT Signaling Asix

Objective To investigate the effects and mechanisms of Zhenxin Anshen Prescription(composed of Os Draconis,Ostreae Concha,Lophatheri Herba,Drynariae Rhizoma,Poria)on mice with atopic dermatitis(AD)based on the calcium channel regulator 1(ORAI1)/nuclear factor of T-cells(NFAT)signalling axis.Methods Thirty-six BALB/c mice were randomly divided into a blank control group,a model group,a Cetirizine group(1.3 mg·kg-1)and a Zhenxin Anshen Prescription group(36.36 g·kg-1),with nine mice in each group.AD mouse model was established using 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene(DNCB)induction.The drug was administered by gavage once a day for 2 weeks.At the end of drug administration,the area of skin lesions was measured and the severity of skin lesions was scored;spleen mass was measured and spleen index was calculated;pathological changes of skin lesion tissues were observed by HE staining;interleukin 4(IL-4),IL-13 and thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP)in serum were detected by ELISA;and the protein expression levels of ORAI1,calmodulin phosphatase A(CaN)and nuclear factor of T cells 2(NFAT2)were detected by Western Blot.Results Compared with the blank control group,the skin lesion score of mice in the model group was significantly increased(P<0.01),the skin lesion area was significantly enlarged(P<0.01);the thickness of the epidermis and dermis were significantly increased(P<0.01),hyperkeratosis of the epidermis,hypertrophy of the stratum spinosum,and infiltration of inflammatory cells such as eosinophils and lymphocytes can be seen in the dermis;the splenic index and serum IL-4,IL-13,TSLP levels were significantly increased(P<0.01);protein expression levels of CaN,NFAT2,ORAI1 were significantly increased in the skin lesion tissues(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the dermatitis score of mice in the Zhenxin Anshen Prescription group was significantly decreased(P<0.01),the lesion area was significantly reduced(P<0.01),the epidermal and dermal thicknesses(P<0.01),the hyperkeratosis of epidermis was alleviated,the spinous layer was slightly hypertrophic,and there was a small amount of inflammatory cell infiltration in the dermis;the splenic index and the levels of serum IL-4,IL-13,and TSLP were significantly decreased(P<0.01);the protein expressions levels of CaN,NFAT2,and ORAI1 in the skin lesion tissues were significantly decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion Zhenxin Anshen Prescription can ameliorate dermatopathological injury in DNCB-induced AD mice,and the mechanism may be related to its ability to inhibit the protein expressions of ORAI1,CaN and NFAT2,reduce the levels of serum type 2 inflammatory factors TSLP,IL-4 and IL-13,and ameliorate cutaneous inflammation and itching through immunomodulation.
6.Research on Evaluation System of Medical Imaging Equipment Dynamic Acquisition Technology Based on Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis

Objective To construct an evaluation model system for dynamic data acquisition methods of medical imaging equipment in hospitals.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)of the multiple criteria decision analysis method is used to study the model.Methods Through multi-criteria decision analysis,the evaluation index system of dynamic data acquisition technology of medical imaging equipment is constructed from aspects such as the reliability and traceability of data acquisition,the interactivity of the acquisition mode,and the extensibility of application analysis.Results A hierarchical evaluation model of dynamic acquisition technology for medical imaging equipment is constructed,which includes 5 primary indexes,14 secondary indexes,and 38 tertiary indexes.Conclusion We have constructed a qualitative and quantitative evaluation index for the dynamic acquisition technology of medical imaging equipment.The weight of the quantitative index"reliability"is 30%,and the weights of the qualitative indexes"security","traceability","interactivity",and"scalability"are 25%,20%,15%,and 10%respectively.It can be used to study the methods and technical characteristics of three kinds of dynamic data acquisition of medical equipment and form a technical evaluation scheme for dynamic data acquisition.
7.Transformation Path of Clinical Research Achievements and Its Application in Medical Equipment Management under Background of Multi-agent Collaborative Innovation.

By studying the current situation of multi-agent collaborative innovation and clinical achievements transformation at home and abroad, it is clear that multi-agent collaborative innovation is the only way for clinical research achievements transformation under the current background. This paper proposes a set of transformation path of clinical research achievements based on the multi-agent collaborative innovation platform of "production, teaching, research and medicine", which is supported by policy guidance and innovation management, and explore the role of equipment management department in achievement transformation.
8.Research on Cost Control and Rationalization Application Supervision of Medical Equipment Consumables Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process.

OBJECTIVE:
To analyze the medical equipment operation data of 44 clinical departments in the hospital from three aspects: materials and consumables, operation and maintenance depreciation, and operation management.
METHODS:
To formulate the evaluation standards and scoring criteria for the operation indicators, the lowest score is 0 points, and the highest score is 5 points. Based on the operation indicators of medical equipment, establish a hierarchical structure model, determine the criterion layer and sub-criteria layer, construct a judgment matrix, normalize it, and calculate the weight coefficient.
RESULTS:
Count equipment operation data in 2021 and 2022. Score according to the assessment standards, assign weights through the analytic hierarchy process, calculate the total score and sort, and making a special analysis on the top 10 departments and departments with a score below 4 points, and formulate a rectification plan.
CONCLUSIONS
The establishment of index assessment standards and the weight distribution of AHP can effectively enhance the control of equipment operating costs.

10.Assessment of Technology and Clinical Application of Hydrosurgery System.

This paper introduces the technical features of hydrosurgery system and evaluates it from three aspects:safety and effectiveness, economy and technology maturity. The evaluation results show that the safety and effectiveness are high, and the safety mainly involves the misuse of the system, which cause the adverse events. A large number of literatures have proved that the system is more suitable for the debridement of fine parts. It is estimated that hydrosurgery system has better economic performance, but the cost and patients' cost is also increased correspondingly. In the aspect of technology maturity assessment, this technology is a patented technology, and the number of published papers both at home and abroad is on the rise, indicating that the initial application of the technology is better and the technology is in infancy stage. Therefore, hydrosurgery system has certain advantages in all aspects. Hospitals need to allocate the equipment according to their own needs and clinical application, while a wider range of clinical trials is needed to provide evidence-based evidence for clinical applications and promotion.
