		                        			Adolescent health literacy constitutes a fundamental, economical and effective strategy for addressing their health issues and fostering healthy behaviors, while assessing health literacy plays a pivotal role in evaluating adolescents  health literacy. The study systematically reviews existing adolescent health literacy assessment tools at both domestically and internationally, and analyzes them through three dimensions:structural components, applicability and scientific validity. It further examines emerging trends in the development of such tools, aiming to offer theoretical underpinnings and practical recommendations for their refinement, thereby more effectively addressing the evolving health needs of adolescents.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
2.Application of CRISPR/Cas-based Electrochemical Biosensors for Tumor Detection

		                        			Tumors represent one of the primary threats to human life, with the dissemination of malignant tumors being a leading cause of mortality among cancer patients. Early diagnosis of tumors can reliably predict their progression, significantly reducing mortality rates. Tumor markers, including circulating tumor cells, exosomes, proteins, circulating tumor DNA, miRNAs and so on, generated during the tumor development process, have emerged as effective approach for early tumor diagnosis. Several methods are currently employed to detect tumor markers, such as polymerase chain reaction, Northern blotting, next-generation sequencing, flow cytometry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. However, these methods often suffer from time-consuming process, high costs, low sensitivity, and the requirement for specialized personnel. Therefore, a new rapid, sensitive, and specific tumor detection method is urgently needed.The clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein (Cas) system, originating from the adaptive immune system of bacteria, has found extensive applications in gene editing and nucleic acid detection. Based on the structure and function of Cas proteins, the CRISPR/Cas system can be classified into two classes and six types. Class I systems consist of multiple Cas protein complexes, including types I, III, and IV, while Class II systems comprise single, multi-domain Cas proteins mediated by RNA, including types II (Cas9), V (Cas12), and VI (Cas13). Class II systems have been widely employed in the fields of biotechnology and nucleic acid diagnostics due to their efficient target binding and programmable RNA specificity. Currently, fluorescence method is the most common signal output technique in CRISPR/Cas-based biosensors. However, this method often requires the integration of signal amplification technologies to enhance sensitivity and involves expensive and complex fluorescence detectors. To enhance the detection performance of CRISPR/Cas-based biosensors, the integration of CRISPR/Cas with some alternative techniques can be considered. The CRISPR/Cas integrated electrochemical sensor (E-CRISPR) possesses advantages such as miniaturization, high sensitivity, high specificity, and fast response speed.E-CRISPR can convert the reactions between biomolecules and detecting components into electrical signals, rendering the detection signals more easily readable and reducing the impact of background values. Therefore,E-CRISPR enhances the accuracy of detection results. E-CRISPR has been applied in various fields, including medical and health, environmental monitoring, and food safety. Furthermore, E-CRISPR holds tremendous potential for advancing the detection levels of tumor markers.Among all types of Cas enzymes, the three most widely applied are Cas9, Cas12, and Cas13, along with their respective subtypes. In this work, we provided a brief overview of the principles and characteristics of Class II CRISPR/Cas single-effector proteins. This paper focused on the various detection technologies based on E-CRISPR technique, including electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, voltammetry, photoelectrochemistry, and electrochemiluminescence. We also emphasized the applications of E-CRISPR in the field of tumor diagnosis, which mainly encompasses the detection of three typical tumor markers (ctDNA, miRNA, and proteins). Finally, we discussed the advantages and limitations of E-CRISPR, current challenges, and future development prospects. In summary, althoughE-CRISPR platform has made significant strides in tumor detection, certain challenges still need to be overcome for their widespread clinical application. Continuous optimization of the E-CRISPR platform holds the promise of achieving more accurate tumor subtyping diagnoses in clinical settings, which would be of significant importance for early patient diagnosis and prognosis assessment. 
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
3.Safety of high-carbohydrate fluid diet 2 h versus overnight fasting before non-emergency endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography: A single-blind, multicenter, randomized controlled trial

