Objective:To analyze the risk factors of pelvic infection after gynecological malignant tumor surgery and construct a predictive model. Methods:The convenient sampling method was used to collect the clinical data of 278 patients who underwent gynecological malignant tumor surgery in Shanxi Provincial People's Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020. According to the occurrence of postoperative pelvic infection, the patients were divided into the infection group ( n=29) and the non-infection group ( n=249) . Univariate and binomial Logistic regression analysis was used to investigate the risk factors of pelvic infection after gynecological malignant tumor surgery, and ROC curve was used to analyze the predictive value of the prediction model. Results:The incidence of pelvic infection in 278 patients with gynecological malignancies after surgery was 10.43% (29/278) . Binary logistic regression analysis showed that whether there were diabetes, chronic pelvic pain, history of preoperative pelvic infection and operation method, operation duration, and hospital stay were the influencing factors of pelvic infection after gynecological malignant tumor surgery ( P<0.05) . ROC curve analysis showed that diabetes mellitus, chronic pelvic pain, history of preoperative pelvic infection, surgical method, surgical duration and length of hospital stay all had certain predictive value for pelvic infection after gynecological malignant tumor surgery, while the predictive value of combined application was higher than that of each index alone. The area under the ROC curve was 0.821 (95% CI: 0.729-0.915) , and the accuracy was 0.817. Conclusions:The presence of diabetes mellitus, chronic pelvic pain, preoperative history of pelvic infection, surgical method, duration of surgery and length of hospital stay are the influential factors for pelvic infection after gynecological malignant tumor surgery. The combined prediction model established based on the above factors has good prediction ability.

Objective:
To explore the clinical and molecular genetic features of a Chinese patient with catecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia (CPVT).
Methods:
Clinical data including resting electrocardiography, echocardiography and treadmill exercise testing of a patient with CPVT admitted to our department in March 2013 were analyzed, and the peripheral venous blood samples of the patient and his family members and 400 ethnicity-matched healthy controls were obtained. All exons and exon-intron boundaries of the six CPVT-related genes including RYR2, CASQ2, TRDN, CALM1, KCNJ2 and ANKB were sequenced to detect the variants related to CPVT. The relationship between the genotypes and phenotypes was analyzed to direct the target therapy.
Results:
Recurrent syncope induced either by exercise or extreme frightened fear was observed in this patient. There was no positive family history of syncope or sudden death. The resting electrocardiography and echocardiography of the patient were normal, while the exercise testing revealed bidirectional and polymorphic ventricular tachycardia. A cardiac ryanodine receptor gene mutation (R2401H) was identified in this patient, while this mutation was absent in his parents and sister and 400 controls. No variant was detected in the remaining five candidate genes. Treatment with high dose of metoprolol succinate (118.75 mg/d) was effective and patient was free of syncopal attack during the 2 years follow-up.
Conclusion
This is the first report on RyR2-R2401H mutation in Chinese patient with CPVT, and high dose of metoptolol is the effective therapy option for CPVT related to RyR2 mutation.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2015;(11):1777-1784
Cryogel is a kind of elastic, spongy hydrogel prepared via addition polymerization from monomers or cross-linking reaction from a polymer at a temperature lower than the freezing point of the solvent. Cryogel has been principally used in molecular imprinting cryogel based solid phase extraction in the field of analytical chemistry, which combines both the advantages of high selectivity of the molecular imprinting and the porous structure, high throughput of a cryogel. Molecular imprinting cryogel can be used as the stationary phase in a packed column, a monolith column, or the adsorbent in a separation membrane. A variety of molecules can act as template molecules, including small molecules, macromolecules, a certain fragment of a macromolecule, and even an inorganic ion. Both a simple template and a complex template can be used. When employing more than a molecule ( or an ion) as templates simultaneously, the method is termed as Mixed template. While high abundance components of a complex sample act directly as mixed template, we name the method as Pending template. Further, while an analogue, an isotopic label, or a fragment of the target substance acts as a template, the method is defined as Dummy template. However, the research on cryogel is insufficient and the application of the cryogel is narrow hitherto.
