ObjectiveTo investigate the social support status and influencing factors of schizophrenics in remission in Northeast Sichuan, and to provide ideas for improving their social support. MethodsFrom May to September 2020, a total of 533 patients who met the diagnosis criteria of the International Classification of Diseases, tenth edition (ICD-10) for schizophrenics in remission at the mental health institutions in Guangyuan, Bazhong and Dazhou cities were selected for the survey, and patients were assessed by self-made demographic and clinical data inventory and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS). Then the social support status of schizophrenic in remission and influencing factors were analyzed, meantime, the impact of the second round reimbursement policy of medical insurance benefits on their social support was addressed particularly. Results①The SSRS total score, objective support, subjective support, and utilization of support scores of schizophrenics in remission were lower than those of the national norm (t=5.065~30.382, P<0.01). ②Univariate analysis showed that SSRS score was relatively high among patients with female gender (t=-3.632), retired status (F=5.951), married status (F=5.951), spouse as primary caregiver (F=23.841), annual household income >5 000 yuan (F=15.892), patient's economic income (t=4.083), and outpatient or online follow-up (F=3.954), with statistically significant differences (P<0.05 or 0.01). ③The total and dimensional scores of SSRS in patients with access to the second round medical insurance reimbursement were significantly higher than those without (t=10.195~25.103, P<0.01). ④Multiple linear regression analysis denoted that gender, work status, marital status, primary caregivers, annual family income, economic income, follow-up visits and the second round medical insurance reimbursement were the factors influencing social support status of schizophrenics in remission (β=0.201~2.115, P<0.05 or 0.01). ConclusionThe social support of schizophrenics in remission in Northeast Sichuan is below the national average, furthermore, their social support levels are affected by the gender, work status, marital status, primary caregivers, annual family income, economic income, follow-up visits and the second round medical insurance reimbursement, and the second round medical insurance reimbursement may ameliorate the social support status of patients.

Objective To investigate the accuracy of body mass index (BMI) as the evaluation standard for obesity in Miao adults in Guangxi, to find out the BMI cutoff value suitable for the evaluation standard of adult obesity, and to provide an accurate and reliable reference value for the prevention and treatment of obesity in Miao nationality adults. Methods Using a cross-sectional design, residents aged 18 years or older in the Miao villages in Rongshui Miao Autonomous County, Guangxi, were selected as the research subjects, and their body composition was measured. The percent body fat (PBF) standard was used as the “gold standard” for obesity, and the BMI standard for obesity in Chinese adults was used as the positive screening standard. The accuracy of the BMI standard was evaluated, and the ROC curve analysis was used to determine the optimal BMI cutoff value for obesity in Miao adults. Results The detection rate of obesity of Miao adults in Guangxi by BMI method was lower than that by PBF method (10.3% vs 19.0%, χ2=426.62, P<0.001). The results of reliability evaluation showed that BMI was in good agreement with PBF in judging obesity (Kappa=0.59, P<0.001). BMI as a screening criterion for obesity in Miao adults showed high specificity and low sensitivity, low Yordon index, high positive predictive value and high positive likelihood ratio, and low negative predictive value and high negative likelihood ratio. When the PBF was used as the “gold standard”, BMI had a good diagnostic performance for obesity in Miao adults (AUC=0.959, P<0.001). The optimal BMI cutoff points for obesity in adults of Miao nationality in Guangxi were 25.85 kg/m2 and 25.55 kg/m2 for men and women, respectively. Conclusion BMI is of great value for the diagnosis of obesity in Miao adults, but it should not be used as an exclusion criterion for obesity. Especially in the case of a small sample size, the risk of misclassification bias is relatively high.