		                        			Background::Although overnight fasting is recommended prior to endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), the benefits and safety of high-carbohydrate fluid diet (CFD) intake 2 h before ERCP remain unclear. This study aimed to analyze whether high-CFD intake 2 h before ERCP can be safe and accelerate patients’ recovery.Methods::This prospective, multicenter, randomized controlled trial involved 15 tertiary ERCP centers. A total of 1330 patients were randomized into CFD group ( n = 665) and fasting group ( n = 665). The CFD group received 400 mL of maltodextrin orally 2 h before ERCP, while the control group abstained from food/water overnight (>6 h) before ERCP. All ERCP procedures were performed using deep sedation with intravenous propofol. The investigators were blinded but not the patients. The primary outcomes included postoperative fatigue and abdominal pain score, and the secondary outcomes included complications and changes in metabolic indicators. The outcomes were analyzed according to a modified intention-to-treat principle. Results::The post-ERCP fatigue scores were significantly lower at 4 h (4.1 ± 2.6 vs. 4.8 ± 2.8, t = 4.23, P <0.001) and 20 h (2.4 ± 2.1 vs. 3.4 ± 2.4, t= 7.94, P <0.001) in the CFD group, with least-squares mean differences of 0.48 (95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.26–0.71, P <0.001) and 0.76 (95% CI: 0.57–0.95, P <0.001), respectively. The 4-h pain scores (2.1 ± 1.7 vs. 2.2 ± 1.7, t = 2.60, P = 0.009, with a least-squares mean difference of 0.21 [95% CI: 0.05–0.37]) and positive urine ketone levels (7.7% [39/509] vs. 15.4% [82/533], χ2 = 15.13, P <0.001) were lower in the CFD group. The CFD group had significantly less cholangitis (2.1% [13/634] vs. 4.0% [26/658], χ2 = 3.99, P = 0.046) but not pancreatitis (5.5% [35/634] vs. 6.5% [43/658], χ2 = 0.59, P = 0.444). Subgroup analysis revealed that CFD reduced the incidence of complications in patients with native papilla (odds ratio [OR]: 0.61, 95% CI: 0.39–0.95, P = 0.028) in the multivariable models. Conclusion::Ingesting 400 mL of CFD 2 h before ERCP is safe, with a reduction in post-ERCP fatigue, abdominal pain, and cholangitis during recovery.Trail Registration::ClinicalTrials.gov, No. NCT03075280.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
4.Aerobic activity reducing depression in school-age children: a multiple mediation effects analysis based on five dimensions of psychosocial functioning

		                        			ObjectiveTo explore the mechanism of aerobic capacity on depression in school-age children, and the multiple mediators of the five dimensions of psychosocial functioning (emotional symptoms, conduct problems, peer problems, prosocial behavior and hyperactivity) between aerobic capacity and depression. MethodsFrom October to December, 2021, pupils of Grade two to Grade five from two primary schools were chester-sampled and investigated using 20-meter multistage shuttle run test, Depression Self-Rating Scale for Children, Self-reported Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire. ResultsA total of 391 pupils underwent 20-meter multistage shuttle run test, and 312 out of them answering the questionnaires, and 294 questionnaires were valid. Aerobic capacity, depression, emotional symptoms, peer problems, prosocial behavior and hyperactivity were significantly correlated with each other (|r| > 0.127, P < 0.05) (except aerobic capacity and peer problems, and emotional symptoms and prosocial behavior). The results of the multiple mediation effect model showed that aerobic capacity could directly and negatively predict depression, and the mediating effects of emotional symptoms, peer problems, prosocial behavior and hyperactivity were significant, accounting for 34.37%, 12.54%, 34.06% and 17.80% of the total mediating effect, respectively. ConclusionThe aerobic capacity could not only directly affect depression of school-age children, but also improve their psychosocial functioning by reducing emotional symptoms, peer problems and hyperactivity, and increasing prosocial behavior, to indirectly affect their depression. 
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
5.Spectrum-effect Relationship Analysis Between HPLC Fingerprint and Immunomodulatory Activity of Zhenqi Fuzheng Granules

		                        			ObjectiveTo explore the pharmacodynamic ingredients of Zhenqi Fuzheng granules (ZFG) for immunomodulatory through spectrum-effect relationship analysis, which provides experimental basis for improving the quality standard of ZFG. MethodEighteen batches of ZFG from six manufacturers were collected for analysis. The fingerprints were established by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Acetonitrile (A)-0.1% formic acid aqueous solution (B) were adopted as the mobile phase with gradient elution (0-15 min, 5%A; 15-23 min, 5%-8%A; 23-30 min, 8%-11%A; 30-45 min, 11%-18%A; 45-60 min, 18%-21%A; 60-67 min, 21%-23%A; 67-90 min, 23%-37%A), the detection wavelength was 220 nm. Chemometric analysis such as similarity analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA) were subsequently used to analyze the similarities and chemical differences among these samples. A cyclophosphamide-induced immunodeficiency mouse model was used to evaluate the immune-enhancing effects of the products from different manufacturers. The spectrum-effect relationship between HPLC fingerprints and the immunomodulatory effects was examined using Spearman bivariate correlation analysis. HPLC coupled with mass spectrometry (HPLC-MSn) was used to identify the spectrum-effect related peaks with electrospray ionization, positive and negative ion modes, and scanning range of m/z 100-1 500. ResultThe HPLC fingerprint of ZFG was established, and twenty peaks with good resolution were selected as common peaks. The results of quality analysis and pharmacodynamic test showed there were significant differences in both ingredients content and immune-enhancing effects of ZFG from different manufacturers. Through spectrum-effect relationship study, twelve peaks were screened as bioactive ingredients peaks. Thereafter, eight peaks among them were subsequently identified by HPLC-MSn. They were salidroside (peak 2), echinacoside (peak 5), calycosin-7-glucoside (peak 6), isomer of specnuezhenide (peak 7), isonuezhenide (peak 9), calycosin (peak 11), nuezhenide G13 or oleonuezhenide (peak 14), and formononetin (peak 18), respectively. ConclusionThere are differences in quality and efficacy of ZFG produced by different manufacturers. Through spectrum-effect relationship analysis, the medicinal ingredients of ZFG for immune-enhancing effects are screened, which can provide reference for the improvement of its quality standard. 
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
6. Nobiletin inhibits neonatal rat cardiomyocytes hypertrophy induced by high glucose

