Tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), derived from the solid tumor microenvironment, have significant advantages in adoptive cell therapy for solid tumors as they are believed to have more specific antitumor activity than peripheral lymphocytes. TILs was first reported in 1986. With the development and improvement of isolation and activation techniques, TILs-based adoptive cell therapy has shown long-term clinical benefit in phase Ⅱ/Ⅲ trials for advanced melanoma in recent years, and the first TILs-based therapy has been approved for market. Gene editing technology has improved the antitumor activity of TILs and made TILs widely used in other solid tumors besides advanced melanoma, such as head and neck cancer, breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, and ovarian cancer. In addition, TILs-based adoptive cell therapy used in combination with other tumor therapies has shown promising therapeutic potential in a variety of solid tumors. This review summarizes the significant progress of TILs-based therapy in basic research, clinical trials, and industrial application in the past two years, and analyzes the challenges and development trends, hoping to provide reference for further development in this field.

Objective:To analyze the interaction between obesity and diabetes, obesity and central obesity, central obesity and diabetes on hypertension. Methods:A questionnaire survey on 7 622 residents of Han Chinese ethnicity, aged 35-75 years, of Liangzhou district of Wuwei city were performed using multi-stage random sampling method in September to December 2018. Relative excess risk due to interaction, attributable proportion, synergy index, and 95% CI of the three were used to evaluate the additive interaction. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the multiplicative interaction. Results:Among the 7 622 residents, hypertension was detected in 3 212 residents, with a crude prevalence rate of 42.14% and a standardized incidence of 33.81%. There was a significant difference in incidence of hypertension between residents of different sexes, between residents at different ages, between obese residents and normal weight residents, between residents who had central obesity and those who had no central obesity, between residents who smoked and those who did not, between residents of different family economic situations, between residents who had different occupations, and between residents who had diabetes and those who had no diabetes (all P < 0.05). Getting primary, middle, and high school education was a protective factor against hypertension, while obesity, central obesity, diabetes, male gender, age greater than 45 years were the risk factors for hypertension. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that there was no additive interaction between obesity and diabetes, obesity and central obesity, central obesity and diabetes on hypertension. There was a multiplicative interaction between obesity and central obesity on hypertension ( P = 0.031, 95% CI: 0.53-0.97) and the interaction was antagonistic, but there were no multiplicative interaction between obesity and diabetes, central obesity and diabetes on hypertension. Conclusion:There was a negative multiplicative interaction between obesity and central obesity on hypertension.

Abstract
During the yellow fever epidemic in Angola in 2016, cases of yellow fever were reported in China for the first time. The
11 cases, all Chinese nationals returning from Angola, were identified in March and April 2016, one to two weeks after
the peak of the Angolan epidemic. One patient died; the other 10 cases recovered after treatment. This paper reviews the
epidemiological characteristics of the 11 yellow fever cases imported into China. It examines case detection and disease
control and surveillance, and presents recommendations for further action to prevent additional importation of yellow fever
into China.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2019;36(1):68-72
This study analyzed the inherent relation between arterial blood mass flow and muscle atrophy of residual limb to provide some necessary information and theoretical support for the clinical rehabilitation of lower limb amputees. Three-dimensional arterial model reconstruction was performed on both intact side and residual limb of a unilateral transfemoral amputee who is the subject. Then hemodynamic calculation was carried out to comparatively analyze the mass flow state at each arterial outlet of both lower extremities. The muscle atrophy ratio of residual limb was calculated by measuring the cross-sectional area of bilateral muscles. Based on the blood supply relationship, the correlation between arterial blood flow reduction ratio and muscle atrophy ratio was discussed. The results showed that the mass flow of superficial femoral arteries and lateral circumflex femoral arteries severely reduced. Meanwhile rectus femoris, vastus lateralis and vastus medialis which were fed by these arteries showed great atrophy too. On the contrary, the mass flow of deep femoral arteries and medial femoral circumflex arteries slightly reduced. Meanwhile gracilis, adductor longus, long head of biceps which were fed by these arteries showed mild atrophy too. These results indicated that there might be a positive and promotion correlation between the muscle atrophy ratio and the blood mass flow reduction ratio of residual limb during rehabilitation.

Objective To compare the effectiveness of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction using Rigid-Fix for autogenous tendons fixation between by Ethibond excel polyester sutures combined with high-strength sutures and by Ethibond excel polyester sutures. Methods From October 2011 to August 2013, 48 cases of ACL rupture underwent ACL reconstruction using RigidFix for autogenous tendons fixation. Ethibond excel polyester sutures combined with high-strength sutures were used in 25 cases (observation group) and Ethibond excel polyester sutures were used in 23 cases (control group). There was no significant difference in gender, age, side, disease duration, and preoperative Lachman test, Lysholm score, and the International Knee Documentation Committee (IKDC) score be-tween the two groups ( >0.05). While the treatment and rehabilitation measures were identical. Result The opera-tion performed smoothly. Vessel, nerve and meniscus were not injured. No complication of donor site pain and myas-thenia of affected knee after operation. At 6 months and 2 years after operation, the Lachman test, the Lysholm score and the IKDC score were superior significantly to those before operation in both groups ( <0.05), but no significant difference was found ( >0.05). Conclusion Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction by Ethibond excel polyester su-tures combined with high-strength sutures using RigidFix for autogenous tendons fixation presented satisfactory clinical results, whether using high-strength sutures during operation needs to be further study.