According to the severity of the disease, they were divided into common, severe and critical groups. White blood cell (WBC), lymphocyte (LYM), loctate dehydrogenase (LDH), interleukin-6 (IL-6), procalcitonin (PCT), serum ferritin (SF), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and D-Dimer (D-D) on admission were analyzed retrospectively. And the predictive value of each indicator for critical group was analyzed by Logistic regression. Results:On admission, in common, severe and critical groups, WBC (×10 9/L) values were 7.10±3.88, 7.73±3.77 and 9.07±5.61, respectively ( F = 1.315, P=0.274); IL-6 (μg/L) values were 11.76(9.42-15.18), 11.93(10.15-15.63) and 11.24(8.06-13.75), respectively( Z=0.591, P=0.744);D-D (mg/L) values were 0.70(0.48-1.12), 1.67(1.07-7.14) and 1.96(0.71-8.18), respectively( Z=3.363, P=0.186).There were no significant differences among three groups. On admission, in common, severe and critical groups, LYM(×10 9/L) values were 1.10±0.33, 0.80±0.35 and 0.66±0.32, respectively( F=11.415, P<0.001); SF(μg/L) values were 470.83±283.43, 835.66±819.43, and 1341.15±949.54, respectively ( F=7.98, P=0.001); ESR(mm/h) values were 30.76±15.70, 42.55±22.51 and 51.04±25.09, respectively( F=5.181, P=0.008); LDH(U/L) values were 314.71±105.46, 325.69±109.85 and 444.03±181.07, respectively( F=7.17, P=0.001); hs-CRP(μg/L)values were 16(7.20-19.90), 31.00(20.00-87.60) and 80.50(33.70-113.00), respectively( Z=12.185, P=0.002);PCT(μg/L) values were 0.025(0.02-0.05), 0.05(0.02-0.13) and 0.09(0.05-0.39), respectively( Z=9.694, P=0.008). There were significant differences among three groups. Pairwise comparison showed that the LYM value in common group was higher than those in severe and critical groups, and the hs-CRP values in severe and critical groups were higher than that in common group, while SF, ESR, LDH and PCT values in critical group were all higher than those in severe and common groups( P<0.05). Conclusions:On admission, WBC, LYM, ESR and LDH are helpful to predict the severity of COVID-19. Although the level of IL-6 is increased, it may not be meaningful to judge the severity of COVID-19.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery 2020;27(10):1223-1227
Endoscopic resection and surgical resection are the two major therapeutic methods for early esophageal cancer. Endoscopic resection is safe and minimally invasive, but lymph node dissection can not be performed. Although surgery provides a rather thorough resection of the lesions and affected lymph nodes, surgical trauma brings certain negative impact on patients' long-term life quality. A comprehensive assessment of the patient's general condition, the risk of diseased lymph node metastasis, and the risk of the treatment itself is an important measure to optimize treatment decisions and formulate personalized treatment plans.

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2019;35(11):969-972
Objective:
To investigate the role of fibroblast growth factor receptor(FGFR) 1 in endothelial to-mesenchymal transition(EndMT) and epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition(EMT), and to find out a new strategy to study the vascular endothelial function of diabetic renal fibrosis.
Methods:
Culture media from FRS2 knockdown HMVECs was transferred to HK-2 cells. Western blot and immunofluorescence staining were used to measure EMT markers and key moleculars of transforming growth factor(TGFβ).
Results:
It was found that the medium from FRS2 siRNA-transfected HMVECs reduced E-cadherin protein levels, increased EMT markers levels, and activated TGFβ signal pathway in HK-2 cells.
Conclusion
Endothelial FGFR1 deficiency-induced EndMT leads to EMT in neighboring cells in a manner dependent on TGFβ1 signaling. Endothelial cell FGFR1 is an important molecule for maintaining endothelial homeostasis and epithelial homeostasis, and seems to be a key target for anti-diabetic renal fibrosis.

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2018;34(5):404-409
Objective To explore the role of fibroblast growth factor receptor ( FGFR ) 1 in endothelial homeostasis via an induction of microRNA let-7s, with effects on AcSDKP(N-acetyl-seryl-aspartyl-lysyl-proline) and associated mitochondrial biogenesis. Methods Blocking FGFR1 signaling pathway, Western blot and immunofluorescence staining were used to measure mitochondrial fusion ( mitofusin-2, MFN2;optic atrophy protein 1, OPA1 ) and fission ( dynamin-related protein-1, DRP1 ) proteins and mitochondrial biogenesis by MitoTraker Green. Also real-time quantitative PCR(qPCR) was performed to test microRNA let-7' expression. Results FGFR1 signaling pathway was critical for AcSDKP maintaining mitochondrial biogenesis through induction of microRNA let-7b. In endothelial cells, the AcSDKP restored the triple[TGF-β2, interleukin (IL)-1β, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α]-suppressed microRNA let-7b-5p expression and associated with mitochondrial biogenesis. Such effect of AcSDKP was lost in either fibroblast growth factor receptor substrate 2 (FRS2) siRNA or neutralizing FGFR1 treated-cells. Similarly, AcSDKP lost its effect on mitochondrial biogenesis in microRNA let-7b-5p inhibitor-treated-cells. In addition, microRNA let-7b-5p mimic reversed the FRS2 siRNA-suppressed mitochondrial biogenesis in endothelial cells. Conclusion These findings demonstrated that FGFR1 is critical for maintaining mitochondrial biogenesis through control of microRNA let-7b-5p in endothelial cells.