		                        			 AIM: To investigate the effect of nobiletin (Nob) on cardiomyocyte hypertrophy induced by high glucose and its mechanism. METHODS: Neonatal rat cardiomyocytes (NRCMS) were stimulated with high glucose (HG) to establish cardiomyocyte hypertrophy and nobiletin was given. Cell viability was measured by MTT assay. C-myc and Nppa mRNA levels were detected by qRT-PCR. Cellular surface area was detected by immunofluorescence, and Nrf2 and HO-1 protein expressions were detected by Western blot. RESULTS: After stimulation with 33.3 mmol/L HG for 48 h, the survival rate of NRCMS was significantly decreased, C-myc, Nppa mRNA levels and cellular surface area were significantly increased, Nrf2 and HO-1 protein expression were significantly decreased (P<0.05). After Nob treatment, compared with HG group, cellular surface area, Nrf2 and HO-1 protein expression were significantly increased, C-myc and Nppa mRNA levels were significantly decreased. The above indexes were reversed by using Nrf2 inhibitor. CONCLUSION: Nob inhibits cardiomyocyte hypertrophy induced by high glucose, and its mechanism may be related to the activation of Nrf2/HO-1 signaling pathway. 
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
7.Clinical analysis of robot-assisted lobectomy through anterior approach in 180 patients

		                        			Objective    To evaluate the feasibility and clinical value of robot-assisted lobectomy through anterior approach. Methods    We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 180 patients who underwent robot-assisted lobectomy through anterior approach in our hospital between April 2017 and February 2018. There were 97 males and 83 females, aged 59.5 (32.0-83.0) years. The clinical effects were analyzed. Results    One patient was transferred to thoracotomy due to tumor invasion of adjacent blood vessels and injury to the blood vessels, and there was no perioperative death. There were 8.5 (1.0-35.0) dissected lymph nodes for each patient. The median operation time was 120 (50-360) min, including robot Docking time 5 (1-23) min and robot operation time 65 (7-270) min. The median blood loss was 50 (5-1 500) mL, 132 (73.3%) patients had malignant tumors and median drainage time was 5 (2-30) d. The mean postoperative pain score was 3.4±0.7 points and the postoperative hospital time was 8 (2-32) d. At the median follow-up of 24 months, 11 patients developed recurrence and metastasis, and 3 died. Conclusion    Robot-assisted lobectomy through anterior approach is a safe and convenient operation method, which is worthy of clinical application.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
8.Clinical application of three-dimensional computed tomography bronchography and angiography in robotic lung segmentectomy

		                        			Objective    To explore the clinical value of three-dimensional computed tomography bronchography and angiography (3D-CTBA) in robotic lung segmentectomy. Methods    A non-randomized control study was performed and continuously enrolled 122 patients who underwent robotic lung segmentectomy in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020. 3D-CTBA was performed before operations in 53 patients [a 3D-CTBA group, including 18 males, 35 females, with a median age of 52 (26-69) years] and not performed in the other 69 patients [a traditional group, including 23 males, 46 females, with a median age of 48 (30-76) years]. The clinical data of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results    All the patients were successfully completed the surgery and recovered from hospital, with no perioperative death. The baseline characteristics of the patients were not significantly different between the two groups (P>0.05). No significant difference was found in the operative time [120 (70-185) min vs. 120 (45-225) min, P=0.801], blood loss [50 (20-300) mL vs. 30 (20-400) mL, P=0.778], complications rate (17.0% vs. 11.6%, P=0.162), postoperative hospital stay [7 (4-19) d vs. 7 (3-20) d, P=0.388] between the two groups. In the 3D-CTBA group, 5 (9.4%) patients did not find nodules after segmentectomy, and only 1 (1.9%) of them needed lobectomy, but in the traditional group, 8 (11.6%) patients did not find nodules and had to carry out lobectomy, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The follow-up time was 10 (1-26) months, and during this period, there was no recurrence, metastasis or death in the two groups. Conclusion    3D-CTBA is helpful for accurate localization of nodules and reasonable surgical planning before operations, and reducing wrong resections in segmentectomy, without increasing the operation time, blood loss and complications. 9.Short-term effects of Da Vinci robot Nissen fundoplication in the treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease

		                        			Objective    To investigate the short-term effects of Da Vinci robot-assisted Nissen fundoplication in the treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease (rGERD), and to evaluate the safety and efficacy of its surgical treatment. Methods    A total of 40 patients with rGERD treated by Da Vinci robot-assisted surgery from October 2016 to November 2019 in our hospital were collected. There were 23 males and 17 females at age of 34-76 (61±23) years. The related clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, and the operation skills of Da Vinci robot-assisted Nissen fundoplication with rGERD were summarized. Results    There was no perioperative death or serious complication such as esophagogastric fistula. Postoperative reflux symptoms were significantly improved. DeMeester scores after surgery (39.79±35.01 points vs. 2.61±2.40 points, P=0.029), lower esophageal sphincter pressure (8.74±7.21 mm Hg vs. 24.56±8.76 mm Hg, P=0.020), integrated relaxation pressure (7.29±7.21 mm Hg vs. 16.49±9.99 mm Hg, P=0.023), distal contractile integral (600.49 ± 665.30 mm Hg·s·m vs. 510.99 ± 580.60 mm Hg·s·m, P=0.042), GERD-Q scale score (12.98±2.39 points vs. 7.59±1.11 points, P=0.033) were significantly improved compared with those before surgery. Postoperative dysphagia was found in 2 patients. And dysphagia was alleviated after diet adjustment and other treatments. Conclusion    Da Vinci robot-assisted Nissen fundoplication is a safe and effective treatment for rGERD.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
10.Effects of CSF-1 Transport from Dorsal Root Ganglion to Spinal Cord on Activation of Microglia and Inflammation in Rats with Neuropathic Pain Induced by Vincristine

		                        			【Objective】 To investigate the effects of CSF-1 transport from dorsal root ganglion to spinal cord on activation of microglia in rats with neuropathic pain induced by vincristine. 【Methods】 A total of 54 male 10-12-week old SD rats with successful intrathecal catheterization, weighing 200-230 g, were divided into three groups according to the random number table method(n=18) : Control group(Control), Chemotherapy-induced Neuropathic Pain+intrathecal injection of IgG group(CINP), Chemotherapy-induced neuropathic pain+intrathecal injection of CSF-1 neutralizing antibody(CINP+anti). The animal model of CINP was established by intraperitoneal injection of vincristine 125 μg/kg on four alternate days. Mechanical allodynia and heat hyperalgesia were evaluated by MWT and TWL, respectively. The expression of CSF-1 and microglial marker Iba1 were detected by immunofluorescence chemistry and Western blotting. The mRNA expression of CSF-1 and Iba1 was measured by RT-PCR. The expression TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β were determined by ELISA. 【Results】 Compared with Control group, MWT and TWL in CINP group decreased significantly on the 3rd, 5th and 7th day after the first injection of vincristine(P<0.01), MWT and TWL in CINP+anti group increased significantly on the 5th and 7th day compared with CINP group(P<0.01). Compared with Control group, the protein and mRNA expression of CSF-1 in DRG, the mRNA expression of Iba1 in spinal cord, the protein expression of CSF-1 and Iba1 in spinal cord, the immunofluorescence intensity of CSF-1 in DRG and Iba1 in spinal cord , and the expression of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β in spinal cord were significantly up-regulated in CINP group(P<0.01, P<0.001). Compared with CINP group, the protein expression of CSF-1 in DRG and spinal cord, the protein and mRNA expression of Iba1 in spinal cord, the immunofluorescence intensity of spinal Iba1 and CSF-1 in DRG, and the expression of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β were obviously downregulated in CINP+anti group(P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.001) . 【Conclusion】 The transport of CSF-1 from dorsal root ganglion to spinal cord is involved in the process of neuropathic pain induced by vincristine, and its mechanism may be related to the activation of microglia and inflammatory reaction in rat spinal cord.
